Buffalo Wild Wings in other cities:
It’s Buffalo Wild Wings. If you’re looking for good food, beer, and sports it’s the place to be. Typically it’s not to crowded and plenty of screens. The location is great right by the mall and just about anything else you could want.Appearance: this establishment has always been clean when I’ve been there. Tables, bathroom, bar, and floors are always clean.Service: typically service is great. Sometimes you run into the lunch rush or other times the kitchen falls behind but it happens. Today I had a guy see being bar side who was great. I was impressed by how busy he was and still made time to check in and make sure we had everything multiple times.Experience: Not a bad place to just eat but definitely a great place to watch some games and enjoy yourself. I’d recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to everyone and I’d definitely recommend this location!
Usually like the CHEESY FRIES but not if the cheese is so hard on the fries that you cannot stab the fork into them. They did try to make it better but still only able to eat a couple before they cooled and it happened again. Gotta try a different kind of Cheese Bdubs. Also thought silverware is given to you when you sit down or at least when you get your food. You should never have to ASK for silverware and napkins. Not kool.
First time having a bad experience and Ive been coming here for years. when we got here it wasnt busy at all our waiter was only waiting on 3-4 tables and took forever to get to us. when my boyfriend and I were ordering he put it foot on the chair next to us. we waited for new drinks for half of our meal and when he noticed we didnt have any he asked us from across the room, mind you my cup was filthy. it was very slow so there was no way we shouldve had such bad service.
Went here for boneless Thursdays. As a reminder, this applies to 6 wing and 10 wing purchases (ie...not 20 or 30). We had several varieties of sauces. The blazing reaper caused tears of joy (or thats what I am going with). Garlic Parm was excellent. The new Mt Dew exclusive soda was fun. Service was average...so effective, but nothing worth mentioning. Price was good with the BOGO wings. The restaurant was kept at really cold temperatures....so bring a light jacket if you plan to stay long.I tried to use the app but it was glitchy. I reset my password but then it didnt take the new password. So that was a bit annoying.
Im made a order for pickup. I was on the way and got a call from bww that they wont sell me the buffalo chicken tots because theyre running low on tots and they told me the only way to get them is to dine in. Theyre saving them for people that are dining in. Then told me theres no one here so come on in and eat. Never again
This Buffalo Wild Wings location is great. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. Great place to definitely go watch the game with the guys. Theres a nice big bar area and Tvs everywhere so you can still enjoy the game and not have to sit up at the bar. The service is on point our waiter Dylan was fantastic. He was very accommodating and attentive. He made sure our drinks were filled and never empty. All our food came out quick and tasted great. This location also has free wifi. They do take out which nice also. They have daily drink specials and happy hour.
One of our favorite places to get dinner. My wife and I like to eat here at least once a week. The food has always been great and comes out quickly even when they are pretty busy. The staff are always great and very efficient. The bar staff are great too, they’ll knock up a custom drink if you ask. They like to recommend secret menu items too!Always a pleasure to visit
I used to work at Bdubz years ago in a different location and tonight I was just disappointed. I usually don’t write reviews but pretty annoyed I left without eating. The right side wings were Parmesan garlic and wern’t even edible. I took this picture right when I got them and they just don’t look right. The waitress was good but the food sucked...won’t be going back to this location.
This is my second experience of poor quality food with BBWW. I am not going to patronize BBWW any more. Our previous experience was terrible service and poor food. I tried a second time because my Son remembers when BBWW used to be good food. We are no longer fans or patrons. It is shameful I spent $65 on a pick up order for day old rubbery, microwaved food that was doused in sauce to cover up its lack of freshness.
Walked in and walked out. For whatever reason they were closing up outside seating early and inside was just way too crowded for me to be comfortable these days.Friendly enough but unwilling to let me sit outside even though there was a party out there said they were waiting on to close out. Such a nice night for it too, what a shame!I wouldnt be turning away any customers in this economy.
