I wish I could give this place a 0. Every time I order its a problem and the drinks come out disgusting. I had a hot chocolate that tasted like they poured the powder on top didnt stir and then left it put for 2 hours. Coffee was nasty not to mention other issues like no food and not getting my order right. I like Tim Hortons sometimes but this particular one is the worst Ive ever experienced and is was not an isolated event.
On November 23 I went there around 7:35 pm drive through .And the lady who took my order or the microphone that they have is bad or she is straight up deaf. I had to repeat my order 3 times a blue berry moffing and extra large coffe triple triple and still have my order wrong at the window. then they want to argue with you as if you have time for that. They try to hand me a black coffe no sugar no cream. She fixed my coffe but now she wants to hand me the cup with coffe dripping around the side of the cup bad service...
Today I ordered breakfast and coffee with Tim Hortons and was given the wrong order, my coffee IS NOT A VANILLA ICED COFFEE AT ALL! I tasted the coffee and it is cold, there is no ice in the coffee, I ordered off the mobile app too. I will never order from this store again due to them lying to me and messing up my coffee. Not only that the hashbrown I ordered was not cooked well either. Highly disappointed with this Tim hortons especially and all of you employees should be very disappointed for getting a bad review and hope this makes you all better people.
This is a review of my current experiences at this location. First off historically this location has been great but lately it has been very hit or miss, when I go I normally order the same thing a french vanilla cap with no whip, a simple order, on the day if this post it literally took me 7 minutes to get this coffee which was made wrong and their phone had a busy signal on multiple calls. I dont know whats going on,but the afternoon is not dependable on speed and a quality product. This is about one location at Plymouth and Farmington rd.
Terrible Tim Hortons! We sat in the drive through at the order speaker for 15 minutes with only one car ahead of us. Once we finally got to start ordering they told us they were out of everything. No bagels because they didnt want to make more. The hot chocolate machine was down for the night. They didnt have chocolate donuts. They didnt have half of their menu at 5pm on a Saturday. The lady working the drive through was rude and the guy working the drive through was hopefully new. He didnt know what was going on. Overall terrible experience!
I go to this location every Friday Morning. My order is ALWAYS correct. Although there is an extremely long line in the a.m around 9 it moves fast. The person over the speaker is always polite as well as the cashier. I was wondering about the 3.9 rating and see a lot of the bad reviews arent for THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION
The 2nd worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. Employees are RUDE, contacted corporate and the owner claims theyve reached out. I keep telling corporate they have not and all they say is check your voicemails and spam email folder. That sounds like the owner is lying so they dont have to deal with me. I will continue following up until i get an answer. Its been 4 months now...
Fast service, friendly staff. Never had a wrong order here. You get what you pay for. I drive by every day to get to work and stop in for an x-large black coffee often. Sometimes I get donuts for my co-workers, or a pretzel bagel with cream cheese for myself. Consistent products.
Not sure why anyone gives this locations 5 stars. Tim Hortons is great, this location is terrible. I would estimate, that the half the times I go here, they get my order wrong. I stopped going here for years, but its so close to where I live, I go out of simple convenience from time to time and half the time its a terrible experience. The other half, the experience is O.K. at best. Today involved me saying my order 3 times at the drive through microphone, correcting them twice, then having to correct them again at the window, and the Order was STILL wrong.
When I ordered today not only was the staff rude but the everything about the experience was wrong. I asked about whipped cream for my drink, which they said they would have to charge for? The caramel macchiato I ordered was horrible and bitter, I tried to drink it but just ended up dumping it out. Then finally the blueberry muffin I ordered definitely wasnt blueberry, it was some other kind of berry and by the time I realized I was already gone. This will be the last time I order from them!
Food was cold and bread was stale. When I went in and told the employee about the situation she gave me attitude trying to explain how everything is fresh there and said, “well I don’t see how that could happen but I’ll remake it.” Instead if arguing with a customer maybe just listen, apologize and correct it. Why should I lie? I just want to get my food and go to enjoy my day. The sandwich was inedible and the staff was rude. Not going back to this location.
Let me start off by saying that I LOVE TIM HORTONS!! But... just not this location. They can never seem to get our orders right, whether it’s placed online or at the drive-thru. My dad placed an order online for a bagel for him and my mom with strawberry cheese, and one with plain cream cheese for me. We get to the drive-thru to pick it up, and lo and behold, it was wrong. Both of my parents’ bagels had strawberry cream cheese on one side and plain cream cheese on the other side. Mine didn’t even HAVE any cream cheese on it, and when my dad pointed that out, they charged him another $1.06, when he had already paid for it online. I truly don’t know what is going on at this location, but I would DEFINITELY take the extra effort and go to the Tim Hortons on Plymouth Rd (150 Plymouth Rd, Plymouth MI). THEY know how to pay attention and get your order right 🙄
I was trying to pick up donuts and coffee for a Covid quarantined family and the customer service person said they were out of the Boston Cream (one of the family’s favorite). The baker came on the speaker and said he’d make them up for me. What a wonderful gesture! Covid family was happy. Livonia / 5 Mile store. Thank you Baker!!
Never been great but lately HORRIBLE service and attitude. I always get my morning coffee from there and sure not anymore. They always miss something. Either the milk, the sweetener or both. The new staff there dont even greet on arrival to window nor after service. Wish there is a ZERO star rating or below.
Twice I have ordered a bagel with very little cream cheese. They added so much cream cheese, you gag trying to eat it! They have messed up my order several times. At least 6 times in the last 5 months, the same guy tells me the internet is down and they can only take cash?? And you cannot purchase gift cards with your debit card, MUST be cash. They are the only Tim Hortons I know that does this! Not very good service at all. Worth it to drive a bit farther for better service!!
