Comment: Charged me $423 and never fixed the problem. Stated that that was their diagnosis fee and they couldnt replace my catalytic converter, so the $423 couldnt be applied to the repair. I checked with the CA Air Resources Board and they have a list of CARB approved after market catalytic converters they could have used. All I got for my $423 was an oil change. Would never use them again. (I am reposting this as for some reason the comments disappeared when I originally posted this and only the rating remained)

Comment: Ive never felt the need to give anyone a bad review, but this has been a horrible experience up to now.I took my Vehivle in to get a diagnostic report for my transmission on my 2017 tahoe as it didnt feel right. Over the phone Frank was super optimistic, he explained that Chevy had come out with a new part that was getting stuck (like a thermostat he said) I got excited and brought my Tahoe in.The shop ran a diagnostic test. Computer gave them codes, one about coolant fluid being low.... he wanted to run a block test... I explained that I wasnt looking at rebuilding my whole car and just had a water pump replaced, he said OK we can just add coolant, maybe an air pocket.. wow.. (should of ran away then, NO MORE TEST NEEDED) I said, Im just looking for the transmission issue.I was trying to be proactive and schedule repairs accordingly as we would be down a vehicle at home. All was understood by the tech (manager, #noname) and they would do their very best... they happen to say this alot....I was informed on Friday that the earliest they would get to my vehicle would be Tuesday or Wednesday next week as they have approx 7 transmissions before mine.After the weekend, and going over notes and conversation with the manager, I didnt feel comfortable anymore so I called to pick up my vehicle, to my surprise my Transmission is disassembled and wont be put back together, Frank the owner offered to load up parts onto my truck for $1500..I am now fully rebuilding my Transmission with not much of an option.They dont have a loaner because they have 7 transmissions in front n of me and thats only out of courtesy he said.The owner Frank had the oddasity to tell me that when I reach my 60s I would learn to accept things as they are... I took my vehicle to a seasoned veteran hoping for great experience. I took a big L on this one.. Horrible customer service, lots of hidden charges and really quick to explain how things dont always work out... bummer. I will update after my repair.. cant wait to be done with this nightmare 😩

Comment: I wasn’t going to leave a review, but they keep sending me text messages telling me to. Took my car in for squeaky brakes, paid $1400, brakes still squeak. I can tell by stopping power that they put new brakes on, but it’s annoying that they still squeak after dropping that much money, telling them that “my brakes are squeaking” when I brought it in. Had to walk both ways in the rain from near the In-N-Out on Saturday. Wasn’t offered a ride either way like the first time I came here. I’m definitely less ecstatic about my second time coming.

Comment: A HORRIBLE SCAM.I went there for an oil change but the mechanic told me that he saw a leak on top of my radiator hose.He recommended to change the top hose. Then he said he need to run a test to see if there are other leaks.However, he recommended to change all hoses so no need to find out whether there are other leaks.Furthermore, the water pump was new. They just replaced it.Still. He charged me to check whats wrong with the car after he recommended to change all the hoses.Both the top and the one at the button because it was cheaper he said. So I said ok.Yet he charged me extra for inspection.Then he said the button hoses was good and doesnt need replacement. But recommended to do ot anyway because it will be more expensive to do it separately. So he charged me to replaced all of the hoses top and bottom.I took the car and it was making a motorcycle sound.I kept on calling and leaving messages. Never returned my call back.Finally, I went there to have them check the car. The mechanic say there was no lift available that day so he couldnt do it.He also denied that the issue was due to his workmanship because HE ONLY CHANGED THE TOP HOSES.THE NOISE CANT BE THE CAUSE OF HIS WORK.NOW HE WANT TO CHARGE ME AGAIN TO CHECK THE CAR.HE ALSO SAID THAT HE ONLT CHANGED THE TOP HOSES AFTER CHARGING ME BOTH TOP AND BOTTOM HOSES.WHAT A SCAM

Comment: C&M has been the best shop Ive ever gone to. They replaced the transmission and clutch on my 2019 Civic Si after a series of unfortunate events with poor and unwarrantied aftermarket clutch installs by other shops (as well as needing to drive said sub-optimal high performance clutches hard to not burn them up) caused transmission damage.They found an aftermarket clutch that could handle the stage 2 E85 tune which they were willing to warranty their work on, which Ive learned through painful experience is nearly unheard of, and found a replacement transmission at a great price which they installed and have completely covered their work on when there have been small issues during shakedown.Ever since the car has performed flawlessly, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Will only be bringing my car here from now on.P.s. They also gave me real time updates of the work including photos of the damage they found, whereas I have had to take every other shop at their word without being able to see what was going on. This was greatly appreciated.