Customer service is not a focus apparently to whoever they have answering phones at this establishment. I made an online order and when I got home I was missing food. I called to tell then I was missing food and the lady got rude with me. I stated I was missing half of my large order of cauliflower wings and cheese curds. She immediately wanted to argue with me about how they didnt have cheese curds right now, didnt offer an alternative then put me on hold. The manager got on the line offered the rest of my wings and a gift card. When I showed back up I belive it was probably the same person that was answering the phone told me I didnt have an order until I asked for the Manger then magically my food showed up showed up. So now not only did we have to go there twice, I was treated disrespectful on the phone and in person now I have cold food. Thanks alot buffalo will wings keep up the great work. Said with heavy sarcasm. I wonder if Ill get refunded for the cheese curds I paid for that I didnt get.
Come here 2-3 a month literally always order the same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I order a small cauliflower wings 1/2 medium 1/2 Asian zing today they decide to tell me I no longer can do this. Being a vegetarian and having limited options get even further limited will not return to this location
Order a chicken sandwich with fries along with a order of boneless wings. When I picked up the order the guy at the puck up counter said some of my wing sauce spilled and he wiped it off. Which really ment wasnt a sticky mess. And the food was worse then the condition of the containers. The wings tasted barely warm at best and the fries were pretty much dried cardboard and there was not enough ketchup to save them. The chicken sandwich was mediocre as best...The food quality has definitely gone down over the years. I would order wings from pizza hut before ordering from here again..
All of our wings were cold to the touch and inside, both burgers ordered at our table came out barely Luke warm. Thats on top of it taking over an hour to get our food. I know it was busy with a big table, but I dont feel like asking for food to be fresh and hot. Id rather wait a long time for good fresh hot food than have it cold. I mean its not the most expensive food but still, I paid my hard earned good money for this cold late food.
Wall to wall TVs playing sports. Good food. Chicken wings with dozens of sauces. Basically everything I wanted when I was in college. The service is usually good, the food is always hot and correct. Basically everything I want now.Its nothing special, but it is a great option for a quick meal with good food.
I was recently there for an outdoor baby shower on their outside patio and eventhough it was a bit warm it was still quite nice with the breeze. We ordered onion rings and bone-less honey BBQ wings and both of those were so freaking good plus our waiter was awesome!!!
How disappointing. I dont know what has changed but it is not good. The wings are bigger than they used to be but have a bad flavor the sauce just couldnt cover up. Was my favorite wing spot but now Pizza Hut is better in my opinion. I dont typically write bad reviews but this was bad...
Love it. One of my favorite hangout spots and the bar is nice. Its usually busy so just be ready to wait a bit unless you get the timing right. Servers, tenders, etc, were all nice. Manager walks around and asks how things are and will talk with you if you want to chat.
By far the worst experience Ive had at a Buffalo Wild Wings to date. People who were seated after we ordered, received their food before we did. When we finally received our food, it was all cold. We were there for almost an hour by the time we got our food. At least I got free cheesecake.... The mens restroom didnt look like it had been cleaned very well recently, and my wife told me that the womens restroom had fecal matter all over one of the toilet seats. Ill go to Grand Rapids in the future...
Weve come as a group from work for the past 2 years, and both times weve had the best waitress out there. Tiana does a spectacular job of checking on her customers, but more importantly shes fun to talk to. She definetly deserves a raise or bonus or anything really. The food was alright, my wings were rubbery. Besides that, everything was great and well definetly be back
Standing here in the lobby. Was at the bar ordered a appetizer and had the menu in front of me the whole time waiting for the bartender to ask me what I wanted. I had told him I wanted to start with an app, then waited and waited. Finally gave up, paid my $10 for my chips and queso, walked to the counter told the gals behind the counter I was upset from what happened and wanted to order wings. Ordered 10 traditional wings...$14 this time. So $24 for a horrible experience at this location and now waiting for my wings instead of eating them at the bar or at least ordering them to go.
Normally I dont leave reviews but Ive been at this location twice and both times my to go order was missing something. Everything got fixed both times but this last time the customer service was S**T. We were missing 3 chocolate milks and fried pickles and she gave my husband one lemonade 🤦♀️ the lady told me they were out of chocolate milks and basically looked at me as if I couldnt get anything else and I asked if I could get something else to substitute for the milks and she rolled her eyes at me and said uhh what would you like? and then asked if I wanted fried pickles like duhhh I bought them? The amount of stupid I think I lost a few brain cells myself. Most likely wont be returning. I get stuff happens and mistakes can be made easily but have some respect and responsibility to the issue. Dont get mad at me that someone or you messed the order up.
