Cynthia was our server and she did an excellent job. Customer service was top notch as always from her and the food was hot and speedy!
The small drink was NINE DOLLARS so had to take a star for the price. Boneless wings were really yummy. I cant remember which sauce was on them, but it was sweet. They were crunchy and amazing. They were half price on May 5th 2022. Im not sure if it was the day or the holiday or what. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. Im going to have to get more soon.This place is a bit more pricey than youd think. I expected Dennys or Bob Evans type prices but its a bit more than that. Not too bad, but $9 for a drink is very high end pricing. There are cheaper drinks on 72nd floor restaurants in Detroit. Im not sure if they realize people would have more drinks if they were less expensive/reasonably priced and that would generate more income. I know I wouldve had more of those blue drinks, and come back for more, but now Im just planning on using my bartending experience to recreate the drink at home. It was sooo good.Service was great. Their patio is closed up right now because its cold, but on a warm night when its open it would be a great atmosphere.
Asked for extra wet wings, got them and some were dry. Asked them to add sauce they claimed they cant, so I asked for my money back. Apparently it takes 3-5 days to get my money back?! They were rude about remaking the wings so at that point to avoid spit I decided to wait for my money back. All I wanted was my wings covered!!
Went in on a Friday nite, 2 maleBartenders, sat for 5 mins. While they chatted and ignored me then waited on other people like I wasn’t there. Terrible service. PS this is isolated I’ve been to many Bwws and haven’t had this experience.

I recently had a retirement party at this establishment and I must say it was a one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. The wait staff were truly amazing thank you so much. I would recommend this place to host a party or just hang around friends.
Love their Honey BBQ any day of the week. Super friendly staff as always. Love that they actually carry the Ace Pear cider. Looking forward to my next visit!!
My daughter was super fussy. Other than that I loved the food. I think the older I get the more I don’t care for meat. The cauliflower wings are amazing in medium sauce. Ask for Carmel with your cheese curds. You’re welcome. ❤️
Went there for the ufc fight. Bill was only high because my friends and I drank and did shots. On average the bill is more like $10-$15 a person. Service was great but with the volume would have been louder for the fight.
Food was great, service was the bomb. Left so full I needed a wheelbarrow to get to the car.
Went in last night. Hostess was annoyed that we asked for a booth because she had to wipe one off. She did a terrible job and the table was still dirty and she left it. We walked out and will not be back. Sad this place has gotten so dirty.
Just sat there patiently for 50 mins. Never even got acknowledged after sat by hostess. They were busy when I arrived so, I just waited too long I guess. Went to JRs down the road much better.
Dry flavorless wings every time because they refuse to put any sauce on them! I even asked and paid for extra sauce and I still got nothing. I gave them 5 trys but I wont be back anymore.
Ordered a dbl bacon burger came out in good time and was cooked perfect. Server was nice and made sure my Glass was full.
Our Table was broke and filthy caused us to have to clean it ourselves and try to keep our drinks from being spilled. Not to mention I spent 80 dollars on food and drinks and they cut my buddy off after his 3rd beer. Terrible service and the manager was rude.

The waitress was good but the brought wrong wings and took a half hour to get the new ones. My chicken club was dry , the guacamole was bit brown and fries were luke warm. First time I have been out in a year and very disappointed . wont be back.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a fun place to grab a bite with friends. The environment at this location was clean and the wait staff was friendly. A great app I recommend to use at this location is called Tunity which allows you to hear live TV through your phone by scanning live TV broadcasts from TV screens. Hear your favorite sporting event at your table while enjoying some wings!
I have only been here a couple times at the Adrian Mi location... We went last night 10/16/2021 around 9pm. The bartender was so rude... Anytime we asked for anything she had an attitude... I noticed she had the same attitude with other Customers as well... I told her I was going to leave feedback and she said with an attitude Go Ahead. We spent almost 75$ last night... She made us feel like we was not welcomed... We will not be back again...

