I just experienced the worst customer service in 15 years of eating your wings. I placed an order online and did not receive the full order. When I called the first time the mgr hung up on me. When they stopped hanging up the phone and I was actually able to get through, a new mgr told me the old one dropped the phone and that was the reason for getting disconnected...I told her thats fine and explained how since they forgot part of the order & I ordered 30 traditional wings with 6 additional sauces and they gave me 6 boxes of 5 wings, could they remake the order because the first order was not correct and now we are driving another 20 min. They told me they would give me the chips that I paid for on the house for the mistake of forgetting them and give me 1/2 off on 30 more wings. After wife went in to bring the food back they were rude to her. She is a breast cancer survivor recovering from surgery so it was wonderful to hear her so upset because an employee chose to be rude.After this awful experience, we are just bringing the bad order back and getting money refunded through my bank because of how awful it was to deal with the staff.
Place was clean, staff was friendly. Ordered at the bar for a take out order. I got a burger and fry wedges. They gave me the wrong fries, luckily I checked before I left in the car. Went back in and they got me the correct fries, but they werent that great. It was like I got what they had left over in the back. Bleu burger was great.
The wings aren’t at the same quality as I can remember from before. The sauce was runny instead of baked into the wings. I ordered 15 traditional wings and large potato wedges add cheese. Not cheap either, close to $30 and they don’t even verify your meal anymore at the front desk like they used to. I won’t be back unless things change. And if they do, I’ll change my review….
Ive been back after this experience below and it was much better. Im not sure what was going on in those days....This place has really slipped. oil bet that BWW steps towards bankrupcy soon. Now they are really cheap with the carrots and celery. The wings were BOGO on Tuesdays, now more expensive.... Still reasonable, but more expensive for sure. They did charge me $0.99 for these three carrot and celery pieces though...
Omg Ms Meca was delightful the most caring / A1 server In Buffalo Wild Wings history so much energy and she remembered our order to the T nothing wrong way better then the other servers I only want her from now on! I’ll be back just because of her thank you so much Ms Meca yes yes yes yes yes
I am honestly disappointed with this location. When it first opened I thought it was nice to have one closer by but no. The service is terrible, and by terrible I mean if you go in and eat they will forget about you. Youre constantly finding yourself having to waive someone over or no one comes to really check on you. Even when you carry out its terrible. They dont answer their phones even if theyre busy or not, then when you take your food to go they dont check it for you like they usually did and sometimes you get to your car or get home and then find out your order is not made well or theyre missing things you specifically told them not to forget. Its honestly been a terrible experience one after the other and they even took some items that were popular off the menu which makes me eat there less! I ask to speak to a manager and the person on the phone was rude or didnt try to even connect me to one because I was upset and waiting for a long time. Sometimes its honestly not even worth complaining because theyre going to make the same mistakes regardless again and again. Terrible experiences every time I go here which is so rare now. Dont recommend. Always never answer, never check on you, service is no good, and the food always has an issue and is never made well. Disappointment.
It might be me or my memory but the quality of the food has drastically gone down. Theyre plain wings was overcooked and bland, their parmesan garlic had nothing but sauce all over the place. But, I must commend our waitress for being very attentive. She effortlessly offered to compensate us with a change in our order.
Food was good, nothing special though. With the lack of people working I don’t expect super quick service but the place was near empty when our party arrived and we had to continually ask to get another drink. No one really looked they wanted to be there. UPDATE- offered me points for free food but never got them and now I can’t get logged into my account. No help from anybody even after contacting them. Lowering my rating.
My free birthday wings were cold. The waitress was extremely slow and it wasn’t even busy. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my bill after I asked for it. I didn’t even get my free birthday wings on my Buffalo Wild Wings reward app because she never took down my number. Truly disappointed with this one and not going back to this location. Seriously been sitting here for 30 mins and have yet to receive water. I had to walk up to the bar MYSELF to get water. What a jokeI understand the restaurant is understaff but a business should not be open if it cant even function properly.She said either deal with it or leave… what kind of waitress says that, her name was Angela!Not only that but every single table is filled with empty food and not even cleaned off.The bathrooms are filthy.The food is cold, and this place truly needs to reconsider the way it serves and runs as a business.Never Again!
My husband and I LOVE this Buffalo Wild Wings. We have had some unique experiences here since we go here so often, but ultimately we have more good experiences then bad. We have never had bad food here, only bad service (one time my husband was told there was no metal silverware 😂, he always bends/breaks the plastic silverware on the chickens). If you go during normal rush food times be prepared to wait a long time. We started going early and we get in and out within an hour, feeling full and happy 😊
Worst experience ever! Keep in mind my party of four arrived during non peak hours. Longest time it ever took to have someone bring me a drink to start and then come get my order bring appetizers then finally bring my entree and then another long wait for the bill.Only good thing is that the food tastes just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings location.
Came in on a Monday night with a group of four friends. Not busy at all only a few other tables. We weren’t even asked for drinks until we sat down for 25 minutes. My chicken was COLD. The drinks (which were water) didn’t even come out until after we had almost finished our meal. Didn’t eat the chicken was worried of getting food poisoning cause of how cold it was. Do not recommend
The staff at this location is polite and professional. And the facility is clean.However a few issues do exist (mostly with bdubs in general)1.the portions and the prices are ridiculous.2.Have never gotten a hot meal from this place...always room temperature chicken.3.The only time I will consider going to bdubs is on Thursdays if I am desperate (they tend to have a 50% discount on the boneless wings.)4.The loyalty program is only for dine in orders...FYITry the sampler once and develop your own opinion.