Comment: I brought in my truck knowing what the problem is but I needed some help to clear the code so they charge 190 just to look at my truck. They have it for a little while and then tell me that it’s going to be another five hundred dollars plus for more testing without fixing anything in my truck but I’m thinking the 190 should have covered the testing portion and to diagnose what needs to be replaced or something but apparently not. I thought that was ridiculous so I had to eat the 190 which I wasn’t happy about, I will definitely never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like giving money away for nothing.

Comment: My experience with C & M Auto-Transmission was terrible. Here is what happened; you decide if you want to risk losing money for a questionable repair. I went to check out the transmission based on good reviews. I met with a man and explained everything in simple terms that needed checking. He was supposed to send me an email as a check-in, which never happened. I called and was given excuses, then told they didn’t know exactly what I wanted done. So, I explained to him again. Then I bullet-pointed everything in writing, emailed it to him and drove down and handed it to him as well. A few days later they sent me an overview listing many, many things “possibly wrong,” none of which I had listed and some of which were vague guesses. It had words in it even the service manager did not understand — like “excessive joist,” which isn’t even a car word. He said he would clarify, which he never did. If I wanted more specifics I would have to pay for a “Level-2” inspection, possibly many other paid levels. They wanted to replace some rubber bushings when I wanted the transmission checked. 9 days later I called after no word from them and was told they would not do the repair as they could not find the parts. (!?) I have at least two reputable suppliers where the parts are available, and it only takes about 15 minutes to see if a part is available not 9 days. I had also given them a list of basic questions about the car to answer as I did not want to spend the $2,000 for an unnecessary repair. I received no answers and they blew it off probably because I knew something about cars and parts and busted their bogus repair advice. I was told the service manager said he had talked to me, but he had not. When I went to pick up the car there was 1 inch of rainwater on the front floor — somebody had left the window or door cracked open in the recent storm. The guy said it was a bad heater core??? And, the wiring in the front was all hanging out! Mechanics are supposed to make things work not make things impossible. These guys are old-school snake oil salesmen.

I have an unusually difficult repair, because it’s an intermittent electrical problem. Sean was very nice and tried to make it right. The main guy was a know it all and argumentative which was obnoxious. At the end my engine compartment looked like a tornado hit it and there were greasy fingerprints all over the front end of the car. When I pointed that out once again the guy was argumentative and combative. He finally begrudgingly wiped down the fingerprints and nothing else. Take your business elsewhere.

Comment: I’ve been coming here for a little while now and really like them. They are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt with estimates and done times. I went to them this time as my airbag light came on and Honda was not able to see me for 1 1/2 weeks, even though the manual said ASAP. They checked it right away found out it was my seat belt sensor, which I’ve had replaced once as it was a recall item. They called Honda to order the new seatbelt. They couldn’t as Honda had to test it themselves. They drove my car to Honda to have them check it and said I’d didn’t show that it was the seatbelt. They brought it back and restested and again. Said it was the seatbelt so they called Honda again . Honda said I had to schedule an appt with them so they could test and see why my light was coming on and if they found it was the seatbelt then they would out a rush in tbe order. My apt with Honda is July 26. I am composing a letter to Honda as this is not acceptable. C&M will always be my auto place

Comment: Do your own due diligence first. Went in on the 3d of july so alright yall are busy. Had my ac not turn on only from the front vents. Long story short. Sat in office for no more than an hour. While my 170 dollar diagnostic was conducted. Turns out they need me after 1 hr to come back another day for further diagnostic ie remove stuff and need to leave car in shop. I was compliant paid and left. The only thing prohibiting them diagnosing more that day was insulation from a rat. Ok but jiffy lube was kind enough to remove it. ikr? When I realized how little was in there I assumed it was the insulation creating pressure. I checked a fuse. 170 dollar diagnostic. 1 hr. 1 less than 10 dollar fuse clearly burnt out. The response I got after calling nicely and saying hey it was just a fuse was exactly this. Well thats good news we cant catch everything. Hope yall had a gr8 4th. Dont blame me yall website had the gall to ask for a review XD.