Ordered thru door dash first time after 50 minute delay driver told me they were swamped and apologized second time they canceled my order after two delays, third AND LAST time I ordered at 8:00 pm and at 10:00 my order was canceled, called store and they said quote NOT OUR PROBLEM, made zero attempt to take a back up order and rushed me off phone. Before ordering online I have picked it up myself it was a Very disorganized operation, no manager expediting orders and kitchen was in chaos they were literally throwing orders around waited for 20 mins past my promised pick up time. Then discovered my order was wrong after I opened the filthy boxes to check.I like the restaurant but this location is a mess
I ordered a salad and was told to wait 30 minutes when I showed up to pick up salad the manager Matt told me that they did not make that salad no longer. I asked Matt why he made me wait 30 minutes calling me so I Could have ordered something out. Matt was very rude And completely ignored the fact that you made me wait 30 minutes for nothing. I do not recommend this Buffalo wild wings until their management is corrected.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wait staff ignored our table and we had to walk to the bar many times to get our own refills, silverware and napkins. Some wait staff was walking around with their masks dangling off of their ears not covering their faces. If I’m required to wear a mask I expect the staff to show the same respect for me. Being that the restaurant was short staffed I could understand delays. To completely ignore our table is irresponsible and disrespectful. We always tip at least 30-40% of our bill and this is the first time I have ever not left a tip anywhere. Getting a little money off of our bill didn’t make the experience justified. By the way our food was slopped together and cold.
We decided to visit here again and we were disappointed yet one more time. The waitresses had masks at the counter, but the 3 associates I could see in the kitchen had masks on, but they were pulled down while they were working on food orders. I realize its HOT, but we are all doing things we dont like due to this pandemic. We will not be back here until they can follow the same rules other restaurants are safely doing.
Waitress was polite, food took a while but it was very busy. My wings were well sauced but were not the freshest that they could be. Not a fan of the new tray that the food comes served on or the new menu design. Been coming here for years and overall its a good place to be.
Second time in a row its been bad. Going to talk about the bad experience on the radio tomorrow because its consistently bad. The things that happen cannot be chalked up to poor staffing they are just simple bad experience moments that could be corrected with good mgt.
The service is always fast and the people are always very nice. I was there the other day and the manager came and asked us how we were doing 3 separate times. Ive had several different things on the menu, from wings to sandwiches and its all very good. Theres a wide variety of sports. They always have the big games but then they also have stuff like professional corn hole. Its always fun to eat here.
It was very good food and a great waiter. If you have never been, they have a sports show on all over the restaurant, they are known for their wings, which are amazing. They have 24 beers on tap usually and are pretty good with service. Almost everytime I have been there staff has been good. Try it out. I believe Thursday nights are their family nights!
A very solid 4, leaning on a 4.5 if I could do that. Getting a lot of wings here is the way to go. Buffalo sauce is delicious, really like the environment and the bathrooms and stuff like that are nice and we always get good service. Nice environment, quite a bit above average on the food. Definitely a 4, the only reason it’s not a 5 is because it’s not my personal favorite place but I come here, I get what I want and I’m always satisfied.
Half the time when I go here and I get my wings they’re good, but the other half, they barely put any sauce and any seasoning on the wings. It’s honestly a joke. This place needs to fix up their act and train their staff better, because it’s unacceptable that HALF the time I get wings they’re unseasoned.
Horrible experience. Food and service is trash, even the unrequested manager was horrid. The menus have zero descriptions and the servers dont know the drinks nor whats on the food. Asked what the drinks were, was told she didnt know. Asked what was on the food and was told different from what arrived. When we mentioned that (this was an issue due to an allergy) we were argued with by the server. We requested the food be taken away and taken off our bill. The manager arrived and said we were confused then asked us to describe the problem. When we informed him he very rudely asked well how do you know it was that ingredient? BECAUSE THERES AN ALLERGY. I was appalled. After I informed him he was being disrespectful to me and my family he comped the meal. The meal comp was the only good thing there we experienced. I would not come to this location again. I suggest that you make the trip and go to literally any other location.