Doug is a manager here and always brings his A-game to work.Professional, efficient, great attitude and keeping anyone who walks in happy and not having to wait....even as they are short staffed.Doug is the kind of person who brings me back in and brings A+ recommendations.
All I want for Christmas… is for this Buffalo Wild Wings to go out of business. Seriously. I’ve ordered carry out from them 3 separate times and they messed up my order every single time. Tonight I confirmed with them that I had all my sauces before I left and was told yes. WHAT A SURPRISE I DIDNT. I hate this bdubs with a burning passion and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
Worst service I have ever seen. No one comes to take an order, we have waited 1hr 30 mins hoping one of the staff members might come to us. Spoke to one of the staff member at the bar counter and they said they will serve us in 5 mins. Waited for another 30 minutes and finally complained manager about the service and he told next time we need to tell his name to the staff so that they will serve us soon.Very disappointed without the answer aswell.I never ever recommend this branch.I prefer giving 0 stars instead 1
I like Bdubs but this location just sucks. Way understaffed and the staff they do have just dont care and are rude. Took me 10 minutes just to get someone to answer the phone to make an order and then when I arrived for pickup. There were several customers waiting for a hostess or carryout employee while our takeout orders got cold for over 10 minutes.To top it off they gave me one tiny thing of ranch for 20 wings and forgot the celery sticks completely.Not going back to this location despite being within walking distance.
Me and my friend went here for a late dinner. Everything was ok at first. Then we got our food and his wings were cold and my fried pickles did not taste fried, we don’t complain about food so we just ate it. We ordered 2 shots of tequila. When they were brought to the table my friend looked in his and there was a fruit fly… we waited a few minutes for the waitress to come back and we told her we wanted new shots because there’s a fly in one. All she said was ok took them and walked away.. we both work in service industry and thought that was not a way to handle that. Disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.
Ordered pick up and noticed when I got home that all the boneless wing boxes were really soft like the food had been sitting for a long time. Two of the boxes were also spilled inside the bag and there was sauce everywhere. I was really looking forward to the convenience of being able to pick up dinner for my family and it was just a soggy mess.
My husband and I went to lunch here today. Our fried pickles came out fast, our entrees took quite a while. We werent mad though because we know the staffing situation happening everywhere. When our food did come out the waitress apologized for the long wait and then said there was only one cook. Well Im here to tell you my husband got a Pepperjack steak wrap (his usual) and he said, This is probably the best one Ive ever had. For only being one cook he really knows what hes doing! The food did NOT disappoint! Good job cook! 👏🏼
In one word TERRIBLE !! Aside from their wings, one thing Buffalo Wild Wings is known for is all the TVs, and supposedly being the place to go to watch big games. Last night was the absolute worst experience at a BWs, and in particular the rudeness of whichever staff member had control of the remote controls. We were told they were open til midnight. Two different groups of people there watching the end of Packers/Cardinals Thursday night football game. 6 minutes left in a close game, and one team driving down the field...at 11:10pm the remote control God walks through and literally shuts the TVs off on us. You would think at any respectable venue, they would come through to mention last call or were closing early. Nope...this jerk walks through and literally shuts the TVs off. I would avoid this location at all costs.
Terrible! Had $112 order was supposed to receive quite a few celery and carrots bags we got only one tiny bag. No marinara sauce with cheese sticks. Messed up the order. No napkins. Picked up the order yet they charged us $20 for gratuity without consulting us. Been going there for as long as it has been open there. Never going there again that is for sure.
Sat at the bar for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged until I asked for a menu. I went to get a drink and a sidenitem but was only given a food menu. When I tried to get the bartenders attention she acted like I was bothering her. I understand that theyvare shortbstaffed, but dont walk past me several times without a smile or saying something. I called the restaurant to ask for a manager after I left but no one answered. Buffalo Wild Wings, youve got to do better.
This was the worst service ever. Ordered delivery and got a complete wrong order when it arrived an hour later. The driver said he just delivered and there was nothing he could do. I tried calling back for 20 minutes only to get a quiet line when answered. Could not reach a person. Had to drive back up there only to be given the same cold food back and an incorrect order again after having to wait for it to be recooked. The manager said he was new and didnt know how to issue a refund. He only could give a measly $20 gift certificate for a $70 order. I will never order from here again!
Very disapointed with the wings I ordered this past Tuesday. I got the bogo tradional wings. I went home and opened the boxes of my wings and the wings were bone dry with the littlest amount of sauce possible. Then I filled out the feedback about my experience/quality of meal via email that BWW requested and when I tried to submit it said that my email was invalid when it couldnt be more valid. Very disapointed.
Horrible! The service is awful. I wish I could rate this place zero stars. We arrived and the person at the front said seat yourself, so we did. We sat down at our table waiting for menus. I noticed that there was only one guy working and serving other tables. After 15 minutes, they finally gave us menus. 10 minutes later, the waiter shows up to get our orders. 45 minutes later no drinks, no food. Then, we were getting very annoyed of sitting and waiting with still no drinks, so we decided to leave. This place is very understaffed and needs new management ASAP.
We sat 15 minutes at the entrance to be seated the two.groups that was there before us left because they didnt get waited on After about 10 minutes I went to a waitress and asked if we could seat ourselves I was told no someone would be right there 15 minutes later a lady came up and asked us if we were carry out. I said no we are waiting to be seated weve been waiting a long time she snapped at me and told me they were short staffed and when I made a statement we are all short staffed she decided I had an attitude and threatened to not serve me....short staff doesnt give anyone a right mistreat their guest. So I saved her the problem of being over worked and understaffed we took our business else where and it will be a very long time before I ever go back and BWW is a favorite of ours! Not anymore with attitudes being served! They werent even busy!
