Comment: Never again, SCAMMERS !We rented in front and did online checkin but it still took 1 hour te get the carkeys....We rented a full size SUV (nice and new car) with unlimited milage and all insurances. But they added an additional unlimited toll fee $74 we didnt ask for and 3 weeks later we goot a letter that they will charge a $125 extra cleaning fee for the interior (we left a very little beach sand on the floor mat......)

Comment: Everything worked without any problems. No waiting time at the counter, we got the car immediately after filling out the paperwork. Friendly and helpful staff who didnt want to sell us unnecessary additional insurance. At the end of the trip we wanted to extend the rental of the car by one day, that was no problem and we were offered a very fair price.

Comment: This company at this office drained my account kept and never released the pending charges charged again and kept charging my account until totally drained they said they released them then said irs would be two months then avoided calls and never answered the ppl at this office are ripping ppl off horrible business practices

Comment: Quick, polite, no frills and gets the job done. Guy at the front desk (cant recall his full name, starts with an S, samud?) did a really good job quickly getting my reservation up and keys in my hand. Good location over the pricey taxes they tack on at the airport location. Tip: No harm asking if its possible to return to airport at no additional cost. For my case, turns out they needed a car delivered to the airport anyway, so they just swapped my return location at no cost. Thanks Budget!
