Not the place to go for a chicken sandwich, unless you like freezer burn, stale buns and cold fries. Even the draft beer had funky taste like they dont properly clean their lines. The staff was very nice and I cant complain about the service but for the price the food was horrible!
This store is disgusting and cant even make a full order the items we did get after almost spending 100 bucks was old cold as hell and u could tell it wasnt fresh then YALL FORGET ALL THE SIDES get ur act together
This Location is by far the best location.. ever single time I come here I always get great customer service. And I do come here pretty often. I always ask for my wings to be cooked for 25 to 30mins and I ask for a wing check. And every single time my wings are cooked perfectly. And I Love that some of the waitresses become familiar with their regular customers.. I have a favorite waitress Briana (I hope I’m spelling her name right🙏🏾) but I tell you she be on it,, she always geek me by name, she make sure I have clean gloves to check my wings, she make sure my order is always right, and she always provides the best customer service with a smile, and not to mention the restaurant is always clean.. I’m very big on receiving great customer service and going to a clean restaurants. And trust the other locations like Livonia, Royal Oak and Detroit.. they do not treat their customers great, they don’t like to cook your food like you ask (some locations would even tell you no, they will not cook your food longer them 10 mins) and they are not as clean as the Westland location.. so if you want good food, good service and the environment to be clean even if it’s pack, go to Westland location, they are the best, oh and I dealt with a few of the managers there before and they are awesome too.. they really care about there customers over there I wish I could give them a 💯 rating. This is all coming from dealing with them for about ten years. no lie my son was six when I start coming to this Location and he is now 16. Thank you Westland location
This place is one of my favorites. Noah, was the guy who helped us to have a nice experience last time, this place is always clean and service is always fast.

While the food (let me be specific here, for CARRY OUT - within the restaurant is a much better story) isnt all that great (sauce coverage is mediocre, consistently forgetting dips or sauces, wings are subpar quality, completely wrong food added to order - like fries instead of potato wedges), I base my reviews mostly on service. Cherine, who was the on-site manager for the day, assisted me with my issue of being given fries instead of wedges, provided me with fresh batch of wedges and a gift certificate for my troubles in driving back to receive them. Cherine was incredibly professional, and if this is the kind of management Buffalo Wild Wings employs, this will make me consistently want to come back, perhaps not for carry-out, but in general. Great service here.
Out of limited edition jalapeno again at 4pm. I can never make it on time to try this special sauce apparently. Wings are always good. Appetizers always horrid. We tried the tater tots and they are supposed to be sharable but are fried together into one brick with cheese on top. Its very difficult to eat as a group because there is no simplistic way to remove them from the basket since theyre one solid unit. Sauce it is served with doesnt compliment the dish at all. Its almost like a french onion chip dip, but super chunky onions (I happen to love onions, but the flavor is an odd combo). Since the tater tots are mush on the inside you cant dip them in the sauce anyways because they just smash due to how cold and hard and chunky the dip is. Cheese curds are insanely greasy. Kids liked the hotdogs bites. Next time Ill just get wings and nothing else. I also heard from a buddy that if you order the wings well done theyll actually be crispy. Will def try that next time.
Ordered online. Showed up at the correct time: waited an additional 11 minutes for the order to be ready for pickup. When I get home I realize they didnt bother to put the carrots and ranch (clearly marked on the tag they stapled to the pickup bag ... but somehow missed).Food that made it into the bag was good, but not good enough for missing parts PLUS the extra wait.
Great service at this location. The food is as good as it gets at a chain Resturant. Not a five star Resturant but gets as good as it can.
THEY TOLD ME NO OVER THE PHONE ORDERS ONLINE OR WALK IN ONLY I ARRIVE 7 MINS LATER AND A COWORKER IS TAKIN AN ON THE PHONE ORDER. I WAS PAYIN CASH AND DRIVING SO I WAS UNABLE TO DO ONLINE ORDERING. THEN THEY TOLD ANOTHER CUSTOMER THEY ARE NOT DOIN SAMPLERS BUT A MANAGER CALLED HER BACK AND SAID THEY WOULD DO. BUT I GUESS FORGOT TO TELL THE YOUNG LADY DOIN THE TO GO ORDERS...I FEEL IF THE ORDER IS $15 OR LESS PLEASE ALLOW OVER THE PHONE ORDER. MY MEAL IS $12. THE FOOD COULD BE WARMER
Our waitress was one of the best waitresses that Ive ever experienced. She was very tentative to me and my wife and the food was great.
Was having a very stressful day after having most of my world flipped upside down and I decided to take my partner out to a nice dinner because we hadnt gone out on a date in a while. So upon quick thinking I decided to come to Buffalo wild wings. Sometimes coming to a sports bar having some boneless wings and a nice cold beer is just what the doctor would have ordered in order to bring you down from an emotional high. Best decision I ever made, would do it again even in better circumstances. Good food, great people, attentive staff, friendly prices, and very relaxing drinks. The beauty part of this place is its right across from the MJR theater. So you can either go in and have a bite before your movie or entertain your date after a film. All in all a place worth going to.

