Comment: Really bad services. Super bad service I made a reservation 10 days before and the very day we arrived they had canceled the reservation and they no longer respected the price or found me a car. They changed all my plans, my expenses, and they were very bad for me. Dont go there.

Comment: This was my first time using Budget Truck Rental. Before, I had always used Uhaul. I can definitely say that after my experience with budget, I will definitely use them again for my major transportation hauls.To begin with, the customer service provided by both the gentleman (I cant remember his name) and the woman there (last name started with an F? I think?) was outstanding. Professional, polite, and respectful. They definitely knew what they were doing.Second, the actual rental truck - I just recently moved over 1,800 miles and needed both a 16 truck and a tow dolly. Doing business with Uhaul in the past, I usually got the oldest highest mileage truck without any hesitation from the company - not with Budget. With Budget, the gentleman not only upgraded me for no additional charge to a tow trailer for the car I was towing, but he made sure I had the newest, nicest, lowest mileage truck for this trip, and sure enough, thats what I got - A 16 Ford E350 with only 900 miles or so.In conclusion, my experience renting with Budget was a great one. I definitely appreciate the professionalism and dedication from both the employees there. After renting with Budget, I dont think I can ever go back to any of the other competitors.

Comment: I made the mistake of renting a truck here twice. Both times they did not have the truck I had reserved well in advance. Both times they were not only apathetic, but unreservedly rude. Both times they were unwilling to assist me with getting a substitute truck rental or process a refund. Disorganized, abysmal customer service, and now months after the reservation they refused to honor I am still fighting unauthorized charges they made to my credit card.Do yourself a huge favor and get a rental somewhere else. The second time this happened I called U-Hall and they were able to get me in a better truck than the one I reserved with Budget, for a lower price, within 20 minutes.

Comment: Reserved, showed up with a cash deposit,was told they tried calling me to cancel. They juggled the idea of renting me a truck but ended up going forward after I agreed to bring the truck back early like 8AM or 8:30AM(my reservation was until 9am). After that it turned out they dont accept American Express or cash. I was forced to drive to my bank to make a deposit. Showed back up with my bank card and was told to wait in the back of the line. Exrtremely unprofessional.
