Was during lunch rush. Absolute minimum communication. Not the most polite. Lost 90 cents cause they dont do change and I use cash.
Food is alway hot and tastes great... Relatively fast service. But we are always missing the sauce. Only received sweet and sour sauce 1/4 visits. My chicken nuggets are missing the sauce!!
My Whopper Jr was put together kind of sloppy, but it was good. Out of Hershey Sundae pies. 😔
I went to Burger King in Alma, Michigan, using the drive through due to being tight on time. My wait was, and I am not exaggerating, 25 minutes before ordering. The fries were hot and fresh. My BK Double was warm, but messy. Sauce and cheese was all over the wrapper and the burgers were out side the bun on one side. I realize it was a busy time, but I had to eat in my car and wanted food that I wasnt going to wear. Everything did taste good! I will be returning, just wont use the drive through if there is more than 3 cars.
Pretty basic, for fast food... but good stuff their burgers are good too.
I used the family deal coupon. I should of had 3 whoppers 3 burgers and 3 fries. I only got the whoppers and fries. Count your cash before you dash. The food was fine, what we received anyway.
I ordered a 1/4lb King and chicken fries. The burger was edible but the chicken was either so old sitting under the heat lamps or was fried way too long. I bit into several to make sure it wasnt just a fluke but the inside of all of them were crunchy dried out chicken.
I came inside to place my order with two of my small children, it was quiet and empty (should offer employees some music or something lol) the play area is closed (COVID-19) but the service was excellent the manager (Im assuming she was wearing a black shirt) was very friendly. My kiddos wanted a crown so I asked if they still have them out this young lady named Pamela was the absolute sweetest not only did she give my littles each a crown she fitted them to their heads and was so kind to them she absolutely made their day. Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays I was extremely pleased with our experience today.
Food was hot and tasted good. Friendly service. Service was fast. Used mobile app (for the first time)as I was pulling into the drive thru. Was very easy and quick. McDonalds app could learn something here.
There were 3 cars in front of us no one in the lobby and after each order she would tell the next person to wait and they were not ordering a bunch of food.each car would wait From 3 to 5 minutes just to order. Once we got to the front she sighed and acted like she was so over worked and disliked her job.
My onion rings were burnt got the wrong burger was in the highway before this was noticed the man and woman was both rude will never eat here again
Workers are VERY rude! Placing order at drive through, all she kept saying was K, go to window, just as rude! Have to ask for drink holder which they practically threw at me along with my order. I understand the frustration with fast food but no reason to act this way..

Its ok of a store needs better items got some punk India kid that owns it now cant seem too get the new coolers and stuff that have been sitting around for a year going, prices are a bit high for a small community. But at least we something.

Decided to give this place three too many chances. Honestly its the most horribly managed Burger King in Michigan. Order a six peice french toast sticks and they gave me four. Then the crossants were thrown in the bag and the egg was everywhere. Im done, and so is everyone that I know.
A little slow and not very knowledgeable on the products and checkout at least when this was written.Edit second experience... changed from 4 star to 2 star.... ordered an eggnourmous burrito and it was flimsy... barely any insides... also got two bacon croissants but they ended up with sausage anyway... man am I on a roll with burger king messing up stuff what a waste of money.
We went through the drive thru this evening and were very poorly treated when we placed our order. The screen outside was not updating giving us the impression the girl taking our order couldn’t hear me. My car is a diesel, so it is louder than most and I have had other drive through people ask me to repeat what I said. So I spoke louder. The girl taking our order became very rude. I understand she was probably as frustrated as I was, but upon me telling her it was not updating outside, you would think she would have shown some compassion. But no. She continued to be curt and try to hurry me in my ordering. I will not be going back to this restaurant. I don’t recommend anyone else to do so either.
Download the app! Seriously, they have family bundles on there that will save you so much $$$!!! This BK never has a line and always gets your orders right! Love the croissanwiches but man theyve gotten expensive, so now I use the BK app and get 2 croissanwiches with 2 hashbrowns and 2 orange juices ($1 upcharge from coffees deal at $5) for $6!!!! Cant beat it!

Seriously this place is a joke, I use to work here as well and it’s pathetic how long let food sit and still serve it and it’s ridiculous every time I go through the drive thru you guys always always mess up my order. One of the reasons I don’t come to this one very often! Step up your game!
Friendly staff, food was good and fresh, restaurant was clean including the bathroom. Was a nice place to go to get out of the heat.
Fairly clean, service was VERY fast, workers were eeehhhh. They forgot to put the extras on our tray though. No napkins, no utensils (ordered salad and kids had applesauce), tea dispenser didnt work, no dressing. No attention to the details. The kids play place is excellent.

