4 stars based on multiple visits. My most recent visit however sucked. My boneless wings were overcooked. Everything came out cold (wings and onion rings). The table and menus were not clean - gross. They were just too busy. It was a Saturday night during the NCAA March Madness and Michigan was playing. Normally a great experience.
I ordered traditional wings & asked for them to be fried hard& extra sauce , got home and they weren’t fried hard nor was there extra sauce… my wings were chewy so I had to put them in my air fryer to make them more crispy. This is the second time this has happen. I am very disappointed because this use to be my favorite chicken restaurant
Nothing but always issues, its so bad they automatically comp your food without talking to a manager. Never get carryout from here. Maybe itll be better if you dine in but just go to another location. At night time Ive seen large rats run from the doors while I was in the parking lot. Just avoid this place
Take out order swiftly processed. Kayla assisted by asking what I was looking for. We needed wings and onion rings. Kayla mentioned that it was happy hour so there were lots of options and being Thursday it was bogo for boneless wings. We went for the appetizer of traditional Buffalo wings medium heat, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and loaded nachos. And a bogo of lemon pepper with both sauce and seasoning boneless wings and medium heat Buffalo and fries. Happy with all of it. While waiting watched Tigers game day before Miggy hit 3001. Staff was attentive and service was reasonably fast. Thanks to you all.
This place is so bad lol. I have never had a decent meal from here and I’ve tried to give it multiple chances to redeem itself and they just aren’t capable. I always get the boneless and they come out crusty and hard, barely any meat, barely any sauce and cold every single time I’ve went. They really fell off.
Very Sporty atmosphere with large seating spaces. There are televisions all around with sports mostly. The service is fast and excellent. They kept refilling the drinks before we could ask someone. The whole place even with all the screens around and people feels very cozy and surprisingly not noisy. Enjoyed the dinner. Very good for a family gathering large or small!
*Friendly Service* The Ceiling Fans were making the atmosphere very uncomfortable as it was cold and the napkins kept blowing all over the place. Our Chicken wasnt very Hot (temperature) however the fries were perfectly Hot, the Sauce on the Sweet BBQ was missing on some of the chicken. We did ask for everything to be well done and extra wet, if it wasnt for the nice server I wouldnt recommend this establishment and would only give them 1 star.
Low staff! Waited almost an hour for order. Once received it was wrong. I ordered traditional but got bites. Got home and they were like eating tough beef. I was there for a fight a while back and it was great but this was the absolute worst. Roll the dice on this place. Its a gamble.
I came in on a Thursday around 4 (just got off work) I asked about drink and food specials, he rattled off everything and I got a beer and some boneless wings after all they are buy one get one free meaning I ordered 8 and got 8 free not bad) the male bartender won me over at the end of the day he was quick and a bit rude but had a fun personality so I forgive him.Next was a shift change and this blonde girl was incredibly rude and seemed to only care about the regulars and neglected me and anothe gentleman at the bar, everytime I asked for anything it made it seem like I was inconveniencing her.I wont come back to this place for awhile
If you go ask for Patricia 😍she was seriously amazing and so attentive, checked on us multiple times throughout our meal and made sure we didn’t need anything. We had so much fun making jokes with her, would definitely come back just for her, food and drinks were great too
The amount of food they give is less than 40% of the what regular buffalo wild wings provides look at the picture, I once visited the Westland location and the quality and quantity of the same menu was more than double what the canton location provides, try considering Westland location once you will always go there will never visit canton location again its worth the extra drive to go to Westland
I normally dont leave reviews because im a pretty understanding person after working two different management jobs in the food industry, but the service i received tonight was absolutely horrible. i had ordered five meals for me, my sister, my niece and nephew, and one of their friends, and i got home to one of my orders completely missing on top of half of another order. there is absolutely zero excuse for something like this to happen, and the employees should be double checking every order before handing it out. i willnever be returning to this location again.
BWW back in business!!!!! It was nice to get out and eat in public again. Tables are spaced out appropriately. Wait staff was polite and on point. Wings were great! Thai curry traditional wings is where its at. Good times. Also Jamaican jerk and honey bbq are pretty good.
I have been to this location three times now and asked for a buffalo chicken wrap but with cauliflower wings instead of chicken. The first time, there was no issue, the server was amazing, and there wasnt an up charge. The second time, they tried to charge my friend and I for an entire small cauliflower wing on top of the two wraps (extra $10). And the third time, I called to get take out with the same request and the manager told me were not able to accommodate that modification. It just doesnt make sense that they choose when to and when not to accomdate a very simple request. I was excited the first time I got the wrap with cauliflower and it sucks knowing I wont be able to do that again. Back to not going to Buffalo wild wings i guess.
Had the curd bacon burger and it was great! Dont get fooled by the picture of the brisket burger. The brisket portion is not even a third of what was expected. I mentioned it to the waitress. She really couldnt do anything about it. The portions are prepackaged to a certain weight. The price for that disappointing burger was over $14. Everything else was great. Remember, dont order the Brisket burger.
So… I walked in at around 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon. Walked up to the hostess stand where a sign said Please wait to be seated. We waited about 5 minutes while a half a dozen employees walked by and no one bothered to say hello someone will be with you shortly or anything. After 5 minutes of being ignored we left. I get the whole “we have no staff” bit, but acknowledging a customer who is waiting to be seated is not a staffing issue. Likely won’t be back.
Ive always been fond of Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere is great, the food is great. They have multiple sports games playing at the same time, all of the time. They do have a bar. I can say, that even for a Friday night, at 5 pm, the wait was nothing. Me and my wife were able to walk in and sit down right away which is quite impressive considering Applebees always has a wait time around mid-late afternoon, and the food is a tad better.
