Comment: Terrible customer service!! I reserved online & then the day I reserved they called me and told me they actually didn’t have a truck. They weren’t willing to give me a replacement, they told me if I wanted to rent through them still I would need to drive an hour. I wouldn’t recommend. Stick with uhaul!!