Red headed female manager (or closer) is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She leads her staff to behave the same way. I was as polite as could be, and the little girl raised her voice at me with an extremely snappy attitude in front of my 5 year old son. She can consider herself very blessed that he was present when she spoke to me that way. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Every unoccupied table was covered in crumbs and sauces. I had to get a paper towel wet and clean myself a seat to sit on and a table to eat at. Bathroom smelled like urine, paper towels all over the floor. I walked right back out. Pathetic.
Was there this morning u never have enough stock on hand this is the 3rd time Ive went an wanted egg bacon burrito an you cant get it cause no shells. The food i bought was soggy an cold the other the biscuits were burnt.
You can eat in.I like that. the food was hot,thats good. I hate catsup in little packs and having to stand in line for refills or more napkins.But for now I know that cant be help..very good
This location is one of the worst Burger Kings in the corporation. Im currently suffering my third bout of food poisoning from this place, and their breakfast menu. I without a doubt know theyre the cause. Each time I try to go there I spend the next 24-48 hours with an extremely explosive gut. The management is unwilling to listen to anyone about their food poisoning .So with that I am starting an investigation by the health department. I hope those ignorant employees, all get fired, but not before they all suffer incurable food poisoning for at least a week. That might make this whole thing seem less asinine. I mean its Burger King. How hard is your job? Why cant you hand out safe food, correct food, with everything it comes with?

Its fast food, not much to say about the quality of the food beyond that. The play place is getting a little run down, and dirty. I do want to comment though that at this particular trip, they were very short staffed, and extremely busy. Even despite that they were able to get order correct, and were very polite.

The last few times my Husband and I have ordered from here Their fries are never salted and their Burgers always seem to be cold. Guess next time we will just be going to Mt. Pleasant Burger King and hope for better results.
Its your typical burger king, same food, etc. Some of the workers can be irritable, but there are a few who make for a very pleasant experience. The play area for kids is fairly well maintained. Oh! And they have a mixable flavor vending machine. Try the lime coke!
So anyone at the Alma burger King wanna convince me how a charred overcooked biscuit sandwich that could take 5 smacks from a hammer and looking like a Red Wings practice hockey puck is legitmate breakfast item and not a black market weapon of mass destruction? Asking for a friend.
It was the most exquisite dining experience one could possibly have at Burger King. My betrothed and I enjoyed their medium french fries heated to the perfect temperature and cooked to the most satisfying texture imaginable then sprinkled with the perfect amount of sodium chloride to tie together a rather tasty batch of french fries. The catsup used as a condiment to marinate each bite of this pure delicacy was consistent with what Ive come to expect with any catsup served at one of these fine establishments.As a main course I decided upon ordering a Bacon Sourdough King. As sandwiches go, the bread can make the most delicious of meats taste as if they were plucked from the dregs of a butcher shop. Im delighted to inform you that at this upscale chuck wagon that this was not the case whatsoever. The sourdough bread was so refined, firm, full of flavor and most importantly not soaked in the grease of the brawn that was sacrificed in the creation of this savory cuisine. The sourdough used on this fare actually enhanced the flavor and created what I confidently declare, the best comestible to date that I have eaten at any Burger King establishment.While the food is an important factor in the review of any restaurant, its the people that prepare it and manage the initial transaction that turns hard earned money into this remarkable banquet of savory indulgences. What was the least impressive about our dining experience was the lack of professionalism or charisma from the person receiving our tender. It was as if wed requested some rather labor intensive or challenging task for this person to take our order and enter it into the machine. There was no eye contact and I felt as though my very presence had upset this person enough to end our transaction as quickly as possible with as few words as necessary. It wasnt just me who had noticed as my lovely wife is rather charismatic and friendly had taken note as well. Perhaps Im biased in my opinion but my dear wife has the most caring and warm personality and was frankly disturbed as she thought perhaps she had done something amiss appropriate such a contumelious response from this person.If youre interested in remarkable cuisine, please dont allow this review to discount how nicely the food is prepared, delivered and most importantly tastes. We will be revisiting in the future in hopes that we arent too much of a nuisance to the front staff upon our next order.

