Comment: This place is phenomenal!! The people are super friendly and they treat you in a personalized way, not just as any customer, but as their customer. They have people who are willing to help you in English but much better in Spanish! I dont have to guess what they said and they always explain everything very clearly so I can make better decisions for my coverage. State farm has taken care of my car problems but now they also offer life insurance! You never know when things will change, so I recommend going here, and Ramona speaks Spanish, she is very nice and friendly. Buggie is a great person who makes sure his work team represents him. Im not moving from here! Thank you very very much!

She is the epitome of excellent customer service. Ramona Is the most helpful agent I have dealt with (I have dealt with a lot) and always available. Ramona has helped me with not only car insurance but also renters insurance and life insurance . When moving into my new house in the middle of the pandemic, I needed immediate assistance and Ramona ensured I had the correct renters policy within minutes because my new landlords were extremely precise . Comment: Terrible experience with this office. Received a quote and after paying they came back after a week saying it would be $200 more than they quoted.Called another state farm office and the agent there told me they screwed up, that this office made a mistake. That they didnt put in the information that they had and that I gave them when doing the qoute. They seemed to have intentionally put it in wrong to give me a lower quote to get me to pay then, knowing it would likely come back higher without informing me of this. He gave me info and advice on how to file a legal complaint the agents.With my insurnace ending and the grace period for transferring at least 2 weeks in CA I was left with no other option but to pay for the insurance with state farm.Would recommend finding another state farm agent if you want to stick with them at the very least.
