Comment: I rented a truck for my move, and I actually thought I booked it for the day before my actual reservation. We all know moving is stressful especially when you are doing everything yourself, and Elizabeth helped me get the truck on the spot a day earlier. It really helped us just have that part of our move go smoother. I would definitely recommend using Budget again especially this location.

Comment: Had to pick up a rental car since my car is in the shop for repairs. Booked a vehicle online last Friday and picked it up this morning. COVID precautions were in place, staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the whole process was easy breezy. The interior of my rental was clean and had a full tank of gas. Hopefully the drop-off process later this week will be just as easy, but overall, Id come back here again for my next rental.

I’m always looking forward to being helped by this asian guy probably the youngest out of all of them for sure because he’s really helpful and won’t let you leave unsatisfied... been renting from them for 4 years maybe off and on but my favorite rental car place... you guys should experience what I’m saying not by word of mouth.. check them out

Comment: DONT RENT A TRUCK BECAUSE ONE OF THE GUYS HERE ARE A SCAMMER BECAUSE THEY WILL FORCE A CHARGE TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. PLUS ONE OF THE GUYS TOLD HIS WORKERS THAT HE HAS COVID CAUSE HE HAS TO SO KAISER.

Comment: I was disappointed in the service. I rented a 12 foot truck one way. I was going all the way to salt lake city, utah. The transmission fluid was super low, down about a quart. The manager kept trying to get out of adding transmission fluid to the truck. Telling me it was fine without even checking it! continued to little lady me and refuse to put more in until a man (my dad) came and told him it was low. Renting these trucks are expensive ($1300) I expected top of the line service. Do not trust that their trucks are in top condition when taking them on a long trip.

Comment: Seemed quicker that other recent rentals from Hertz and Fox. Check-in guy was extra helpful. Car was in good shape for drive to Vegas & back, no issues.
