Was very delighted when I received not one but two cold impossible whoppers. The burgers and the cheese were the same temperature, thats probably why it wasnt melted. Its really sad the service we receive, but nothing will happen when anyone complains because no one is going to stop eating there. So Ill be the first to say, I will not be back to this establishment.
I pulled up to the drive thru to place an order for Breakfast, no one came to the speaker and said anything no hi welcome to burger king Ill be with you in a moment or nothing, so I proceeded to order what I wanted and no one said anything still,so then I said hello? Still no answer, so then we beeped the horn to get there attention,she then come to speaker and asked did you just beep at me, we said yes she said Im not serving you have a good day. So I pulled up to the window to talk to her about the situation she didnt even come to the window, finally she came to the window and said leave my line please, I called the manager and ask can I speak to her at the window she hung up in my face they then tried to not listen or resolve the issue and called the police. they are very rude and unprofessional I will never be spending my money at that location again.
I went to this Burger King Restaurant at 910 North Opdyke Rd , Auburn Hills, MI for the first time. I could hear, the gentleman in the car before me telling the BK Drive-Thru order taker, he needs fresh fries. When I got my order and opened it after 4-5 minutes drive home, for my absolute surprise my fries were cold, soggy and wilted. I think this place has a reputation for giving useless timed-out wilted fries to the customers. Who knows how they prepare and serve other menu items. BK should take necessary actions to clean up this behavior. Thanks.
Ordered a fish filet and it was so microwaved and left to get cold and you could not chew it. It was not edible. Because of the virus there was no way to take it back thru a line of cars so I left. There is no way that the person who made it either didnt care or needs some supervision on how to prepare a fish filet. Not acceptable. Garbage food. I know they need help but get people who have common sense when it comes to food. I thought for giggles Id try the BK at South Blvd and Opdyke Roads . I ordered a impossible whopper, a four piece cheddar sticks, and some ranch for the sticks. Well I got the impossible whopper (I think) and unwanted fries, No cheddar sticks, No ranch dressing. I did get 4 cheesy things I did not order. CLOSE BUT NO CIGAR. I speak very good english and I speak clearly when I order. They just cant do it. One time there I waited for over a half hour getting an order. One car in front of me and a bunch of unhappy people behind I understand that 40% of customers choose another place after reading the truth about bad service. NO excuse for it.
Terrible service. I arrived for breakfast and was asking where the breakfast menu was located in the drive thru because it was only showing lunch and the very rude man on the other end just simply stated, “I didn’t change it this morning, it’s on the other side” followed by silence. I said have a nice day and drove away.
The lady with the blue eyes has a foul nasty attitude. I handed her cash & card. She didn’t even take it. She looked at me real funny & asked if that’s how I wanted to pay. I said yes & I’ve never been asked in that way before. I told her if she wasn’t going to take it I’d be leaving and will post a bad review. I already don’t eat Burger King, but she gave me every reason to never return.
Went through the drive thru at 10:45. Was told they were closed. I said its not 11 yet. She said they had to close early because there were minors working, but there was people in the line in front of me. So I just started to ask what other places were open because we were 2 hours from home, and she interrupted me and said to have a good night and shut off the microphone. And then I had to back all the way out backwards
I stopped here before leaving town to go home to Chicago. I had a coupon for two croissants two hash browns and a small coffee. However they didn’t have sugar or cream for the coffee. I asked is there a substitution since there was no sugar or cream for the coffee. The team member says absolutely NOT. So I accepted the lost on the coffee. However before I pull off I check my food. The team member gets agitated yells NOW SHES CHECKING HER FOOD.As if I don’t have the right as a paying customer to check my food. I proceed to ask for jelly she hands it to me sticks her head out the window despite CDC GUIDELINES YELLS IN MY TRUCK WINDOW IS THERE A PROBLEM. While checking my food it was cold and it was wrong!! Denied a refund before I move to her level of ignorance and disrespect I just drove off. But NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was in town for training for my job, stopped for a simple cup of coffee. Lady working must’ve been having the worst day of her life because she was absolutely mean and rude. She literally the whole time made me feel like I was an absolute inconvenience for wanting just a cup of coffee.
Over 30 minutes wait in the drive thru....manager kept apologizing for the long wait but it didnt help the situation when I get my Whopper and I asked for no tomatoes because I have an allergy and they put extra tomatoes on it....smh....avoid this location is in your best interest
About 100 years ago(ok, maybe not THAT long ago), I used to work at Burger King 🍔 👑. Ive always had an extremely demanding work ethic, not JUST of myself, but of others. So, this remark is not just aimed at this particular Burger King, but at most fast food places, in general. People who work at fast food restaurants have got to start caring about their jobs AND more importantly, caring about their customers. Stop being lazy. Do the job youre being paid to do. If you dont like it, go somewhere else. If youre having a bad day, suck it up. Do not take it out on your fellow employees and especially do not take it out on your customers. I LUV Burger King. I just adore the Whopper!! But Im sick and tired of the attitude I get from most of the employees and Im really tired of getting the wrong order, especially if all I asked for was a sandwich, fries and a pop. Its not rocket science, its not brain surgery and it shouldnt take 18 minutes for me to get the wrong order!!