Megan Adkins, the general manager is absolutely amazing! She not only is supportive to her team members but also gives excellent service to every single guest that walks through the door and makes sure everyone leaves satisfied!!! 10/10 would recommend!
Zack was a fantastic server. He promptly greeted my family, had our food out as soon as it was up and keep our drinks filled.Food was good, as always.
5 stars only because our waitress Lindsey was amazing! John, the manager on the other hand wasnt very pleasant. Ordered a couple tall drafts and due to recent power outages I assume the kegs got warm them cold, so the beer was skunked. Politely sent those back and ordered a different beer and one of the next was skunked as well so we sent that back and offered to still pay for it, yet John felt that he needed to come and ask what was going on and that it must be my brother and not the beer, because he tried EVERY SINGLE beer every morning. After said waitress informed us that the in addition the second beer was also complained about being bad tasting. John, youre a douche.

I have never in my life been treated so rudely by staff and management than I was today at this BW3s in Adrian, MI. My twin boys had a baseball game in Adrian today and our team and the parents decided to go there after the game. We were the last ones to walk in and my boys sat down with their teammates at one of two large tables they had asked for when they walked in just before we got there. My elderly parents were with me and had traveled in from out of state, as well as my 10yr old daughter. With only one seat left at one table and 2 seats at the other, instead of splitting up, we grabbed a 4-top table right beside our group.Almost immediately, a waitress came up and without even saying hi, she said you cant just seat yourselves, to which I replied, we didnt, were with this team and my boys are sitting right there with their teammates. She then proceeded to tell me that wed have to wait 30 minutes in the lobby because they had no room and were understaffed. We literally walked in right after their teammates and were with the entire same group.She then went to get her manager, whose name was John, and John came over to our table and again, without even saying hi, he told us we needed to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a table to open up. Keep in mind, there was no one waiting in the lobby to be seated, AND, the ENTIRE left side of the restaurant was empty, PLUS, there were 4 open tables all around our two team tables. They refused to serve me, my elderly parents and my 10 year old daughter because they said they were understaffed. REALLY? 4 more people WITH the same group, who specifically stated that we were NOT in a hurry, was going to put you over the edge??MOST managers come out and help resolve the situation. John did none the such and was incredibly rude, to which I have zero respect for. I grabbed my two sons, my elderly parents and 10 year old daughter and left. I will never again return to a restaurant where the staff and management is so rude. We then watched a group of 5 walk in right after us and figured wed wait to see if they were also told to wait in the lobby. My friend from the team, who was still sitting inside, called and said they were seated right away. REALLY?? THAT is ridiculous.Its a shame that John couldnt have helped diffuse the situation and simply helped his server with out table, as it would have taken very little extra effort to fit us in with our other two tables. What an embarrassing representation of extremely poor management for the Buffalo Wild Wings chain. I am VERY displeased with this treatment. I have never taken the time to give a restaurant a bad review, but I simply cannot let John and his servers rude behavior go unnoticed.

The food was really good. The server seemed a little overwhelmed. It took quite sometime for someone to come to our table. I think maybe they were having a rough day because they werent that busy when were there. Overall, though it was good experience.

Placed a takeout order. Classic chicken wrap.Got to the restaurant after waiting 15mins at home. Then had to wait another 30mins. Only about 6 people in the restaurant.The wrap had bout 2 pieces of cut chicken in it. Chicken was cold.Mcdonalds snack wraps were better then this.Only positive is that the tots were warm.Avoid this place.Slow service.Food cold.All of the negative reviews are accurate.
The food is okay. Not many gluten free options for me. The staff is friendly but our waitress wasnt very attentive. Only visited our table 4 times. Many TVs to watch sports and lots of drink options. Good choice for someone wanting to watch sports and doesnt have food issues. Staff was all wearing masks but not all of the customers wore masks while walking around the restaurant. Makes for a slightly uncomfortable experience.
Food was a 5 star, Service was a 1 star.The food was absolutely amazing and delicious, however the service extremely slow . Placed our order at 7:10 and didnt receive our food till 7:55, and during that time the waitress never once come to the table asking if we wanted refills or to apologize for the wait.
I was very disappointed with the bartender on 8/24/21. It took over 5 mins to be greeted and asked what I wanted to drink. I was never offered a menu. Then when asked what I wanted to eat I was given an attitude for asking for a menu. After given a menu i just wanted to finish my drink and leave.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I received raw chicken and when I sent it back the GM brought me back asking me whats wrong with it and when I explained that it was raw she asked where. Honestly it was my 1st time going to Buffalo wild wings and it will be the last time as well 😔😠. My waitress however was very good at her job and understood why I didnt want the sandwich.
They gave me the wings and not the buffalo, smart move. I genuinely have no idea what would happen if I got the buffalo. Anyways, five stars very nice.
Had a great dining experience tonight with Lacey, she was super warm and welcoming. It was clean and well seperated for covid as well, since most places around here don’t care anymore

