Their drive thru is terrible. I sat in it for 30 plus minutes just trying to get a single meal. The food should be done by now and most likey cold. I used to work at McDonalds and our food got out in 10 minutes at the longest and the staff appears super sluggish almost like they need to remove the lead out of their rear end
Went during the lunch hour and it was not a good experience. They appeared to be short staffed, the food was not great, the place was not clean, half the menu board was not working, and during our lunch they locked the doors so that nobody else could come in with no explanations or apologies.
OMG me and the wife went to burger King to get the new chicken sandwich. She asked for it to be fresh out the fryer and of course they said sure.Well lets say when we got up to the window we received 2 sandwiches that the cheese was not melted the chicken was soggy no crisp what so ever so we sent it back. We literally watch them put the second sandwiches in the microwave and once again no crisp .Dont believe them when they say have it your way this burger King should be shut down dont hardly anybody go there its bad STAY AWAY
Always seems friendly. Drink area need to be kept cleaner.1/21/2022 update this place has gone downhill. You wait forever in line in the drive-thru. And thats only when they decide to wait on you especially in the drive-thru. I wouldnt waste my time here anymore6/12/2022 thought I would try it again. Service has gone up a little bit. If you like your burgers with a half a gallon of mayo on them I guess this is a good place to eat. But when you grab it and it just falls all over the place because theres so much mayo on it its kind of hard to eat the burger.
It was around six oclock on a Sunday, and there was one car in line ahead of us. It took about 25 minutes to get our order. The food was regular burger king food, not great but not terrible. It just took so long. Could have ordered apps and entrees at a sit down restaurant for the time it took.
This is the last time I go here. My wife was talking to a guy about menu items and a lady kept chiming in. She was really rude. If this doesnt get handled I will contact the corporate office. The attitudes about asking questions about items on the menu board is not ok. If the menu isnt updated then update it. If it shows you have then you should have it. Thats false advertising... If you dont have it ok. But employees should not have an attitude with the customers.
Terrible service. We barely made it in as the staff was purposely locking the door to keep people from dining in. They were extremely annoyed that the door was open and we were able to get in and locked the door soon after we entered! But yet they had their family in there just hanging out with them. Chicken fries were fire per usual though!!!!
I had a very pleasant time at this location when I took my lunch today. The restaurant was clean and tidy and everything seemed to be in its place. My order was taken accurately and I waited about 5 minutes to get my food which was no biggie. I ordered the two for 6 and got the whopper and original chicken sandwich. They were made just how I asked them to be and they were extremely tasty. Topped it off with a chocolate shake and that was even delicious as well.
Not every story about a customer complaining about bad service through drive-through is a “Karen” who is out of line. Sometimes it IS the fault of the restaurant and Karen has a “point.”I took my kids for a quick sandwich at this Burger King. Pulled into the driveway and we were fifth in line from the speaker. Very slowly we made it to the speaker and a guy’s voice said, “You’ll have to wait.” My daughter thought it was funny, how it was said. We told him, “no problem.” The line was long, considering it was dinner time, we understood it being “slow.” Seconds later a girl’s voice came on the speaker, asking what we would like. We ordered, and again, slowly made our way to the next station. The cashier at the first window was quite nice, took our payment, and cheerfully sent us on our way. At that point, we slowly moved forward until we were a car-length from the first window but about three cars from the pick-up window. In that position, we were at full stop. We sat for around 5-6 minutes. We then heard a large/loud/older truck start its engine at the pick-up window. We then moved another car-length and stopped for another 5-6 minutes. This happened each time until it was us. When we approached the pick-up window, they asked me. What did you order? We told them, they walked away for 5-6 minutes, returned with a bag, and handed it out the window to me without a word. What we suddenly realized was they were completing the tickets so management wouldn’t be angry, but they were getting to far behind to remember what was where. It took 30-minutes to go through the drive-through. Knowing they were obviously understaffed we were going to leave and be OK with it just being slow. We opened our food and none of it was correct. They refused to discuss the errant order with me and shouted for me to leave the premises. I told them, I just want my food corrected or an explanation. They made it wrong and knew they had done so while doing it.
Terrible service. They gave us the wrong order, when we went to confront them on it, the manager threw the food away. Then proceeded to slam the food tray on the counter, threw our food on it, fries went every where. We received no apology. Very very slow. We waited 35 minutes for our food. Food was half cooked. Definitely wouldnt recommend going there.
830pm and had to wate 10 min behind just one car my order was an original chicken sandwich 2 chocolat sundays and an oreo shake. Icecream was great the chicken sandwitch was old and nasty. I tried calling them 3 times and nobody answered my call i will never go to cedar springs burger king again it was a waste of money and time
Terrible service manager yelled at us in the drive through for having livestock in the box of the truck. She was not wearing a mask during this terrible pandemic. Our food was absolutely disgusting. Will definitely not be going back here again. Very disrespectful manager. Definitely would not recommend.
Wish I didnt have to even put a star on here. The customer service I got around 3:50 today from the lady behind the main counter was so disrespectful I will never return to this location. I had my scarf on over my face and my friend had a mask and my brother had his sweater over his face. She was completely disrespectful and demeaning and began screaming at us to get out in front of all employees and customers needless to say we took our business elsewhere !
This is for the Burger King in Cedar Spribgs, MI. Dirty Restaurant!!! I would encourage the owners to really get on top of this. I never write negative reviews but this must be addressed. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and the high chairs were disgustingly dirty. John Taffer would have been screaming at everyone. Someone did clean our table and others after I said something. It was not busy when we were there, 3 p.m. on Sunday. There was a puddle of liquid that had a caution sign by it but in the 40 minutes we were there no one cleaned it. The bathrooms were cleaner than the eating area.
