Comment: This company understands customer service and how to create an experience from beginning to end. This is even more appreciated now because I am witnessing a large number of companies actively choosing increase in profits over excellence - We all know this tradeoff is happening everywhere - customer service being outsourced to companies overseas - total disconnect and little to no training - not to mention difficulty in understanding the rep... I doubt most companies know these complaints and quite frankly do not care... why? It is obvious... Stakeholders in the company are obviously disconnected and either are so far removed from caring about their customers OR they might care and understand the rub a little, but the decrease in cost (probably a 50% labor squeeze) is so appealing and can make himself look great etc... It is my hope that somebody wake up and collect some real data over time so that it shows how downhill the company has declined. The most sad outcome is bearing out, and that is that we as a society are so disconnected and this entire generation cannot understand what i am complaining about to begin with, begin their experience is what they know - this is unacceptable. Previous generations are still here and very much alive - we remember well how amazing customer service was and it is unfortunate that we took for granted the biggest differentiator with MOST businesses... The smart business leaders that have refused to sell out will be the long term winners. Then we can have a real discussion about profits and losses in real terms. Please thank the businesses who are offering great customer service - please refer to friends and colleagues. Please take a moment out to acknowledge those who have made your day justs a little better by creaating a real connection and experience. It matters hugelyt - especially in this HYPER SENSITIVE & Transparent worlde we call social media. We need to ask ourselves, why would we put up with less than incredible - fight back against the companies that are pulling all customer service and replacing it with Clara the chatbot - that often is unable to get anything right... UGH. Our time is being wasted while these companies have just sold your customer service overseas OR it is gone altogether. For the younger people, can you actually imagine a world where you were able to connect with trained customer service people at ALL times. They didnt hang up on you and they actually cared about creating relationships with their customers. I know it hard to imagine what never was... There are a few great companies that know how important this really is and I applaud their choice to not sell out - I pray they win in the end... Cheers!!!

Comment: Went to shop due to relationship with insurance and overall it was a decent experience. Had what I would consider normal types of issues with this type of job; took 4-6 weeks to get parts in shop, paint booth went down so had to reschedule drop off on very short notice, once into the repair, issues with headlight and some attaching hardware were discovered causing an increase in price and further delay, had to call a couple of times for current status and the automated text system wasnt always in synch with what was going on.

Comment: BUYER BEWARE! DONT USE THIS PLACE!!2 weeks and they still didnt order the parts until the insurance company sent a survey asking if I was satisfied with the job completed! Rene Gonzales, service advisor, could not give me any timeline as to when the car would be completed until he took the bumper off 2 days after drop off, only to tell me that it would take another week to complete the bumper replacement. All other 18 body shops in the area agreed they only needed the car for 1 DAY to swap out parts, and preferred the bumper off the car for painting to prevent overspray. On the day of pickup, after having my calls ignored that week, I get a call from him that they hadnt even started the paint job that was supposed to have happened the week before, and he didnt know when he was getting a painter. I told him that I would take the car to another shop to complete the work, despite it missing a bumper. Rene threated to pad the bill with an additional $300 arbitrary fee if I removed the vehicle from the premise. It took getting ahold of the regional manager Dan Miller to come to his body shop to get the job done, and my car released 2 days later. Granted it was an egg shell job with a single clear coat, but I was just glad to get my car back from impoundment so that I could take it to another body shop to properly finish it. Counting on the cops and the court system takes too long! Dont make my mistake!!

They also helped with coordinating my replacement car rental. In sum, Grace and Natalie took a stressful experience (having my catalytic converter stolen and sounding like a raceboat) and made it easy and pleasant (car sounds better than it did before the theft!). Comment: I can’t express enough just how happy and satisfied I am with this place!!! Back in Nov (2021) a deer came across my path and I ended up hitting her. I have a 2018 Mazda Miata and that deer did a number on my car. Whole front end and passenger side door and the hood and everything else in between. I finally got my car back the other day (what took so long was the darn hood. No fault on this business) but when it finally came in after months and months it was time to paint it. It’s a 3 stage paint job. When i arrived to pick it up both my husband and I were super happy!!!! You can’t tell that it was crashed. It looks like something right off the showroom floor!!! Thank you so much to everyone who worked on that car!!!

Recommend that folks find a different repair shop. This was my first bad experience ever. There are many good and low drama shops out there that want your business.

Comment: I was really bummed when I got rear ended after only having my car for a few months. Rene helped me throughout the whole process. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He kept me updated on everything happening with the car and it ended wup being completed much sooner than I expected. They even worked late to make sure it was ready when promised. It took about a week and a half for the repairs and the car came back as good as new. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

Comment: I came today to their shop without an appointment and I was immediately greeted by the receiption, filled my info and after 5 minutes was greeted by marthy. He looked at my paint problem which I had in my car and fixed the issue after 20 minutes. Comment: So I’ll start with the good. The lady who’s kept me informed is really nice and straight forward about most everything I’ve asked. That’s it for good. Bad. I’ve been told now for over 4 weeks that it’ll be done this Friday every single Friday. When told the first time it would be 2 weeks. Every single time a part has been replaced another and another. I’m over this and want my car back. My estimate has been increased over 6 times now, and the paint was supposedly messed up. Never taking my car here again and I’d recommended nobody does.

Comment: I have previously used Caliber Collison and theyve always done amazing work at a reasonable price.Although I didnt get any work done on my car thru them this time, I felt it was important to still leave a positive review for the way they treated me.I had crashed my vehicle causing severe damage to the left rear suspension and a leak. They were extremely busy due to the weather and still took my car in to provide a visual estimate. Unfortunately because they were so busy and I dropped it off late afternoon, it took two days to hear back.I learned it was going to cost more than my car was worth to conduct the repairs.So I had to have a company (Peddle) purchase my vehicle and tow it from the location. Caliber Collison was understanding of the situation and allowed my vehicle to stay in their parking lot until the tow truck arrived.When I told them the damage was more than the car is worth and I was declining repairs, they were super understanding and didnt force the issue at all.Kendra was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and Ralph was as well.Thank you Caliber Collison for treating me like a valued customer even though we didnt do business!

Comment: Was told soon as i showed up that it would be better to go to another location, because it would be cheaper. And i quote we will cost $2800 to over $3000 to fix your vehicle. You should go to a place in Orangevale, its a lot cheaper and I take my vehicles there. It seemed like she was judgmental because I wasnt dressed nicely (overcoming a cold) and my vehicle isnt a brand new vehicle (I love my vehicle engine in strong). She also was in a rush to help me. I see how everyone else was treated and not right. My vehicle had a bunch of pictures taken and I didnt see the others vehicles pictures taken like a line up photo.

Comment: My car sustained significant damage from hitting a pot hole, and I was told by another shop that the frame was bent.When I took it to caliber they did precision measurements that showed the frame was fine. The on site mechanic found that rear suspension was the source of the problems I was having. They contacted me with the correct information and the estimated repair cost. After checking the frame at no charge, they ended up coming in well under the estimate because they didnt need to replace several items. Great to work with honest people.Looks, runs and runs like it is did when it was new. Comment: A year ago I was in a terrible head-on collision that almost totaled my Pilot. Caliber was recommended by a Honda service employee as the place he takes his own vehicle. Two months to fully repair all of the damage and my car is like new! Nate handled my case and was AWESOME. He checked in with status updates, kept me posted on the timeline for completion, went above and beyond to work with my insurance company and the rental car company to get me the best deals possible in a tough situation. A year later and I go to Caliber for everything. They continue to provide stellar customer service, help quickly when little things need fixing, and do it all in a welcoming and friendly environment. 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