Comment: 1st class job, 1st class people. HOWEVER, I was told 5-14 working days and we far exceeded that timeline. Two issues with this, first issue, I needed the truck back in that timeline for work, I was assured it would get done. The truck still ran and I would have brought it by at a later date if that timeline couldn’t be achieved, everyone was clear on that. 2nd issue- if we went well over what was estimated because some jobs just do. Maybe they were having a hard time or maybe something just wasn’t right and they needed to correct it. I’d be disappointed, but understanding and appreciative for the need to do the job right the first time. But that was not what I was told. I was told it was taking long because they were “swamped” swamped you say?? All that means is that someone else took priority over me. I know my truck was worked on day 1 because I was told a crank shaft was the culprit after they took the engine apart. I’m guessing an oil change came in, then another quick buck came in, then another. I paid 10k for the crank shaft and another 2k for something they originally misdiagnosed. I get it, wasn’t mad about it, but you’d think being that im paying for a hundred oil changes and a mistake, I’d be a priority. Like I said, first class people and a fine job done. Just being honest here

They lead me to believe that there was only an electrical issue with my vehicle but it was not the reason why my car wasn’t working. They just kept insisting it was.- They wickedly twisted my words to make them look like the good guys.- The falsely stated things in writing, in a system they have ( I have screen shots that prove they changed and added things to my “concerns”).- They said my car was ready and wasn’t- They charged for work they said that will make my vehicle work. But deceived me again and it’s didn’t work. The only thing they said is “it’s better then it came in”. But doesn’t work.- They are great at pretending they care.- FALSE ADVERTISING: their website shows that they accept Visa, Master Card and Discover, yet only wanted to be paid in cash.- When they send anything on their link screen shot it immediately, they have changed the wording.- I am filing complaints/grievances BBB, BAR, Consumer Bureau, DMV.

After that experience I wanted to meet Mario and see the shop and needed the trans in my car serviced. I made an appointment, met Frank, he runs the front end of the shop, then met Mario in person. I had to tow it 170 miles back to the shop in Simi Valley for additional inspection. They found a short in the wiring harness to the power supply. Fixed it and working as expected. They honored their Warrenton, fixed the problem and refunded the cost of gas to return to their shop. I am happy with their work, staff and warranty.

Comment: Dashboard warning lights came on in my 2003 Honda Accord. I called C&M Auto & Transmissions and they were very courteous and told me to bring it in right away. They did a complete check of the car, determined what the cause of the problem was and fixed it. They did a thorough evaluation and I received up to date texts of every detail and was able to give my approval via text to each service. When they had completed everything, they called me, sent a car to pick me up as I did need it at the time and presented a detailed bill and a car clean and in good shape. Im bringing the car back this coming Monday for transmission service as I was really impressed with their courtesy, responsiveness, thoroughness and competence. Had my transmission serviced subsequently and it seems to function better than when the car was new.

At some point during this diagnosis my car was rendered inoperable and returned with no diagnosis on the receipt. I drove the car 2 blocks and it would go no further. I guess I have to junk my car now because the cost of the repair is more than the car is worth, 260$ for a diagnosis with no documentation of the diagnosis, and after everything I payed to have my car returned undrivable. Comment: I did research on Google Maps to find a trusted mechanic and I chose this place because they had good reviews. I took my car in because there were some lights that turned on from the dashboard. They said it would cost $150 for a diagnosis. I signed up for it thinking that I would get a response from them telling me what the problem was and how much the fixture would cost. I heard back from them telling me that they were not exactly sure what the problem was and that they wanted to do a deeper level diagnosis by doing an engine compression test to see if the problem is there and that it would cost $240 for that. This was very disappointing. That should have been included in the original diagnosis. Or they should have made it clear from the beginning that there could possibly be multiple additional forms of diagnosis which would cost more money. Their term diagnosis is misleading. I didnt want to keep paying for one diagnosis after another. Imagine if I paid for for second diagnosis and they still didnt figure out the problem. I explained this all to them and the guy gave me a discount for the original diagnosis (he charged me $135 for the original diagnosis instead of $150) and I brought my car home.

