They really helped me with my first ever major auto accident, and gave multiple courtesy calls on my vehicle, and made sure that everything went smoothly. They even helped gather all my belongings out of my car so that I could pick it up another day while my car went to the salvage company. I’m so grateful that they were there to help me during such a difficult time.

Comment: Having to take your car in for repairs is always the last thing one has to do. But the staff at Calibur Collision were absolutely incredible!!!! Matthew and Amy kept me informed throughout the process with personal phone calls as well as a texting option to notify me of the process and updates. I was also surprised to have my car repaired and available to pick up after 2 days!! Regan was the main receptionist who scheduled me for all my appointments and she is wonderful!!! I feel like I made a new best friend! Regan was especially compassionate when I had to reschedule my drop off due to my cat passing away and she spent extra time talking to me about animals and pets and just really tried to lift my heavy heart (which she did). Everyone at Caliber Collision treats you like a person instead of a business transaction and they dont give you the run around with anything and took care of everything for me including my rental pickup and drop off as well as handling the insurance aspect. With a difficult week and busy life, Caliber took care of my car and me and I didnt have to deal with the extra task of getting my car fixed. I cant express enough how satisfied I am with my experience. Oh, and my car looked brand new when I got it returned to me, including vacuumed car mats!!!! Thank you so much to everyone at Caliber!!!

Poor communication, had to call for almost every update on status despite being told they would call by 2pm.The. 2 weeks turned to 3 after they damaged/ broke some parts.Upon pick up electronics were not functioning properly. Right away hes asking questions, and looking very closely at my bumper. He even got down on the pavement to look underneath. After his assessment, he told me that I didnt need a new bumper and he showed me how to snap back together what I thought might be broken!! I almost cried right there! You see, I had been to another place first, she had looked at it visually, asked me questions, came back w/a quote and I was trying to figure out how I was going to come up w/ the $$$ to get my bumper fixed/replaced. Through the entire process everyone I talked to was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My car looked fantastic (it’s a 2008) inside and out, and they even managed to replace one fog light only and still match the other side. The only reason there was a couple day delay was from needing a part they didn’t know was broken until it was up on the rack. Highly recommend!

Comment: My grandmother got into an accident because of some idiot backing into the front of her car. What’s the point of a back up camera? Anyway, we brought it to this amazing body shop and I was speaking to Sheryl who was handling the repairs, she was an ABSOLUTE GEM. CONSTANT communication, I never had any questions because she always informed me before I could even ask them! Her voice is so lovely to listen to, she made me feel like my grandmothers car was a priority even though I knew she had to have had so many to take care of. Hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I won’t even need to get into an accident to go visit that shop again. That woman is amazing. Equally important-the car looks brand new. 100/100

Comment: I usually take my vehicles to Kniesels. But this time I decided to try Caliber. Kniesels always makes sure my vehicle is spotless and detailed upon completion of the work. Tires armoralled and exterior washed and cleaned, inside vacuumed. Caliber gave me back the same dirty vehicle I dropped off. Not good for the customer when you wont even wash and clean the vehicle after doing business with your company.

Comment: For my wifes car they apparently did not fully check the door locks as we found that one was not working and had to take the car back for it. That is still incomplete as the part is back-ordered (damn covid.) Also, their front parking lot floods to ~2-3 inches deep in the rain, mostly to the fence side of things and extending at least 3/4 of the way to the buildings. Mind where you park in the rain!

Comment: My insurance company chose this shop after I had an accident. I was initially advised that I might need to return later if parts for my vehicle were not immediately available. Once the shop rep saw my car she said I would need to leave it. (I totally crunched the front of the car, but it was still drivable.) They worked with my insurance company when desired parts were unavailable or would take too long to arrive. It took almost 2 months to complete the repairs, but the front of my car looks new.Having the car rental agency on site is very handy.

