It’s by far the best shop I’ve dealt with, they fixed my bumper and buffed out some scratches I had on my trunk PLUS a complimentary car wash from the inside as well! Unfortunately I am not at all happy with the way the gaskets now stick out around the grill and headlight they replaced. Its very noticable and unattractive. I cant afford a rental for another week for it to be fixed and need my car to work, so I guess Im stuck with ugly finish work. This is not the way it was when it was taken in to them nor is it the quality of work I expected from such a reputable shop.The rest of the body work on the car looks fantastic. The paint matched perfectly. It was nice to get the car back vacuumed and with clean windows and ALMOST looking brand new again.Should an offer be made to correct the sloppy work, i will gladly give a higher rating.

They came right out looked at my car pushed up the bumper and secured it from hanging down so I could still drive it. They know from last experience that I have very high standards as I used to do frameoff restorations so I expect to best. They were booked out about a month, which I take as a good sign because it means they are in high demand. That said, it also means they are on a tight schedule and sometimes miss things - there were a couple items on the repair that both I and the service writer missed on initial assessment, and a couple items that they missed after getting the car back to me. However, they were very apologetic and addressed those (admittedly minor, I’m very picky with body shop work after several bad experiences with other shops) items very quickly and all is well. I would definitely still recommend them and use them again in the future if I need other body work on my vehicles. Very friendly customer service and good quality work.

The issue is their lack of updating progress with work, communicating delays or parts needed, when work is estimated to be completed. A customer should not be the only party to find out what’s happening to the vehicle repair work. The shop should be sending email/text/phone messages updates rather. I’ve gone through 12 days of this situation where I had to take initiative of calling for status and finding out additional parts are being ordered unknown yet to me for a few days. Comment: I took my vehicle here because back when I worked for Enterprise Rent a Car, we picked up customers from Burnside pretty regularly. That was 12-16yrs ago when I was an MT and much better looking. Fast forward to 2022 and boom I’m hit on the freeway and needed some bodywork. I do the rental thing for a bit when I get the call my car is ready. I have to say I’m pretty damn impressed with their work. My car looks like new again and I’m very happy. On top of what the insurance covered Jared agreed to black out my chrome on the house, WOW!! That was awesome! Definitely recommend them, Jared and the Burnside crew are very professional and courteous.

Comment: I just have to say that from my initial contact with Burnside, everyone has been super friendly, professional and accommodating. Weeks after my estimate I came to realize that it was the owner himself who checked out my car and gave me an estimate. It was towards the end of the day on a Friday and I felt bad about imposing upon them near closing time. Not only was I reassured that I was not an imposition, but my estimate was emailed to me by the time I got home from running errands that day! Besides the superb professionalism with the estimate, the office staff has been beyond awesome. Sarah, Nicole and Gabby are just the sweetest gals who were so helpful with my insurance company correspondence. 💝 Their knowledge and insight of the process was a game-changer and made things easy.This place is run like a well oiled machine, despite our current global struggle. I called and spoke to Jared, asking if I could add a touch up to the bumper and he was kind and accommodating. I appreciate Burnside’s willingness to ensure my satisfaction. They’re definitely at the top of my Christmas list. If their finished product is anything like my experience thus far, I’ll be ecstatic. Comment: They replaced my busted mirror on drivers side and replaced a broken interior door handle. They did both in an hour!!! These guys are awesome. Fast workers, looked great. And a price you cant beat, parts incl. The dealer would have charged me double to replace what they did. Im moving to Sacramento soon but I mean it, I will drive to Modesto to have these guys do any more work on my car. My parents live here, so makes it convenient for me but they worth the drive. I saw some beautiful high end cars being worked on in their shop; these guys shop super clean & professional.

Comment: I had drop my car for bumper repair. They told me it will be get fixed in 5 days. When I called on fifth day, they said oh we are sorry, we havent looked at your car yet. Will give you call back. After sometimes they called me back and said sorry we cant fix your car, due to its salvage title. It took them 5 days to say that.I guess they have more business now. They dont need more customers.

Comment: I have been going to Burnside for more than 45 years because they do excellent body work, have great variety of services and a friendly staff. The finished job always looks like new! They take the time to explain what services they are providing, the cost upfront and all the repair options you have. If there any delays they always call to update you and deliver when promised. They work with several insurance companies and a car rental company making for a seamless delivery of services. If you have a rental car you can return it to the body shop directly when you pickup your car. I highly recommend Burnside Body Shop!

Comment: I wasn’t sure if my Lexus with the Pearl White color was ever going to be able to be fixed to look new from the accident I was in. I searched online and found Burnside, great reviews! They worked on my steering column replaced the ignition switch where the key goes they also repaired my door which was damaged when they tried taking my Honda Accord. They did a very good job. I chose Burnside based on recommendation from a friend who worked several years in the auto body business.I think it is important to put it out there for others why I was so pleased with Burnside.Office staff here is organized, friendly and outgoing. The staff that completed the job is obviously skilled in what they do because my vehicle came back looking amazing. Body lines perfectly gapped, paint was matched with not a single blemish and smooth as glass. Mechanical fixes were like factory obviously completed by knowledgeable trained techs. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process, but never bothered. I had a rental that I was able to drop off during pickup and my car was brought out to me looking amazing and of all things cleaned and detailed inside and out. Comment: Burnside Body ShopIf you truly want to be satisfied in a body shop, then this is the body shop for you. My truck was rear-ended and I dropped it off at a different body shop. After 8 weeks, the second time I was told my truck was complete I picked it up and brought it to Burnside Body Shop to complete the job.