Took an hour and a half to get our food. Not good quality food, either.
So we went in 2 weeks ago for a lunch burger. Both burgers came out raw in middle when ordered well done! One bite into my burger and I was done eating made me sick to eat raw hamburger meat! We canceled one meal and my wife had hers re-fired . The manager gave us a 15.00 gift certificate to come back. We went back today, 12 noon for lunch, service was absolutely terrible! With only 5 other customers in entire restaurant your wait staff neglected is bad, to the point we changed our order to go, left a 22 cent tip which is more than she deserved but didnt want to wait 10 min for change! Asked another waitress to run our lotto ticket like I had asked my waitress 10 mins prior, all though doing nothing but sipping on what appeared to be a soda, said to me, your waitress will run it when she has time? Thats when we decided to get food to go, say in mall parking lot to eat and chicken was under cooked?? No ty ill pass on going back!

How can a bar/restaurant like this only have 3 waitstaff working on a Saturday late afternoon? .....in a 2 college town no less??? Dont get it. There was a 45 min wait with at least 80% of their tables empty. Crazy!
Zero is more appropriate. I ordered “the lunch special” which was sold to me by the person taking my order, but received the wrong flavor and only 6 wings instead of the 10 promised on the phone. When I got home and realized this, I called to ask what the lunch special was supposed to be, but the manager who answered the phone then denied a lunch special at all, and got super sassy about my having the nerve to question this erroneous order. Soggy fries, charged twice for extra ranch even though I didn’t order extra extra ranch, wrong order anyway, and to top it off: mistreatment by the manager.Shop local.
Order and paid online, got there to pick up food and the guy made me pay again to get food. Then had to contact customer support for a refund. So because of that 1 star.
My favorite is coming to the bar. Megan is the it factor most places are missing.

We came in with 18 of us and had the BEST service here yesterday. The servers were nothing but amazing, the manager stopped by a few times. She even brought stickers to the 6 kids that we had. The food came out in good time and was nice and hot. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
As much as I love their food, this past time I ordered nachos with chili. It came out with chicken so I asked for them to fix it. When it came back put you could tell they had picked the chicken off because there was still chicken chunks in it. Gross that they would pick through my food instead of making a new one! :(

Slowest service ever our waitress Brianna was not at all concerned about our order, drinks or food. She spent most of her time in the waitress stand ignoring us and the 2 other tables she was serving. Also spent lots of time chatting with other service staff . The food was good but the staff is awful 🤬
Got the cob salad. Was amazing. Real long wait to get into the building and to get food after ordering. They have also changed their menu. It doesnt list everything like before
Place is trash. Server was incredibly patient and understanding.... Our quest and chili was cold so we asked for another... Came out even the same. We realized, nah we dont want this. So we asked the order we did do, we dont want. Management was professional and took care of the issue. Might I add.. There were ants all around our feet on patio.. Overall.. Staff is great... Food is terrible and it seems like they dont care. . . Picture was beneath my feet on patio.