Tried to order take from here and wanted to order 100 wings. The girl who answered the phone was absolutely the rudest person I have ever come across!! She was unhelpful, rude and and I felt like I was making her have to do her job! I canceled my entire order and went to Wing Stop not only did I save a bunch of money but they were super helpful on the phone and was happy to take my money!! Bwws need to train there waitresses properly and how to be helpful towards people! This girl who was rude missed out on a 40-60% tip hope it was worth it!
The quality of service here has degraded more so than other places from the pandemic labor issues. This is the 3rd time since dining was allowed that weve come here and 2 out of the 3 have been horrible service experiences. We were avoiding the busy dinner time and doing early lunch for this last time and it didnt help. It feels like they are pushing too much floor space for the available trained staff and its severely affecting the experience. We waited 20 minutes before giving our initial order. One of the 3 meals was completely cold even though it was the chicken ranch wrap. It took a long time to get the food after order. I could see they were letting the front areas run unstaffed for long periods of time. This location needs to reassess the labor utilization and give up trying to open all of the floor space for the time being. We are giving up going to this location for the next several months, it isnt worth it for us.
Honestly, my stars are for the staff. They were so polite and pleasant. Great energy, especially for a Tuesday with their special going on. I arrived around 10:00, and they close at 11. The grease was old of course, food wasnt that great, and Ill take the blame for waiting until almost closing time. Because of Rachel, our waitress, I wasnt even upset abt the food. She just made the interaction worth while.
Worst experience ever!!! Ordered 40mins ago thru online. When I arrived, I still had to wait for 30mins in the lobby to get my food. While I was waiting, there are more than 50 customers already got their food. Then staff saw me still waiting, finally checked with the kitchen, and told me they were still making my food. Its been well over an hour since I placed the order. When I got home, I found that my food was missing. My call never went through for whatever the reason, so I had to go back to the store again, talked to the manager to get my refund. No staff cares about customers. It was my favorite store, I am very disappointed that Canton BWW has such a bad system.
In the time of horrible service and embarrassing employment levels this place manages to deliver a decent experience. Staff was present and seemed to genuinely care about their work. Food was mid grade and precooked but thats what you get when ordering adult sized chicken nuggets.
If you get your order, and you actually get what you ordered, you probably wont hate it.Twice in the last month Ive placed an order here and had them cancel it after an hour. No reason given, no immediate response, just nope, get food elsewhere.Other than those two issues, I have about a 50% success rate for actually getting the items I ordered in the last year. Most frequently missed/mis-sent are the sauces themselves - which are most of the reason for ordering here in the first place.Forewarned is forearmed, I suppose.
The only reason I gave them a One Star is because I couldn’t go lower. I bought food from them on Grubhub they totally mess my order up. I had to drive to the store to get my correct order. I asked for a manager ( Who seem to not care) she offered nothing in the way of Compensation seeing that I had to drive up there because of their incompetence. I also tipped the driver 20 % for nothing. I had to drive up there anyway. I won’t be going there any more. 3.7 Stars that’s a joke!!!
I came in on veterans day to get the wings for heroes deal, however I am not feeling very well today and called in a take out order. When I came into the restaurant the waitress would not let me get the deal as take out and said that I had to dine in only. I asked for the manager politely to see if they could do anything, after speaking with him he showed me online where it said dine in only and refused to let me get any wings to go and said there was nothing he could do in the system for me. I decided to go to another location 15 miles away because BDUBS is my favorite! These guys in Ypsilanti were awesome and super helpful and more than willing to do take out for the Veterans day special. I have included a picture of the receipt from Ypsi to show that it WAS IN FACT POSSIBLE IN THE SYSTEM, as all Bdubs run on the same point of sale system.
Couldnt get a table outside but another Caucasian person came in after myself and they got it. I didnt trip no manager ever comes around to check on customers. I figured I will call it out on here. Im a BWW fan and the food was good. The service is always 50/50. I wish the service of African Americans at this location was better.
Well just in general its one of my favorite places to eat but, on August 31, 2020 it wasnt a good experience at all. I ordered traditional wings and wedge fries. Im always very specific to cook my wings extra, extra extra well done because its a texture thing for me, that my wings are extras well not a big deal. My food comes and it more than likely every time gets sent back because they dont place the order like I requested. Long story short I have to eat my fries before the wings and they werent hot. By the time I got my food my sister was done eating, Im full from water and luke warm fries. Then to find they took it apon themselves to give me all drums it was just disappointing. I didnt need a free meal or nothing but, they should have at least made an adjustment in my price. The tables and floors was dirty. ME paying almost 20.00 for 10 wings yes I wanted my order right. considering that was my 2nd time in the same week spending money their. Pay attention on how yall put the orders in at our request. Also, make adjustments when you clearly see the patron is not happy or pleased with the service and yes still left a tip nomatter what. Wont be going back no time soon.
Very poor service. My boyfriend called when we were 5 minutes away, asking if there was a wait for a table, the lady said no. We arrived within 5 minutes and we walked in and stood in line behind a family in front of us, waiting to be seated. Multiple employees walked by, stared at me and the family waiting, yet still nothing... Ended up waiting for 15 minutes before walking out... The restaurant wasnt busy by any means. Very disappointed
Called in an order at 12:45pm, Sunday, June 6th. Girl on the phone talked in a rude, passive tone. Definitely needs a lesson in customer service; at least act like you want our business. She also was not paying attention and messed up our order.Overall, decent food. Just hoping to help the girl out who was taking our order...