Picked up online order on super bowl Sunday for a 520 pm pickup, picked up food at 515 and was completely cold and the order was incorrect, sauces were missing and what we were given was the wrong quantity. Operation was very dysfunctional. Food should not be already cold when we picked up and the order barely matched the receipt.

This is the worst BUFFALO WILD WINGS PLACE EVER!!! I normally dont do reviews unless I feel like ppl need to know something. The service is really bad. I feel bad for the owner of this restaurant. Had a girl yelled at me for seating on an empty table that had the signs closed I was with my familys we were carrying a baby in our arms who was sleeping. She said to wait until the table gets cleaned. 15 min past and I asked her when was she cleaning the table? And got yelled at again telling me to wait because she was busy and if I didnt liked it I could leave the place. 1st of all the place wasnt busy AT ALL!!! I talked to the MANAGER and he didnt do anything about it. He just ignored me and said to keep waiting. WOW ! I left the place and I promise I wont ever be back there again EVER!!! Besides the place smells nasty, like dirty carpet. IF THE OWNER READS THIS, PLEASE GET YOU SOME NEW PPL THAT ACTUALLY HACE THE ATTITUDE TO WORK IN YOUR RESTAURANT. YOU ARE SERIOUSLY LOSING CUSTOMERS!
As a sever in the food industry for multiple years I know how the average restaurant is run, and this BDUBS comes nowhere close to being run professionally nor proficiently.I’ve been to this location multiple times and it’s usually the same issues every time.When you walk in there’s usually no one at the front leaving you for longer than 5 minutes sometimes 10. Once you dine in unfortunately it goes down hill from here. The servers are extremely slow and forgetful. The food takes 30 minutes sometimes more for the simplest orders.I would like to say the take out is better but unfortunately it’s not . I ordered a larger order and three items I ordered and paid for ended up not in the bag, when I attempted to come back and get them they said please hold, I patently waited and was prompted with 3 credits that was supposed to be mailed to my house. 3 weeks later still no credits..Overall these experiences and chances for this location to get its act together I choose not to come back to this store.Until their customer service improves, their timing on food, and the take out service improves. Until all these essential things are completed, I’d rather stay home then attempting to eat here again.
Yes, this is a wing and beer joint. That being said, I dont eat wings or drink beer. The mixed drinks, while inexpensive, are extremely weak. I question whether or not there was alcohol in them at all. I konda complained about the 1st one. When the 2nd one came, the waitress said she put more liquor in it. Tasted the same, if not waeker. Well, when I got the bill, she had charged me an additional $2.00 for the 2nd drink. I wasnt happy.I got the grilled chicken tenders, which were fair. The Buffalo sauce I got with it was quite good. I also got potato wedges and those were good as well, crispy on the outside and smooth and creamy on the inside and served hot. The waitress asked if I wanted a sauce with those. Sure, I got the basic hot sauce, which was just ok. Of course, she charged me for that too. The waitress was very friendly and the service was pretty good overall. The outside seating area is big with a lot of tvs.My feelings for this place are unchanged. I will only go here if forced, but wings and beer arent my thing, so take my review with a grain of salt.
Service is poor. I arrived and witnessed people bringing their food back again. My order had mistakes. I asked what is going on there. It is not a coincidence if I am seeing this two visits one month apart. They actually said to me mistakes happen. That is a low denominator answer. Is Buffalo Wild Wings suggesting the customer should be more reasonable and accept whatever shows up in bag as long as money is exchanged? I am very disappointed with the quality of food and service at this location. The sheer number of customers I have witnessed walking back in the door complaining their order is incorrect is staggering? I feel like I am wasting my money and Bbw organization should either retrain or close the location until they have the correct personnel.
This is my worst experience with Buffalo Wild Wings over the years. Food was great but I am disappointed with the service. We thought of ordering food for takeout but they never answered the call( tried to reach out 20 times ), then we ordered in the restaurant but they gave the food after 45 minutes though it was not all busy and moreover when we asked for ranch and extra serving cups they told that they are out of stock which is insane 🥺🥺
I wish I could give a ZERO.. this is the second time we order online and pick it up and the good is very cold and old - today i order boneless wings with a buffalo sauce and it was very disappointing we got the wings with a powder on it ..NOT THE SAUCE AND IT LOOKED AS IT’s old and stiff.As well the honey barbecue same thing but it was sauce on it but still looks old and cold.

Got half our order wrong... again... I even went back and double checked. It totally said grilled chicken wrap and fries, but my wife ended up with a crispy chicken and potato wedges. So shell be eating something else and throwing this out.Unfortunately, this location causes WAY too many mistakes, way too many times, and cost way too much for us to continue roll the dice with them. We will no longer be eating Buffalo wild wings anymore.
The food was normal BWW. All good and fine. The service on the other hand was horrible. Waited 20 minutes to get helped. Ordered drinks food and appetizers all at once. Got drinks 20 minutes later, no straws... Then main dish, no napkins. Forgot appetizer. Got appetizer 20 minutes after our main meal. No drink refills. Absolute horrible customer service. Had to go to the bar to cash out check out to leave... all as were watching our server hanging out with people..... was not even busy. Only have 2 stars as a compliment to the chef.
Horrible service that has gotten progressively worse over the last year or so. Went in yesterday around 8pm, no one at the front desk, no servers in sight, and every table that didnt have people at it was covered in food and dishes. We stood around for about 5 minutes, didnt see a single employee except the bartender. Turned around and walked out.Tried to give them a chance tonight at carryout, the food was cold and rubbery, like it had sat under a heat lamp for hours. Never again. Done with this place. I cannot believe BWWs is allowing a franchise with this reputation stay open under their name.