I love burger king but will do not frequent stores that push my buttons with stupidity. May I suggest if your drive thru is closed you turn off the lights .... sat in line behind three cars with no action even though cars were parked outside and lights were on inside.
Slow service over 25 minutes to get food and we were only ones ordering and fries and cheese sticks were old cold and gross. The tacos if you can call them that were also stale and gross. Restaurant itself was also dirty and unkept and it was empty now I know why, wont ever be back to this BK
Maybe could pass for a 1 and that pushing it. We went there on 7/1/19 very discussing place. I used the womens bathroom stepped right in a puddle of cherry pop or someonrs water broke right in the doorway. Nasty i told the lady who took our order. She tells the workers and no one ever went to clean it up. I am possitive they already lnew it was there as people had been walking thru it many times. Got our food not 1 table was clean and the trash was nasty too. No has clean this place all day. Our food wasnt very good either. Then another customer comes in and also complains how dirtu the place was and also complain of the workers just standing around in back not doing anything..... I would avoid this Burger King... Very Nasty place...m
This place is gross! Only 3 days after the dining room was open and the kitchen floor was full of fries and only one guest was eating while we were there, never came out and cleaned the table...we were there for about 45 minutes...still never came out to the dining room, and cleaned or swept the kitchen floor! So sad! I have pics of the kitchen floor!!
Picked up what was supposed to be dinner around 9:20 pm on 1/30/2017 and live literally 5 minutes away from this particular franchise. Food was cold, not luke warm even, but COLD and stale. This is not an isolated incident but seems to happen frequently. Although i am a huge fan of burger king i am thoroughly fed up with with these occurrences, especially at the price you pay for the food. As bad as i hate to say it, i will urge you to take your business to McDonalds or another establishment where at least the food is at the proper temperature for consumption. At best the food was close to room temperature if that. It went straight into the trash and a complaint was made. I will be contacting the corporate offices and relaying this complaint to them. Absolutely ridiculous at the number of repeat occurrences. I refuse to accept this any longer
We had the community room reserved for months (monthly meeting). They scheduled another group in as well. Said it was our fault as we should have confirmed. Said that they didnt have a form on fill. I had filled out a form online and had a confirming email from the GM that we were booked for the room. Was told it didnt matter because they had a new GM and she required the written form. Now they did have record of us supposed to be using the room the last 9 months and had never said a word about the management change or reservation paperwork change. And were the ones at fault? Seriously crappy customer service. After going there for three years...we will not be going back.
Horrible service. Drive thru was all the way around the building so went inside to order thinking it would be faster. Waited over 20 minutes for our food! Over 10 people working there and only about 3 of them were actually doing anything. Worst experience weve ever had there.
My husband picked up dinner from here tonight (through the drive through) and the employees completely got our order wrong. He had to go park and walk into the building to get it corrected. They never gave him a receipt dor the order. He brought the food home and mine (chicken fries) were inedible. They were hard, overcooked, and cold.
The manager Tom was being very disrespectful to the employees for having the current person in the drive-through pull forward while they waited for the employees to finish their order. He then yelled at them in front of us and other customers in the lobby. This made it difficult to hear the cashier. He has little to no people skills and is, in my opinion, not manager material. Maybe cleaning the bathrooms would serve his rudeness and crappy attitude better. Other than him, the other employees did their jobs diligently and provided excellent service.
I wouldnt even give them one star! I have tried giving them chance after chance but everytime they either never get the order right, they forget something or its cold or it looks to have been put together by a toddler, for instance one strip of bacon on a stacker...! Mind you I have never complained or even went back for the forgotten food or messed up order until today and I was very nice about my burger being made incorrectly even after two employees repeated it back to me correctly and the manager never even apologized or said anything just had a new burger made and acted like I was an inconvenience. Now I have worked at burger king in the past so I know first hand, its not that complicated... get it together management! Never eating here again!
Absolutely horrible breakfast. Our sandwiches were a smidge above refrigerator cold. I ordered a fully loaded croissant minus sausage and double ham and got a big king which is double ham only no bacon. Cheese wasnt even close to melting the sandwiches were so cold. I dont think Ill be back.
Went to this location got a simple order two coke icees when the guy gave us our drinks held the thing where we could barely reach them we ended up spilling one all over us the guy at the window just stared didnt offer us napkins or a new drink had to ask for the napkins pull up and clean out our truck was very unhappy with his service
4 out of 5 times their ice cream machine is either not working or has already been taken down for the night by 9:45 p.m.My last 2 visits were for breakfast.....cold croissant tops both days, no napkins, hashbrowns one day were hard like they had been re-fried rather than fresh, and they would not give me cream and sweetner for my coffee- - they had to put it in (without asking how much/how little)
Had the drive thru window slammed in my face today because I politely asked why I get a different size coffee every time I order a large at this location. The woman at the window rolled her eyes at me and gave me a rude response before slamming the window shut and walking away. I asked to speak with a manager and she was very rude as well and did not answer my question. Sad that this location will lose a repeat customer because I refuse to be treated like this for asking a simple question.
Not bad for a burger king. They have a conference room if your party should need one, a drink dispenser that you can choose way too many different flavored drinks from, decent staff, cleaned regularly it appears. They dont mess up as much as the McDonalds does here in Cedar Springs nor do they take as long as the local taco bell, cheaper than the Arbys across the street, and friendlier than the Wendys crew on the corner nearby. If you have a problem, talk to Tom, he has always made things right for me.
Went through last night around 11pm and was treated so poorly. Apparently Brittany didnt want to deal with customers with fuc**** a half hour left. Was throwing things around and making it known she was irritated. You know what you sign up for when you go into the food service industry. I think some of the employees here need to be reminded of that.

