Comment: I don’t make reviews often but I had to do one for this place! The woman at the front, I believe her name was Vianca was extremely helpful, diligent and accommodating. I was a bit frazzled at first as this was my first accident but she was very compassionate and comforting through the whole process. The GM Nick was great, from beginning to end! They kept up me updated on all repairs and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way! I cannot express how genuinely appreciative I am of both of them. I now know exactly where to go for any repairs and can whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who needs the work! I won’t ever be going anywhere else. Thank you Vianca and Nick for all of the help and great work! My car looks better than when I bought it!!!

Had to wait for catalytic converter, but they are not responsible for the delay. In fact, when the part arrived nearly 4 weeks early, they called immediately and hard the repair completed within 24 hours 👍

Comment: My auto insurance company referred me to Caliber Collision in San Leandro. They did a fantastic job on my repairs to the point to where it look like it came off the showroom floor. They matched the paint and did all the other necessary repairs that you could not even tell it had been sideswiped by a bus. The quality and craftsmanship were on point. Also great customer service from the moment you step in to the office and the day you leave the office after picking up your car. My policy had a rental car Option which caliber Collision set me up with the rental car where I did not have to find my own way to the rental car agency because they provided a pick-up and drop-off at caliber collisions facility. Other than that it was a great experience in terms of getting my car repaired.

Comment: I was in a minor car accident and was connected to Caliber Collision for repairs. Everything about the repair and customer service were absolutely perfect. The only reason I am giving it a 4-star rating is that the car was returned to me with dozens of sap spots on the exterior, some of which I have cleaned by hand after putting in lots of work. I likely will have to pay for a professional cleaning. I had quite the dilemma about writing this review because I really wanted to give Caliber Collision a 5-star rating. Im hoping that this review will help a bit in that maybe a vehicle that is in their shop for repair isnt parked under a tree with sap.

Comment: If you need auto body work, please take it to CALIBER COLLISION in Hayward on Pratt St. Every employee gave service way beyond expectations! I got confused and delivered my car to San Lorenzo Shop instead of Hayward. Im very senior citizen. They were so kind and even transported my car back to Hayward! ELAINE made sure I was kept apprised of the progress until my car was delivered back to me. She was so kind and helpful. A real pleasure! Also, Ross was also right there to answer any questions I had. I wish I could recall all their names, each one outstanding!! I hope you wont need this service, but if you do, look for one of their locations around the area. Thanks again to CALIBER COLLISION!!!!