Unbelievably bad service! They were very busy when we first got there which was fine. But after the waitress brought us our drinks and took our order, she never came back to check on us or tell us why it was taking so long. I had an empty drink glass for 30 minutes before I could finally find her. We got our food an hour after ordering. For our inconvenience, they took $5 off our bill. I love BWW, but itll be a while before I go back to the Adrian one. 🙁

After we were seated, we waited 20 minutes for a waitress to ask us for a drink, we had to ask for a menu, food was bland, my Strawberry Daiquiri tasted like a cherry daiquiri & it was watered down, & then when we were done & paid for the bill, we were spose to get $3 (& some change) back, but the waitress said well, I dont have change, so heres $4. I feel like shes ripping the company off my doing that.
These sad sumBit*hes. Ripping people off. Charge tax on each thing then again at the bottom of the bill. I will be reporting it
Food always tastes great. It took 35 minutes to get 3 salads at 11:30 AM which ended up with missing promised topping. But, waitress & manager made things right, making it worth our time. Good save!

The GM Joey is very attentive to all the guest needs. He is able to defuse any situation and and they guest leave happy. Best GM in Adrian!The manager Jenn is actively attentive at tables. She comes and makes sure if there is anything you need she is there to bring it right away.
I was so excited to try out this newer restaurant & use a gift card I recieved. The atmosphere was fun and college sports themed. Lots and lots of huge T.V.s to watch the games on. The food however was a 5 out of 10. The food temperature was great and food was mostly pleasant to look at. But 3 of 5 items we ordered were over cooked and lacking. Totally bummed about the end result. Very disappointing for the price point. We havent been back since :/
Usually its a fantastic experience but service went way down. Our waitress was slow the staff stood around.. the waitress forgot the fries it took her five minutes to get the fries. And was rude asked for the final bill took an additional 10 minutes.
Came from Dayton Ohio to visit a good friend of mine. Very pleased with the server Rocky my fiancé and i definitely felt comfortable and welcomed. The GM even checked on us to see if we were doing okay. I thought something was wrong from how much hospitality we got from the staff. Don’t even get me started on them wings. I don’t know who was back there whipping in the kitchen like it was Stir fry but they need a raise. Our food came out fast and hot like it was thanksgiving at grandmas house. The sauce was evenly spread out on the wings, i even had to order some onion rings because..onion rings. For a second i thought Gordon Ramsey was sitting on the bar side. Anyways my fiancé and i enjoyed the experience eating at this location. We definitely will be back for another visit!
All of the employees are incredibly nice and efficient! The entire restaurant allowed me to have my family there while still feeling safe with the restaurant obeying social distancing guidelines and by making sure everything was cleaned as the night went on! Thank you to the entire Bdubs staff for the great food and fantastic service!!
I can see the POSITIVE changes that have happened here over the past few months. The staff is AMAZING so welcoming, i literally feel like family. The happy hour deals you cant pass up either! $3.50 tall beers paired with daily food specials! My GO TO for sure!

Waited over an hour for our food and it was barely warm. No organization at all. Watch 2 groups walk out because they never got served. I will never be back and will not recommend anyone to eat here. Our waitress was even confused that we havent got our food. Hello you took our order. Get it together people.
Cant say enough GREAT things about this place!!! I think they are seriously underrated by the entitled people of Adrian! The management team is awesome and will do just about anything to make sure you are pleased by the end of your visit! And the staff is exceptionally sweet and accommodating! The food is DELICIOUS and I LOVE their new menu along with the subtle menu changes!!!!
Waitress was rude. We had to ask twice for Keno slips and didnt get any until well after our food arrived, and then she only gave us 1 slip. I filled it out and waited for her to come back so we could ask for another one but she never came back. Never did get my Keno slip ran. Had to go to the bar to get our tab. She gave incorrect change back. We wont be back

This store has got so so much better the last few months. The bartender Jenn is incredible. You guys have had not the best behind the bar. Ive been ignored, Ive had the rude one and Jenn is just great. I am sad you took the Spinach Dip off your menu, you should bring that back.