Probably would not go back We thought we would take advantage of their 50% off deal on Tuesdays. We ordered 3 different kind of wings. The seasonings were great...however the wings themselves were tough...almost like they were not cooked enough. When I do wings at home they fall off the bone. In addition one of us had the Mac & Cheese. I could not finish it. The sauce seemed like they simply added water and mixed it up. Horrible. The Manager did a drive by but before I could say anything he was gone. On a positive note...the beer was cold and the service was fantastic.
If you want to go out to dinner but want to go somewhere that is complying with the safety requirements under COVID this is not the place to go. About 1/3 of the employees were not wearing masks or had them on just under their mouth and nose (not sure why they were even wearing them). I saw customers seated at tables before they had been wiped off from the last customers. Our server was friendly however the service was extremely slow. Very disappointed in the overall experience.
Food is usually pretty good here if they get it right. 90 percent of the time our order is wrong when we order take out. Sometimes a bit slow on game days but thats expected. I do enjoy their food most of the time but its always a hit or miss if it comes out hot or cold. I like the game environment as everyone gets hyped up during games. And their rewards program is awesome!
Stopped in Sunday December 6th. I tried their boneless wings for the first time. The wings were heavily breaded And not that warm But my main complaint is that 2 out of the 3 cooks that I saw in the kitchen were wearing their masks under their chins and exposing their mouths and noses to the open air while cooking. In these times with Corona virus on the rise I would strongly recommend reconsidering Using Buffalo Wild Wings by the lakes mal
I havent been here in a while. Usually have fairly decent service, but I Sat at the bar on a fairly slow Wednesday night. It took about 15 minutes for a bartender to even acknowledge my presence. One wouldnt look up from her computer and the other was so busy doing dishes and watching TV I almost got up and left. I should have. I ordered 8 boneless and received 12 (no big deal) also a side or buffalo chips where I reiterated DESERT HEAT ON THE SIDE...only a quarter came on the side and the rest on the fries.
Such a great place to watch sports games and eat amazing wings! They are usually pretty busy, but I think that speaks for how good the business is. Great variety of sauces to choose from, and very lenient on letting you try multiple sauces with your order. Also, if you have room for dessert, I highly recommend the dessert nachos! Youll need a friend to help you eat it all.
We had a take out order and they forgot a few of our items. When we got home and realized we called to let them know. They had me speak to a manger and they seemed so uninterested! We ended up driving all the way back for the rest of our order. That was super inconvenient because we live 15 minutes away, so all of our food we actually got the first time around was cold and gross by the time we got home with the rest of our food. Tbh we probably wouldn’t be that upset if we would have at least gotten an apology. Instead they just seemed irritated that we even brought it to their attention that they forgot some of our order.
God awful loud...longest waiting Ive experienced in a long time. The wife liked her wrap, my wings were overcooked to the point that it was like jerky. Buffalo was too hot for me and I usually use hot sauce or salsa all the time. Small portions & expensive. Slow but friendly service. Did I mention that it was loud? (kids and people)
Service was OK, but food was mediocre. Ordered just wings and onion rings. Food took quite a while to arrive - maybe 30 minutes. When it DID arrive, the onion rings were luke warm. Clearly they were sitting for a while before they were brought to our table. Itll be a while before i go back here. There are great wings just down the street at Booyahs.
You know the food. This location has good food. Dinnertime - wait times are normal for any chain restaurant in this area. But, at lunchtime....lately (Fall 2018), we have waited 30-45 minutes to get our food after our order was taken - and we ordered off the 15-minute express menu! Each time (5 times in 2 months) we got a free lunch certificate, but it is terribly inconvenient to be late getting back from lunch.Id give them 4-5 stars for evening meals, but a 2-3 star for lunches.