I Love BWW. I worked for a location in 2005-2007. On BOGO Tuesday yesterday 7-27-21 at 5pm, I tried online ordering my bi weekly BOGO order, it wouldnt go through, so i drove to the location and when i went in. This is not my usual location as i was home, vs coming from work. There were signs stating that that BOGO was for Dine in only. I inquired and took a picture of their signage and i contacted corporate today. We are in a pandemic, and i have ordered almost weekly at other locations without issue for carry out- BOGO. Many people dont want to dine in right now, so how do they address this.... they make it where you can only get wings at full price for carryout on BOGO tuesday at this location???? Corporate headquaters for BWW said they were goingt to investigate and call me back. I hope they do!! This is ridiculous. Hostess wouldnt even call the manager when asked.

I usually order from here but the last 2 times I have have been sad! One time I ordered a brisket sandwich and it had hardly any meat on it. It looked like two buns and tonight I ordered a wrap and it so small! Not worth $10. Couldnt believe it.. It reminded me of a snack wrap from McDonalds. 😔
Ordered carry out today to come home to disappointment. When people pay north of $1 per boneless wing, dont be cheap with the sauce. Ordered garlic parmesan and they barely had any sauce on them. Not typical in last experiences but it is what it is today I guess.

Horrible experience. Matter of fact the girl who answered the phone hung up on me. Someone stole my rewards. I live in VA. I call minutes after I received the email that a certificate was used. The girl did nothing told me to call customer service. Yet never gave me the number. When I ask her if they were going to give this person the food she hung up on me. RUDE!!! I just canceling the account this place is not worth it!

Went in for a online pick up order, after visibly standing behind someone the waitress/cashier walked in the back leaving me standing there while they chatted on the other side of the walk for about 5-6 mins. Then one comes out handing me food that wasnt mine without even speaking to me & I said how do you know thats my order? And she said oh and handed it to the women that was in front of me and also returned to the back for Another 5 mins. Another waitress walked by and noticed I was still standing there and was shocked I wasnt helped. She had her hands full so when she finally came back to hand me my food that was already paid for sitting in the warmer the rest of the 3 other girls returned. Mind you the place wasnt busy barely anyone having. Lunch at 1pm chicken was good though

Dont order anything besides the wings.Our ultimate nachos had chili in the middle and that was it, majority of the chips were eaten with nothing.Chicken sandwich had a long wait which is fine but wasnt even cooked fully.Waiters were amazing but you dont go to a restaurant for that. This isnt a one star review because one experience, my 3rd time here and its never changed. Gave a big tip regardless.The only good thing about my visit was watching Detroit lose in two different sports at once.

I love coming here but had a not so great experience. I called tonight to check if the patio was open at 10:15pm, I was told by a staff member that the patio was open until 11:30pm. I arrived at 10:30pm tonight to be told that the patio was closed and their staff member was mistaken. I thought the staff member was going to make an exception because she continued to ask if we wanted a high top or a low table. I replied low and was lead to a booth inside. I kindly declined service as I am not comfortable eating inside yet. I do not plan on returning to this location for the lack of communication between the staff and the attitude I received from the hostess regarding the matter.
Fast seating. Fast delivery of food order. ONLY problem...3 plates for a grande nacho appetizer and there were 5 eating🤔. Food was extremely good, filling, & satisfying 😊

Wanted to get carry out before going to watch a drive in movie. Ordered 6 traditional wings alongside 10 boneless wings with fries and a drink. We asked for both orders to have ranch on the side as well. They forgot our fries, gave us not a single cup of ranch, and gave us no napkins or forks. Absolutely ridiculous.
Had a chicken sandwich, a Blue Moon beer and fries. The sandwich and beer were delicious. The fries tasted old and stale. Only reason I didnt send them back was because it was a good deterrent not to eat them! The portion was huge tho. Personally I dont need a giant portion of fries.
The wife and I had a nice Mothers Day lunch here today; she had the classic chicken wrap and I had the Southwest Philly Cheesesteak, both came with tons of fries. More than our moneys worth and the service was very nice as well. We go to this one every so often and will be back again.