I love Burger Kings fries! When I told the employee that, I also told her that the ones we received, looked and tasted a bit old and were barely warm. The employee, Wendy, gladly and politely prepared me a hot, fresh order of fries and in a very timely manner. After retrieving my order and upon preparing to leave, my companions vehicle wouldnt start. Wendy told me that she wouldnt have minded lending her jumper cables to us, as well as providing us with a boost. Thank you, so much Wendy! You didnt have to do that. Just wanna say that I think shes an exceptional person and a valuable employee! Moments later, we were assisted by a good friend who came by to help. Wendy...you made my day! Bless...
If I Can give half of a star I would , drive threw was loaded, there speaker hardly works , menu lights are broken employees was at window gossiping about customers in there fast took them 25min to get threw the line and get my food . Horribly done there its called fast food for a reason right? Thats just my opinion....
The people working on this location have got to be the most incompetent groupI have ever had the displeasure of being served by. I always order a number 6 which has two patties. Yet for the third time this month I have received a burger with only one patty. and then the idiot who delivers Parks like this blocking the entire entrance and I tell the drive-through person after I had to go the wrong way and they just say yeah we know.Went a few weeks ago for breakfast ask for the 244 ham croissant I was told microwave broken so they couldnt hear ham up. WTF. Went the other morning at six-thirty could not be served because shortage of employeesthis place is a joke Im sick and tired of getting ripped off by them.
Worst dine in experience ever. 6/29/19 . Me my Fiancé and Our Children Dined in .. Terrible customer service. Very rude . Unsanitary. Food was disgusting 🤮🤮🤮 then when we asked them could they made 2 of the sandwiches over because they were so gross .. taste like they boiled the burgers . They got mad . They where smacking their lips and screaming from the back that they were fresh .. But they wasn’t ‼️ Then before we left we bought drinks .. went to the machine and there was no ice . We told staff .. nobody gave af. We waited there 15 more minutes thinking they was gon atlesst come feel the ice machine up .. or at least offered us ice from the back . No , nobody came and filled the ice machine up. So I asked for my money back . I would never recommend this location until they hire new workers ‼️
Last night around midnight my friend and I stopped through this location, she was following me home from work and we didnt want to get separated so when she wanted to stop for food i pulled around front and parked to wait for her. I wasnt parked for more than a minute before one of the workers was standing in the window staring at me. By now my friend was placing her order and this lady then walked outside and up to her car next to me and open and closed her trunk then looked over and yelled and swore at me to get out of there! I was honestly terrified so i left and drove across the street and finished waiting for my friend there. That was scary and harassment and needless to say my friend and I will never be back to this location.
Absolute trash I have been there 3 times in order to double whopper 3 times and 3 times I have been bacon cheeseburger and no one seems to care. On top of that I asked for simply no onions and every time I have gotten extra onions and once again no 1 cares. That place needs to fire every moron working there
Came thru the drive thru and had a coupon Cashier demanded the code, I explained Im visually impaired due to a brain tumor and its just got bad. I was asked 3times and I explained 3 times I cant read the code ....way to small lettering, then a Mgr got on the mic and proceeded to ask me yet again, saying the have to have the code, and again I explained and said you can read the code when I pull up to window..! She was very rude, short, and mouthy to me. I left in tears and to top it off the fries were burnt and over salted..and my burger was also wrong .! I go here several times a week, but now..? Not interested, I refuse to he mistreated by a drive thru lady and worse...the nighttime Mgr😓
From my experience, this place sucked the employees were argueing back and fourth while i was ordering. I orderd my #2 with cheese did not get it on the burger, fries were cold and my chocolate milkshake tasted good but did not look very appetizing i dont think i will be going back. The girl that took my order was nice and easy to talk to her name was Aaliah
This Burger King is absolutely filthy! There is dust,dirt and cobwebs behind the pop machine, ketchup on the floor and on the backs of seats, under our booth there was dirt caked on the floor where the floor molding was. Doesnt the health department ever check these places?? If its this dirty in the dining room where customers can see it, can you imagine how dirty the kitchen area is? Its just a disgusting mess and needs shut down!! Stay away from here!
545 on june 22nd whoever was at drivethru needs to find a new job not dealing witg customers. Soooo beyond rude and im a manager at a restaurant. I tried to calp but ni answer. I wouodve pulled ger asa0. Lef5 us sitring there and got cold food and kept putting her finger in my face with her fake eyelashes falling off. Hopefully i dont find one in my food. Nasty attitudes are contagious and ive lost my appetite
They need to definitely keep with other Burger King,, my order took too long and yet not to Burger King standards..( my fries felt like they have been refried or been sitting there all day with the test of greasy oil and the burger was also dry ) big disappointment due to fact that overall I am a fan of Burger King and theirs fries..
Last resort stop at this bk and was reminded why. Of all things to run out of at a burger restaurant, onions and tomatoes... really. Embarrassing to say the least. I basically paid for a couple cold whoppers with no tomatoes or onions. I avoid this bk over any other bk.. being ran terribly. Something has got to change..
Very nasty filthy store inside and out the customers and manger is beyond rude I go there every other night after work around 8-30 9 and they say they are closed but I know a few people who go there as well around 9-10 and they suddenly open again when u order food all u can here is loud music and people cussing and playing around the workers will be out side smoking weed and sitting around this location is horrible but word is they getting shut down anyway so they doin us all a favor this pic was taken at 9 pm

