Comment: Frustrating experience all around. The coordinators are wonderful—my service advisor and their manager made this a nightmare that I’m still dealing with.Basic bumper replacement. Told them not to drill holes in it—promised they wouldn’t. They drilled holes, damaged the bumper’s finish, and said oops oh well human error. Didn’t replace or repair the damage they caused. Failure to follow basic direction.Asked them for the old material back—promised they’d return my property to me. They did not. Oh we scrapped it they said. Inexcusable.They disassembled far beyond what was necessary—it’s a bumper, not a full front replacement, damaged my front wheel flares by breaking tabs and tried patching it up with cheap double side tape. Shoddy and unprofessional.The painter is a rookie and should be replaced. The prep was lacking and shows in the finish. Didn’t let the clear cure and there’s marring/etching. It’s not difficult work when you know what you’re doing.Service advisor Khoa is impersonal, dishonest, and unprofessional. Treated me poorly, like second-rate business, and left everything on a super rude note. Even had the nuts to tell me other customers are waiting and that he’d get to me when he’s able.If I had been unreasonable at any point, I could have understood the behavior. This makes me regret treating people with respect and courtesy.Completely unwarranted. No accountability or care.I kept photo documentation of all of it. Looking into a way to escalate this above the branch.Go to an established location in Walnut Creek. The one on Pine does a great job. This place is a joke. You can smell it as soon as you try parking on their embarrassment of a site.

I came in today for an estimate on a paint job and Kandace without hesitation came out with some solvent that rubbed out some of the black mark on my brand new car and then Joe from the shop walked by and brought another solvent that completely buffed out the black mark completely. The two of them saved me a paint job and labor and I was in and out within 15 mins. What incredible customer service! BIG shout out to Caliber Collision!! Samantha at the front desk was really helpful with getting a rental car and rides set up so I never had to worry about transportation while they were doing the repairs. I also had an excellent service advisor, Gwen, who was polite, professional, and communicative, everything you would want for a repair shop. They consistently kept me in the loop on what the insurance was saying and where everything was in the repair process, which was really helpful and made planning around the repair and dropoff so much less stressful than some other shops Ive been to.

Comment: Caliber Collision simply is a terrible place to bring your car. I trusted them with my brand new Lexus (one month old). My car was hit while parked. They kept my vehicle for several months. I have returned five times and every time they try something different. They have asked me to bring my car to three different of their locations, San Ramon, concord and Vallejo. This was to try a better tech, they claimed. The first two times my car was returned improperly repaired and just full of dust and filthy inside. This was after their quality tech had inspected it. The repairs were just substandard and obviously terrible. It is obvious they simply do not care about quality repairs or they do not have the technicians with the skills to complete quality repairs. Caliber Collision have showed me that they do not know what they are doing. My advice would be to not bring your car to this place. They just simply lack the ability to appropriately repair a vehicle. They do the very minimum. I have no words to describe what a nightmare this place is. My car has still not fix. I am too busy at work to deal with them. Caliber collision is just a terrible waste of time.

The communication from the girls answering the phones is straight up laughable. They will tell you something and it will never happen. They will promise you something and it will never happen. Comment: The worst. An initial $1,000 estimate but telling me they needed to tow it to the dealer because it had wiring damage that they did not do. It suddenly turned into a $16,000 estimate after NOT taking it to the dealer. All this damage just for a violent tire blowout and not even colliding with anything. They included preexisting damage that had nothing to do with this blowout. I had to get the insurance to call them since they wouldnt call my insurance company. Almost immediately after the insurance company called me to tell me they totaled my SUV because of this estimate, Caliber called and said if I had anything left in my car I needed to come get it because they would be hauling it off shortly. I honestly believe they had an ulterior motive for inflating the estimate, and they wanted my 7 year old SUV because it was otherwise in good condition. I felt they were entirely unprofessional.

Comment: I got in an accident in October detaching the bumper and bending the fender, therefore making so hard to open the driver door. I couldn’t get my car into the shop until December because of my annoying and terrible insurance State Farm. They made Caliber Collisions job more tedious than it had to be, but the staff at caliber collision were so dedicated to resolving all the issues that arose from my insurance. So thankful that I used them because I know if I went somewhere else the service would not have been the same. They all have a customer first mentality and it is so greatly appreciated when you are stressed about your car. They updated me everyday on my cars status and were so empathetic towards me and the struggles I was experiencing with not having my car. My car looks great. They cleaned the outside and cleaned the floors inside. Really great service! Highly recommend.