The food & service is always great but can never give me the correct sauces in my carry out orders. Why??? It’s one thing if they were free but we are forced to pay for side sauces that we never get. Always an issue every single carry out order. Why is this so hard?
Well I called to order a carryout order. The person answered the phone and said hello hold on I held on the phone for just over 9 minutes. When someone else picked up and I asked why was I on hold to order a carryout for 9 minutes. The response was silence. I asked for the manager who was named Dave, he apologized (which is what managers do) and he explained to me the time limit is typically 2 minutes. I explained in times like these when patrons offer to give business to you you expect good customer service, which I did not get. I literally could of drove up there in the time I was on hold to order carryout. I will not be going to this location ever again.
This place has went down hill aton. I used to like their food and they had fair prices. But since the pandemic there food has gone down in quality and prices are now redicolous. Im not coming back here and I would recommend picking another Buffalo wild wings location.
They do burgers better than wings these days, portions are a tad small, fries are luke warm, but service is friendly and relatively quick. All severs wearing masks, a nice outdoor seating area also. You are starting to pay more for the number and size of tvs than the food, but like I said burgers are WAY above average and the wings are still good.

I ordered 10 lemon wings and twenty garlic parmasean wings asked for all flats the younglady said it would be an extra charge for it so I paid mine you this was last weekend I went to pick up my order ND when I got home it was disappointing it didnt have all flats but was charge for it.Terrible Terrible Terrible.

This location does NOT bake their cauliflower wings by request. One of the few vegan options that bww has is having the Cauliflower baked then use one of there vegan sauces. Otherwise standard BWW.

Great servise, friendly employees, and I love the food. I use to come here as a kid, to this exact location. This was one of my favorite restaurants. Now I like coming with my friends and getting beer. Therere doing the $3.00 tall glasses for some of them. I tried the Goose Island Wild Herd and I was really good. Ill be back.

This location can be very inconsistent with how much sauce they put on their wings, but aside from that Ive received good customer service. I particularly appreciate how well they have adapted to the times. Their newly implemented curbside pickup process is one of the best in the area compares to other restaurants who have clearly struggled to adapt.
The jalepeno Buffalo wings was great. I love spicy food and they were on the spot. The waitress that served us was so nice. Plus there were big screen TVs of we wanted to watch it. Our food arrived fast. Cant wait to go back

I like the one in Royal Oak better. This location is clean, when it comes to the seating areas, and has lots of space for bigger parties. When I went to eat here in February of 2019 the resturant inside was chilly! The waitress that served our table was nice and very polite. She even gave us recommendations on food choices. If you order nachos be prepared for a large serving size. The portion sizes for the salads were on the small size.
That service was bad and the wings was cold and hard did not enjoy my visit.

The food is always as expected and pretty decent, when you actually receive what you ordered. We greatly appreciate the people who are working in restaurants still and understand despite there being no dine in customers, their carry out business might be higher, but we’ve never had a carry out order where they got the order right prior to the pandemic. This last one was through Door Dash and was the final straw to make me write a review. Our driver was amazing and it was in no way their fault. Unfortunately, despite “wings” being in the restaurant name, your employees appear to be too incompetent to discern between the different flavors of literally the main food they’re serving. If we’re spending $15 on wings, we expect them to be correct. Unfortunately now is not a time where we can easily be inconvenienced to drive to the restaurant and complain, so we’re stuck with expensive wings we don’t even like. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings for being consistently unreliable.
Servers kept taking masks completely off or were not covering their nose. a server was also yelling at her co worker at the bar. our food took forever to come. our server was extremely busy but amazing for being so busy. just upset about his co workers taking off their masks while handling food and yelling at the bar tender. as im sitting here writing this review, the one server is still yelling at her coworker in front of everyone.
This is one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings around. The staff is always super friendly, the girls are super knowledgeable and will help you with any request. The drinks are a bit pricy as this is a sports bar...but the selection is great. They just (within the last 3 months) revamped their drinks and food menus with the company being bought by new owners. If youre looking for a lively sports environment with great people; come here!
First it took a long time to get our food. Then my wifes food had a big long hair cook into it. We barely saw the waitress and I felt lucky to get my one refill. I dont think Ill ever get my wife to go back there again.