Good food but our waitress didn’t bring us straws and it took her over 20 minutes to come back to us so we asked another waitress then they both began to talk badly about us after the encounter. The rest of the time there we felt extremely uncomfortable. Her name was Shawna.
Well, I would like to say that this place is awesome, but really, I find it a huge disappointment. Have been here in the past and have had horrid service every time. Havent been there in a year and decided to give it another chance, and that was a huge mistake. We were seated and it took awhile to order drinks, and we were lied to about what beer was on tap, the waitress didnt know anything basically. She took forever with giving us menus, taking our orders and not too mention our food took more than an hour to get out to us because they had lost our ticket. Had to see several people that came in way after us be served and left. We werent told what was going on until the manager came out and explained it to us and offered half off our bill and gave us some coupons. By the time we got our food we just had to get it to go, due to us having to leave at a certain time. And still, our order was wrong! Will not be returning, regret giving this place another chance. Food is definitely not worth the wait.
The servers I had this time were literally the best hands down. Im indecisive and changed my order (as I was ordering) and rather than be upset or frustrated my server laughed and helped us extra by grabbing a second menu for sauces. The food was served super fast (we went at lunch) and I got the wrap (ps, I got Caribbean jerk and it made my eyes water at b-dubs, the other half I had for dinner and didnt seem nearly as spicy after refrigerated).
We had a very poor experience last night with our service. They told us 15 minutes on the takeout order. Got there after that and waited another 20. Got home and the other family that ordered with us were missimissing 2 things. Called and went back to get them. We felt they should have done something to try and make this right...gift card, bottle of sauce, something.
Food was horrible. Fries cold. Wings cold. Atmosphere was ok if I didnt have a TV at home. Not sure why people pay to go here (I was with a small group). None of this was a surprise, this is not a restaurant, this is a bar with TVs and they serve some food with the beer.
The food was great and service was alright. However I used my debit card and they tried to take more money out of my account than what I wrote down on my receipt. Called in to get it fixed and the first manager told me to call back in an hour. So I did just to find out that the guy I talked to didn’t do anything to solve this problem. The next manager was helpful but rude. Took them 4 hours to solve this when they told me an hour and I still don’t have my money back for another 2 days. As long as they solved this problem right. Overall good food but make sure you watch your bank account because there is servers trying to scam money from people. They won’t fix anything for you if you don’t call multiple times.
All of my food was cold... Could have saved my $80I DID EVERYTHING YOU TOLD ME TO DO AND YOU GUYS STILL DIDNT MAKE THINGS RIGHT. YOU JUST WROTE THIS TO MAKE PEOPLE THINK YOU GUYS WILL MAKE IT RIGHT BUT YOU DIDNT. YOU JUST MADE AN EXCUSE TO WHY MY FOOD WAS COLD WOW SMH
The waitress was amazing but the food was not what it has been in the past. The appetizer pickle chips were cold, the chippers were soggy not cooked all the way and the chicken wings were Luke warm and barely had meat on them.Very disappointed this visit and location. But a 10 to the waitress .
Service continues to go down hill, took 20 minutes to get a beer I ordered and our appetizer came out the same time as the food. The price is also on par with amazing restaurants in Muskegon, and yet, the service and food quality is bad. Even the consistency of being, just okay, has gone downhill.
Service was good and fast. The wings were small and had very little sauce on them the cheese curds had very little cheese in them. The server was excellent though. And for the 4th time in a row you were out of redds. Great way to get customers to spend more money I mixed drinks .
Ok service after complaining. Was seated at a dirty table because there was 6 other dirty tables in the area but 5 waitresses chatting at the front. Waitress said they where under staffed today funny it was pretty empty and it was 4pm on fathers day and your understaffed???
Severely disappointed again. Wont be back. Waited for over an hour for our food. Had to wait about 30 minutes for water as well as our bar drinks. Food came out wrong, undercooked, or just cold. When they finally brought a pitcher of water for us there was mold growing in the pitcher. Manager did take some off our bill but the lack of service and edible food will make us look elsewhere for wings.