The food was delicious, but the service was not. The waitress tried to con me. I asked her what was in a drink on the late night menu and she told me about another different drink. I thought it was what I asked for, so I ordered it. Of course when the bill came, I told her I ordered off the late night menu. She goes to the manager and I only received a dollar off. She said that was how much it was on the menu, which was a lie. I didnt want to make a scene since I enjoyed my company, I just paid it and left no tip. Ugh!
BEYOND RACIST. Unreasonable attitudes with black customers!! I called to order food and the lady answered nicely, once I began to talk she started speaking with an attitude. I still ordered food and I was told 20 minutes so I waited in my car for the food and when I got it in 20 minutes my food was cold. I went in to ask for it to be remade but in the middle of me talking the lady went to get the manager. He had an attitude as well and told me he had no problem refunding. What about remaking my food? I took the refund and decided to just leave. My experience was TERRIBLE. . I thought the customer was always right?
Order food from 31205 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48334.Missed items in the delivery, store manager did not even take responsibility and asked to contact customer support. Called twice to customer support and they said they have reordered for missing items but store never received order from customer support. Completely hate both store and customer support for miss handling delivery and reorder process.
Ive never been to a Buffalo wild wings that I didnt like, until this one. Its a complete mess. Every order is wrong. Always missing items, or sides, or meals. Its a complete disaster. Want to call to fix an order? Good luck. Phone number will just ring and ring until Verizon wireless tells you that its the wrong number. Got the phone number from the app, from Google, and from their website. I have an order placed incorrectly from the app (also really bad) that is for tomorrow at 11am ( app wouldnt let me put it for today no matter how hard I tried. I couldnt call to cancel and you cant cancel in the app. Would not recommend this location at all.
Tonight we thought we would have a special treat at Bdub. In the past the food was simply ok. Today , they were unorganized, (the person at the front desk couldn’t locate our order,etc.) my son’s cheeseburger had no cheese, my wife’s Crispy Chicken sandwich was soft and rubbery, and the French Fries that came with the meal with cold, rancid, and again rubbery. My Lemon Pepper wings were ok, and my other son’s bbq wings were fine. We won’t be back. Food far from acceptable and service dangling from a thread.
They have a tendency to miss small items and seems like some of the products are a bit on the older side. the soft pretzels I got were stale and had to go back inside to get the dip they missed.The previous time I ordered they outright gave me cheese curds instead of the pretzels.
I ordered several deliveries from Buffalo Wild Wings in Farmington Hills, MI. Every single time they got something in the order wrong. The last time I ordered they forgot my $8 piece of chocolate cake. You don’t mess with my chocolate cake. I emailed them and never heard back. It’s easily been a few months now and I’m still seething. Not at the mistake, but at the lack of response. If they can’t respond to that, then they truly don’t care about the customer. Done.
Location (1):The location is really nice, really clean, large area so there’s always seating. It has the tv’s playing different channels (like every bdubs), so you can relax and watch tv while eating. There’s also plenty of booths if you prefer privacy.Service (1):Our waitress was extremely helpful and on point. She was very attentive, and super fast with taking the order, bringing our food and bill, and making sure we didn’t need anything else.Time (1):We walked in, got our seats, and were asked what we wanted to drink within minutes. Everything was super quick and we had our food in about 5-10 mins of ordering. Super pleased with the timely manner we got everything in.Price (1):For the price (relatively on the cheaper side), the amount of food you get is quite a lot. You’re going to be paying a pretty fair amount, and definitely going to be taking home leftovers.Revisiting (1):Not only was everything on point and on time, but the thing I was most impressed with was how well prepared the store was for the current pandemic. They had online menus where you just had to scan the QR code and it popped up on your screen, they had disposable cutlery, and the waitress was wearing a mask the whole time. Super pleased and will definitely be coming back!
Awful service at this location. I went in to pick up my takeout order, waited a few minutes by the takeout area for no one to show. I had to ask the bartender, since it appeared no one else was working the floor, to please send someone to ring me up. She said she’ll send someone right away. I went back and waited another 5-7 minutes for someone to show up. No apologies or anything when the guy finally arrived. It not the first time service has been bad here, but it’s progressively getting worse. Place needs new management.
I ordered lunch to go at 12:18… it said it would be ready to pickup at 12:40... I showed up at 12:37, and the (kinda rude) young lady at the take out desk let me know it would be ready in 15 minutes. My face must have shown my displeasure, because she quickly (and sounding irritated) told me I had only ordered 7 minutes ago. I let her know that was not true, and she did not believe me. I (politely) showed her my order confirmation which clearly said the time I ordered and the pickup time as 12:40. She seemed angry that I had corrected her.I walked out with my food at 12:53… got home and the order was wrong. The chilly customer service earlier left me not at all wanting to go back and have it corrected. I decided it was close enough, and just wont order here again.
This was mine and my boyfriends first date and we continue to frequent this place years later. We love bdubs. We always have a great experience but recently moved. Service is always slow at this one. They messed up my order but I waited so long from the host stand, to the table for ordering, to actually receiving my food that I just ate it. The past two visits have been 2 star worthy. Not to mention dirty floors and sticky tables.
We ordered the 20 + 20 wing bundle, which included fries. The fries were the smallest takeout container size, that equals a single serving (I used to eat at BWW often w/fries as a side) My husband even asked if this was correct, and the manager said yes. I had to make fries at home for three kids! What a joke!!!!My wrap was ordered was made incorrectly.If you are like us, trying to support restaurants during covid, go elsewhere where you are appreciated, and can get a fair amount of food, not 40 wings and a single fry serving.
