Comment: They go the job done. Be careful about the pick up of rental cars in Burbank! They close at 11pm and if your flight is late, too bad, they close and you are on foot.

Comment: Burbank Airport has one of the easiest car rental and return systems I have experienced. Your in and out as long as the counter has enough agents. Drop off is so efficient its crazy. I wish all airport car rentals were like this. The only drawback is the games played with prices. That part is maddening.

Comment: As advertised, easy location to drop off, beware no shuttle to airport, then again its walking distance it just might be a bit of a walk with someones whos got a disability or small children

Comment: The entire rental experience with Budget was painless. We got off Amtrak and auto rental services are a short walk. Quick counter service. Our car was clean except that the insides of the windshield needed cleaning. Checking the car back in was very quick with friendly personnel.

Comment: Rental return at BUR is 1000% better than LAX. Returned in under 5 minutes and then could walk to the terminal vs waiting for a shuttle and the enevitable 1mph shuttle ride around LAX.