If I could give half a star I would. We waited over an hour for our food, which we were okay with because its Saturday night. No worries. Then our waitress comes to our table ( I couldnt tell you her name because she didnt bother to introduce herself) just asked us what we wanted to drink and walked away. After we ordered our food we didnt see our waitress AGAIN until it was time to pay. Another young lady by the name of Khamiya (a complete ANGEL) came over to help us after she saw us visibly upset and irritated. Half of our order was cold, so my friend didnt even get to eat. Sitting there for an hour and a half waiting for her food just to have to send it back to be remade because her quesadilla was so cold it was basically glued shut. My mother needed new fries because they were so cold she couldnt bite into them, and shed placed a to go order that we were unsure even got placed because it didnt come out until we asked Khamiya to check on it for us. Im highly disappointed. I love their Garlic Parm wings, theyre my favorite and BDubs also a favorite of my moms, we were actually there celebrating her birthday. Some birthday dinner that was. Im out $72.12 and completely unsatisfied. When we spoke to a manager to let him know how our experience was he seemed as if he didnt know what to say but hes sorry and hes been in the kitchen and then mentioned they were kinda busy; however we watched our waitress spend more time messing with her nose and speaking to every one of her coworkers than she did waiting tables. But the other manager walking the floor probably wouldnt have been much help either since he asked EVERYONE in our section how they were except us. He didnt even acknowledge us sitting there and our table was in the middle of all the other tables he went to. Shame on you Bdubs. Ill never return.
I ordered take out for the family today. Figured it would be a nice Friday to not have to cook. Well I get home and start trying to eat my wings but they are closer to chicken jerky than an actual wing. And honestly as hungry as I was I might have just ate them but I finished 4 and found the one with a bunch of feathers and decided to go ahead and take the drive back. The manager was very nice. asked if there was anything he could do and honestly theres only so much he can do. You employ degenerates to cook your food for low wages, and you end up with garbage commercially produced food with a ridiculous price tag. And so now I remember why I dont eat here. The only place Ive found in west Michigan with chicken thats even close to what I can make is the chicken shack in silver lake. End of rant. Please stop giving this place your hard earned money
My children have decided they are going to try chicken fingers at every Buffalo Wild Wings location on earth as part of their travel sports careers. This location seems a little smaller than most, but it is very nice and their fries were some of the best Ive had from this chain. Their tag line is correct: beer, fried chicken, sodium, and sports - whats not to like.
The service was terrible. The waitress took overly expected long to get our drinks. We were a party of 3. I understand that it was busy but once it slowed down she never checked on us. I almost choked on my wing because she never refilled mine or anyone elses drink for that matter until we were done with our food. Our food was not hot. She saw we were clearly done with our food but never gave us our receipt. Dont go to this place unless you want to deal with waitress who doesnt want to do their job.
Upon arrival I walked up to the bar to order a rum and coke. The waitress took my id to the back to extensively check it and even brought out the manager to quiz me as to what my birthday and address were.... Only because there was a minor bend in the card, which rendered it fake obviously. The manager then refused to service me however he encouraged me to stay for food. I would have really preferred to leave at that point, however I had several friends that wanted to stay for dinner. It was a Monday night and the place was practically empty, however it took half an hour to get our water. Im actually currently still waiting on my appetizer here and Ive been here since 11. My other friend also had her drivers license taken back for inspection as well. Avoid at all costs!!
Extensive menu of both food and drinks with large sports bar and TVs everywhere! Trendy for young and old . Kid friendly dining room area with paper crowns like Burger King and crayons too ! As like most chain restaurants , you know what you are getting. Not sure why the wings are wild , but many flavors are available, not just Buffalo ! Lol !
2nd visit...sat in the bar with my kiddos. Our server Molly was AWESOME! The boneless wings and sauces are good but really skimpy on sauce, IMHO. Cheese curds are greasy and pretty tasteless...nothing to write home about. Many local brews on tap- I like that. All in all- Not a horrible experience!
What can I say ... I have frequented this restaurant many many times over the past years. This location continues to decline. Lunches are often slow and we get the free lunch next time which it fine but it continues to get worse. Dinner time had as well declined. Slow service, no silverware ... very disappointing.