AVOID THIS PLACE. I have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings in the area, and this location is one of the worst. Eating in the restaurant: service is always slow even during off-peak times. Prepare to spend 1.5-2 hours here. Carry-out: I always end up waiting 10-20 more minutes than what I was told. The last straw was when I did not receive any fries with the entrees we ordered. When I came back to get the fries (as I discovered they were missing when I got home), I couldnt even get an apology. Here you go said the worker with an attitude. Management does nothing to solve problems. Corporate/regional needs to look at this place because it sends a bad name to all of the Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants in the area.
UPDATE: it has been a MONTH. I have followed the link to submit a complaint THREE times. No response from anyone. I even messaged on Facebook to the official buffalo wild wings page. Nothing. Failure of customer service.Ordered online and it said the order would be ready in about 45min. Arrive to pick it up and the lady said its not ready. Wait about 25min and ask again and its still not ready. Ask for a manager and they go make the order. It took an hour of waiting at the location before the order was done.Get it home and some of the chicken is dry. The wrap had no sauce on it. Unimpressed.
We went on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was reasonably empty, along with the site looking as if it had never been cleaned before. There were uncleared/unclean tables and actual garbage on the floor. That should have been the first indicator to leave. It took 10 minutes to get seated, and another 10 minutes for a server to get our drink order. Our order was reasonably straight forward, a Large Order of Wings in Buffalo Medium, an order of Buffalo Chips, a Soda, and water. It took nearly an hour to get our food and drinks. Our food came out cold, and it looked like we got a quarter serving of buffalo chips and the soda tasted funny. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The family was hungry today, so we decided to order from Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. We chose our local Farmington hills location today and ordered online. We ordered 30 boneless w/ fries and 20 traditional wings w/ fries. We went to pick it up to notice the restaurant in such a nasty mess. The floors were only pitiful excuse of sanitary. But given the current events, I didnt think much of it. After we arrived home and unboxed our dinner. We got 5 very clean boxes. (Sarcasm, read ahead)We noticed 20 buffalo ( 10 from boneless meal and 10 from traditional) didnt have any sauce. They only had Buffalo seasoning on it. We didnt order seasoning, we ordered wings WITH sauce. Upon looking over this, we bit into chewy, cold wings. We grabbed our unmarked, (tops to the ranch and cheese were literally scribbled on with marker) on sauce only to be repelled from the smell. The fries were just as worse, they were cold, soggy and chewy. This meal ranks top 5 in worst meals ever ate from a fast food restaurant. I never knew Buffalo wild wings to ever have such a bad restaurant as this one. Such a FILTHY place with HORRIBLE food. I honestly rate this area a solid 2.1 out of 10. Tried to feed a wing to the dogs and they were repelled.
This location is a madhouse. I never complain unless I am in complete disbelief by the service. Nobody here seems to care; from the employees that answer the phones to the hostesses in the front. They just kind of stare at you without a greeting, talk very unprofessional and on top of it don’t care how long your food takes to come out. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever been to. The beer was nasty, the bartender was handling money then putting his hands all over my glass. So disgusting! The bartender kept walking away once I sat down at the bar. After 15 minutes he asked me if I wanted something to drink. I couldnt understand him because he spoke extremely ignorantly. The guy next to me got service every 5 minutes. Must have been because he was drinking top shelf liquor and I was only drinking beer. I was in town for work and always know you cant go wrong either BDubs. Until now. I will never come back to this location and will recommend to anyone I know in the area not to come here either.
This place is seat yourself, which is great if your dining in. However take-out completely different story; Heres why, when you have seat yourself no one is standing up front. I had stand there waiting 8 minutes (real time). I didnt leave until I got the email that my food was ready. You may think why not just go ask the one server (because thats how slow it is), I did twice! The second time I was told Im just the server, someone will be with you. Long story short I had to call while standing there to get someone to finally bring me my food.Save yourself time, and go to one of 20 other take restaurants nearby.
This is literally by far the absolute worst location to go. Even for carryout. They waste your time and theirs. Ive been done with this place for a year but unfortunately door dash still delivers for them and every single time there is a problem from the wait times, to the cold food to the terrible service just like when I would come inside and eat. Just awful. A bunch of ghetto mess. I expect more from the area. Its a shame. I suggest going the extra few miles to the Novi Fountain walk location, or buy there sauces and chicken from the grocery store and saving yourself some money . Honestly just read the other reviews....clearly the service leaves a bad taste
The service was terrible. We ordered drink and it took 20 minutes to get them, then ordered our food and it took a whole hour for 2 burgers and 2 orders of wings. Absolutly ridiculous!!! Try he waitress was more worried about wandering around rather then taking care of her tables. Didnt apologised or make up excuses as to why it took so long. I dont go to bdubs very often but I know for sure I wont ever be coming back to this one. This was such a horrible experience
Cashier number “2AM” does not know how to take a simple, 12 boneless honey BBQ wings with a side of fries and ranch order. Instead i come home with 24 boneless wings that aren’t even cooked, no fries, and 4 sides of ranch. On the receipt it says 10 boneless-___- That is not the first time she has messed up on my order. Reconsider take out from this location.
Perhaps the WORST accuracy in take out orders of any restaurant Ive ever gone to. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that 4 out of 5 orders has at least one item wrong. Last night was the last straw. I ordered 50 spicy garlic traditional, 20 plain traditional, 10 boneless with honey barbecue, and a large fries. Not really that difficult of an order, right? ONE HOUR LATER, I received 50 spicy garlic traditional, 40 plain traditional, 10 boneless with medium sauce, and no fries. My God, how hard is it to verify what is being put into the bag matches the order on the receipt THAT IS STUCK TO THE SIDE OF THE BAG???? By the way owner, replying to 1 out of 5 complaints on here saying you are very sorry and telling the customer to call an 800 number to make it right, which Im sure is just a free giveaway of something, IS NOT THE ANSWER. Fix your problems or get out of the business!
