Comment: I have gone thru a rainy season with no intermittent windshield wiping capabilities and one of my sensors fell off the 2019’s windshield today. My 2016 has gone through detailing for 8 years without ever seeing a sensor (mechanism alongside rearview mirror) fall off.Because Caliber had to take my roof off for repairs; disconnect my GPS sensors; disconnect my cruise control sensors and the sensors that measure rain speed velocity….causation indicates that the body work did not leave my car in a full return to working order.

He was on time, extremely courteous and did a very thorough assessment. He gave us an estimate and given the minor impact volunteered to fix it for us then and there free of charge. He went above and beyond to buff up the area to make it shine. We were thoroughly impressed. Within the time to get an estimate for the repair we were done with the repair. Top notch service. 10/10

They even finished the work earlier than expected. I realize a large part of the delay on work is based on parts and since we wanted OEM parts so that puts a strain on them. However, they got what was needed and even found a part that was supposed to be delayed sooner.Jason is definitely the person you want to work with. His dedication and service is incredible.

Comment: Bad experiance, insurance sent my car here for inspection and even though the car frame was clearly crooked they stated it was only the front bumper and headlight. Yet, charged a lor for what they were going to fix. They took forever to inspect car and when I asked them if the frame was crooked they stated it only needed a bolt. When clearly the person who hit my car even moved it. When I called to refuse to get it fixed here with the insurance calling three way Caliber Collision stated they would charge $204 and two hours to put it back together even though they stated the damages where not that bad. And it wasent even completely assembled. They never called me to pick up my car I had to call and wait on the phone 30 minutes for Al to pick up the phone and tell me at 2:34pm that I could pick it up with a tow truck anytime after 3pm. He was rude when I asked to clarify if it would be ready at 3 so that I can get a tow truck and pick it up. First two pictures are from when they took it headlight was fine. Second is from when we picked it up mo headlight and apparently it was damaged. Would not recommend this place.

They gave me a damaged car to take back home, completed half the work and never even once called me to tell me that additional approval is needed from my insurance to fix the rear bumper of my car. The car was making all sorts of noises and had a broken camera when they delivered it the first time. No sense of customer service, avoid at all costs.

Comment: My information had to be taken multiple times, I was sent to the wrong location and had to have my car towed to a different location, and and had to go over all of the details of the incident again because information was not shared between the two locations for some reason. It was a struggle just to get updates about my car. I called multiple times several days after dropping off my car and was told I would be called back by whomever could give me an update, but had to call again myself to get that update. Date of completion was pushed back several times. A few of which were because of a part being ok back order. After getting my car back, I discovered my engine was not mounted correctly and had to bring the car back and had several more delays the second time. And after picking the car up the second time, the alignment was off so I ended up taking it to another shop to fix despite Caliber offering to do the fixes for free. In all it took nearly 4 months for about $4500 worth of work and my car still isn’t right.

Comment: Not sure where do i begin: (23-Sep-2021)- Left my car unlock in the open parking lot when the office was closed- Gave me car back with DEAD battery and TPM Malfunction error while i had no issue before it went to the garage for repair- Not sure if anyone did any kind of testing post repair to ensure car is functional - to me thats basic above reported issue should hv been identified and fixed- Technician assigned was very RUDE and not courteous right from day1Quick Update (5-Nov-2021):Post my google review, Manager Patrick called me and we went back-n-forth and finally got my car fixed.Issue was with the TPMS Malfunction on the fender bender where repair was done. Patrick recommended to have diagnostic done by the 3rd party mechanic, and it was identified issue with the repair done. Caliber paid for the repair and got my car working the way it should hv been.Thank you Patrick for your swift action and great mechanic recommendation!

Comment: Took car in for auto body repair and picked up my vehicle, to only descover my cars windshield was damaged and it was in perfect condition when I dropped off.But it didnt end there because when I got home, I opened my trunk and was saddened to notice that my JumpStart box, which I never got to use yet, was missing!!Furthermore, Do not go here, unless you want to be stolen from and left with yet another repair to fix on your car, that you didnt have before.This shop did nothing to try to resolve it or take any responsibility for the damage there shop made.I regret ever taking my car here.

Comment: Tesla service recommended to take my car to Caliber Collision to fix a problem with the door. I stopped by and requested to see Shawn Poirier. My expectation was to get an estimate and repair timeframe. Shawn looked at it and asked me to give him 5 mins to take the car to the shop. He came back after 10 with the problem fixed. He said it is small, no need for a claim and they took care of it. In the past I took it to a shop for the same problem and they kept it for two days untouched and I pulled it back.I sincerely thank Shawn for this outstanding experience. Highly Highly recommend this place.

Comment: Update: Im updating to 3 stars now because Shawn, the GM there, reached out to be and admitted that there were gaps in quality control which he will address and that he will attempt to see what can be done to correct the paint issues.Tesla Model S. Paint doesnt match, very loud wind noise, passenger door handles clunk now when protracting/retracting and the repainted door actually has a few paint blots, scuffs and scratches.

I took my vehicle to Xcel Collision and they provided an estimate on the spot AND took my vehicle in to start working on it right away.Time is money. That’s why Xcel got my business and Caliber didn’t.
