Robert was super helpful in helping me get into my new car. He even had it brought from Traverse City to Grand Rapids overnight for me to test drive. Drew in finance was awesome too. Let me tell you something about the crew here at Byrider-Wyoming! Ive spent weeks going from dealership to dealership, getting denied left and right, empty promise after empty promise. Most places were trying to charge me a monthly rate way over what I was comfortable with. After submitting my online application Chris Peters got ahold of me and I discussed what I was looking for in a monthly payment. I was pre-approved before setting up my in-person appointment. Walking in, I was greeted right away and offered refreshments. Chris and the staff were all very friendly. We joked, laughed, and had amazing conversation throughout the whole process. Between Chris and Drew with their shenanigans, it made the process of driving away in a vehicle that suits me and was right in my price range that much better. I drove off the lot in my new-to-me vehicle and couldnt be happier. 10/10. I will always recommend Chris and Drew at Byrider. Keep doing what you do guys. Thank you for the nice ride.
By the time I walked into Byrider of Wyoming I had been to every buy here pay here we finance everyone$39 plus another 5 grand car dealership this town has and I was defeated. Rob my salesman actually walked outside to greet me which caught me by surprise because the bad credit and disappointment was glowing on me from head to toe. I was sure he couldnt help me but I drove off the lot a couple hours later in my new car. The staff is amazing as well and bad credit or impeccable credit this is the only dealership Ill buy from. Not only did they get me approved but my car came with 2 year or 24 000 Mile warranty a low down payment and $10 oil changes these guys went above and beyond and I can not thank them enough.
They just helped me get a car when I was in a rut. Rob really made me feel important and that he understood my situation so he could help me. Between Rob and Andrew they were able to get me a car even with my bad credit and only a little bit of a downpayment, and were super friendly and reasonable. Not your typical sales men. 100% would recommend and 100% would/will return.

Went to Byrider to find a vehicle, Chris helped me through the whole process. Very funny and informative. Picked a car fairly quickly, test drove, Chris got all of my papers set up for me and sent me to financing where (Joe?) sorry! Helped and also explained things so clearly! They are very friendly to your face, but when something is wrong with your car (which had a problem when we bought it from here) they do not get back to you in a timely matter at all. They ignore calls and when they answer they put it off as nothing. Terrible experience and won’t be coming here again. Plus we still have to pay without remorse. They have not helped and we have been very patient. Just wanted to share our story. We haven’t had our car for over a month now.
My husband bought me a car though Rob at byrider. Service was amazing. Even though the banks didnt want to do it Rob and everyone there found a way to make it happen. I highly recommend them and we will be going back for another car though Rob of course.
Working with Rob U was an awesome experience. It actually started with him calling me about an unfinished pre approval. We spoke for a few mins and set up an appointment for me to come in later that evening. By the time I left, I drove off the lot with a vehicle that fit my needs, and was able to come back the next day to finish the whole process due to how close it was to closing time. I would like to make sure I share my vehicle buying experience with everyone that reads reviews. Chris Perez, salesman, was very thorough in explaining the entire process when I first made the call last week Thursday. I explained my situation and credit issues and he assured me that Byrider would try their best in helping with a new vehicle. On Monday he called and asked when I may make time to stop by, being an hour and a half away we scheduled the appointment. Two days later I have an AWESOME vehicle, made some new friends in the process. I was so nervous and worried about the purchase, yet Chris made sure to calm me down and answered all questions I had. He had several vehicle choices ready for me to test drive. I felt no pressure the entire time I was there, like I had felt on my last two purchases, 4 hours later I drove away with my new van!!! This place is just absolutely great the atmosphere and the people inside are just truly amazing. He did everything it took to get us in that ride and he made it happen. He was great to us, treated us like friends, we laughed and talked and it was the best experience ever and super easy and fast. We barely had to do anything to make it happen. ROB took care of us the whole way, and got us approved and in the car we wanted that day so thank you ROB for pulling it off and working really hard to make that happen for our family. And ANDREW was incredible at making sure we understood and had no questions about whats happening and what to expect. He also was super cool and made us feel right at home. Andrew and Rob made it feel like we were with friends just hanging out and in return they took very good care of us. So if youre hesitant, I get it but go in and see these guys. They definitely care and will work their butts off to get you set up. Its the best experience youre gonna have and the easiest and fun with buying a car. Extraordinary services!!! My sales person was Robert Urie at the Byrider Wyoming location and he was nothing less than a blessing on my journey. I started my process simply by scrolling online looking for a dealer that not only helps with bad credit but helps you IMPROVE your credit. I came across Byrider Wyoming on Friday evening and decided to give a call. Robert answered this call and listened to my story with sincerity. The call ended with him sending me a short application to fill out (didn’t even take 2 minutes) and a sense of hope that on the next day I would be driving away in a car. So fast forward to today, Robert greeted me and my spouse at the door and with professionalism and a smile, I knew I was in the right place.The dealership was clean and comfortable. In the brief moments when it got quiet or we were waiting for the finance manager, Andrew ( I don’t want to butcher the spelling of his last name) to run his numbers, Robert kept me and my spouse laughing with his jokes and singing songs from the radio that echoed in the background. To make a long story short, Andrew explained in detail not only how I can improve my credit with getting a vehicle from there but went through my credit report with me and explained how I can address the hits my credit has. We drove all the way from Battle Creek, MI (there are no places around here the helps like Byrider Wyoming did) and in about 2 and a half hours, I test drove two vehicles and drove away with my Dodge Journey :) I know everyone loves honesty and wants to know if there was anything bad about the location and I only picked out 2. At the end, during signing, you watch a video that explains what you are about to sign so you are not confused. That’s not a bad thing since you should be aware what you put your signature on. The bad thing was the lady in the video sounds like a robot!!! And the second thing that was bad was Robert is a Michigan fan and today the Michigan vs Michigan State game was playing in the dealership.Not a bad thing for me but bad that Robert has poor choices in college teams #GoGreen. Awesome experience! I was in a bad situation where alot of other dealers would tell me theres no way Id get a car from them or anyone else unless I resolved my situation and that it would be impossible, they also placed alot of judgment towards me making me feel uncomfortable. I went to JD byrider and my salesperson was Chris, he did a phenomenal job, reassured me that Id get into a vehicle and I couldnt of asked for a better experience. We have 4 kids and havent had any luck with finding anything big enough and affordable enough to fit our big family. First off let me say I trust absolutely no car salesman, they all say whatever they need to sell you a car, but Dru Gardner at Byrider is different. He sold me a car for less than asking price and went above and beyond to make sure the car he sold me was solid! Matter of fact I’m still driving it, 4 years later, I’ve only changed the oil!