Us nurses here at mercy hospital put in for a large order for lunch and they didn’t send one of our lunches that we ordered a d would NOT refund or bring it to us.... the manager said “well I don’t know what to tell you but we can’t bring it to you or refund you but I can give you a 10$ gift certificate....” remind you the meal was 14$ so now they can’t deliver the food they can’t refund us all the money back ..... this is uncalled for and they don’t care 🤷♀️
The waitress had no idea what came on the food when asked and apparently neither did the cooks, after looking up the menu online, we realized my salad ( which I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after the rest of my family got their food because they forgot to make it.) Was missing the guacamole and jalapenos and my husbands tacos were missing the cheese and sauce. We wont be going back any time soon.
This location seemed filthy. There were hand prints on every window/door/game surface. It appeared the carpet had not been vacuumed in quite some time. Ive been to this restaurant several times, but this visit was noticeably different. Until it is cleaned up, I dont think Ill be returning.
I sent this to the Buffalo Wild Wings corporate, but never got a response. To whom it may concern,My girlfriend and I frequent your restaurant; on average we are in for dinner once a week. My girlfriend is gluten free, not by choice, but because of a medical decision reached by her and her doctor. She always gets the baked wings, because she can not eat food that was in the same fryer as breaded food. I must say that up until yesterday, the restaurant has been rather accommodating. We came in on 4/20/18 at approximately 6:30 pm with a friend of ours. We all ordered our food, and my girlfriend ordered her baked gluten free wings. Since we eat here all the time, we know that it is going to take between 30 to 40 minutes. Within 10 minutes of ordering mine and my friends orders come out. We asked the waitress why all the food didnt come out together, and we were told that it was because the gluten free order had to go in on a separate ticket and that technically special allergen orders are supposed to come out separately. At this point our options are to have my girlfriend watch us eat until her food comes out, then we get to watch her eat. Or we could sit and wait for her food to come out, and eat our food cold. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she just reiterated that she had to put the orders in on separate tickets.Less than fifteen minutes later, the gluten free wings came out. That means they were in the oven for a maximum of 25 minutes. When my girlfriend cut into the first wing it was raw in the inside. I dont mean slightly underdone, I mean RAW. We asked the waitress to have the kitchen put them back in the oven, but she told us that they were temped before they left the kitchen. When we showed her the raw wing, we were again told that they were temped before they left the kitchen. Now my girlfriend is getting upset, and asked for a box. My girlfriend boxed up the raw wings and decided to sit in the car, because she was so upset that she wasnt being taken seriously; we can finish cooking them at home ourselves. My friend and I finished eating, and payed the bill (we were not charged for the baked wings). I asked to speak to the manager, and Todd came out.I explained to Todd the situation, and suggested that the kitchen does a better job checking the food before it leaves. I was told that It happens sometimes because it was a special allergen ticket. I told him that my main complaint isnt that the food come out at different times, but that the chicken was raw. He also told me that the wings were temped before they left the kitchen. I told him that we will not be returning, and that we are done with Buffalo Wild Wings, since as a chicken restaurant I expect them to know how to cook chicken. The manager simply said Okay.My motivation for writing this is not to get free stuff, as we actually will not be coming back. I am also not trying to get the manager Todd or the waitress in trouble. My only motivation is to let you know that someone needs to receive more training before someone kills one of your customers. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please dont hesitate to contact me. Or if you, like your manager and waitress dont care, feel free to delete this email and move on with your day.
I had numerous issues with the alpine restaurant so figured I would give muskegon a try. The first time was amazing and the second time was absolutely horrible. The salad was 17$ and I didnt like the 2nd time I got it. And I was never checked on (to see if it was OK) until i was pretty much ready to go. And when I was ready for the bill she asked how it was I had said well it didnt have the avacado and she got very defensive about it and rudely said I watched them put it on. So we wont be returning
Im not into sports. Thought this was a sports bar. Ended up going with a friend with wanted some wings. Being a vegetarian I thought Id need to eat a salad. But to my surprise they have black bean burgers that are delicious. And tried the fried cheese curds ... O. M. G. Talk about scrumptious! I was so into my cold beer (and great company) and delicious food that I didnt even notice the 20 plus TVs everywhere. *wink. This is one of my favorite places to eat now!