Since the time of opening this place has really went downhill. Everytime I visit this location the service gets slower and the food gets less satisfying. Ordered the Philly cheese steak. After waiting for 45 mins to receive my food, mind you it wasnt busy at all, when I did receive my food, not only was my food cold, my order was wrong. I figured after waiting so long for such a simple dish at least it would be warm. Im completely dissatisfied and at this time if you want Bdubs I highly recommend taking the trip to Jackson or the metro Detroit area. Its going to take sometime before I can bring myself back to this location if ever.
The service was good from our waitress the food was not the best and after we bought several gift cards before paying for our meal we were told we could use them to pay for our food. Then upon trying to use them we were told we had to wait four hours before we could use them. The manager refused and told us to sit and wa6four hours
Super great place to eat, great atmosphere, great people to be surrounded with. My server was amazing and gave me such great service. The manager even stopped by and joked around with us and made it feel like we were at home. The experience was great, the food was delicious, and I will be back when I go back out to Adrian.
While the food was delicious, $6 for a kids meal with 4 chicken wings and 3 tiny orange slices and $12 for like 8 wings and a little salad... TOTAL ripoff!! And this was from the less expensive lunch menu!!
Went here with my family that I dont get to see very often and had one of the best restuarant experiences that Ive ever had anywhere!! The Servers and Hosts were just the most delightful people! LOVE the atmosphere! And their new commercials are perfectly entertaining and represent perfectly what they are trying to obtain! Definitely my FAVORITE place to go to watch my Wolverines play!

Went there after work and was disappointed that they had the bar tender also serving as the waitress for the section I was in. She was trying her best, however, she couldnt be in two places at once. After placing our order, it took them almost 45 minutes to bring out our food and it was cold.
The staff here doesnt get enough credit! I watched two girls handle about 20 tables in the restaurant and keep smiles on their faces the entire time!!! Even when they had people being super snarky and rude to them! They were super busy and you could still tell that they genuinely enjoyed their jobs! Not to mention their NEW BURGERS are SOOOOO TASTY! and theyre HUGE! You definitely get your moneys worth for them!
I didnt care for the food. The sandwich that I ate only half of had little to no flavor. The coleslaw was really bland also. I wont spend my hard earned money there. Its to pricey also.
I usually love BDubs but tonight we ordered delivery to avoid having to go out. Everything we ordered was considerably gross. Our chicken had barely any seasoning, we even requested extra seasoning. Our cheese curds are rubbery and the fries are eh as well.Between buffalo wild wings and DoorDash that delivered, Im incredibly disappointed with this experience.
The mangers are on a GED scale. Talk very slow and clear to them. The waiters and waitesses here were borriwe from the Goodwill store.
There was no line and the restaurant was not busy but still took 5 minutes to be seated. The hostess was not at the front desk. The server did not ask if we want an appetizer. She did not even ask how we wanted our burgers cooked. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The music was very loud.I will not be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings.

The staff here are usually very nice. Theyre one of the few reasons I keep coming back. I feel like the wings here are lower quality than wings at other Buffalo Wild Wings. the Chickens got a weird taste to it, the skin isnt as crispy as I like and there is never enough sauce. They have a good black bean burger though which is why I dont mind coming back.

Very slow service. We ordered 2 baskets of mini corn dogs and 1 basket of fries. With such a simple order not sure why it took 25 minutes to receive food. On top of that mistakes were made by the staff. The food runner was not inviting or happy.
My family and I recently stopped in at this BWWs in Adrian. Overall, the food was good. I had the 12 piece boneless wings. The server was very nice. However, the food took around 50 minutes to get to us. The manager was very apologetic and gave us $25 off our meal...a worthy consolation to such a wait. The wait time was a fluke, and overall this place seemed to have their act together.
I dont like wings so i ordered a burger. The waitress said it was a large Burger. When it finally come it had a lot of lettuce on it but the pattie was maybe an 1/8 inch thick and the size of a baseball. So when we left there i stopped at McDonalds and got a cheese burger there which was twice the size. I will never eat at this place again.

