Comment: Well the company has good service but I rent it one amount of fence w/door. the charge amount Im ok w/that. After 2 months Itried to rent the same amount of fence with everything same, no changes and they give me the price a few hundred more. Im confused on why?? Its the same address and the same equipment. I checked with other companies and I asked if the 2nd time I rent it from them they will charge more for the same equipment, I rent it the first time they said no.I got better price w/the other company.

The quoting and reservation process was effortless. They were competitive, friendly, and responsive.On the day of delivery and set-up, Cal-State was punctual, efficient, and required no hand-holding. During the two-day event itself, we received countless comments from guests about how clean the restrooms were. They looked brand new. In addition, we had a Cal-State rep on-site keeping everything stocked. This was a great relief as it was one less thing to not have to manage. The rep also required no supervision and simply took initiative to ensure everything was stocked before anything actually ran out. Cal-State Site Services played a key role in ensuring our event was a success.

Comment: Had a project that needed temporary post driven chain link fences within a railroad RW. Called up Cal-State and they said they had no problems working within the RW. One month goes by and the day before the job starts they call me up and say they cant do the job because of insurance limitations.... Wasted countless hours going back and fourth with Cal-State. Lori, the VP, was no help in during the situation and basically told me oh well after I voiced my frustrations. On top of all that a major client of ours is unhappy with us for the major inconvenience Cal-Sate has caused. Thanks Cal-State. Wont be calling you ever again.

Comment: Called needing a port-a-potty immediately. Well, they just happened to be able to help me, immediately. A very clean, stocked port-a-potty was dropped-off two days later. They serviced it weekly, replacing it with a clean, re-stocked unit. While in the middle of a renovation, don’t need more things to track and monitor, so am very satisfied they took one thing off my list. At the end of the term, they picked it up, at the day and time they said they would, and whisked it off.The price was more than resonable, but when factoring the level of service and one less worry, it was an even greater bargain. Will be calling them again when we start Phase II.