After they serviced the car, we noticed that there was a break/crack in the windshield which was not there when they picked up the car ( 3 long lines/ we have a picture to show). We showed it to them and they said they will fix it. We have been waiting for a month and if I did not call to follow up, they did not schedule the repair. When the day has come, we brought the car to them, expecting that the windshield change would only take a day. We have not received a call the whole day for an update. The following day, we need the car as I have to go back to work. Called them a lot of times only to find out that they did not do it and it will take until the next day again until its done. They are very unprofessional. Its already September and the work that they supposed to do is not done yet.

Comment: I was hit while parked and so i went through the other guys insurance and they referred me caliber collision. They saw me for an estimate right away than scheduled me to bring my car in. They called the rental place for me to make sure i had a car reserved for the day of and they called the rental car place when i was there to pick me up. My service was minor and i was told it would take 5 days. My car was in there a little over 24 hours and than they called me telling me it was ready for pick up. They even waited after hours for me to get there so i could have my car back! Their customer service was amazing, they were fast and the work looks perfect! I would recommend them to any one!!

Caliber called and said that they were able to buff out the scratches and so there was no reason to charge the insurance. They easily could have painted the hood and taken the money. Comment: Last week the third time this year that I took my wife’s car in to this shop and once again they did not disappoint. They are always extremely professional and courteous and highly responsive. One of the fog lights and it’s supporting bracket was broken by road trash. I had purchased the cover plate to replace the lost one but could not get the light to clip back in since one side of the plastic brackets broke completely off. Unfortunately with the make and model of the vehicle, the fog light was integrated into the entire front bumper mold, which would cost me about a $1,000 to replace. Rather than trying to fleece me, the assigned Rep asked if he could take my vehicle back to the shop to see if they could come up with a fix. Less than hour later my vehicle was fixed and I was charged all of $75 for their time and effort. Now that’s service that will keep me going back when I have a need to do so!

Comment: I was directed by the insurance company to go there and get a quote. I arrived and was asked no less than 4 times if I had an appointment. * EDIT*The manager reached out to me and Apologized. He assured me it was a mix up on the insurance company part and he is training his staff on how to handle the situation. The manager seemed Like a stand up guy and handled the situation in a timely matter.

Comment: I always go into a business with the benefit of the doubt, and Caliber Collision was no different. I was promised a couple days short of two weeks for paint work, and parts replacement. I have never had a car in a shop that long for body work, but they were a preferred for USAA and I believed they would take good care of my car and therefore perform good, quality work, on my new car with just over 10 thousand miles. My car was returned late and with a lot of things that were done poorly, some of which include: front inner door panels having broken clips, which caused the panels to not sit flush and secure, and even one of the door speakers to rattle. Too much sealant used on rear cargo area windows that were removed and replaced, which caused the panels to not sit flush with the rest of the interior. Paint or sealant spray on rearview mirror, an aftermarket windshield even with a manufacturer sent memo that stated only factory windshields should be used. Malfunctioning rain sensing wipers after new non-factory windshield and sensor was put in. Fingerprints, dust, dirt all over a light colored headliner. Dust all over interior after delivery.After I called Caliber Collision back to have unsatisfactory work fixed, one of the managers was put in charge of working through and making things right. I was promised a middle of the week, Wednesday completion date, and once again fail to complete the work as quoted by not delivering my car until Friday. I had to call the manager multiple times during the week, and each and every time he told me he would try to get me the car back soon. The second time was for the rain sensing option that quit working on the car, and did not work when it rained. The manager explained to me that USAA or Mazda had sent a bulletin that advised the shops to not use windshields that were not a factory OEM part. Yet, they did the first time when they replaced it. So I asked him, so what does this mean? Does it mean the windshield will need to be replaced? He said “oh no, the windshield is fine, we’re only switching out the sensor”. I was confused because he contradicted to what he had previously told me. So they changed the sensor, and it fell off the windshield after a couple days of me picking it up the second time.Finally the third and current time I took the car there, he said that the dealer told him that they had to change the windshield to an OEM one so that the sensor could work correctly. I was under the impression that USAA advised shops to use OEM parts for repair from the start, but I could be wrong. I know that some of the extra time, cost, inconvenience, and frustration could have been saved if they had used the right windshield the first time.The shop has 3 times given me time estimates for work being complete, and all 3 times they have failed to deliver. The original estimate was just over $6,200 and the total charge to the insurance have gone well over $12,000 and in essence doubled. Yet, I’ve had to go back 3 times and am still currently waiting for my car to be complete. They have not performed anywhere close to what their shop reviews say about them. They do not perform quality, timely, or clean work. They even left swirls on the paint on the rear panel, and in a few areas on the top of the car from a buffer or other equipment. The rear hatch panel that was actually supposed to not even need any work whatsoever. After the last visit, I found broken clips on the rear right tailgate trim panel, and screw caps busted on the top roof cargo rails.From start to finish of the incident occurring in February, to the last visit pickup in June the whole experience was awful. I often travel for work, and have noticed that Caliber has shops in practically every state, sadly they are taking over and buying out good local shops and turning them into franchises with low quality work and service. If you’re looking for a shop, I would try a locally owned one before heading here.