I love wild wings and sports , so if thats you then this is the place with wide screen TVs on every wall broadcasting sports and wild wings of every flavor or degree of heat or not. Pop or beer whatever your into, believe it or not a family friendly environment kids and all its not like a bar. Great place and fun friendly staff.
Took 10 minutes before someone even talked to me and my boyfriend. Once we sat down it took forever to get our drinks. It took 40 minutes to get our appetizer and the cheese curds were hard and not warm. It took 90 minutes to get our food and it was freezing cold. They didn’t put the Michigan game on near us even though we asked many times. We were there for almost three hours. Awful service. Awful food.
Been here many times. Food is good, restaraunts clean, but the staff are terrible. Everytime. Bad representation of the franchise at this location. I have never had my order correct or my bill. If you go here, watch out for them overcharging you or double charging your credit card.
Yummy cocktails!Delicious food!The only thing we had a tiny issue with was with the waitress. She didnt listen well and tried arguing when she mixed up an order.
Kayla was super nice but I ordered my food at 3:30 to be picked up at 6:10 PM for my fiance so I could bring him lunch. I didnt end up leaving until 6:30 and his work is 20 minutes away, his lunch is at 6:45. When I got there at 6:10 it wasnt ready, waited for ten minutes and the other take out girl, who didnt have a name tag, only brings out half of my order. After finally getting all the food I ordered, they didnt bring the drink I ordered either. Manager brought it to me, no apology from any one except Kayla. What a joke. Never coming back. So sick of adrian ruining every restaurant they get.
Manager is extremely rude. GM called later and basically said sorry youre welcome back. I already filled out the form at Buffalo Wild Wings website and thats when I spoke with the GM.
Great experience the bartender Megan was on top of it getting me new drinks as they came and even ringed my order up with deals that I didnt know were going on.
The chicken tenders could not be ruined. The salad was several days past its sell by date. The glass of wine was okay but for $9 needed to have been.Good to kill time, but not to eat.
The bbq sauce is not sweet at all it tast like tangy ketchup, they brought out food out then brought our fries 25 minutes later after we asked for to go boxes. Worst restraunt I have been to in a long time , I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Server was nice but he kept forgetting things.

This place has really turned around. Alot of new staff which could be good or bad but I noticed good. The manager actually came to talk to me, shook my hand and the bartender was easy on the eyes and a sweetheart. 5 stars!

Not entirely horrible but probably my worst buffalo wild wings experience. Food was over cooked. Host was nice, but awkward. And the table behind us had some sort of issue that the manager needed to resolve. Again, booty horrible, but would have been much better if I had been able to chew my food.

I have visited many BW3 restaurants in the midwest. The food was as good here as any, and the service was prompt. They have a clean and friendly atmosphere, the employees were courteous and greeted everyone with a smile. Special thanks to Summer for her beautiful smile, wonderful personality, and excellent service!

This location was WOEFULLY understaffed (front AND back), yet the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Yes, the food orders took a lil longer. But most folks, were there for a game, and the wait, was not a deterrent.
We came here only because Frickers was closed for repairs and we were in the mood for wings. Now, generally speaking I have stopped frequenting what WAS my usual BW3 (Downtown Ann Arbor location) ever since I moved to a town with a Frickers, because Frickers is so much better for less money.Going here was a very poor idea. This place is not even anywhere near as good as the Ann Arbor location, and further, it is considerably more expensive than the Ann Arbor location for the same items, which defies all logic of everything being more expensive in A2 than in the outlying smaller towns.The staff did not seem well trained, including apparent surprise that we would need a high chair for a 15 month old. We saw many attempts to misdeliver food - do they not use table numbers here like every other restaurant? When our food arrived the person who brought it seemed especially proud to have got it to the right table on the first try.Unfortunately, one of the items was wrong (buffalo chips instead of potato wedges). At this point I just resigned myself to dealing with it.The popcorn shrimp is much more breading than shrimp. It was probably the high point though.The buffalo chips (crinkle cut circular potato slices, fried) were absolutely unseasoned.Both the wings and the boneless wings were underwhelming. The medium sauce just tastes... wrong, for lack of a better way to put it. My fiancé did not even each more than a couple pieces of hers. Her standards are higher than mine. I did finish mine but my stomach is already regretting it.I honestly dont understand how this place can stay in business when Frickers is a mile away and has far superior food for far less money. At this BW3 you will pay an insane amount for low to mediocre quality food. Over $50 after tip for small orders of wings for a couple people and no alcohol. Insane. But even if prices were 1/4 of what they are now, I still would not eat here due to the quality of the food.
Food was good but waitress wasnt very good lol didnt ask if anything was okay , never asked if I wanted another drink , i had to gt napkins from a random waitress but i mean we still tipped bt would have been a waaay better tip if our service was good

