Comment: So for reviewing for their work first. They made my car look brand new. Changed my lights I needed to change awhile ago even and cleaned the interior even when I didn’t need any work done inside.Customer service was iffy. Being one on one in person and over the phone was good. They act like they care and keep you updated on what’s happening for the most part.For time. Just know if you’re trying to get anything done just know you’ll be waiting FOREVER. brought my car 12/27/22 and they didn’t start till that Thurs/Fri. I wasn’t told WHEN I would get my car and they didn’t kept telling me once they get to the car (which was a couple days later) I wouldn’t know. Turns out it wasn’t going to be done till 12/30/22.Then they said on 12/28 that Wed my car was being painted and that coming Friday it wouldn’t be ready because it was too cold for the paint to dry and to come back 1/6/23 the next Friday. Later that week I received a notice on 1/4/23 that the car would be painted. Which led me to believe they lied on the reason they extended the week.I text one of the ladies keeping me updated asking if the car would be ready. No update. Turns out I found out she was gone for 2 days from her boss the next day.Friday comes and I call with them ONCE AGAIN letting me know I was coming in with a male telling me the car “should be ready” by noon (I called at 7:50am and had to receive the news at 9am). I let him know I’d pick it up Mon 1/9/23.Mon comes and I call again at 10am letting them know I was coming in AND AGAIN was told they needed to “put the bumper on and clean the interior because of protocol and come back again at 4pm.”As a working woman this was such an inconvenience they didn’t stick to their finished time and waited till the last minute.If Caliber Collision decides to respond apologizing for the inconveniences note to you: The inconveniences were avoidable. Do better for your customers time. I found this company extremely inconsiderate for their customers daily lives. You will not be getting any future services from me.

Comment: Worst company I have ever used and I will never use them again. Refuse to do any repairs on my car and then refuse to write a proper estimate about the car. My car was broken into and the alarm was disabled, a bunch of stuff was destroyed, and most importantly the door had a will now not open. But Saul refuses to write any kind of an estimate about that it’s super weird I’ve never had a company be so weird about this but yeah unfortunately after all the drama I’ve already been through now my car is not even getting repaired because this company is so shady .Told me that they would have it done on Friday I came down there on Monday to pick up my car and nothing was done. Every time I’ve had to go down there they made me wait up to 30 minutes just to get anything done this place is the worst and I highly recommend taking your car anywhere else but here. Oh yeah and I used an insurance company for it so if you have an insurance company and you’re using a claim you should absolutely take your car somewhere else this is not the place to go. Saul is the worst and he will not get anything done when he says he will and he also refuses to let you talk when he’s on the phone with you serious problems with this guy. They didn’t even include my alarm that was ripped out in the estimate. This place is seriously a joke. Do not go here they will rip you off for sure. I have included a picture of the alarm panel that was ripped out that they refused to include on the estimate for whatever reason. They tried telling me it was because it looks like there’s no obvious damage but obviously you can see that there was damage so they are completely lying

Comment: Vehicle was not fully repaired, the car needed a wheel skin that they said couldn’t be found but I found right away online. They asked me to find it myself. They didn’t put my spare back they just threw it in the back damaging the spare cover, the carpet was ripped almost completely off the board it’s glued to. We’re not sure why they treated us this way but wow just a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this shop. It could be because we called to check on vehicle but that’s because we were given dates but kept being told it would take more and more time because issues with parts. Stay away from Caliber Collision

Comment: The process went by smoothly, Saul was very helpful with the process, paperwork wasn’t too much, and my car looked new again (a lady had hit my car so her insurance took over). I only give 4 stars because I made an appointment twice with them and I wouldn’t get help till an hour later. I understand that they are busy but for the future it’s better to let the customer know if that time doesn’t work with their schedule. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush. Overall it was a good experience!