2021-09-09Chris was absolutely amazing and so down to Earth. He was willing to answer any questions we had, and was quite talkative and friendly. They even treated my kids wonderful throughout the long process. I highly recommend doing business here, and I will be referring as many friends as I can. Drew was wonderful as well, helped us and gave pointers to raise our credit in just a few simple steps. All around great service here. It was a fantastic experience!

2022-01-25Horrible COMPANY, once they get you to sign them papers, they don’t care how they treat you. I only had my car for a month and already have to get Struts that’s 500$ to get fixed with their mechanic. They lied about my 2 year warranty. The warranty doesn’t cover SHXT! they will Not change your payment dates if you change a Job! This is by far the worst car company EVER! Please do not goTo them!!! My car had over 200k miles. And a Broken Window on it ! And A damage Front door

2022-01-26UPDATE: So after months of having the car I was involved in an accident in November. The other driver was at fault. After speaking to Drew I made all the arraignments to have the vehicle and account closed out as the car ended up being totaled. I paid to have the car towed to an autobody shop for an estimate. I got the police report for the insurance company to show the other driver caused the accident. The coverage was 50K.A few weeks later I see on my credit report they closed the account as a BAD DEBT saying I still owed over $5K on the vehicle when the collision insurance company told me they covered the car meaning they were PAID for all damages. I made all of my payments, they were late but ALWAYS paid. Lets not discuss how I had a 2012 car with over 100K miles that cost almost 18K (A ripoff) - If youre going to make a false report make it accurate. AVOID this place. I heard about them but I was in need.

2022-05-29Chris and Dylan were absolutely amazing!!! They made me feel comfortable.. Dylan help me understand how to build my credit, while Chris made it super easy to pick the vehicle I wanted! 2022-04-21I have to say Rob was the nicest and most patient salesman I have ever worked with. Not only was he great but the staff made me feel welcomed. I had an issue on my end getting approved for insurance and he was very helpful and patient. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Rob went above and beyond what was required of him. THANKYOU!

2022-03-21Shoutout to Rob at Byrider for taking care of me, walked in without an appointment and he managed to get me set up that same morning. He made sure I had options while shopping for a car even without the best credit. I went back for some warranty work and they honored it 100% and took great care of me. The financial manager and the service manager are great, down to earth people who understand past, and current situations. Thank you for hooking me up Rob.