My favorite place to hang out and enjoy some food and company while taking in sports or people watching. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is lively. If they are really busy, things may take a little time but that is the same no matter where you go.Ive been to many BWWs and this is the best. Traditional Blazin wings rock!!Expect the manager to stop by and check your service. Be sure to honestly answer any questions in case your experience isnt a good one.Cheers.
My husband and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings around 11:30pm. Michigan football game on... alot of workers standing around... We werent greeted right away... The game seemed more important at the time... We waited 30 minutes to finally get seated. Our server Jessica was very nice... We ordered just drinks and place our order to go... When we got home and showered to eat we noticed that the menu features great pictures of Burgers. Not to mention queso dipped fries as an option... This is what was inside... Tiny aweful looking Burgers and no queso or bacon on the fries... So disappointed...
Muskegon BWW by Lakes Mall, come on management, during COVID-19, dont allow customers to go inside to pick up food, it should be brought out! What are u thinking? We expected to pay over the phone and get it run to the car. Instead with many others we had to go inside, pay and wait, disappointed in. BWW. Get up to speed like other restaurants.

2022-04-08Went to the bar for a quick grab for lunch, the service was quick, the food was fresh and hot, and last but not least, it tasted great. I was especially impressed with the bartender Amanda, she was tentative to everyone at the bar while also fulfilling her other duties for the servers. Having worked in the service industry I havent seen anyone hustle like that in a while. Hats off to the staff and the great service they provide.

2022-04-17Another win at the wild wings!! The food was perfect!! Everyone left satisfied! Our waitress was awesome!! She even didn’t mind getting a pull-tab as part of her tip! Lol.(inside joke). Please be sure to tip your servers well! They work hard for their money! I definitely recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings!

2022-04-12We come here for weekly mens group. We always have Maggie as our server and she always take great care of our table. Each time the experience and food is fantastic. I highly recommend this location because it has consistently been terrific.

2022-07-08First review I have ever written. Ate here and got 10 boneless wings to go. The server set them on the chair and I left forgetting them. I remembered and was back to this establishment within 15mins. The receptionist girl was very nice and helpful and went and checked to see if my wings were still at my table which they were not. I then spoke to the manager and he made it seem like I was asking for $1000 gift card and told me its your fault you left them (which I agree, but it was 10 wings) and we will not be helping you whatsoever. I will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings store again, I hope the manager becomes a happier person in life.

2022-05-19The past two times I have gone the experience has been good and bad. The first time was not too terrible, except that the sauce I ordered in my chicken wrap was said to be medium but tasted more like buffalo sauce. The second time, today, they were out of multiple appetizers, and we were given plastic silverware instead of real silverware. This is frustrating for people who order wings, plastic forks do not work well for wings. It sucks that they do not offer fries with wings and make you buy a side if you want them, and do not offer drinks with meals. However, their mozzarella sticks, street tacos, and pretzel knots are amazing. Perfectly seasoned mozzarella sticks, loaded street tacos that give off the perfect flavor, and pretzel knots served with cheese and honey mustard that have a variety of seasonings.

2022-07-06I hot the 10 boneless wings and fries meal and the wings were great and all but needed more sauce for sure. The fries on the other hand to me werent that great. Like every place Ive ever ordered from their BWW fries are my least favorite.

2022-04-24Service and food were excellent! Great selection of drinks. Only reason for three stars is pricing. BWW has always been very miserly with their drink pours. Pricing is ok when you watch for specials, but only then. If youre into sports they have quite a few screens. Basically what you would expect from a large franchise sports bar. Wouldnt talk you out of going, just know its not good if youre on a tight budget.

2022-05-01Very Disappointed 😞. The Two Stars went to the hostess. Food was slow. Left after a sampler platter... Stale chips for the nacho portion. Sad.... Bone in Wings we requested instead of breaded chicken on the menu....was the only saving grace! I understand small selections on Harvey Street ....Better to go to Texas ROADHOUSE and wait. Will be worth the wait. BWW.... SOOOOO disappointed.