I think I have been to a BWW one time before. Maybe it was because I went during lunch but the food was delicious and not generic in nature. Not crazy for bbq sauce I opted for a chicken sandwich that was on mild side but had some tangy sauce and uncommon garnishments like avocado.
A very sad occasion where a friend came to town to bury his sister. We decided to meet up and spend some time together before he left. I selected Buffalo wild wings because my buddy loves the place. When we came in there was no one at the host podium to greet us. We waited five minutes before someone came and seated us. Shortly after our waiter came and took a drink orders and then disappeared for what seemed like an eternity. He came back and took our food orders and my friend ordered chicken sandwich Ike ordered the buffalo blue burger, and another buddy ordered the buffalo wings. They didn’t have any brisket for the brisket burger which is what all three of us want it. The server seemed agitated that we even ordered it and said people have been asking for it all day and upset they were out of brisket for quite some time. My Burger with double patties but really it was like 1 1/2 Patty they were so very thin. I’ve had a great meal at BWW before, but this day was not good at all. I may give them another chance, but this visit was not great at all. No one ever came by to check if our meals we ok. Sad.
Ordered carry out on Saturday 6/26 my lemon pepper dry seasoned traditional wings looked at least 2 days old and had almost no rub on them I couldnt even eat them, my order of boneless wings might as well have been called popcorn chicken and I dont know if you ran out of mango habenaro sauce or changed the recipe but whatever concoction you put on my wings wasnt mango habenaro. Needless to say I ordered a pizza. I wont be back.
They were very rude at this location. The hostes was very unhappy and rude not customer happy, she did not wanted to be there. Said you can sit everywhere, i asked the patios she said no you cant sit there. Went to seat asked for the table to be cleaned she said I AM CLEANING IT in a very loud rude tone. I told the waitress, who beard it all and she said she is a quiet girl, she was not quist, she was straight out rude. Waitress she said whatever. I cant beleive it. Ordered 20 bonless wings withi. 5 minutes food got there, food was cold and most likely microwaved. The only nice person was the african american who was training that day. It was around 10 pm on saturday 6/19/2021. If i cluld give 0 stars i would. Would never come here again.
This is the 3rd time in a row we have ordered delivery from this Buffalo Wild Wings and we have yet to receive a correct order. It reads right on our receipt what we ordered and they can’t seem to care enough to read it. I order a grilled chicken wrap every time with no sauce and no tomato. All 3 times I’ve received a fried chicken wrap with tomatoes and some sauce that is way too spicy for me. We also ordered potato wedges, which you pay extra for and got fries instead. Finally we ordered a sandwich and asked for the pickles and tomatoes to be removed and guess what came on the burger. I understand once in a while, if you are busy, making mistakes but we ordered at 4:45 pm this time. It’s just frustrating. If you can go to a different Buffalo Wild Wings I suggest you do so.
Went their last Thursday at 10;20 pm and we were told they only seat until 10:15 and close at 11:00. We said ok and left. We called about 6 pm tonight and asked what time do you close tonight and we were told11 pm and you need to be here by 10:15. We arrived tonight at 9:45 sign says close at 11:00. Again we were told we are closed. Asked to speak to the manager and we’re told she would not come out and see us. We were told that they change their hours everyday. If hours are changed they should update their website and when you call they should be honest and tell you what time they really close. Went to Applebee’s and were treated great and had a great meal. We will be probably not return to this Buffalo Wildwings for a long time.
Ordered on the phone, was told 1 hour. that was fine being super bowl Sunday I understood. However when I got here to pick up my order there was a 40-person deep line waiting to pick up the food. then the hostess with a snarky attitude said well if you had ordered online you could have gone over to the patio and picked up your order right away.well that would have been nice to have told people when they phoned in their order that that was an option rather than having the entire lobby packed with people just waiting to pick up food
Absolutely horrible service the severs were rude and argumentative, the food took entirely too long to come out burnt. Not a friendly vibe at all. The stubby heavy set sever is definitely the rudest I have ever encountered. The manager was very nice and understanding but, I wouldnt eat here if they paid me to rate the restaurant. If you can avoid this restaurant please do!!!!!!! I wish I could give it no stars!
Ive had take out at this location 3 times in maybe a 4 month period. All 3 times Ive been disappointed. Each time having its own issues. First time I ordered traditional wings and my wings were so dry with little sauce and I didnt even get any extra sauce included. I felt jipped. Second time I ordered the traditional wings they were so dried out there were hardly anything to eat on the bone and what you could get off the bone wasnt even that good. I got fries too and they were cold and soggy. Today I got the traditional wings and though I got enough sauce and there was meat on the bones, the meat was chewy and appeared under cooked and this time the fries were so gross. They were cold, soggy and chewy again. I could see the fries being cooler if the order was sitting there for a little bit while waiting to be picked up but these fries just tasted old. I havent had too many issues when Ive dined in but for whatever reason the standard for takeout seems to be low. I like Bdubs but its disappointing that my last 3 take out meals felt subpar. I would say if youre looking for take out, try somewhere else. Dine in is fine.
