Janie at the front desk assisted with getting me scheduled like a true professional. My back was injured so Jesse Settle the GM returned my car to my home and picked up my rental as a customer service option they did not have to do. The rest of the team really lived up to their reputation. Highly recommend

Comment: A couple weeks ago I took in my grandfathers car. I don’t know a thing about cars so I was really nervous. I met with a very educated guy but I don’t remember his name because I swear he was talking car in some foreign language. Thank the lord a very nice lady named Debby came around the corner and must have seen the blank stare on my face because all of a sudden she was speaking car in desperate grandson. She took care of every single step of the process and made sure I stayed in the loop the whole time. I didn’t even have to really contact my insurance much because she handled it all. Highly recommend this shop! Debby says she’s been in the business for over 20 years and I swear she can’t be that old but she really does know what she’s doing and is much less intimidating to deal with than all of the other men there. No offense to any of the men who work there I’m sure they are just as educated, but it was definitely nice to deal with a gentler touch as someone who was clueless going in.

I like how I was able to sign the papers electronically opposed to going down to the office. I was able to check status via a link that was texted to me. When I went to pick up my car, Josh was very helpful. He took me and my son outside to show us the car. Asked if we had any questions. Told us about the warranty. Showed my son and I the tires and recommend getting some new ones to avoid a blow out. Went over the final paperwork. They answer the phone like I’m bugging them ! I could have drove the car while they were waiting for parts ! I have work I go to school and have 2 kids who have Doctors appointments . Comment: They are amazing at this location. I have taken my car here multiple times and have not once been disappointed. First off, Fred is so helpful and professional. I appreciate the time he takes to ensure your car gets fixed in a very timely manner. The whole team goes over and beyond to help get your car fixed. They will also provide feedback and updates to help you stay involved with repairs. They are professional, efficient, and extremely friendly. I HIGHLY recommend.

Comment: Nobody ever wants to be a regular customer at a body shop, but we have used this one four times now, always with excellent results. They are extremely efficient, honest, and the work they do is top notch. With our latest experience, we called and they got us in immediately for an estimate, which was verbally completed in less than fifteen minutes. They completed the written estimate shortly thereafter. Doug and Thomas are clearly experienced and knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained all of our options. We were originally referred by USAA, but would not go anywhere else based on our positive experiences!

Comment: Doug and his team repaired my wifes vehicle in a very quick and complete manner. Milton, the service advisor, was in constant contact with me regarding the repairs as well as etas. Juanita at the front counter and Phillip, the customer service liaison were very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this facility for your auto body needs.

Comment: Stopped in this business in search of a part or referral. They were very friendly and gave me good advice/direction other businesses that may be able to help me. I was quite impressed with how I was treated even though I had no business to bring them but would definitely consider them should I get into a fender-bender.

Comment: Caliber collision has exceeded my expectations. I took my car in due to it being vandalized it was keyed from the front of the driver side to the very end as well as the whole hood. I was concerned because I wasn’t sure if my car would look the same as before the incident after it was fixed, but when I got my car back from caliber collision my car looked even better than when I bought it the paint job done on it was beautiful! I am highly impressed by the quality of their work! I was in contact with Alyssa who was at the front desk she was very friendly and helpful from the beginning I was able to make an appointment with ease. I was also in contact with Vicky she was just as amazing as well! She kept me in the loop the whole time giving me details as to what was being done to my car on each specific day and she was also very helpful with getting all my insurance stuff figured out! The text updates were very helpful! I was estimated to get my car on Tuesday, but I was hoping to get out of town the weekend before so Vicky and staff did their very best accommodate me to get me my car before the date that was originally estimated so that I could make my trip so I ended up getting my car 4 days sooner than anticipated thanks to them! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and I definitely recommend it to you too! Thank you so much caliber collision!

Comment: Zjs Auto Body really knows their customer service. The whole process of getting my car repaired was a breeze. They kept me updated on the repair work and they even set me up with a rental car. My car looks amazing and I will definitely go back should I need more repair work done on my car.

Comment: I love them! They did a fabulous repair and even arrange All American Glass to repair my windshield during the visit. Monita stayed late so I could picked up my car after hour after work! Josh was very helpful with my heavy car seat. Everyone was friendly and nice. I highly recommend their service to everyone.

Comment: I got rear ended, and had damage to my rear bumper. I chose this body shop to do the repairs on my vehicle. They did the repairs, but unfortunately, the color of the bumper did not match the color of the body. However, for no extra charge, they took the vehicle back the next morning, and had it back to me by the end of day, and the color was perfect! They are fast and friendly, and even provide a shuttle service in a small Fiat 500, just in case you need a ride to, or from, the body shop. Regardless of the first paint job, its the final quality that matters, and they did a great job. They informed me that the car should not have been released with the initial paint job, and apologized. They drove me home and picked every time I needed to go to the shop. Hopefully I dont need to return to a body shop again, but if I do, I will choose this one. If youre in the Clovis area, and need some body work done on your vehicle, I recommend this shop. They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.

Comment: Dont take your vehicle here if you ever get into a car accident and your insurance company refers you to this shop which would be part of their network. Im not saying they wont do a good job fixing any damage but they definitely dont try to get you the most $$$ for your damage. If its through your insurance network they are working for them not you the insured client. Words of advice go find your own autobody shop and one thatll speak for you on your behalf. I took my vehicle here recently and initially got a quote of around $850 then behind my back they changed the quote to only around $450!!... only updating my insurance company about the new estimate and not me the client who is the one burning my hard earned money each month to pay for full coverage insurance. The way this was handled is not ok.

Comment: Amazing and great service. State farm messed up my estimate and lagged on everything. The body shop took the time to work with me and got state farm to figure out their mistakes. I am so appreciative and lucky that these people are so down to earth, caring and know what they are doing.