The Location was well staffed and manager was very directive and helpful to customers also, as well as employees. She was quite loud, however at one point, in lobby but the machines and activities behind counter may have necessitated her volume. I think there are other ways used to direct employees when many customers are in lobby and trying to enjoy a calm atmosphere.
The midnight shift at the Ford LIVONIA Transmission plant, miss our coffee run to your store, between 10:30 p.m. & 11 p.m. You lost a whole shift of customers, since you changed your hours! Now you close at 10 p.m. , which means, we no longer get that first cup of coffee to start our day... Very very sad!!😕If only you could stay open until 11 p.m. every night, instead of 10....We Miss Our Tim Hortons Coffee!!!Think about it.... 11 p.m. would cover all shifts!!🤔What if, you keep the drive-thru open until 11??That would be like rush hour between 10 & 11 p.m. Just saying....
I live one mile from this location and I will purposely go out of my way to spend money at a different Tim Hortons. the coffee is often burnt tasting or just not palatable at all, besides the fact that my order is almost always incorrect. they often neglect stirring the coffees I order, which is annoying when I am driving to work and cant stir it. on top of the poor drink quality, the staff is rarely pleasant to interact with and usually look at me like theyd rather be throwing that crappy coffee in my face than serving it to me. go spend your money at a different place.
We live near this Tim Hortons and have gone there multiple times in hopes that we just had a fluke of an experience. Unfortunately, it’s terrible every single time we’ve gone. Our orders are ALWAYS wrong, employees are rude, and the food is never hot/fresh. It’s disappointing because we LOVE Tim Hortons, but this particular location definitely needs a big change.
We had been on the road a few days and were in search of a home cooked meal. My wife and I had a great turkey dinner with stuffing and mashed potatoes. A nice treat while traveling. The service was great. We had breakfast there the next day. Eggs were served hot and great biscuits and gravey with bacon cooked just right. Always seems like any of the Bob Evans restaurants do a great job with good food and service!
Horrible service. 3 people in line, 10 employees behind the counter, and after 30 minutes they havent even started on my order. When I asked the lady what was going on she almost beat me up. Seriously ghetto attitude. Tim Hortons should look into whats going on at this location. This is unacceptable
Coffee is good but only two stars because every time I come here they never have my doughnut. It always I am sorry we just ran out. Never happens at looney bakery.Update I just took a star away because my coffee for the third time this week tastes like water with cream added.
I went to the Tim Horton on 5 mi and Newburgh and my experience was terrible. I wanted a large iced coffee with 3 milk and 2 splenda. I also asked for hazelnut flavor. When I got to the window to pick up my coffee it was black. I said to the lady I asked for it to be light. The 2 ladies were very upset with me because I asked for more milk. They reluctantly added the milk with no change. The ladies very rudely stated that hazelnut is black. I have had hazelnut flavor before and it wasnt black. I finally told them to just put in cream. They were very unhappy with me. Then when she gave the coffee it had too much ice. I had requested light ice. I told the lady there was too much ice. She exclaimed nastily there is no ice and why order ice coffee if you dont want ice. I showed her half the cup was ice. She then dumped some of the coffee out and handed me the cup. As I began to leave, they commented to each She doesnt know what she wants. I wont be returning to that Tim Horton again. Suzanne Wrosch
They are okay. The customer service is great, however, I went there a few times to order the Grilled Cheese Panini and what I really got was a cheese sandwich. The cheese wasnt melted the bread was only lightly toasted... But I still ate it because I like bread and cheese...
I really like to go for donuts here but I guess no anymore after the SPITnews, and from now on I will check my donuts no matter where I buy them and these guys definitely will not have my money anymore. And hopefully they find out who did that so this person pays for all the customers gone.
I go there almost daily and its a hit or miss that the food is warm, coffee is often cold and the doughnut is stale. Call today to complain after a few weeks of this. Brad hardly seemed concerned with my complaint, as if hes heard it all before. Maybe Brad if youve heard it before, you outta do something about it!
With only one person in drive-thru place my order one large coffee 2 sugars 2 creams pulled up to the window saw my coffee sitting there by this time shes answering the sign from another customer behind me with me watching through the window she starts to pour his coffee then Runs Out and realizes she has to make a new pot after setting up the first pot she decide to make three more pots then another person. The sign and she starts to take his order I was politely waving smiling trying to get her attention that she disappeared to fetch some donuts she came up to the window give me a hint of Hope smiled at me and then another person pulled up to the side she poured the rest of the copy for the second customer behind me then ran off to go make a sandwich at this point I shoved the dollar to the window crack and had to drive off only to be late for work I cant wait for Speedway across the street to reopen from the renovation Id like to get back to normal two to three minutes in and out copy in hand 10 gallons see you
Im almost always disappointed whenever I go here I figured give it one more chance i ordered the turkey sandwich and a steak wrap they didnt have the bun for the sandwich and replaced it with a bagel and I didnt even receive my wrap dont go to this place they cant even toast a bagel properly.
I went here for lunch they had a really good menu selections I wish they had salads or food for people who need light meals but their food was okay their bagels are amazing I just wish they would give you more cream cheese with them and have a better selection of cream cheese coffee is always fresh and hot but it always seems a little bit too strong for me I wish they had a lighter Variety in strengths of coffee
Just went here this morning and they meesed up my krder so i had to drive back and went inside got it remade got to work again and it was still wrong.... How hard is it to make a order accurate... It js not that hard.. I am not going back again nor would i recommed this place to anyone... Poor service.

