Comment: CADA is a RIPOFF TO ANYONE HOPING TO SUPPORT A FAMILY MEMBER. When I agreed to provide a guarantor letter for my brother I let CADA know I intended to provide this support for one year, and then he would need to cover all costs himself. When I wrote to give them, and him, four months notice, CADA replied that I was to pay for him IN PERPETUITY -- that the only way I could be released from the obligation is if CADA released me! Let me say that again for the back row: Never, EVER provide a guarantor letter for a resident of CADA -- like me, you will be forced to pay for an apartment you do not occupy FOREVER.Good Samaritans like me are punished for trying to help as best they can, and ARE PAYING CADAS MORTGAGES FOR IT. This now places ME in financial jeopardy, and they are ignoring all my communication to resolve this.I tried to do a GOOD DEED and an now in serious economic peril because of it.DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING CADA SAYS. The organization is only interested in acquiring more property and filling it with people, while people like ME pay the price.I am preparing my lawsuit now.

Comment: Lived at the CADA apartment on P and 16th for about three years, and really enjoyed my interactions with CADA staff. Maria and Dale in maintenance are awesome and timely with repair requests. The apartments are affordable and at great locations, even though slightly on the older side. My apartment manager LaSonya always greeted me with a friendly smile. Have recommended CADA to friends and prospective renters.

Comment: They deserve no stars but I’m order to post a review had to give one star.The resident service manger and the building manager are ridiculous! They discriminate against those who have disabilities, they lie and take sides with other tenants who are wrong, they call elderly parents getting them worried and upset. Just because they are an emergency contact doesn’t mean you call them for petty stuff! Learn the meaning of an emergency is!They also will give you a bad reference and tell a potential landlord/rental app negative things about you which is against the privacy law.They truly are a joke and glad I no longer rent with Cada.

Comment: I love renting from them. Always reliable and Ronnie is the best when it comes to getting things done. The ladies in the office are also really nice. They really go out of their way to help you. Thank you CADA.

Comment: I live in a luxury condo across from a CADA building and honestly I wish our maintenance was half as good as Ronnie, the CADA maintenance guy. That dude cleans up every mess, rain or shine, no complaints, smile on his face.And when he does complain, he’s smiling the whole time. On the other hand; my maintenance man, Oleg; I don’t even waste my time bothering. It takes him 6 tries to fix a door knob. I’d rather go ask Ronnie from CADA.Without Ronnie, they’d have to hire 2-3 people. I can’t rent from CADA; they say I make too much. But if you don’t like your unit or dwellings there, be glad you got Ronnie. The dude is way more reliable than any maintenance guy I’ve ever seen.Got you on my Christmas list Sir!

Comment: Avoid, avoid avoid this place. Their apartments are always run down and old. Once you get your apartment, good luck getting a maintenance guy. There is never any parking available. And the lady on the front is sooo rude. Avoid this place because they are really shady about everything.

Comment: When Cada can raise the rent from 900.00 to 1100. To a person who was in the arm services and disable thats crazy. They did not even try to put her on their low income program that they have.