Usually tasty with decent service, last visit wasnt as good but Id still return. I learned not to order a burger at a chicken place even if it has chicken on it. They only cook it well, which means they dont know how to cook a burger. Service was also slow and we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table and as we were taken to our table we passed about 10 open tables, having worked in the restaurant business before I know there might have been a reason they were open, just hard to see.
My whole family likes a variety of items here including my picky-eater-kid. There are always specials that are not normal to the menu that we like to try. We like the atmosphere with lots of screens to watch what each one of us likes. I also notice, as compared to other restaurants, that the waitstaff is great to my child in how they treat him. Seems like other places only want to deal with adults.
Food was great!Service - wish server had been a little attentive (as it took over 5 minutes to even acknowledge me), friendlier, and not so quick to dismiss a single diner. I usually tip 25-30% when dining alone, but only about 12% for her tonight. Her actions affected her tip and the rating.
Terrible staff and management. We order wings and sides every year for our super bowl party. Dealing with these people this year has been a treat. I have called 4 times now to get my order in. The first two times the person didn’t know how to and couldn’t get a manager to take the order. The third time the kid I spoke to was a complete a-hole. Finally I spoke to a manager today to take my order. I was told that I could only pick up my order before 4 or after 6 because the new management put a new policy in place this year. He said they only will do walk in, online, or or call on orders between 4 and 6 on Sunday. I told him I tried to place my order online and the website would not allow me to because they only allow orders of $175 or smaller online. So, they have a new policy that big orders have to be picked up before 4 (so hours before the game) or you have to wait and order it on Sunday... pretty dumb. I can definitely see why the new management is stuck being in management at Buffalo Wild Wings for their career. Anybody with half a brain would see that this is a really dumb policy and not a good business move. The policy basically alienated their biggest orders and forces them to get wings and have them sitting around for hours before a super bowl party.... dumb.
I have given this Buffalo Wild Wings way too many chances to redeem itself. It is unbelievable to make a carry-out order and wait an extra hour to wait for your food to be finished. Not only that, once the food is finally done, they mess up the entire order. Its like the staff in the kitchen have a language barrier or something. It is not a one-time thing either. It is every single time no matter what.That is only my perspective of the damn carry-out service. Dont get me started with their service when you actually dine in. Ive eaten there when they were swamped and Ive eaten there when they had 2 tables to serve (including myself!!). I dont know why it is so hard for someone to get an order correct the first time when they have a pen and a pad to write things down, but apparently the waitresses either cannot write legibly or explain what the customer would like to eat, or the kitchen staff are illiterate!I highly recommend avoiding this at all costs! If your looking for a good place to eat there are other restaurants all around that area. If you want Buffalo Wild Wings, go to one of the Novi or Livonia locations.
Food was really good once they got it right. They tried to kind of screw us over on the portion of our food we got the Ultimate Nachos with pulled pork and they literally sent us out a plate of chips with corn on it and that was pretty much it for almost $15. But once we spoke to the manager and got it rectified everything was really really good
This B dubs sucks. I waited 20 minutes to be seated and gave up. I went to the bar instead. The girls working seemed to careless about seating or taking an order. The place was empty. It seemed like they hated being there unless one of there friends came in. I will never waste my time going to this B dubs again. If youre stuck, sit at the bar. They are curtious and willing to work. If not for the two bartenders, I would have told off every waitress and manager there. Dont waste your time, money or frustrations on this place unless you sit at the bar. Absolutely to he worst restaurant, let alone B dubs I have ever been too. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY PLACE
If I could give lower than a one, I would. A group of friends and myself visited this establishment on 9/11/20. The customer service was very poor and in addition, state guidelines were not practiced fully that have been mandated due to Covid-19. Several employees did not have on masks and tables were not 6ft a part. The hostess did not have on a mask. We were sat right next to another group, where we clearly appeared to be on top of them and not 6ft a apart. I asked to speak to a manager (Elana) to be located inside of the restaurant due to this. Elana did not have on a mask or face covering, and was very rude & dismissive. She actually walked away without resolution. I had to ask another employee walking by (without a mask) to ask the manager to come back out. I asked for her name. Needless to say, we did not eat here. I truly wonder, if the cooks had on masks because I was standing by the entrance to the back & no employees had on masks walking by. I will be looking to file a formal complaint because thats unacceptable.
You can tell that this particular restaurant chain is under a bad management when the manager shoves the check to your face when you complain about a rude waitress.(Manager-Eric H.) Liked the fact that you stood up for your employee. Would have liked it better if you could have made the customer happy too.
Like any other experience Ive had at bww, terrible service. So bad the manager offered a free app and we didnt even complain. After getting greeted 15 min later, she took our drink order but at this point we were ready order and get out as soon as we could. The young boy hosting is adorable and very good, promoting and being personable with us I almost offered him a job where I work. The free app didnt convince me enough to come back
I really, really, really want to like this place. Its in a convenient location for me, and is a beautiful restaurant. However, it is clear that this place is highly mis-managed. It always seems that the wait staff is poorly trained or understaffed. I have never had a good experience in a handful of times here if I am in the dining area.If you do go here, I would suggest trying to get a seat at the bar, as the bartenders are the only ones who seem to have everything under control.
If you want horrible service BWW is always your best bet. 12:30, adequately staffed for lunch? Of course not. Bartender has half filled bar and is covering tables as well. How does anyone think thats efficient?Order a beer... She leaves it to let the head settle... she goes to one table, then another. Beer is sitting there. Ten minute wait for a drink.