I’ve been to this Canton location a lot over the past year because I used to come off the hwy next to it. Recently the foods been really soggy and I guess it just sits on a warmer to stay medium warm. I had to make two complaints because of the food quality. The first time they gave me a $15 coupon. However when I returned to use it. I asked for extra wet and when I got home the chicken was again soggy, cold, and dry.The manager tries to offer me another $15 dollars to use at their store but I just don’t want to go back to the locations. The service was slow even on a low volume night for them. And I feel like I’ve complained too much already...Westlands Location is way better
Went here for my birthday a few days ago and was very disappointed with my experience. Our waitress mess up our order and then was butt-hurt about it, which led to her ghosting us for an hour. We had to ask another waiter for more drinks, a box, and our bill because our waitress was non-existent. Perhaps she was new with minimal experience. Whatever the case was, I do NOT recommend this location. Management needs to train their staff better so the customer experience improves. Pitiful!
I think the dine in experience is fine. But dont bother with take out. Seem to refuse to put any sauce on the wings despite requesting extra. Ive legit had chunks of breading as part of the wing count to my order. And youll end up waiting a good 10 minutes standing at the counter waiting for them to hand you your order. Ive givin up taking out from buffalo wild wings after ordering from them several times over the years.
Used to love this place. We called yesterday to check if there is a waiting time, they said no. We were there in less than 2min. We went in there and there was already a line and no one behind the desk. They were away talking to each other. After a 10min wait someone spoke to us and she said there is a 10-15min wait, she took my phone number and asked us to wait in the car. A day later still no one called! Of course after a 30min wait we just left. Never coming back to this place.
I ordered the wings with fries deal for free delivery right now and they forgot the fries.. when I called I was on hold for 15 minutes the manager offered to mail me a gift certificate or refund me 2 dollars for the fries.. I’m pretty sure they charge more than 2 for fries but that was a lie anyway I was not given a refund back on my card! The buffalo wings tasted weird and were only have covered in sauce..
This location has a nice outdoor patio. The employees were all wearing masks, and the food and beer is exactly as we expected. I would like a hand sanitizer station for guests to be more clearly visible when we walk in. The host on duty could have been more attentive to bring silverware when seating us, instead the busser had to do it when she brought our food. The server was kind and attentive.
The food we fine, it was the service that was just terrible. I tried this location twice before and I thought they were just bad days, but that is not the case. It took over 15 minutes to be greeted and to be asked what we would like to drink. Then almost another 10 to get our food order in. We just had appetizers and drinks so the wait especially with a restaurant that was at 30 percent capacity at the time was unacceptable. A friend of mine who was with me at the time is a manager at a different location and agreed that the service at this location has always been its problem. The third time was the last time for me.
We went there last night and it was terrible. It took forever for the hostess to even take our name because seemingly every employee was busy trying to please a huge party who didn’t want to sit at multiple tables. There were 3 other tables open but not cleaned off and a line of people waiting to be seated while employees were just walking aimlessly and standing around. After about 15 minutes of standing at the hostess stand she finally came up and literally only said “booth?” And pointed to a booth. No apology for the wait or anything. Once we sit it took another 10 minutes for the waitress to come by, again without an apology for the wait. She kept trying to run off after we would order one item and had to keep coming back because we weren’t finished ordering. When we got our food the fries were cold. Just nothing good about it at all.
I like this branch. Always clean and the food is the same quality whenever I eat there.Unlike many other branches.The only issue with this place is having to wait to be seated, although there many available tables. They do not have enough staff to serve big numbers of people.On one occasion their kitchen was overloaded and we ended up not getting the food. They had a big private party at the time. The manager apologized and did not charge us for the drinks and the appetizers.
Chicken tasted rubbery, place was a little busy so it was a bit dirty, took awhile to get our meal, customer service by the waitress was okay, couldve been better, customer service by the front hostess/take out was horrible due to the rudeness and being laughed at for asking a question and trying to pay the bill their with two registers, restroom was screwed up and our son slipped and fell in the restroom, oh and I couldnt register my points to my account cause of whatever was wrong with the internet service inside. Only good thing was they offer a military discount. Dont think wed try this location again.
Took too long to get simple things like: water, sauces, napkins, refills, boxes, BILL. And other waiters wouldnt acknowledge our excuse me requests. It wasnt that crowded we were seated right away, party of 4, but our waiter was overly distracted & not too prompt. Food was cold & not that good, took too long. The ONLY reason our waiter, Dom, got a good tip 25% was because it would have taken too long to get change. And trust me, HE WASNT deserving of that much. Yesterdays service really deserved a 1 star but Im in a good mood today 😁
Typically a great location. Cheaper and faster than the Westland location. Loss of 1 star is for my last experience where I was told 1 hour for my app order to show up and find out my food had been done for 45 minutes. By the time I was able to eat all the food was cold, dry and rubbery.
Very poor service at this location. Stopped in last night 7/23/2019 @ 6:00 pm and was seated at one of the small high top tables in the bar area. After sitting there for 10 minutes a waitress finally makes an appearance. We asked if we could grab a larger table (6 feet away) because we were expecting 2 other people, she accommodated us but said it wasnt her area. We then waited another 10 minutes before flagging down one of the many wait staff that walked right by us several times without even acknowledging our presence. We had asked to see a manager to explain our reason for walking out and he seemed like he could care less. Bottom line is this, I have been to at least 6 or 7 different locations and this one is the worst. This is my 3rd and last time walking out of this location because of poor service. There are plenty of other places to buy over priced wings.
Absolutely nasty. I ordered street tacos, extra wet extra crispy wings, and frys. Before i even left the parking lot i had to take the frys back not thinking to check the rest of the order. I get home and my wings were not wet. Or crispy. The street tacos we absolutely DISGUSTING. my wings were rubbery. I’ll never come to canton Buffalo Wild Wings again. Highly disappointed.