Only come here if you dont mind sharing your drink with the giant gnats/fruit flies they have flying around there. Last night, I had to drink my drink with a napkin over my cup to keep them out of my lemonade, while we watched other parties that had arrived after us receive their food before us. Throughout the meal, the waitress was polite but it kept taking her forever for her to come back and check on us. It took 30 minutes from the time we ordered for our food - 10 wings and a small fry - to arrive. When it arrived the fries were cold. We sent them back asking for fresh ones, and the waitress came right back with the same fries, soggy and drenched in grease. They were clearly double-dipped. I explained that I no longer wanted fries and requested that she remove them from our bill. We had intended on ordering another round of wings but after all of that we decided to just leave and go get Thai food from the spot across the street because we were still hungry. I will not be returning here.
Always a great place to go with your friends to watch the game and eat a bunch of wings! Always lively with a great mood flowing throughout the place! Servers are nice and have a great attitude! Food is delicious! They always have new things to try all the time!
Love this place. Food is good, but especially like the service. We have established great relationships with many of the servers and bartenders. They are a fun group that my family and friends appreciate.

I used to enjoy coming to this location. Food was always correct. The last two times my wings were cold, I do not think I can come back if my food cannot get to me when its warm. By the way the restaurant was full the first time so I was understanding, but today it is at less than half capacity. So why was my food cold.

Food was great, service was good, but food prep was a bit slow for how busy it was at the time.Noise level was quite comfortable, and there was a good variety of sports shows on the screens.Great place for everything from a lighter snack to a full meal, and a good location to visit with friends.Easy access for wheelchairs.

Aside from sitting next to odorous customers, this place is great nice waitress suggested great drinks checked on us. This was last Saturday. Food was flavorful and my dessert was good. Large piece of cake. I would recommend this location.

Its ok, nothing really special. Good wings, good apps, terrible prices. This visit I felt really rushed, 5 minutes thru lunch my bill was already on the table. Even if you say no rush when you give me the bill, I still feel rushed. Im glad this place has a rewards system, but it takes awhile to earn enough points for free food.
Usually the wait staff is pretty good, this time around we were not so pleased. After the initial taking of the ordered, it seemed like we were ignored. We even asked for our receipt and that took 15mins of her drinking on something and Talking to other staff. The place was empty besides one other table so I dont understand such crappy service. [edit, Oct19] They remodeled and fixed this place! Everything about it is better, especially the staff, so theyre preparing the food well again. My last 2 visits have been good. I havent trusted it to order takeout yet cause of old seriously bad experiences, but what or whoever they changed really rescued this place from the brink of catastrophe.[3-year old, review:] Just a box of salt lick with a little old rubbery cold chicken that had been laying out for a few days. This describes nearly everything on their menu. They also cant tell what size the cups are, and sell sauces they dont have in stock over the phone. Dont order takeout here, and be prepared to send your order back a few times and then suffer from gout shortly after your grease headache subsides after dining in. Laughable, shameful incompetence.
Very good casual dining sports bar... The service is usually good and the food decent. Plenty of TVS times to various sporting events with the most popular event (playoffs, golf tournaments, etc) displayed in the biggest screens.Their claim to fame are their wings- they are good yet but not great. The variety of beers is vast and normally specials are ongoing for the major beers (Bud Light and Miller Lite drafts).
Service was amazing as was the food. The new Nashville Chicken Sandwich is one of the best chocking sandwiches that Ive ever eaten. I devoured it and I wasnt even that hungry when I came into the place.
Seriously. 10x better than the Canton location. Parking was a breeze. Seated quickly. Volume level was good. Service was efficient and very friendly. (Ryans a keeper!) Food came fast and was hot, generous portions, and well-sauced.

