Im so thankful to KEN, the manager who really supervised the work above and beyond. And of course, I will not forget to thank MARIO who always communicate with me to update me about the work. He really work ABOVE AND BEYOND. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the results were really exceptional. Quality work by quality people. You cant beat that for outstanding customer service. Also, the front desk staff is so friendly and very calm. And of course, theres no way that I will not eat the newly cooked Popcorn and drink their delicious coffee 😆 I Love it. Yes, yes, yes, I was completely satisfied and trust them. I would not hesitate to recommend the Caliber Collision Ontario Branch to others without reservation.Take note : My recent accident happened in Palm Spring, California. Comment: I visited Caliber Collision toward the end of March, and had my daughters windshield replaced here. The car has been through a few rain storms & car washes, and the fix has held up nicely. Ken was an amazing help when we were there, and if I need auto body work done in the future, I will definitely call this place for help.

Comment: AWFUL! My vehicle had been at caliber collision for a month. I was told it would be ready Thursday. They told me, they would call me that morning to give me an update. They did not call me that morning. I received a call late that afternoon to tell me it will be another day. I received a call at 3pm on Friday, to pick up my vehicle after 4:30. I arrived, they had me sign and pay my deductible without seeing my vehicle. I inspected it. The paint was smudged, the fender replacement part was all scuffed up. Then, my drivers window was broken! It was never broken when I took it to them. No aplogy! Not even the manager called to apologize, and make things right. Oh, and was told not to do a review! Haha until after they fix their mistakes. Horrible and unprofessional.Update: The manager, Ken, responded immediately and took care of my vehicle. He was sincere and genuine with an apology and made things right. The receptionist, Jessica has been very friendly and professional during the entire process.

They replaced my grill for an extremely affordable price and buffed out scratches on my car for NO CHARGE. He was constantly keeping me updated, super kind and when I was unable to come to the store to pick up my car cause of bad luck and bad timing, he offered to bring my car to my house and return the rental car we had. I dont know if thats customary for body shops to do that, but Jonathon and his manager managed to do it for me and it was so helpful. My car is back to normal but now only better cause they surprised me by cleaning it too! Id for sure recommend this place to anyone and if you can, get Jonathon to help you out. He really was great!

Despite the initial prognosis suggesting a minor repair that could be completed within a few days, my vehicle sat idle in their shop for over a month due to various unexpected and unexplained delays.Firstly, the apparent lack of available staff was a glaring issue. It seemed as though at every step of the repair process, there was an absence of necessary personnel, which, in turn, led to an absurdly prolonged repair time. This, coupled with a chronic shortage of simple replacement parts, compounded the delay.Adding insult to injury, attempts to inquire about the progress of the repair were met with hostility or, worse, silence. Calls were either not answered or quickly dismissed, and concrete updates were few and far between.This whole ordeal has caused the cost of my car rental to skyrocket, nearing the cost of the repair itself - a ludicrous situation that any car owner would wish to avoid. The lack of transparency, coupled with the poor organization and customer service, is a cause of major concern.It is my strong recommendation to anyone urgently requiring vehicle repairs to steer clear of Caliber Collision. This establishment has proven itself to be wholly unreliable and distressingly unresponsive.Please consider this review as a warning. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.Rating: Zero Stars if I could.

Then Toyota used caliber collision to fix the bubble, instead of fixing my paint problem they did horrible work. They used half a tank of gas for some reason and never replaced it, almost like we wouldnt notice. They did a horrible job with the detailing despite having us wait 4+ hours after they were suppose to be done with the vehicle. It looked like they took a clorox wipe and wiped off the dash and seats and cleaned my floor mats but skipped every other basic part of detailing. Now we can get to one of the best parts, they painted my vehicle and its already faded (was faded within the first 3 days of getting it) in a dark place its not noticeable, but in light it looks more grey and splotchier than ever before. (Also it wouldnt be bad that they took a bit longer to finish than the given times but we returned our rental because they assured us it would be done that day so it caused some complications and they left trash in my trunk, such as freshly wet paper towels and what seemed like days worth of used dirty gloves.)Overall I wouldnt waste my time with anything other than repairs and request to have them go over everything theyve done to and with your vehicle.

Comment: My truck needed the front bumper replaced. It took me two weeks to get my truck in. Communication from service agent was there but usually the day after I expected. He was probably busy I guess. The truck took an extra day to be ready, but mainly due to communication issues. The bad part was it was returned to me with an engine light on indicator. At least the shop owned their mistake and the problem was resolved without any issues. The engine light on turned out to be just an electrical connector not connected. Overall, I would take my truck there again, but I would expect the service agent to provide me better communication. I have not seen any issues with the paint quality. Too early to tell.

As soon as I drove up someone came outside very welcoming to guide me on where to park as the parking spaces where full. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. They didn’t have me wait even though they had another person who’s appointment was at 1pm. They also set me up with a rental and made a reservation for me at Enterprise and provided a ride to pick it up. Derek kept me informed of the whole process. Everyone there was so kind and friendly. Comment: Been appx 3 months since I got my vehicle serviced here.I had my Windshield replaced as well as chips and the grill of my bumper replaced from rock damage on the freeway. Everything was covered since I had to go through my insurance and pay my deductible but the work done was subpar.I believe I wouldve been better off not having it done at all. I traded chips for an incorrectly installed bumper that was a different color as well as the hood.After receiving my vehicle the first time I noticed numerous things. For instance the windshield weather stripping was not installed correctly and the clips had been broken off, an area of overspray of clear coat, my headlights not aligned properly as before and the paint color differing from the original.I took it back to have the overspray and windshield weather stripping fixed which it was. I was told that they had a different company install the windshields and that is why it hadnt been done correctly.5 days after these corrections my brand new Windshield cracked from the corner starting where the weather stripping was across to the passenger side.I was driving home from the store in my other vehicle and noticed it when I went to get the mail. The car had been parked for 2 days and just moved to clean the yard.I had gotten a flat tire on the front drivers side from a nail on the road. After checking the rest of the tires I noticed inside the wheel well that my bumper had not been installed correctly on the passenger side. It was apparently forced into place and bent to put in the screws which might explain the increase in wind noise when driving with my windows down.After checking the bumper further I noticed that the signal light clips that connect to the bumper were also broken and just put in place. These clips hold the light to the bumper and prevent a gap from showing.All in all that is what I have discovered as of yet after about 3 months. I will update this post when/if I discover more.I strongly suggest going somewhere with a better service history and experienced employees that will service your vehicle with the professionalism that you deserve.Rather than receiving a repaired vehicle, I received a vehicle with different flaws and types of damage.I will not be taking my business here ever again and will refer anyone who I meet or know to go elsewhere.I paid my deductible for my vehicle to be fixed, not to purchase a different set of problems and damage.If you take your vehicle here you are taking a chance, hopefully for you they do a perfect job but as you have read, that was far from what I received.

Comment: There are many locations with this name, but not all are equal. This particular location is a-maze-ing! Totally worth the drive. The friendly and knowledgeable staff go out of their way to work with customers here. Their prices are very very reasonable and they are consummate professionals. I highly recommend this location if you ever find yourself in need of vehicle body repairs.