Feeds a Fuel Filter On My 7.3 deisel Engine (i have serviced since Owning midn2016) that feeds a HIGH PRESSURE fuel pump. So i explained that i having On Going Fuel Leak Problems. I went in and Paid went i saw them. ....Frank had Never mentioned if My High Pressure Fuel Pump had a LEAK ....He Never addressed it .....after paying i walked out to my Van with my friend Pat and had to Rip my Air Filter Off my van so I COULD BLEED MY FUEL FILTER ((IN ORDER TO GET THE AIR OUT SO MY VAN WOULD FIRE UP)) I could Immediately see that the Housing Wasnt Changed and i was still spilling diesel FUEL ....I was a Bad Leak STILL ...... Unaddressed i payed $720.00 to this SHOP TO FIX A FUEL LEAK. At 12:30 am I dipped my keys in the box with vague notes and received a call at 8:15 the following morning. An hour or so later, I received a very detailed diagnostic report with pictures. We discussed urgent repairs and those that could wait. 24 hours later, my transmission was repaired. Kenny called and texted to keep us up to date. During inspection they found a slight leak from my previous oil change. Jiffy Lube did not tighten my oil filter properly. I decided on a rebuilt transmission since I’m keeping my car as long as I can. I was given a loaner vehicle for the duration which I appreciated sooo much, I didn’t have the extra cost of getting a rental. I received regular updates while my car was being serviced. Comment: The staff here was amazing, I live out of town and was visiting friends on a weekend when I broke my car. Finding a place during the week is hard enough and on a weekend is just a nightmare add in a city you do not know. My friends and the tow truck driver reccomend this place, I had to leave my car for them to inspect and find the parts needed; and to be honest I never worried from the start after talking with everyone. They reassured my from the start and called me everyday to keep me updated on the progress; which only took two days. I couldnt get back to town to the weekend and they had no problem working with my schedule and came in under estimate which was amazing considereing the damage I know I did. These guys are great! Truly; considered why I was there, they were a joy to work with. I highly recommend.

Comment: I was towed here to get my vehicle serviced. At first I was told by everyone that assisted me that it was the starter on my car (2011 Nissan Juke, with push start). They brought me in and stated that they will do a diagnostic to verify that isnis the starter. They got back to me within an hour stating that it was NOT the starter but in fact the switch from the break line to the starter. GREAT NEWS!!! They then let me know that it will be about HALF the price of the starter! I have the proceed and within another hour or so they sent a courtesy van to pick me up and drive me there! The service was super fast and they found out exactly what was wrong with ease! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!!

Comment: These guys are total rip-off. Kenny charged me $118 for diagnosis without actually performing it on my vehicle. When I asked him about the issue (which was not fixed obviously) he had no answer for it. He again gave me a quote for $595.44 to check and fix it. I took my mini van to other auto shop ‘Newcastle Motors’ and they fixed my issue in 10 mins just by cleaning and spraying WD-40. It’s been more than 5 weeks now and my sliding door is working like charm. If you care about your hard earned money, this is not the shop for you.

Comment: Outstanding experience overall. Choosing a mechanic, someone you have to trust with your vehicle can be a strenuous process. You see and hear about people getting scammed or taken advantage of far too often and it makes you weary, as I was - a shame really. Its worse when you dont know much about vehicle maintenance and youre relying on a complete stranger to tell you what you actually need and wont need to make it right. I had my Tahoe towed in to C&M with what I was CONVINCED was a blown motor. I came in asking for quotes on a new or rebuilt engine + their labor to take care of the engine swap for me. They tore into it, found it wasnt blown and was a few bad lifters, we went from there. They could have easily just charged me to swap the motor and I may not have known any better but instead they insisted they dig in and find out exactly what it was to save me the hassle and the money of swapping the engine entirely.Kenny, Rudy & team went above and beyond throughout the process to make sure I was taken care from start to finish. Courtesy calls, courtesy shuttles and even a loaner vehicle when necessary while mine was being repaired. They stand behind their work and even offer a 24 month warranty on work completed! The other shop took parts and took the transmissions apart. Kenny and the team spent countless hours finding parts, researching parts and trying to put the puzzle back together. We totally appreciate all their help and hours of research. The parts for these transmissions do not exist anymore so this was like literally finding a needle in a haystack but they were able to do it. Comment: I Had brought my 2006 Mazda MX-5 (5-speed) transmission in to be re-built in 2015 ($1,300). I brought in my own OEM synchros ($530), they took weeks do the labor the labor. After 40k miles I end up having to pull out the transmission again to pass SMOG because they put the neutral switch and back-up light switch in BACKWARDS! (P0850, back-up lights constantly on), upon getting the transmission out I found that fluid was leaking profusely from the bottom of the front cover(originally thought it was a rear-main seal leak). On top of all this they stripped a plug on the gear change control system and caused a SECOND leak!I call them to see if they could help me out with the problem and they blame it on ME, simply because I brought the transmission without the car, wanting to save some money (being a student and all). These problems have been an absolute NIGHTMARE. If I could post the pictures here I would.