Comment: Caliber collision is just plain top notch, in their field. Their quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service is top shelf, no other way to put it. This kind of work does not come free, but you get what you pay for with this outfit, and then some. Just top notch! Repeat customer, and I will go no where else for auto body and paint repair expertise.

Comment: Save your time and a lot of frustration and go somewhere else. My wife was hit in her week old car. The other persons insurance recommended Caliber. We wanted to get it fixed fast so we went there. I called and made an appointment. They said since the insurance was paying I could just come in and the rental car place was in the same building. So I made an appointment. When I arrived they had lost my info. They then told me I had to get an estimate first and that I could not leave it for repairs because they had to order parts. They said they would call the insurance company and call me back. They never did. I called them and they said oh I was just about to call you. Go ahead and bring it in we have the part. So we dropped the car off. They told me again we will call you in a couple days once we have taken the car apart to tell you how long before it is done. They never did. I called them and again was told oh I was just about to call you. They said it would be done in a couple of days and he said he would call me when it was ready. They never did. I had to call them again and finally scheduled a time to get my car. We picked up the car and it was raining so it initially looked good. Then once we got it in the light they put a very large scratch in our window. We called and had to take it in again. They said they would order a new window and call us. Can you guess what happened? They never called. We are now trying to get ahold of them again. Dan was the service advisor and had to be one of the flakiest people I have ever dealt with. Do not ever take your car here unless you want a bunch of broken promises having to babysit and subpar work. The door they supposedly fixed also doesn’t close quite right but I’m afraid to let them touch my car again. Caliber managed to take a really bad situation of having your brand new one week old car hit and make it much worse. This review is for the Caliber on Taylor Rd in Roseville CA.

Comment: They do thier job well, I noticed that the reception lady kinda yells at you what do you need?!!? Well Im sorry, but Im a potential customer here, please dont tell at me. Also when she called a person to help me, she had to snap her fingers at them in order for them to get up, and help me. How sad. Its like kids.

Comment: Caliber Collison made my car look better than it was before my accident. Bought my car brand new. Was side swiped 6 months later and was really devastated. I brought it to Caliber and they made it brand new again. Not only did they fix everything from the accident but they went above and beyond and fixed any little paint chip they could find that occurred while I was commuting 4 hours every day to work. My car looks amazing! Before and after pictures! Thank you Greg at Caliber for everything!

Brent and Megan answered all my questions that i had. what started out as a very stressful situation for me turned into an amazing experience thanks to Brent and Megan as well as all the staff at Rocklin Caliber Colision. they got done with all my repairs to my car two days early, i can not thank you all enough for that! if i ever need repairs done to my car again i will most definitely come back here. the costumer service here at Rocklin Caliber Colision is amazing! Comment: The staff are down to earth and very friendly. There were problems getting all the parts from VW, so it took longer than expected, but I was kept well informed of every development and was given regular status updates. There is an Enterprise car rental in the same building, so that is very convenient.