I have tried this location a few times and I always received the smallest wings I have ever seen. I drive longer to the Westland and Livonia locations and they give wings almost twice as big. Also, the appetizer was supposed to have cheese and bacon and again they used such a small amount. To summarize this is the closest BWW to my house but I will not return.
The service was great. Waitress was very attentive. Filled our pops three times. The boneless chicken wings were hot and crispy. Got plenty of sauce with our meal. You could hardly taste the spices on the boneless wings w/o the sauce (the way I prefer to eat them). Plenty of TV screens. Visited this location on 8-3-17.
Placed an order online at 8:43 PM. Arrived at 9:10PM as stated online to pick up. Still waiting for the order to be ready, over 45 minutes later. This is quite unacceptable. There are several empty tables inside the restaurant. Not worth the money (its a wednesday) or the wait... Pretty inefficient and unapologetic staff.When we got home (live 5 min away) everything was lukewarm and they had not given us any of the sauces or veggies we had ordered. 60some dollars for terrible service, long wait (over 1h), and ultimately an incomplete/incorrect order with multiple wings completely dry (we had specifically requested wet). If I could give zero stars, I would.
Me and my wife came in for a late night eat after the Michigan basketball game. Our server was male, he never once told us his name. Our app was ordered and brought out by another server. At this time me and my wife still have no silverware to eat with no napkins. Our food then comes out, no ranch that we asked for, no silverware still, and didnt refill our drinks. Our server was to busy talking to bar patrons at the bar rail and other servers. He didnt even ask us how our app or food was. Very disappointed. The reason that I write this is to better help you train your staff better. Ive been a bartender know for over 20 years in Grand Rapids Michigan, very dissapointed.
We have gone to BW3’s for years. We will NOT be returning. We ordered and paid online. My husband went to pick up the order and they had forgotten part of the meal of the person in line in front of him. When my husband got to the front they forgot half our order. He waited for 40 min and asked for compensation. They said they could not refund because we paid online. They gave him $15 gift card. When he got home, we found all sauces that we had paid extra for were a quarter filled. I would not go to this location.
Very good place with good food for family and friends for reasonable prices.The reason I gave this 4 stars was because the food sometimes comes in cold. I ordered some hot wings and the actual quality of the chicken is very poor and there is sometimes very little sauce on it.The staff is also sometimes very rude and disrespectful. But for family I recommend coming in before 8pm; mainly because of the atmosphere and the unnecessary loud music.

I called restaurant before going to see what time they closed...I was was told that they close a 11p but dont seat anyone after 9:30p...My husband an I arrived at 9:26p an the staff walked right past us...Someone finally came out 5 minutes later an told us that they stop seating people at 9:30...I stated that we had been standing there for 5 minutes the stay then stated that they didnt have anywhere to seat us an we couldnt sit at the table she pointed to.
Possibly the worst BDubs Ive ever been to. Boneless wings were dry, small and only had a squirt of sauce on. My philly steak and cheese had no cheese, bun was dry and cold. My order taker was friendly and attentive, until I paid the bill on the to-go desk. After that she started ignoring me and was shouting to a Customer that was being helped by someone else. Restaurant was very lonely, yet parking lot was full; Unexplainable experience.
Not sure if we had caught someone on a bad night or if the restaurant was understaffed, but the whole experience we had just didnt feel professional. We had to ask for silverware which then came unwrapped (the server just handed us a fork and knife), we never received the chips and salsa we asked for, and it took a good while to even get the food we ordered. Our server was nice, but man I dont think Ill be returning here anytime soon.
Picked up order and was given wrong box of wings, short wings for BOGO and didn’t receive onion rings.Went back to pick up order that I thought was right and still missing wings. Definitely wasnt impressed after driving a distance the first time then having to drive back again.First impression ‘not impressed especially after other customers went through similar issues with not having everything in their orders.Management needs to be more attentive to this store and maybe train staff to be more efficient with customers.
I only give it one star because I have to give it a rating. The one star goes to the cook who got tired of the food sitting in the window and brought it out. Our waitress was horrible to busy talking to coworkers and just running through the dining area hoping no one would see her to flag her down. I waitresses for years and trained many. You dont ignore the table and come only when the cook is trying to hand out the food and ask if everything is all right. She never refilled any of the females drinks at the table. Let alone look us in the eye or try to engage us in any way. No management to be found. Thankful everyone agreed to never return or waste another dime in this establishment. Do not throw your money away avoid this place!
THEY DESERVE A ZEROupdated. Since that year ago Ive been here several times and the experience hasnt been as pleasant. The last three time my wings and potato wedges have been cold. Doesnt make for a good experience. The wait time have been increasing because of slower service. Good thing the staff is usually very friendly. Hope it gets better or Ill just have to stop going....So last time going they burnt my food and they we awful about it. Kept tell me what about the middle. Who cares about the middle when the outside is charred. Never ever again will I go to this subpar restaurant.
It used to be one of my favorite places to go for carry out but the service has dramatically gone down in the past few months. The servers no longer check your order to make sure everything is correct and they are always super slow. I ordered online and still had to wait 30 minutes past the posted pickup time. Several times myself or family and friends have picked up an order just to get home she notice that something paid for wasnt in the bag.