I must admit that I drive a lot of miles on all of my vehicles and they wear quickly. It failed less than a year later- with much less driving than the car has ever had! It had to be completely rebuilt, again, at the beginning of June 2014. So, their work lasted 10 months.Also, it costs about $1000 less to get a transmission rebuilt outside of Southern California. Tow it elsewhere.UPDATE: We were given the run around for months and months. We were never helped out, the warranty was not honored while on our trip, and we were not reimbursed. They also pay people to remove bad reviews.

I recently had my 2001 325i and my 1995 Honda Civic repaired, resulting in a total cost of about $2700 after my AAA discount kicked in.BMW First Time: Dropped off the 325i because it seemed like it was not getting any fuel and stalled the night before. I told Justin it seemed like a fuel pump issue but since it was electric I wasnt sure. Justin later told me that it was a couple of vacuum leaks that were very hard to find. I thought to myself I had never experienced a complete stall out from a very hard to find vacuum leak but they must have known what they were talking about. I picked up the car and it died on me that night.BMW Second Time: Had it towed over to C&M to check out. Came by later on and was told that I ran it out of gas. They told me they put in a gallon of gas and it started right up. So, feeling pretty stupid but doubtful of their discovery, I got my car back and was told I only owe them a gallon of gas, I went to the service station, filled my car to the top and found that I was 3 1/2 gallons short of completely filling it up, which means I still had roughly 2 gallons available in my tank. Ive had this car for 11 years and know what running out of gas is like. In fact I know just about every characteristic of this car.Honda First Time: Brought over to get the water pump, passenger axle and distributor seal fixed. They gave me a free inspection and came back with quite a list of needed repairs, which included, but not limited to the driver side axle as well, and both tie-rods which would require an alignment. I told them to fix every one. Got it back a day late, no big deal, but after I got it back noticed it was veering to the right and oil was still leaking from the distributor seal. Called Justin and he said to bring it in.BMW Third Time: After I got my car back...again, I was driving with my 3- year old son and the car died right in the middle of standing traffic (Sycamore and Cochran). Had it towed again to C&M. They finally realized it was the Fuel Pump causing the problem, so 3 tows later they got it right.Honda Second Time: I brought the car in on the weekend after I reported the problem and was told I had low tires. I would have guessed that if the car was aligned, a simple low tire issue would have come to light. After I got it back, still veering right.Honda Third Time: Brought the Honda back in and they rotated the tires, saying that there must be a problem with the tires. Now the care seems to veer left and right intermittently. Not going back whatsoever.This morning I heard a loud rattling under the hood of my 325. I popped the hood only to notice they never tightened the screws on my engine cover when they worked on my car. Is this going to end?

