Comment: It was the worst experience I have ever had I gave her my bank card wish its also my credit card from the bank it has a visa logo on it for credit and debit she said That I needed a nother credit card I reserved the car thru the phone never mention that the card was no good they took the money right alway she said it was only a debit card but yet it had a visa logo will never go there to rent a car your staff needs to Educated on the difference cards from the bank sorry your staff is on Educated and you need to have a credit score of 650 like if your buying a house

Comment: Made a reservation, had to cancel. Cancelation fee is $75 if you dont cancel your reservation within 48 hours of picc up. I found that out the hard way, being that I assumed 24 hours would suffice, but alas. $75 for canceling and $131 for the trucc rental.

Comment: Perfect place to go for renting a car for long distance trips. You pay for the amount of days you use the car and drive out with a full tank of gas. They dont care how much you drive as long as you fill it up with gas before you turn it back in.

Comment: I would like to thank Daylene and Tracy for their awesome service. My only concern was Ive rented from Budget in Los Angeles and my deposit was only $200 plus the rental amount. My deposit in Victorville for some reason was $300 plus rental amount wayyyyyy more than I paid in Los Angeles. In Los Angeles total was $396 for a week, Victorville was $600 something for a week 🤔. Not sure why? Must I thank these 2 ladies

He followed up with me to make sure I would be able to get the vehicle I needed to fit our family’s needs for our upcoming trip. 100% will be a Budget customer for life! Comment: Made reservations for mini van got mid size SUV. We had 10 suitcases. Asked for larger SIV that came in, was told no because it already reserved by other customers. What about my mini van then. I reserved it but you have it away to other customers the day before!!! Horrible

Comment: Im upset with this budget/avis conglomerate. The budget web site gives an address on lapaz in Victorville. So as I search for the place I cant find it. I find an avid but not a budget. I keep driving and looking, Only to find thatOnly to find that Avis is budget and vise versa. There should be a sign saying budget next to the avis sign. It cost me time, and was unable to make it before they closed. Very upset. Is this a way to hide Syndication?

Comment: Staff at the location are nice and helpful as long as you visit in person. Good luck getting anything accomplished over the phone. Theyll just defer you around to different departments. Had this happen to me multiple times.