This was my first time going even though 10mins away from home. Very big and comfortable. Service was good. This was the biggest Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever been in.I ordered some boneless wings the were hard as a brick I told and showed the waitress how hard they were. She odered a second batch but they were still hard Whomever is cooking is cooking them too long shouldnt be hard at all that was the only thing I disliked
We got a carry out which by the time we got home was cold .. whatever its carry out...NONE of our wings had barely any sauce on them. It looked like they refried them and forgot to put more sauce on? They didnt give us any dipping sauce that we specifically asked for. Next time Ill just drive farther and go to the Westland one. Never had any good experiences at this one
Slow and unorganized. This is the only BWW Ive ever been to that has the hostess seat the tables in the bar area (we only found this out after taking an open table). Long wait to be seated and the table behind us sat empty (with dirty dishes on it) the entire time we were there. The kitchen was backed up and taking around an hour to get food out. Oh, and they managed to screw up my order (it was correct on the bill so it was a mistake in the kitchen).Food was good. Just not a good place if youre in a hurry.

So Ive been here before and gave great review...today was completely the opposite.Came in with my Son and waited to be greeted. We stood in front door watching 3 female employees at the hostess stand in conversation(not sure if they were hostess or wait staff). We were noticed but not acknowledged. It was busy but there were some empty tables staggered through the area.Weather there was an a table available or not after over 5min standing in front of them we were not greeted it given any indication of what kind of wait to expect
My boyfriend and I went here for dinner two nights ago and the music was so loud we couldnt have any type of conversation. I understand its more of a sports bar restaurant but at least let me be able to talk to the person sitting across from me. On the plus side our wings were really good!
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The food is NEVER good here. I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt when I am asked to eat there. However I will no longer do that. The food never comes out fresh. We waited 25 minutes on a Monday night special, just for all of our wings to be lukewarm, our fries to be cold and soggy, we had to ask for the condiments we orderers multiple times, the carrots and celery were not even clean, the wings are nothing but crispy frying batter that break your teeth when you bite into them, and the food is overpriced for how bad of quality it will always be. I would suggest driving 1 minute east towards The Bowery. Best wings in Canton by far.
Many bad experiences at this Buffalo wild wings! Im not one to write reviews, but this place is terrible! Im not sure if they have bad management or what the problem is! We were there just last night for the Wisconsin vs.Duke game, even after I said I would never go back there again! Thats where the group wanted to go. Anyway, it was around 930pm the place is busy and very loud as expected considering the championship game is on! We ordered food I had a beer and out of the nowhere the waitress comes over very rude and tells us we are being way to loud that we need to be quiet! Really!!!! I couldnt even hear the person next to me talk because It was so loud in there ..... we will never go back! Done with Canton Buffalo wild wings!
Food is really good and atmosphere is great for watching a game. I went on my birthday to watch two world cup games on a big screen. Everything was great except the waitress accidently dunked her finger in the ranch up to her knuckle, and still gave it to him without saying a word. Kinda weirded me out because I dont feel thats very sanitary and she didnt say anything or replace the ranch. I set it aside and my husband didnt use it. Still disgusting.
Food took 40 minutes to get out to us (the place was not busy... Monday night...) Waitress never checked with us once to tell us why the food was taking so long. She also needed to be reminded to bring out the beer we ordered. Food quality was fine when we finally got it and manager gave us a discount for our troubles, which was nice. He explained our food had to be remade because the kitchen dropped the first tray on the ground. Dont think well be going back if we come to the area again.
The three stars are more about BWW as a company than this particular establishment. This restaurant was clean, service was fine, food came out fairly quickly. That being said, with two little ones, we had to find an employee to ask about high chairs and booster seats, not to mention crayons and a sheet to color on. Ive been going to BWW back when they had a third W (used to be Buffalo Wild Wings and Whack). It used to be really good bar food for very little money. Over the past 5-10 years, it seems they got a bit too big and the prices have gone up while the quality has gone down. Still a great place to grab a beer, watch sports, and play some online trivia, but I wouldnt choose it for dinner anymore.
Once again, we tried to go to this location on a Saturday night. Its been several months since we went there and last time we swore we would not go back again because of the crappy service, but we like the food.As soon as we walked in we were told we could be seated soon, but it would be 45 minutes (at least) for food because of some lame excuse. They were busy, they were short staffed, etc. The truth is, the kitchen sucks and is too small and they cant keep up with orders.I guess we are done for good.
Staff especially Kyle is always awesome and on top of his game. Wings are still very small and almost always over cooked. Over cooked and Dry crispy wings is a given. Thats why I dont go there very often. My family of six would go at least once a month. Now maybe once a year.

The whole reason for ordering wings whether bone-in or boneless is their sauce, after all its called Buffalo Wild Wings. My last 3 visit had been very mediocre. The service is ok but the sauce on the wings are skimpy. Each time Ive requested more sauce to be put on them and then have to argue about being charged extra.Ill be looking for a new wing joint.
Food was fresh fast and friendly as you would expect at 3:30pm on a Tuesday . Masks are required wich is a bit inconvenient, what can you do. Tables were not wiped off, floor was dirty. Mens room was well stocked and decent. You just have to remember folks its a chain restaurant wich means consistency in flavor and quality with a low paid staff, their customer base is 18-40 year olds. 18 t.v.s line the wall, decor set for you and the boys to get a pitcher of beer and watch the game.
Good experience. I was hesitant because of other poor reviews about service. There was a long wait, but it was a weekend night. We hung around the bar and eventually got a couple seats instead of waiting for a table. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The food showed up right as we were about to check on it. Everything was as ordered. There were always empty tables despite an hour wait, so I guess they are under staffed, but we had a good time nonetheless.
Sports bar with great wings. Service is hit or miss. Happy hour specials are great deal. Limited time flavors for wings are usually good but often sell out quickly. Great place for a group or to catch a game on one of many many huge TVs. The patio is also really nice when it’s open.