2022-05-20I wish I could give negative stars. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 original chickens and a small fry. The chicken was cold and green so I asked for a replacement. They had me pull up to the exit sign and I finally got to my fries. They tasted like they’ve been sitting on the side for their whole lives. So I went back and just asked for my money back. They reluctantly refunded my money to my cc. DO BETTER!!! Will never be back to this location.

2022-04-24Smh, I told the cashier 3 times how I wanted my whopper, I dont like ketchup on my burgers. She repeated to me 3 times and still messed it up! My sons nuggets was raw, and I didnt get the bacon I paid for on my other whopper, and Im frustrated cause I knew she was going to mess up something.

The “manager” is blatantly rude to customers and due to the intercom not being clear it was hard to hear her speak and she was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful about it. Beware if you encounter the workers at this Burger King.

2019-09-27I had a great experience at BK. I ordered the impossible burger along with some other items through the app while parked outside. When I went in, I was kindly greeted by the cashier and within one minute my food was ready - wow, that is fast food! As for the food, the impossible whopper almost identical to the regular whopper. The taste was very similar and I can understand how people like it - I enjoyed it myself. The fries are cut thicker than McDonalds but are properly salted and good. Too much mayonnaise.

2022-01-06Ordered 2 ch king meals, 20 minutes in drive thru. Get home burgers are stale, stale buns that you can knock on. Chicken that has been sitting Atleast 30 minutes. When I called I’m guessing it’s a manager who made it because she said she doesn’t know how my food was stale “cause she made it lol but she guesses she can replace it”. Lol ghetto and I won’t be back. I can get a much better meal and service for that price somewhere else. The fries were good also didn’t get a receipt. I’d rather throw 21$ worth of food in the trash and go somewhere else then to come back.

Unfortunately Bonnie’s employee pictured below did not ask if I wanted a meal and once I mentioned making them meals she responded“Sir sir why you didn’t say you want the meal in the first place”Blew me back.