Worst burger I think I’ve ever had. The beer selection is good if all you like are a generic / token representation of genuine variety. The price in the signature wings had gotten beyond outrageous. I’ve owned stock in the Michigan operator- diversified restaurants—but will be seeking to sell.
Service is awful. They don’t clean their tables. I’m meeting people there, I sit down not realizing my seat is wet. It had nothing to do with the people I was meeting as they never received waters, so clearly it had been there awhile. Took a noteable amount of time to get drinks, friends ordered this awful looking fried cheese cake bites thing, dark brown in color (means dirty fry oil). I would have told a manager how bad everything was but I didn’t see one. So again, awful service and incompetent/apathetic management. There was clearly a reason why there was a thin crowd there on a Saturday at 9:30pm. TL;DR - if you are interested in a soaking wet backside and don’t mind waiting at a dirty table to put trash garbage food in your body, this is a great place!
This is a great place to eat. All of the people are really nice. Also the bathrooms are really nice. You can also play an arcade basketball there. All of the food is really good but spicy. I love this food. They have way really big variety of food. You can also about find food for anyone here. Just eat at this place.Funny fact : the boys bathroom has a TV above the Uranal so you can watch TV while you pee.
Been here 3 times and the carry out service is poor every time! It’s not a fluke.They act annoyed to take my order like I’m bothering them. Then, it takes forever to get food. Tell me 15 and takes 30 mins. When it comes, it’s obviously been sitting in the back and not being brought to me. I can see the sauce soaked into the boneless wings.
This place used to be so great, now this restaurant is a disgrace to this area. The waiters/waitresses are extremely rude and the wings are always dry. The attitude of entitlement from the workers is horrible. The last time I went, the waitress didnt even introduce herself or anything, and sent us straight to a table. Save your money and your gas and go to a decent location.
This place is loud! Great atmosphere, obviously good place to catch a game.Family friendly.Not sure why so many negative reviews, my order was correct and the 15 minute guarantee on the limited menu is for real!Food is typical...not a lot of healthy options but they are there if you look for them. Slow. We arrived around 7:00pm to get some wings after shopping nearby, and while we were seated fairly quickly, it was all downhill from there. We stared aimlessly at staff as they kept walking by us and never approached. Finally CeCe stopped by and could tell that we were upset and took us even though we were not in her section. She was beyond amazing and the only reason we did not leave and take our business elsewhere. We placed our order right away because we were waiting so long already. 30+ minutes past and we still hadnt had our simple order of ONLY wings. No sides, no drinks. Just 8 boneless and 12 traditional.There were multiple uncleaned tables and the majority of the staff just seemed to have absolutely no sense of urgency to make the place presentable. After about 45 minutes we finally got our small order, and after seeing tables around that had been seated after us get their food earlier we asked to speak to a manager. The manager (Nick I believe), came over and seemed super uninterested in our complaint or in the fact that we were not pleased with our service. He told us they had a large fundraiser just before we got there and the kitchen was about a half hour behind. This would have been a good thing to know when being seated, but still didnt explain why we hadnt been waited on by the server in our section or why the people around us got their larger orders before we did. He comped my girlfriends wings which was the least he could do for the service we got. The only saving grace was that we had an amazing waitress who took us on even though we werent in her section, and was very good at her job. So thank you CeCe for the good service on your end.Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. Ill stick to the one in West Oaks.
I ordered a GrubHub from this restaurant and they cancelled the order 30 minutes later. The driver told me BWW cancelled it because the girl at the counter couldnt get the tablet to work. I called to complain and asked for the manager. When I asked him what happened he hung up. I tried to call back and waited on hold and he just ignored it. Dont go here. Dont order from here.
Most worst experience at the restaurant or Togo.I ordered small traditional wings a week ago, I was served with cold and least sause wings,. As we were hungry we couldnt complaint and we overlooked it as it was very late night.Recently on Tuesday 12/11/2018 we ordered few wings for togo on phone,When we came back home we saw very small pieces with least sause on it.I dont recommend this store.
STAYYYYY AWAYYYY!!!I went to pick up an order on 11/7/17. I was told 20 minutes and the order will be ready. So I got there and there was no one by the entrance so I went to the bartender there and told him I am here to pick up an order and he sent back to the entrance and said someone will be right with you. However I waited and waited patiently for 15 minutes before someone came to help me. The person that brought my order didnt even know how to ring the order. so she went in the back and disappeared for 5 more minutes and brought her manager to do. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone. not even worth it. for that long I would have sat in the place and probably ate too would have been faster. They were not busy I saw the dinning room and only couple of tables had people there. I wouldnt recommend this place not even to my enemy
Went for lunch with a party of 6 and the service was terrible. The 15 minute or less thing only works for less than 6 people, which I get, but it took double that to get our food and then the orders were wrong. Wish I could post a picture of what they called cheese fries.... Pretty sure our food sat under a light waiting for our waitress to get it. Wont be going back anytime soon.
This place is hands down one if the worst restaurants ive ever been to. The service was horrible, my waiter took our order, and after that never checked up on us to see how we were doing, nor did she ever refill our drinks. I couldnt even get the waiters attention because she wasnt in sight. I was honestly just going to walk out since the service was horrible. I waited over 40 minutes for my food, which was horrible and cold. I would never go back, this place is trash.
Ive been a lover of BEE for a very long time so when one opened closer to me I was even happier now I can go more often! This location became my new fav until recently. I 9/10 order online which is most convenient for me and I can type exactly how I would like my order. Im a sauce kind of girl and the fact they charge to have your wings wet now didnt stop me...BRING ON THE SAUCE! You charge me for extra and it looks like there is less than what even come on the wings already, the last few times Ive ordered a portion of the food was cold or the wedges were old. I know you might say its to go so you were late picking it up. NO. I arrive before my order is done and always have to wait. One bad apple will not spoil the bunch so Ill be going to a different but they need to tighten up the previous management made sure things were done correctly.