Around 9am, Im the only one in line being ignored while workers walk back & forth for probably 10 minutes, all I wanted was a coffee!I ended up leaving and went to McDonalds and had my coffee within a couple of minutes...With Great service!
Normally I like this location. Today I got fries and chicken nuggets for all my kids and Jr chickens for me and my wife. All inedible because it all tasted of burnt fryer grease. Not just a little. Like inedible. Literally.
Customer service is a bit weak, they are more interested in flirting with each other than waiting on customers.
Bathroom was nasty. There was no ice .they forgot to give French fries. The lids for the cups were just setting on the counter in old pop and coffee no one has cleaned up.i will not go back

You know, I like to give people second chances, and even a third... but I’m pretty frustrated with the Alma Burger King. I don’t go there often really, but sometimes when I get really hungry between classes at the college, I go and grab a burger with a fry. I’d say they get my order right maybe 10% of the time. Today, I ordered two chicken jrs with a value fry and ketchup for my fries. Only got the sandwiches. No fries. No ketchup. And almost 100% of the time, they always forget my ketchup, even after I proceed to ask for it to make sure i get it. Thumbs down from me guys

Wow I do not know what has happened to this store but they have now forgotten multiple items on multiple occasions from my orders! The qaulity of food at this location has also really declined because of prep...... I think I will be learning my lesson this time. No more for us.
Food is usually good, main items are always fresh. Sometimes a little slower but good help is hard to find in this area.
Place was disgusting. All the trash cans were over flowing the play area was a disaster. 6 people got their food before me and I had to wait for someone to actually notice that i needed assistance and it was a huge bother to them that I needed a high chair wiped off because it was coated in crumbs and ketchup.

Being a vegetarian I am happy that they offer a veggie burger I know they dont sell a lot of them but it is nice that they cater to their customers needs every time I have one its great employees are always nice to me places always clean and organized
Constantly leaving out parts of our order and have to go back to get it. Burgers are always smushed flat and nuggets are always cold if you dont ask for fresh food.
They should stick to making burgers. We had their tacos today and the shells were way too done the meat was gross. The best thing about the thing was the lettuce. It was terrible!

Just got back from there. We sat in the drive through awaiting on our food just to see all the employees standing around talking. Then we get home and they got our order all wrong. Maybe they should be working instead of standing around talking.

Did well taking the order but the chiçken was cooked too long and the lettuce was put on in a hurry, also too much mayo.
Ordered 4 whoppers 2 with mayo ketchup and 2 regular 2 fries and 2 cokes.Order came out 7 mins later 2 whoppers with cheese ketchup and mustard and 2 whopper with onion pickle mayo and ketchup no cheese 2 fries and 2 cokes.
Drive-thru very slow had to pull forward to wait for food should never have to do that just to make their drive-thru times better

2022-03-17Fast food, you pretty much know what youre getting. This particular restaurant struggled with staffing at times during covid, but so did most places. I stayed patient and waited a couple extra minutes for hot food. Employees were great, and hard workers.

2022-04-01The lady in front of my received 2 handfuls of ketchup and I couldnt get any zesty sauce for my onion rings even with asking for it when the order was placed, guess only certain people can receive condiments. Wont go there for food ever again. You get better service in Detroit than there.

2022-05-29Always will forget something. Where it be fries or burgers or something that was needed taken off. Usually have big orders due to the fact of a big family. So it missing one part of the order then that means that person isnt eating with everyone and now have to come back up. Very inconvenient when all they could have done was make sure its all there and done to order.

2022-02-08The fries werent cooked all the way and were SUPER stale. My nuggets were cold and tasted like Nickle and my drink was melted and warm like it had been out for a while and there was like no syrup in my pop so it tasted like warm water. I feel sick to my stomach.

2022-01-05I was sadly disappointed. I went to get lunch. For my daughter and I, the counters were clean. But the employees were dirty. The hat to one had. Visible dirt and partials of crumbs and hair on the hat. The price was cheap. But so was the sandwiches. I bought 2 whopper meals. The whoppers tasted like the cheap meat you get from a box frozen food sections. And tasted kinda like cardboard. My daughters bread was burnt. My meat had a chunk missing I asked about (looked like a a bite was gone) but they said the Broiler sometimes sticks and it rips. I have worked fast food. That means yall did use the spray to make it not stick. I am saddened. This was a place I used to some with my Grandmother 20 years ago. And it hurts to see it fall from the greatness it once was. Sorry Jamie. I know you are doing your best.

2022-03-19This was my first try of the Impossible Whopper. While I found that it was slightly lacking in the grilled flavour that I expect in Burger King products, the veggies were some of the best I have had in a fast food place in years!

2021-12-31Absolutely horrible experience today. Very long wait, poor customer service, and my Whopper was sloppy; with bits of other food on the bun, huge globs of mayo, and it appeared to have been made by someone who was blindfolded.