Great BWW! Lets admit a fact the menu is the same at almost all BWW. This location in particular had GREAT service. Waiter was attentive and the team work between servers was great. Food was prepares exactly as we ordered. We had one small issue with our food and we had eaten enough that we were letting the server know more for hey this happened its no big deal were all good server and manager insisted and went out the way to make it right. Again great service!

Do not order online for your orders! Literally everything I ordered was not correct! No ranch no fries missing food. All the wing flavors were wrong. You can click it but you wont get it. The order said 25 minutes until your order is ready for there 30 minutes after ordering and it was NOT ready. Spoke to the manager Jessica and she said the on line orders never come through right. WOW!
Called and was told to place order through app/online. Went to purchase on app and the app said no burgers or boneless wings area available at this location. I call and they say wings are available and burgers are not. I tell them I am good right now wife wanted a burger. Called back after wife changed her mind and now they wont answer.
Our waitress Maresy was awful! She was picking her nails right at our table after I asked her for a min to look over the drink menu and I was so grossed out but let that go. We were there for happy hour and before I could order my last drink she gave me the receipt. I got her attention and told her I wanted another drink that I wasnt done and she replied with oh Im not rushing you. We got our other drinks and saw that she then charged us regular price without telling us so we dont see our waitress but my husband sees the manager so we tell him and he replys with Ill get this taken care of...two mins go by and our waitress comes out just arguing and yelling about the issue. We were furious that she was doing this so I wanted to find this so called manager who wouldnt tell me his name. We found him and another manager Jessica heard and was upset she didnt know sooner and so am I. She was told everything and made this right. Very disappointed in Maresy and this so called guy manager but thankful for Jessica and her great customer service.I was there 11/20/19 5pm to 6pm if you want to know what other manager was involved.

My friend Iris and I went here a few times and enjoyed the food which is, and always has been top of quality when it comes to taste and service. I have no criticism for this place other than the unusual, loud sound playing from TVs. However, that is expected from a situation like this which is well known for its sports and bar, besides that picky complaint its quite the nice play to enjoy your time at.
Amazing atmosphere. Huge TVs everywhere. Very clean, neat, nice, sporty. Good food. Dining in would be a better choice though, that way your food will be hot and not cold like it would be by the time you got back with a carry out.
As with every BWW service is good. The wife loves their veggie burger. I think they have some of the better onion rings, if you are not into the wings and drinks alone.
When they first opened it was the place to go for wings and a beer. Now you get average wings at best and theyre either over sauced or under sauced (based on group of 6 all ordering 2 different sauces). The TVs are great and you can see them at all angles. Beer is cold but pricey. Wings are way over priced for what you get. Service was very good. The restraunt and bathrooms were clean.
Carry out employees cant read the slips. Forgot part of my order. Sad they hire people who cant read the paper they stapled to the bag. Highly recommend another place for carryout. Called the store and was offered the missing food and a cert for driving back or the missing food next time I came in. So Im stuck either with part of a meal next time or I cant enjoy my full ordered meal this time because my food will be cold by the time I get home. Wish the manager handled this better.
Great place to watch the game and have a couple beers.Huge Keno screen.Good chicken.Great beer.Good looking waitresses, and waiters. Lets be honest everyone looks good in yoga pants.Chicken legs and thighs look great in yoga pants.Plenty of sauce selection. Or dry run. Chicken is moist even if dry rubbed.
Love the food but hate the new uniform. Boring to see. I loved the sports theme behind the uniform. Its so unappealing and bland. So, yes, the uniform suck badly. They are terrible. Love the friendly staff and food.
I dont like this place anymore.First thing I see walking in is a sign that essentially says that Tuesdays buy one get one free is over October 29th...dine in only. Ouch.Next, I ask the cashier how to redeem my points. She pretty much nails me by saying something to the effect that I have to redeem them on the app(which I have) before ordering blah blah blah. No accumulated points accepted.We love the wings, but this is it. For the third time in a row, I had asked for extra ranch dressing. Today....it was same ole, same ole....one ranch dressing with a big order of wings!!! Big bucks for carry-out and they cannot even include what I asked for. Lastly, ...you better tip the cashier...who is A CASHIER...or the horrible attitude is coming your way. Like I said, love the wings, but I am not gonna order from this place again. Grow up, BWW!
We reserved a room for our fantasy draft well in advance. Only to find out the so callrd manager lied to us he said he had a large group that needed that room. We counted 10 people we had 12.guess his buddies had. Prefence. Never going back and the food is over priced. Big zero

I ordered two large orders of wings and fries. I ordered the sweet BBQ and the honey mustard. I was so excited, it has been well over a year since Ive had BBWs, since I was living overseas.Unfortunately, disappointment was what I tasted with my fist bite.None of the wings tasted sweet. They were bland and I just couldnt even finish them.I had to throw the wings away, more than $40 into the trash can.
Kristen (sp?) was a great waitress. Always made sure our cups were full and didnt let a bunch of unnecessary items pile up on the table.