Monday night 7/2 they missed the mark on food-burger overcooked and wings (garlic/parmesan) had a fishy taste. The service was great, atmosphere always good. Generally, the food is good, have eaten here numerous times with great results. Its unfortunate that one bad meal out of 10 really good ones makes you reconsider before eating there again. Hope Buffalos management pays attention to reviews and finds out what happened on Monday!
Have been to this location at least 25 times. It is really hit or miss for decent service. The food is always the same but for some reason alot of the waitstaff seem to lack customer service skills. I type this sitting at my table with the second worst service I have received here. The waitress did not bring our drinks until the appetizer was almost gone. Then instead of taking meal order walked away. When returned she took 4 orders and started to walk away until I asked if I could order. Food then took what appeared to be longer than normal. She came to the table and said I am going to go check on your order I just had to go back and check on a different tables food that was ready after they asked about their meal. I am sorry but I worked as a server before and my job was to check if orders were up, not be asked. Of course our order had been sitting in the window. However, the manager (JB) did try to rectify the situation by thanking us for telling him and giving us a $10 gift certificate after we told him about our poor service
This place has the best wings out all of the BDubbs in the area. The service is great and the servers and waitresses remember your name. I have been coming here for years and I have never had any issues. Highly recommended for game days or for a random beer/drink or two.
Theyve done a good job creating a safe and friendly atmosphere in the wake of the Covid situation. Mike in particular took great care of us and deserves to be called out specifically for always taking special care, even taking time to know our usual. Good staff makes the business hum and they certainly met my standards for a great place to eat. Yomp yomp
Ive had superior service at every other place in Canton. The workers and management could learn a few things from the high school kids working at the McDonalds down the road. 60 minutes for an order of medium boneless wings and naked tenders? Dont worry though, we got a $15 gift certificate to come back with, as if I ever want to come back.
Long wait for 8 boneless wings, almost an hour. At 30 minutes waitress came by and said wings will be right out. 15 minutes later still no wings. Normally theyre pretty quick. Maybe something happened? Or maybe just really busy? I wasnt in a hurry and had some beers so not a huge deal, just kind of unusual.
Just about par for the course when it comes to Bdubs. This location does seem to have a particularly varied sports taste (Soccer, Tennis, etc) outside of the usual basket-foot-base-ball offerings, but is otherwise pretty unremarkable. On the plus side Ive never had them get an order wrong, so points for consistency
They used to be great but they are deteriorating..today we ordered boneless chicken wings with condiments and carrots and celery. they forgot to put our condiments and veggies in the bag. and then the wings themselves were clearly leftover, small pieces and only half covered in sauce.
Zero stars if I could:-One hour wait with open tables all around-Over an hour to get our food, 30 minutes to get our drinks-Employees standing around-Food was cold, wrong orders-Dom, the waiter, never gave us napkins or silverware or checked on us, we had to flag him down.-The place was filthy-There was two chicken breast under my fries, no joke... Buy 10 get 10 free on most Tuesdays! Some BWWs have great wings... some have tiny ones... looked like they starved the poor chicken half to death! Disappointing this time, but, usually they are great! Try the Asian Zing sauce! Its awesome sauce! Lol! You know its pretty sad for this restaurant thats supposed to be family friendly and yet people that work for doordash or GrubHub that take food from here all day long and deliver it to peoples houses which happens to be Buffalo wild wings customers but we cannot use the bathroom is hard because were not at home. A lot of other restaurants people that are regular drivers theyll let you use the restroom but not the public but Buffalo wild wings doesnt have that kind of heart I used to bring my family or all the time I wont be backthey prefer that we pee on the side of the building and not be able to wash our hands
Just left, come here pretty frequently but tonight left a sour taste in my mouth. Came in for traditional Tuesday, ordered a beer, and 12 wings. Waitress informed me of the new 5-10-15 ordering style which was fine so I ordered 15. When the food came out I only had 10 winds. Ok. I informed the waitress I was short 5 wings and she responds with oh really, let me check on that wings never came, come time for the bill I bring it up to her and she pulled the oh they never came out? Card. I dont want to assume she didnt put them in but in sure that probably happened. Never got a sorry, never had the issue addressed from the manager just told her to charge me for the 10 I received and that was the end of it. Like Im not asking for anything for free but to not even get an apology? Thats just poor customer service.
Every time I call an order in something is missing. This last time was no different. They asked if I wanted them to go through the order to make sure everything was there. I told them absolutely, sure enough a whole meal was missing....thought that was it. Once I got home took out the different sauces and they were wrong. I could understand maybe once this happening, but this is every time, every single time! I don’t have this problem with other restaurants.
A great place to have wings and watch sports! Theres tons of TVs, two bars, and online pickup! The only downside is that on one of my online pickups they gave me the wrong type of wings and put way too much of the spice on it and my mouth was on fire! Thankfully, I called and told them what happened and they gladly reimbursed me!