2022-04-06The cashier was so rude. Ask for 1/2 dozen muffin and she doesn’t have patients to get what I needed. I ask for strawberry cheese cake muffins then the reply was I only have one. I said there is 4sitting on the display shelf. It was hard thing for her to do. Once she packed up the muffin she left it on the counter. Didn’t pass it to me or don’t have any kind of acknowledgment from. The attitude was get it if you want it.

2021-12-01The breakfast sandwiches were as good as they get. In my opinion they are still king of the bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich. Coffees on the other hand Im only a fan of the regular medium double double. I always have a hard time when choosing something different. For example the peppermint mocha whip cream is the same cream used in the donuts. I did not like it. They could improve the formula.

2022-07-21They are out of everything except coffee n bagels n donuts. There were 3 women by the window area. One of them was cussing like Richard Pryor. F$$k this, f$$k that. Loud enough I could hear in my car. The others complaining because they have no product. One girl out back by the order sign smoking a cigarette. One guy sitting on the guardrail in his TH shirt toking on a joint.Pretty classy place this one is. Unimpressed for a first visit.

2022-03-24I pulled through the drive through and I was having a rough day. The girl at the window was so nice, and all smiles. It immediately made me feel better and my coffee and fritter were perfect to go along with that. I didnt get her name but I was there between 3:30 and 4:30 on Thursday 03/25/22. She had a septum piercing so I hope this gets to her to say thank you.Actually this is the wrong time hortons Im talking about the one on farmington and Plymouth

2020-05-27I ❤ Tim Hortons just not this one. I forgot and went here again but wont forget again. Lamest $7 sandwich both times Ive ordered from this location. 1st they gave me wrong order so had to remake and this is what they give me for $7. Vending machine sandwiches have better appeal. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 min to the TH on Wayne Rd & Warren. Their sandwiches are delicious every time!

2022-03-12Very lazy crew today. Order $20 worth of stuff including some bagels toasted with cream cheese. Got the bagels barely cut and not tostada or with cream cheese. This location used to be good but has slipped a lot. Not recommended.

2020-11-26They consistently dont toast the bread for breakfast sandwiches but this disaster took the cake. Theyre too busy to have good service. So even though its a mile from my house I drive to the Farmington and Plymouth location now.

2021-04-06I have never felt so compelled to write an honest review for a business. Whoever was working the drive thru on 4-6-2021 @ 6:20pm needs to be removed from your staff. We only ordered three drinks and there was NO ONE else in the drive thru. The worker was rude for absolutely no reason we felt rushed and like we were bothering this person for asking them to their job of taking drink orders. If this was the only complaint I would not write a review. However we also received an expired milk that went bad in DECEMBER of 2020. Tim Hortons you need to do something about the employee wearing a wrapped crystal around their neck working at this time. For the better of your business please address this.