Was here for dinner, and a few beers. It was a fight night, and they forced me to pay a $20 cover after I had already eaten and had several beers, despite me being in before the cover period began. I thought this was very unacceptable and inconsiderate of customers. The manager who collected the $20 was rude. The bartenders were very professional and attentive.
Usually the food is decent. This time I got food poisoned and management refused to refund my bill. Ive been a long-time regular at this BWW but after this incident, I wont be returning. I hope that the $13 of mine theyll be keeping is worth losing my familys service from here on out.

2022-03-19I arrived at 10:15 to place a carry out order. After 11 minutes of waiting, nobody had come to help me. I went to the bar to get some assistance. He said there is 1 person and they will be up there shortly. 3 minutes later someone finally came up. She asked my name for my pickup and I stated that I wanted to place a carry out order. She told me that they dont take orders after 10:30 and it would only be fries or wing between 10 and 10:30. It was now 10:25. I let her know that I had been waiting for 15 minutes and I only wanted boneless wings. This what I received. The attitude I received was free as well as the lazy preparation of the food.

2021-08-11Took away two stars because the sign said wait to be seated, but the hostess literally pointed and told us to find a seat! Waitress was cool and the food was good. I understand people are stressed due to lack of employees, but Id like companies to figure something out.No matter what location I go to, the wings taste undercooked with heavy sauce. Why not bake them longer to get crispy skin? The old days of Bdubs are gone 😪The fries and his sandwich were good. My spicy garlic wings were okay, just wished they were cooked longer. The digital menu didnt work so we had to go online manually. Bring back regular menus please!

2022-04-07Dirty place. Dried BBQ sauce on our clean table. We were there for about 45 minutes, and no one bothered to clean the trash from the table next to us, but they were able to stand around on their cell phones; some staff seemed to be inattentive to customers, almost like they didnt care about their jobs. Food was over cooked (boneless Wings and fries). Wasnt offered carrots or celery with order, just asked if we wanted ranch or blue cheese. Had to ask another server for napkins.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!Tonight my husband called this location multiple times trying to place a carryout order. We ended up having to place an online order instead. My husband picked up and when he got home saw everything was wrong/ items were missing. I decided to take the order back and had him call while I went back up there so the new order would be getting prepared and I wouldnt have to wait for a long time. When I walked in, customers were lined up with no one greeting them. The hostess came up and called next. I told her there was an issue with my order/missing items and that I would like to resolve with the manager and without acknowledging the request, she rolled her eyes and walked away. (Super professional) The manager came up after 5 minutes of waiting and wouldnt even look me in the eyes. I told him that my husband called in and spoke with someone, I then asked for the order to be fixed. The manager responded that the Best he could do is offer us half off because it was an online order. He had no empathy/sympathy to the situation, and no ownership in making sure customers like me have a great experience. I respectfully interacted with the manager, as I have experience in the restaurant industry but I felt he could have handled this much better than he did. I mentioned I was having a horrible week and this was just one more thing to deal with and started crying. He responded I know what you mean, its Super Bowl week. Wow.... sounds tough, I wish that was my only issue in life lol. I walked away crying and he called the next person up cheerfully to assist. Im frustrated because I did not feel heard, I did not feel respected, and there was no helpful resolution. My family was at home with no dinner and I was wasting time trying to fix something that this manager couldnt care less about. I called my husband and he shared the experience he had as well and how horrible that was and just asked me to give the food back to the restaurant so they would reimburse his debit card. I came back in to return the order and no one was behind the counter again- I had to wait another 3-5 minutes to be assisted. Guests came in after and asked if Id been greeted yet as they waited behind me and I told them no. I explained the issue I was dealing with and they agreed that the staff is unprofessional and rude from prior experiences theyve had as well. I will not be coming back and will make sure my friends and family do not either.

2022-05-30Came in on a whim to get some food and get out of the rain.The food was great and the service was lovely. Our server was very attentive and friendly, and our food was brought out quickly.Ill definitely be a repeat customer at this location.

2022-04-19Ms. Meca was the highlight of the night. When you come here and she’s serving you, you know the type of service you’re getting. She the realest when it comes to costumer interaction, absolutely lovely to be around. When I come back, I don’t care if there’s a million other waiters that could help us out, I want her specifically. If I could it would be 6/5 star.

2022-04-18Ordered a wedge salad with buffalo chicken and it came out with only one piece of chicken (normal size) I checked with the server and she confirmed that is to be expected, didnt believe her so I asked the manager... she was not happy that I asked... her sour tone was very appropriate for a lemonade... 10 pieces of chicken wings were also 9 ... she brought 2 more and slammed them on the table... I will not go there again ever!Poor service ...

Terrible service filthy conditions dirty dishes still left on tables and booths and after waiting for 20 mins to order after we sat down inside the the bar it took and additional 25mins to be served Ridiculous!!! Over cooked Boneless Wings Hard and Cold Then They dont offer enough combinations for guest After me and my two daughters were done eating they also said were never coming back in to eat there again The bill came and they have the Nerve to charge $70 Bucks for such disgusting food!!!!! 2022-03-01Ordered carryout at the font desk. Food was great, wait time was 30 minutes, which is good for my BIG order, and customer service was awesome. My only complaint is that some of the food in my order -proved by my receipt- was missing and my grandfather had to go back, inform the employees, and get the missing food.