The service and food were fine, and if I could just rate it on that it would probably get at least 4 stars, as I didnt have a problem with either at this location. Unfortunately after my visit, the credit card I used here coincidentally started being used around town and online, hmmm... Strange coincidence I guess. Regardless I dont think Ill be coming back anytime soon.
This is one of the best BWW in the area. Always plenty of sauce on the wings, good size portions too. A pretty good beer selection on draft. T.V. s every where you look including when you are outside on the patio. I actually drive past a closer BWW to go to this location.I got a small boneless order (Asian Zing & Caribbean Jerk) and fries, my wife got a chicken wrap, and my 3 year old grilled chicken tenders and milk.
I would have preferred freshly cooked wings cooked upon order instead of warmed wings dipped in sauce. Im a Buffalo girl who depends on Buffalo Wild Wings to get my fix. Yesterday I was let down. It was a take out order so I couldnt say anything. Hopefully it will be better next time. Well if I decide to try again.
Food at the Westland location is way better than the Dearborn location. Service is better too. Took a while to get the food though but at least it tasted good. Unlike Dearborn something is wrong with their chicken wings seasonings its tasting way off!!
As always the best place to watch football. Wings, beer and sports.
If youre a wing joint (no pun intended), the chicken should be rendered to a point where the skin stays crispy despite copious amounts of buffalo sauce. Chewy chicken skin and cold chili made for a less than stellar experience. Great service though.
I really liked their food. I always get excellent customer service here. The place is neat and the workers are always welcoming. Will come visit again.

Had the worst possible experience at this location. Ordered a large traditional wings and was surprised to see 3 wings short of the usual 20 and when asked about this the waiter called her supervisor who to my surprise actually started counting the leftovers in our plates to determine the count. These people know nothing about customer courtesy. Never ever will I visit this location.
I used to love to come here for the food and buzztime trivia, but now their trivia never works. They keep telling me its the network or storms but even on clear days it doesnt work and every other bw3s I got to always have trivia. The foods great but the atmosphere without the trivia just feels dull for me and my family.
Got there with a party of 3 to a half empty restaurant and was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait. While we were waiting, we noticed that there were plenty of tables that just hadnt been cleaned off, and we also notice that someone who was already seated was complaining that their food was cold. Not saying this is a reflection of all Buffalo Wild Wings everywhere, but certainly an accurate portrayal of this one here. Save your time and go somewhere else... We did
Be sure to check your order if you are getting carry out. They clearly do not know how to count in this location. Also the wings were pretty dry and had barely any sauce, they marked cold on the order slip Im assuming to reheat them since they did not taste like freshly made wings at all. Worst location Ive tried so far. Yuck
It takes a lot for me to write a review, whether good or bad, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at any BWW, on any busy weekend. If I could give 0/5 I would. Ordered carry-out online, when I got there the employee working the counter was busy talking to another employee, paid no mind to me, once they finished their conversation the employee took a phone call- no big deal- but still didnt acknowledge me. Once off the phone walked into what I assume is the kitchen, still not acknowledging me. Another employee noticed me waiting and took care of me promptly... After I waited 10 minutes, when no one else was waiting for carry out.Also, there is only two take out parking spots. Both of which had the same cars parked the entire time- no one was waiting for carry out but me. I had to park across the strip mall. I will not be returning to this BWW.
We ordered take out for superbowl sunday and all of my food was cold the chicken was rubbery the shareable macncheese was so skimpy there was only enough for 1 person. They forgot my onion rings. My boyfriend should have got a full refund because this is the most horrible take out weve have ever had. And it wasnt cheap. 88.00 dollar order. Will not come back or order take out. Very disappointed