We had such a great experience here the other night. Our waitress, Jenna, was spot on fantastic! The food came out quick and hot, everything was better than expected.
Food was good, but their website said Bogo boneless Tuesday. Waitress said it was not bogo free day. We showed the mgr the ad and he took a picture of it to send to his higher ups. We never heard back from him and when the bill came, the ad was not honored. Ad specifically said Adrian location. Who doesnt honor their own ad?

This is my absolute favorite Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff is excellent and everyone is super friendly. The food is delicious and service is fast and with a smile. Definitely one I’d recommend and plan to return to as much as possible!
We wanted to go our for my fiances birthday & we had 10 people in our group so I called ahead and told the girl that we would be coming in and what time to expect us, she told me they werent slammed so that would not be a problem. when we go there we waited 45 mins to be seated because she didnt hold the tables like she said she would. then when we finally were sat we ordered our drinks some were alcoholic and some werent it was a good 20 mins before they showed up. when the waitress came to take our order everything seemed okay until she came back another 3 times to check and make sure she wrote everything down right.. skip another 30 mins and our food comes out and half of the tables food was wrong ugh! frustrating. We ordered another round of drinks (3) margs and the waiter brings us the drinks out and sets mine down in front of my 1 yr old son so he naturally grabs for it and almost gets a face full of alcohol ..this place needs help already...

Been there a handful of times with somewhat large groups with kids. The food might take a little while but I assume thats just because of the size of our group. They always open the back room for us so we can let our hair down a little :)Friendly staff.

The wings arent great, the sauce is mediocre, and the service is just good enough. If you want wings in adrian I would recommend going to frickers just down the road. There wings are big, they have good sauces, and there burgers are pretty good too. The wait for the food is a little long (around 20 min) but it tastes better than b dubs

Its hit or miss here as with any restaurant .... Always greeted with a smile and friendly hello... But Ive had a few waiters who acted as tho every little thing was a bother, not very attentive, food was not great... But on the other hand ive had great, attentive waitstaff.

Placed online order wait was longer then quoted. Ordered 2 7 piece wings both different sauces got both sauces wrong. Ordered shareable onion ring & mire then half were burnt.

Very slow service and wasnt extremely busy. I paid for our food, but had to leave before our group for our food. The rest of our group stayed and were going to get our food. It never came out when they received their food.
Bartender is dull and rude, manager is un unsociable and will not approach customers.Bartender didnt ask if we wanted to transfer to new bartender. The staff was more concerned with the baby that was here. Manager would not greet guest at the bar no matter who they were with. Ive been to many buffalo wild wings in the south east and have not had this problem. It took 20min for someoneto ask if i wanted food. Justina was a attentive bartender. Manger (becca was asked twice to see costomer) and stood back by the pop line and didnt ackonowledgde the fact that they were requested at the bar and refused to acknowledge customers due to who they were with. I would call that lack of acknowledgement to customers ans detrimental to customers. Becca is the manger at 6:00pm on Saturday. Not once did the manager approach people at the bar.

Didnt get our carrots and celery with our overpriced albino non-breadded wings. Didnt like any of the sauces. Salt and vinegar dry rub is good. I dont know how they stay in business with such horrible wings. Buffalo Wild wings doesnt sell buffalo wings. You can get the buffalo dry rub which is gross.

I normally give a place the 3 strike rule. 3 sucky times, and I am done. I even gave this place a 4th shot, after not coming here for a year. It sucked even 1 year later! We were served old, hard chicken and cheese curds every time we came. Manager pretty much dodnt care, only offered a 10% discount.