2022-01-17The perfect burgerSo my girlfriend and I were hungry and in the spur of the moment we stopped at Burger King. I didnt think much of it at first, but when my girlfriend unwrapped her burger, she was pretty amazed.perfect was the only word she said. I believe this was the first ever time someone has described a Burger King burger as perfect. 10/10 the burgers are really circular.

2021-07-26Drive through was steady, dinning area was not. There was a full staff and the service was awful and the entire restaurant was filthy. Food on the floor behind the counter and in the dining area. The drink machine was dirty. Completely gross! It was 3:30 pm so lunch rush was definitely over.

2022-04-29The staff was great, we couldnt get a chicken sandwich because it just wasnt cooking right on the grill so we got the rest of our order and a refund for the sandwich. The staff was very polite about the inconvenience and apologized. The worker that we spoke with said that they tried but do to food safety they couldnt complete that one. I really appreciated there time and consideration for food safety. Definitely recommend eating here.

2021-06-13This has got to be the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. The car in front of me had left for what seemed like 10 minutes while I sat a the first window just waiting to pay. I dont know if the person on the register in the drive-thru was a new hire or not. If she was give her time. Dont want her to get in trouble. Just slowwww.... Got to the pickup window and waited forever there also. Finally got my order. Oh yeah, they left out some of my order, of course. Went inside and the manager was nice. Nothing ba to say about her. I think shes expecting too...When traveling I expec prompt, correct service. Good thing I checked my order before I pulled off...

2022-04-16Chose this location after having three bad experiences at the 14 mile location..This was the slowest drive through ever! Waited 16 mins with 2 cars in front of me for two sandwiches this morning in the drive thru. The window attendant didnt even speak, and looked highly annoyed. Im taking my future business elsewhere! People reading this, consider a different company!!!!

2022-03-25There was 3 employees that were working at 630pm. There was a young and with blonde hair that was very polite and another that was scruffy, brown hair, gotee, and a very nasty mouth. He was fF-ing this and that talking bad about the owner , whos buying a new car, giving all his money to his brother ( just down right unprofessional!!! I worked for BK 30 years and this kind of work ethics would not be acceptedSo very disappointing, especially having young grandchildren wme.

2022-06-13I have pretty good luck with this Burger King. They dont get my special orders wrong. I will admit that sometimes theyre short staffed (who isnt) and it takes slightly longer than average, but my did is fresh and theyre friendly.

2020-08-14Usually the stuff is pretty good, its a hit or miss. But today I got onion rings and nuggets (no I didnt get the spicy nuggets) couldnt eat either of them. They really need to change their oil, its like they havent changed it in a couple days or something.