I hate being this person but this location is by far the worst. I ordered over the phone for takeout and was put on hold by a nice lady. The woman I got when they picked up hated her job. I placed my order and sent my wife to pick it up. She waited 40 minutes past the half hour they stated, when she asked how much longer the staff told her online orders takes a while(I ordered on the phone). She was home within 5 minutes of getting the order and EVERYTHING was cold. The order of smiley fries had 5 fries.....5 in the box. Im over it, Ill go elsewhere.
Best Bdubs around. High quality food, amazing staff and just a great environment. Westland recently remodeled too. Im still getting used to the new look but it is definitely nice. Jacob, our server, was spectacular!! I think he can read minds, he had brought us drink refills before we even realized we needed refills. Derek, one of the managers, swung by our table while we were eating and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. He truly cares about customer service, highly respectable young man!! I highly recommend going to this BDubs - 5-star service all the way around.
OVER-RATED wings...overpriced too, along with everything else. They barely put any sauce on their boneless wings (not just this time but barely any sauce every time Ive gotten bww wings in past, which isnt too often cuz theyve never impressed me) and when I asked for more sauce, they charged me extra!?!? Should give 1 star but staff is pretty cool...beer and wings prices are a joke!
I went here for my birthday. I ordered regular wings and got boneless they were tiny little hard balls like popcorn sized. I was thoroughly embarrassed that my daughter had to pay $18 dollars my worst experience ever!
All I wanted was 2 diffrent sauces put on my wings this apparently impossible to do so... Any place that cant figure out how to squirt 2 sauces in one bowl for tossing on wings doesnt deserve my money or honestly even to call itself a restaurant. Hell even Burger King could have made this happen.
Try traditional and boneless combo. More than enough for 2 people comes with fries. I generally order wedges in BDubs. Wedges are amazing. Parmesan Garlic sauce is not my favorite.Must try Asian Zing for mild and Thai curry for Spicy.
Celebrated my soss 16th birthday here. the team was absolutely amazing and accomodating!made sure 25 were sat during the lions game. food was hot and fresh. they even helped save his balloon that floated to the ceiling.
Ordered a to go tonight and it was ok but i got chips...no salsa....whats chips and salsa without the salsa? Also ordered ranch dressing for mozzarella sticks and didnt get ranch either! Didnt anyone check the order? Sad that no one takes pride in the little details!

The renovations are complete, and what an amazing transformation. The bar area (hi tops) is much bigger now. The whole place is more wide open. New furniture, new flat screens. Im excited to call this my B-dubs.
If you order a carry out from this location I wouldnt expect your order to be correct. Multiple times they have forgotten something in my order such as dipping sauce or the side to the meal. Whenever Ive gone back in for it they look at me like Im the idiot and try to charge me again for it. Today they forgot my drink and when I reminded the employee I had a drink he tried to charge me again. I told the employee I already paid for the drink and he said he had to check. After his little investigation he saw I did in fact pay for the drink he forgot. While I was standing there I overheard employees at the hostess stand talking about how they tell their tables its their birthday in hopes of getting a larger tip. So ridiculous and unprofessional.
Wings and beer 🍺 are always nice! The bar waitresses were nice and accommodating.
This place is awesome. Affordable and really good food. Ordered food, and was delivered in 15 minutes. Very nice waitress we had. Good selection of beers. Great service!

This may be my favorite BWW! I’ve always had consistent wings at this b-dubs! They keep up pretty good even on playoff nights! Easy to spend 50-100$ here when I’m having fun, but that’s just part of the experience I plan on. Can’t live without Mango Habanero traditional wings!!

Boneless wings had more breading then meat. Then to add insult to injury they tell me to go on the website and file a complaint and when I do they do nothing about it. But the jokes on them because I will never go there again
I dont even know where to begin? I have never felt more demoralized in my entire life. My wife and I would rather starve then eat at this restaurant! Your wait staff is absolutely pathetic and not compassionate at all. I was brought the wrong drink twice. The last time the waitress told me the bubbles meant it was a fresh bottle of Hennessey. I told her it had to be mixed, took a sip, and it tasted like E & J and coke. She brought me another drink straight up on the rocks like I ordered, but I know it wasnt Hennessey, I kept it. When I get my bill the drink was $14 when she said it was $6. My first time and last time at a BWW. The fried pickles were good.
They have a black female who is one of the sexiest(gorgeous, body is amazing & second to none) women Ive ever seen in my life that work here. Ill have to make the 30 minute drive to this location to see her, until I ask her out(my next visit for sure).LOL...the wings are always delicious but this order wasnt well done like I ordered. It didnt matter bcus the young lady was someone you dream about. Cant wait to go back for here! Lol
It was good. I tasted just like BWWs should. The celery sticks were fresh. We called in to pick up our food. It was ready before the estimated time.
Chairs were solid wood, no cushion. Very uncomfortable for me anyways. My dish was not hot. But the overall experience was pretty good.
This is a great BWW. They just need to get better at adjusting their online ordering time estimates. I usually wait 10-15 minutes after my order time, even with 30-40 minutes lead time. Aside from that, this place is just tops.