I would recommend this shop to everyone I know and I am so glad to have found them which by the way was from a referral.They have done all my repairs for the last 2-3 years for 2 of my cars (new and old), including serious repair and normal servicing.Last oil change they found a serious leak in my car requiring the seals to be changed. It was under warranty and was repaired through the dealer. I was not having any signs that there was a problem until C&M pointed it out. Comment: This is a review that late in coming. My first experience with C&M was mid 2013. I have an older civic honda that simply stopped running. The engine was fine and everything points to a transmission problem. I normally drive from Simi Valley to a trusted mechanic in Hollywood for my car repairs. I would rather drive for miles to a trusted and knowledeable mechanic rather than roll the dice on an unproven one. This is different situation as the Honda has to be towed and will be quite expensive and will take days to repair.I consulted friends, read reviews and called the shops in Simi Valley. I had the towed to a repair show but decided not to get the work done when the mechanic said the tranny had to be replaced without even considering that it can be a transmission problem that can be fixed without replacing it.After more than a dozen calls I finally found myself talking to Justin and C&M. At the outset, I felt comfortable talking to him as he laid out the steps that they will take to see if the problem can be fixed without having to rebuild or replace the transmission. As things turned out the transmission had to be rebuilt. After the diagnosis. C&M never pressured me to make a decision that benefits them monetarily and gave me more than enough time to decide on whether to spend the money to rebuild the transmission of this older car.Justin helped me make a decision by doing an evaluation of the other parts of the car and see if there is anything major that looks like will also break as soon as transmission is repaired. Eventually, I had C&M rebuild the transmission and I never regretted the decision.Since then, I brought the Honda back to C&M for some minor fixes (.e.g. alignment and replacemenr power window regulator). I have never been disappointed. Justin seems to be in tuned with what decisions I will make about this car. Case in point, Justin saw that the wiper blades are worn out and really needed replacement. He took care of it and now I have on less thing to worry about. For a classy and well trained operation, their fees are not only very fair but they will look at the situations and lay out all options available to address the problem.This review is probably longer than the average positive reviews but I believe the time I spent writing it is the least I can do for the service I received from Justin and the crew. Comment: I dropped my 2008 Mazda 6 off on August 31, 2013 with a transmission issue (light on and not shifting properly). Justin was very helpful and they did get me in for an initial diagnosis on a holiday weekend. Gave the OK to complete the $4500 transmission rebuild on September 4, 2013. Vehicle was promised to be completed by Sept. 14th.Was finally able to pick the car up on Sept. 21st. A week late due to a faulty part that was replaced which caused them to have to pull the transmission again and replace a spring that was out of tolerance causing it not to shift properly. Once we got the car, we drove it for about 100 miles in two days and the transmission light came back on and it started to not shift properly. So...we took the car back on Sept. 23rd.Picked the are up for the second time on Sept.28. C&M said the torque converter they replaced when rebuilding the transmission was faulty and some other part (I dont remember what it was called). Drove the car home, then it sat for a couple of days. Drove it to the DMV to get registered and on the way home the transmission light came on and it stopped shifting properly. So...we took the car back on Oct. 1st.Picked the car up for the third time on Oct. 19th. C&M said they replaced the torque converter a couple more times. So far, after about a month and 800 miles, the issue seems like it has finally been fixed properly.The Good:C&M provided a rental vehicle during the 2nd & 3rd time we brought the car back to be fixed properly. They were nice when we spoke and did seem genuinely sorry that we were experiencing issues. Overall, the issue was with the parts supplier and C&M went above and beyond to make this right. Justin was very accomodating and the owner, Rudy, gave the OK to make sure we were happy with the final outcome.We will continue to trust C&M with our vehicle. They stand behind their work and service.

Comment: I am very pleased with the quality, price and service of repairs to two of my cars. The estimates were accurate and any problems were resolved promptly without additional cost. Justin went out of his way to meet my needs, and rides home were readily available. I would recommend C & M Auto with its AAA affiliation and discount to friends and family.

Comment: After having two air conditioning specialists review the problem with my air conditioning, I simply wanted to get a third and final estimate. I went online and found C and M in Simi Valley. The fact that it was a AAA certified shop was a bonus. After speaking with Rudy, the owner, he introduced me to Justin...what a gentleman! He explained everything to me and found a repair kit for my AC issue. Instead of paying through the nose and having work done that I didnt need, Justin and the crew were able to fix the problem for less than half of the cost of the other two shops. What???? Talk about honesty and integrity. Thank you all so much. You have my continued business, and loyalty, as well as any one of my friends or family who needs automotive help. Comment: I started taking my car to C&M recently after trying many different repair shops and always feeling either taken advantage of or dissatsfied by the quality of service. I decided to try them after getting a stellar review from a family member. I can honestly say that this shop meets that elusive standard everyone seems to be looking for but is so hard to find: honesty and integrity combined with affordable and fair pricing, an excellent level of service to the vehicles, and great customer service. Rudy, the manager, has been at the store for a long time. He has a very professional staff and many long term clients. This is the best automotive repair shop I have found in Simi Valley.

Comment: They are great. We have been going to them for the past 6 years and they always give us great service and advice. We even took one of our cars in for a transmission issue and they said it would best to take it into the dealership since it should still be covered under the warranty. Honest, helpful and friendly!

Comment: Finally found an auto repair that I can trust my 300,000 + miles car to! With these guys I feel confident I can make it to a million in my old mini van. They are thorough, upright and honest …totally worth the drive I have to make from Malibu... they make sure it gets done right!

Comment: I was extremely disappointed. Charging $80 for oil change is exorbitant by most local prices. But really steamed me was $150 charge to check out a noise which happened to be my CD player. Not only seems exorbitant but as if you’re trying to milk the client. I’ll think twice before I bring my car back to you.
