Worst experience 2 years in a row. Reserved a truck online showed up to pick up reservation no one there! No one answers the phone. Call budget national. Was told they will get ahold of them, finally got a call back 4 hours later and was told they don’t have the truck. Other arrangements had been made.Round 2-Reserved a truck. Called for two days almost non-stop and never an answer. Supposed to pick up truck in 3 hrs.. Called budget National was given a different contact number, surprise, someone answered. Again have no truck! I don’t get it. How hard is it to contact a reservation and let them know the equipment is unavailable? Maybe that person could utilize a different truck or better yet a different rental company!Budget is normally alright but this location is the worst I’ve dealt with!

A few services are offered at this location, including truck rental. In addition to moving services, the location doubles as a resale shop with some five star hotel quality furniture, art and what-nots.The owner was very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to be of service. I plan to visit again!

Great service with all sorts of great deals on a variety of merchandise. I went there for one thing and spent an extra hour picking out other awesome things while I was browsing.

Suppose to be open at 8:30 and it is 9:00 and not open yet. Then customer service says I need to come back at a different time dont think thats how it works

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER...WILL I RENT FROM BUDGET AGAIN. THE BRAKES WERE S#$TING THE TRUCK SHOOK REALLY BAD THE CAB OF THE TRUCK WAS LEAKING!!! RUSTY WATER ....I WAS COMPLETELY SOAKED WHEN I ARRIVED FROM MY THIRTEEN HOUR TRIP