I got a burger from there yesterday and found a hair in between the cheese and the burger. Management refused to give me a refund or replacement order being that it was takeout. Please do a thorough inspection of your food before taking a bite!
Food was good, wait staff marginal, manager stood around and did nothing. Minimum he could have done was help seat people. We had to relocate along with another family to another section when a youth football team took over the area (seat yourself). Many people wandered into restaurant not knowing where to sit. Manager just stood there doing nothing. It appeared to be mass confusion.
While I enjoy their food for sit-down service, I do not recommend them for carry out. We picked our order up and when we got home 15 minutes later, our food was soggy and inedible.
Always very good. This location in particular has very attentive staff. I was there with my wife and the manager noticed we were getting kind of antsy, because we had to get going soon. He went back to make sure our order was expedited.
The food was ok. We came in for lunch and ordered right away. We all ordered things that were essentially fried or quick to prepare. The food took about an hr and we were on a lunch break.
Food and the atmosphere is great. Love the different sport saying on the walls...and I also Love the way they check for minors after hours....this eliminates young teenagers from hanging without parental consent.
Got my free B-Day wings and used some points and got free cheddar cheese curds. Everything was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loving this place.

2021-08-05Plenty of parking. Clean restaurant. No wait to be seated. Had options: inside, outside, booth, high top table or table. It was Trivia Night. Plenty of TVs to watch sports and Olympics on. Great service. Food was hot and fresh. We didnt feel rushed.

2022-03-18Always good service, food and drinks. The portion size is now smaller, and more expensive. Otherwise 5 stars. Chicken prices are crazy anywhere right now, this is no exception.. wings are pricey. Instead, my husband gets their chicken tenders and whatever sauces he wants. Better portion this way it seems and its really good. Their buffalo Mac and cheese is my personal favorite, by far along with their American Burger 🤤!

2022-03-23Aubrey was our server tonight, she was amazing! super fun and got everything right on our order. went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I really enjoyed chatting with her too, shes super laid back but punctual and accurate. food was really yummy, cooked to perfection. loved the tots nice and crispy. definitely will hope to get aubrey as my server next time too!

2021-07-27I placed a carry out order. Boneless wings and fries with a side salad and a child boneless wing meal. The person who took our order was excellent and when I went to pick it up great service. The boneless wings on both orders were great the fries on the other hand were awful. I didnt know you could grow potatoes in the desert. They must have been RECOOKED more than one time. If I didnt have a time crunch I would have taken the whole order back. If I ever go back I will make sure to check my order.

2022-06-28Go before 4pm or they are out of so many food options including shredded chicken, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. Its happened a few times when I tried to get the platter after 4pm. But foods always good and staff is always friendly.

2022-05-06I dont know whats going on with bdubs. I used to love this place. Every Tuesday I had to have my bogo traditional wings fix. The past year or so the wings have been super jumbo, super greasy, and super dry. Just tastes nasty to me. And theres no longer an option to ask for extra saucy wings when ordering in the app. I dont want to go there for anything other than wings and beer. I dont know, maybe Ill try a different location before I cancel them completely.

2022-06-25The chicken was very salty and my co worker got sick from it not food poisoning but stomach aches and bad diarrhea. I was hoping for it to be great since its been a long while since I had it but the flat wings were not cooked all the way and boneless was over cooked

2022-04-01Had a nice time the Waitress Katie was very kind and quick with their service. I got 15 wings with the garlic parmesan sauce. I think I got lucky as I got 13 flats and 2 drums. Sam addams cherry wheat and the loaded ice Cream. Witch comes with caramel fudge and. Some thing that was akin to elephant ear slices.