Comment: I am totally disappointed with the outcome of the half job that caliber collision performed on my car and the issue was not addressed at all as I spoke with Michael at Audi Concord and the reason the issue was not taken care of (side assistant lights) is because the mechanic at caliber collision was looking in the wrong area of the car; the area that control the side assistant lights are located in the rear of the car. However they dismantle the front end of my car and billed liberty mutual and me $500.00, for unnecessary work had the mechanic had experience working on a audi he would have known how to deal with the problem which I took my car in for.Once I posted a review about there shop work, professionalism and integrity, I received a response about how sorry they are and they will work with me to resolve the issue, thats a big lie also...I emailed them per their request and it been over a week and I have not heard from no one...DONT USE THIS SHOP....you will regret it.

Comment: I called this place because my insurance company referred them to me for body damage. I made an appointment and took my car in, only to learn I didn’t have an appointment but they looked at my car and make another appointment 2 weeks later, which was the soonest they had. So in 2 weeks I went to the appointment and they said they needed to order parts, so made an appointment for another 2 weeks to wait for parts. I came back to my appointment in 2 weeks and learned they didn’t order the parts yet. So I said should I keep my car until the parts come in so I have something to drive while I wait. They said to leave it for the afternoon and they would call me after they look at it again to make sure they order the right part and I can come get it later that day. I never received that call, so I just waited 2 weeks to hear my car was ready and I could pick it up, I said I was out of town and that I could come the next business day, they said ok. I came the next business and they don’t have my car ready for pick up. It’s parked somewhere hard to get to, so here I wait wait wait … it’s not just the disorganized appointments but the rudeness of the office staff who acted like it’s my fault for showing up without appointments! There has to be some place with better customer service

Francisco and his staff fit me in despite my appointment was made for the end of the week. The text updates were perfect. Quick and easy way to stay connected with Francisco and his staff. All auto body shops are impacted with C19 and deliveries, as a result my completion date was moved but Francisco and his staff kept me in the loop with all the details. Francisco is professional and aims for superior customer service. He maintains a positive work ethic that is reflected in his front desk staff when answering questions in person or on the phone. And Francisco is honest and up front with his years of experience pre and post pandemic with auto shops, parts and surrounding dealerships. Comment: I had a wonderful experience with Caliber from beginning to end... well as wonderful as can be expected when dealing with insurance and repairs.My drivers side was damaged when another car backed into mine. I was grateful that the driver was insured, but this was not something I wanted to deal with. After filing a claim, the other driver was determined at fault and State Farm sent over a list of repair shops I could choose from. I had heard good things about Caliber and was happy to see that they had an online scheduling system. I work graveyard, so it can be difficult to play phone tag to make arrangements. I uploaded photos of the damage and other requested information to Calibers site. Nicole was delightful to work with. She was friendly and accommodating when I had to reschedule my repairs due to problems with the rental coordination at Hertz.When I dropped off my car, the rental company was unresponsive. She called them on my behalf to expedite the shuttle driver. She followed up during the repairs to let me know there was additional damage, and she pushed for the repairs to be covered.The process of getting my repairs coordinated due to State Farm and Hertz was long and drawn out, and anxiety inducing. The actual visit to Caliber and repair process was the only calm in this chaos. There was clear and constant communication and I truly appreciate that.

Comment: I meet Toni and the Caliber Collision team by accident (pun intended). My Jeep Unlimited Rubicon was rear-ended, my tow receiver took the brunt of the hit and bumper/rear-end wasn’t damaged. The rear cross-member of the frame was twisted & bent pushing it into the muffler and I was really worried about frame damage to the Jeep. The Caliber Collision team did everything they said they would, from vehicle inspection, answered my questions regarding my vehicle, assisted me with the car rental, the repairs were quoted, approved and repairs were done very fast.I was on a work trip when Toni called to say my Jeep was repaired, my return flight had to be changed to later time, and I thought I would not be at the office until after closing time. Toni worked with me and we made plans to pick up my Jeep after hours if needed due to change in my plans. I was able to make to the office before they closed on Friday.Thanks for repairing my Jeep and getting me back on the road again.Happy trails, Randy

She let me know that Francisco was going to be my estimator. When my car arrived, both Amanda and Francisco let me know it was there. Francisco did an amazing job of keeping me updated throughout the process of my car getting worked on. I never had any issues with not knowing the status of my car which I appreciate!! Once my car was done, Francisco let me know right away and gave me flexible times to pick up my car because of my work schedule. When I went to pick up my car, unfortunately Francisco was not in which I was bummbed about because I never got to meet him but I do want to give a huge thanks to him!! Amanda was the one who helped me with the pick up process and walked around my car with me making sure every thing looked good.