OMG! Walked in with a friend and sat at the bar an hour and 10 minutes before closing time and got nothing but dirty looks from all of the servers as if we were inconveniencing them. Sat at the bar for about 15 minutes being ignored.

We orders burgers came back told us we have no burger so we decided to leave got one sip of pop and charge us for our 5 min worth of pop. I thought was a little messed up personally but oh well I like there burgers there so was disappointed in not getting a burger but seriously charged me for a pop I didnt even drink then offered to put it in a go cup so it can sit in my car because going somewhere else that has burger so we can order more pop. Should of wrote the pop off since you were unable to provide what we wanted.
Food was alright and atmosphere was ok, nothing to write home about. One major downfall is they will not mix wing sauces together like all the other Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to.

Stopped here Sunday Sept 27 around 6pm with family...so there were 7 of us...all kids but 2.....not too crowded...awful service....wings delivered COLD....NFL Detroit Lions playing and F BOMBS all over the place yet no management folks took measures to quiet them down for kids sake....first time here....also LAST TIME I HOPE as Adrian offers ALOT of GREAT places to eat were you can drop a hundred....

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. John the manager accommodated our hockey team and had everything ready for us when we arrived.
Other locations give you more wings for your money, a lot of people now go to other locations because of this! Wings are either to hard or not cooked enough! I order take out,waiters only bring drinks once or twice throughout meal. If they fixed these problems I would go to Adrain Buffalo Wild Wings instead of driving 🙂!

The service was VERY slow for the amount of people that were there. The Manager took appropriate steps to apologize and to compensate us for the long wait. I hope it was just a one-time problem.
It just does not taste the same as it did pre lockdown of the virus. Mushy celery and hard boneless wings. I had to actually cut the wings so I could chew the hard pieces. Kind of sad this visit turned out this way.
Overpriced for the quality of the food. I ordered the Nashville Hot Wings and they had almost no flavor to them. Wings and fries both came out to the table at room temperature.

This B-Dubs is the best I have ever been too. They have the best and nicest staff and they always make me feel welcome whenever I come in. 10/10 would recommend coming in.

2021-07-13Ive been to this location several times recently when in Adrian, and absolutely love it! Staff is friendly, great to chat with and the food has always been piping hot the way it should be.Order accuracy including appetizers has been 100% and the manager Jen is always happy to hear positive feedback. As a manager, shes doing something right and it shows with her staffs smiles, friendly service and attention to detail. Even the new servers are on top of their game.With great service I always tip more than I should, because they deserve it.The only downside is that we usually order too much and get full on apps, but the bright side is that we dont have to cook later.Great job guys!

2022-07-05Staff seems to take pride in their work. Unfortunately, our order came out cold as if it sat for an extended time. I enjoyed my meal once I got a replacement order. My waitress was amazing Santos not only helped us get a manager but he was nice and patient with us when we were not happy with our order. This place is family friendlyHANDICAPPED friendly doors non automaticReservations are suggested to do if the party is bigger then 6. Online orders can be done through door dash. Pick up orders are also available as well. Dine in is available but also masks are not required but suggested if you are sick. This place is definitely worth checking into.

2022-04-05I placed a large order for 29 athletes this weekend. The online ordering system was either down or wouldnt take an order that large so I went in and made the order instead of placing it over the phone. The lady taking my order was super helpful. The restaurant didnt have a way to label each meal with the athletes name, so the friendly manager, Jen, came out to talk to me and personally labeled each meal for our order. Big thank you, great service and the food was delicious. Timing was spot on as well, thank you!

2022-05-18The food was pretty good. The server he wasnt very tentative, we tried to get answers from him in regards to menu items and he never returned. In fact the only time we saw him was to place are order, receive our food and the check. He never asked us how things were, or asked if we needed refills??

2022-05-06Ordered 20 wings for takeout- got 10. Same order—-ordered 6 boneless wings- received 5. $32 for those two items and didn’t even get what I ordered. I was told 5:10 pick-up- waited until 5:25. Girls at the front were completely inappropriate with their conversation. Will not go back, as unfortunately this is NOT the first time this has happened with not getting what we paid for.