I want to like Buffalo Wild Wings. I love the whole idea. I want to fly on a winged buffalo. I would even like to be a winged buffalo for a little while.Every time I go there there, though, I make the wrong choice. See - theyve got juicy wings and juicy boneless wings all slathered in yummy sauce - and theyve got dry rub. Now I know some folks like dry rub, but, Im not one of them. Dry rub sums it all up for me. Ouch. Not only that the base powder they use for the dry rub seems to be same. I can taste the same flavor in the background every time. That was especially disappointing this last time when I ordered some boneless wings (dry rub - whoops!) with my favorite pepper in the world - chipotle! - but the chipotle, amazingly, was lost behind the standard spice. Too bad.Ill try again because I know Im the one making the mistake - like when I ordered the regular sauce wings and selected a flavor because it sounded cool and it turned out to be lava hot - not the ghost pepper - cant remember what it was but it was hot! Maybe my mind is not allowing me to remember...In any case I remember where this place is and Ill go back. I was sad about our service that evening - thats why Im dropping a 3 today. The waitress didnt seem too enthused to serve our family but was mega-happy playing the beer-garden maiden to a festive group near us.Its all about the wings! Consider carefully before ordering. Customer service - POORManagement - EXTREMELY POORFood Preparation - THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO COOK WINGS CRISPY.Placed order by phone at 7:19pm (I attempted at 7:18pm but was hung up on)Paid for order at 7:33pm and received food well over the 5 minutes promised. More like 10 minutes. Called at 7:43pm and requested manager. Put on hold. Called back at 7:46pm and demanded manager after no one ever came back to the phone. As I waited I was approached repeatedly by the takeout workers asking me how much more time I wanted my wings cooked. MY RESPONSE: IF I KNEW HOW TO COOK MY WINGS I WOULDVE SIMPLY BOUGHT SAUCE TO PUT ON THEM. DUHHHHHH!!!!!! How without seeing the wings could I possibly tell them how long to cook them. As 8:10pm approached I requested the manager 3 times in the take out area (manager never came) and then I walked to the bar and had one of those servers get the manager. When the manager finally showed up with my food. I had already wasted an hour. When I get in the car and check my wings THE 10 FREE WINGS THAT THE MANAGER PROMISED ME WERENT THERE!!! I called immediately because I never wanted to wait I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. The manager LIED and stated that she didnt offer me 10 free wings but that she said that it would take 10 extra minutes. I told her that she was a liar because if she had told me it would take 10 extra minutes I wouldve gotten my money back instead. And it didnt take 10 extra minutes. It took a half an hour. I felt like a hostage!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
It comes down to two things. Wings and beer. Nothing else really matters. The wings are high quality, meaty, and fresh. With a large selection of different sauces. There are over a dozen draft beers available with standards and seasonal selections.The rest is just filler, really. Sports, decent service, and menu selections for people who dont want wings.
I ordered a Grilled Chicken Wrap with no cheese, no tomato, and a side of potato wedges. This was a doordash order. When I received my order, I got a ton of tomatos and cheese, and my side of potato wedges was nowhere to be found. I understand we are all human, and we all make mistakes, but the fact that such a simple request cant be followed is frustrating beyond believe.
If you ever need to carryout, you better call your order in 2 hours in advance. Slowest service, rudest carryout counter boy, never acknowledged me standing in line to pick up my order while on the phone taking orders. Never said one moment, looked me in the eye or anything. Finished his call, went to the back, came back, answered another call, still said nothing to me. Now Im late for work. Missed money and still no wings. Manager said because I ordered them extra crisp they take longer....not 20 min longer. Then I heard the carryout boy on the phone tell someone they ran out of wings. HA! Never again at this funky establishment!

2022-01-17Great service. Our Waitress was fast and friendly. Even though the restaurant was busy, our Waitress made it seem like we were her only table, just as Im sure that she made her other tables feel. Our food was great as always. Piping hot, and out to our table a lot sooner than we expected. It was my Sons birthday, and his choice was B dubs. We brought in a cake for him, and our Waitress was kind enough to bring us extra plates and flatware. All and all, a great experience, and would highly recommend to anybody.

2022-03-03My family and I love coming out , and this particular night, our server was amazing. He was very attentive and very pleasant. We never had to ask for anything he was on it. I want to say his name was Matthew. If any person were to get trained, he should be the one training them; he knows what hes doing, and for that reason, I would come back. Food was hot amazing as always and the bartender knows what theyre doing!!!

2022-03-20Honestly, the WORST quality food coming out of this location! I usually get my food from Westland but for some odd reason my grub hub delivery order was from this Canton location. My onion rings were hard as rocks. Dry. Overcooked. Cold. Disgusting and inedible. The wings were the same. The sauce was almost non existent. It was truly as if these were made days ago and just pulled from the fridge and thrown in a box. Not even heated. This is BLATANT disregard for food quality or the customer. I got robbed of $40 in food, delivery and tip fees. A complete robbery considering how obvious it was this food was not fresh or even cooked properly. When I say the food was cold, I mean, there was no warmth at all. Not like it was delivered a little late and cooled down. I don’t think it was even boxed warm!If management cares at all about this establishment, I would hope they’d start listening to these honest complaints and get rid of the horrible cooks. This doesn’t happen as an honest mistake this was on purpose. Blatant. Get out of the restaurant business if you don’t care!

2022-02-11We like to take our clients here for dinner sometimes. they used to be good at accommodating us when we called them ahead of time, because we had six gentleman in wheelchair and usually have three staff with us. this last time we went we called them at 1:30 p.m. let them know we would be there about 3:30 to 4 oclock, making sure there be able to accommodate us. well once we got there they had us wait over an hour and a half before we could finally have a place to sit which annoyed me and the other two staff members because we called ahead of time. Not to mention the server we had gave me attitude when I was trying to pay for the bill because as I was paying for the bill we had a total of 7 different receipts one for each client and then one for each staff. so as I was paying and try to get everything taken care of she was getting annoyed because Im trying to get everything together and pay each bill at a time then she had the nerve to say well I have another party I have to attend to which threw me back because we were her party as well and we were trying to pay our bill.It was a real shame that our last experience was real bad here because our clients loved going to Buffalo Wild Wings because of all the sports on the TVs maybe next time we wont go to this one and well try a different one or just find a whole new place to go to
