Comment: At the BSE rents at 1919 columbus st They dont give you what you pay for, Today 4/01/23 needed ready mix concrete, the contract was for 3 yards for a project that was going to use 2.68 yards, I ended up doing 4 trips: 3 of 1 yard each and a last one of 1/2 yard and still had to mix some by hand to complete my slab, the guy at front was very rude, he wanted me to pay for more concrete so I will be able to finish my project, other companies, when you buy concrete, dont charge you for the dolly to transport the concrete to your place, they only charge you the concrete, this place even charge me extra for gas, after I filled the tank myself, they claimed it wasnt full, in all this transaction they took from me total of $732.98 for 3 yards of concrete, just go anywhere else for your concrete needs, never going back to this place

Comment: I had a great experience with BSE rents. I was going to rent a small bobcat with a dump trailer and when I ended up needing a bigger bobcat they were super great and didn’t charge me for the trailer. The lady and gentleman working the front desk were super helpful. The guys downstairs were nice and helpful. 5 star experience… and it’s not my first one. I’ve actually used them l a number of times and every time I have been happy.

Comment: Very professional, employees are polite and very helpful, while at the loading area they ask if you have used the equipment before and if you havent they will show you how to use it safely and properly 👍. Any questions they will answer without being rude .. very pleasant with my experience.. thanks staff

Comment: I needed to reach atop of a 20ft antenna tower to do some maintenance, so I decided to rent a scaffold. They have plenty in stock and rent is relatively cheap. The scaffold showed sings of use and light wear, but in good shape. Pros: I explained what I needed to do, and after studying my specific situation they recomended the right equipment, they know their stuff. Very nice and helpful people. I drove my truck to their yard in the back and loaded everything on the trailer. When I returned the equipment they unloaded. Transaction was seamless. Cons: They dont erect the scaffold, dont deliver and dont tear it down; so be advised. If you can count with at least 3 friends to help you with this endevour...well go for it. Very satisfied, would use their services again.

Comment: They are very helpful and wont hesitate to go the extra mile to help you. Mike was great, he responded my questions, charge me and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Ive rented floor sanders, industrial vacuums, dump trailers, ramps, and other equipment over the years. If you rent on Saturdays you only pay one day if returned by Monday before 9!

Comment: I have been renting tables and chairs from BSE rents for several years and refer them to all of my friends. Their customer service has always been outstanding and they will you what you need for a certain size event. I recently rented their patio heaters which were performed exceptionally for an outdoor event in the middle of January.
