Comment: I originally posted my review of this location. And after leaving my review of what i had experienced. The Manger reached out to me in an effort to do the right thing. I was informed the individual that I had a questionable experience with, was no longer working there. Furthermore, the Manager, offered to work with me at either a shop of my choice or at their location to fix what was done. After hearing him out I was willing to give them a chance once more. True to his word, the manager picked up my vehicle and while keeping me informed via text, images, and calls went out of his way to resolve the issues I faced. While I cannot in good faith give a 5 star review, I will admit the original rating was a 1 start. The new 4 star is reflective of the efforts that were made. However, the lost 1 star is for having to deal with the inconvenience that could have been resolved originally.As Im a man of my word, I have revised the review to reflect the efforts of the manager. I also told him I may return for work if he will be overseeing it in the future.

She explained all the details and the upcoming process in a clear manner. She was warm and sympathetic about my accident. I was given updates throughout the work on my car. Danielle worked with my insurance company when parts were not available and when more damage was found. She also worked with the rental car company so I was able to keep my rental longer. I would recommend Caliber Collision and Danielle to everyone. They make you feel like family is taking care of you.

Comment: After repairing my car due to accident on the right side, the passenger door can’t be opened from the inside. They blamed that the problem existed before and can’t be repair which is a very absurd claim. If I had this problem before I would claim it along with the insurance, but I didn’t because I didn’t have that problem before. The shop obviously damaged my door latch which I will have to take this shop to court if I don’t hear from them within a week.

The customer service was great and they were keeping me informed every step of the way! Unfortunately that’s kinda where it goes down hill.I got my car and the first thing I noticed was the orange peel on the repaired parts. What was interesting is that some of the parts were painted well, while others weren’t. I had to bring the car back because paint was chipping and flaking off.They took care of me and the Manager was really helpful trying to get me squeezed in. I’ve had worked with carSTAR, a competitor and the paint quality was IMMACULATE. And when there was an issue with the quality they would level the problem area and repaint it. Caliber Collision painted over the damage which left an uneven and poor paint surface.The people at Caliber are very nice people, I just wished the craftsmanship matched the quality of their customer service.

They had the audacity to tell me that the car showed up that way. Then when I produce picture prof of the car prior to them repairing my car they told me that it must have been a rock chip crack from many months ago. I will never go back to this place for any kind of repair. They lied about the time when my car would be ready and they lied about my windshield. How I have to find someone to repair my windshield and recalibrate my car sensor for my windshield.

One of the mechanics (named Min) came over and very impolitely and condescendly ordered me to move my car immediately. He was very rude. I told him to please speak nicely to customers. He became even more impolite. We exchanged harsh words . I came to the office to immediately cancel the appointment and took my business to another shop. I don’t need the hassle of dealing with unprofessional and rude mechanics. I told the insurance company about this bad experience.

I asked for the cameras footages he said he doesn’t have control over them and that I’ll have to wait for the owner Anthony when he gets here. I also asked him where did they park my car throughout this time he told me the car is safe and it was parked inside. I waited for him and talked to him and I told him that my stuff were missing and that if possible to check the cameras and he denied that there are cameras there when there are about 6 cameras around the body shop and 2 inside the office and I pointed at the one that was at the office and I told him there are camera and then he said the cameras does not work. I told him please check the cameras and he denied everything and said nothing is working. I called 911 and an officer arrived there and the officer told me that they said the car was parked outside this whole time and that they don’t have any cameras working.

Luis helped me the second time, he gave me a quote and continuously updated me. As soon as I noticed that my tail light cover was installed with cracks all around I called Shawn up & he asked if i could stop by so he could take a look & once seen he didnt hesitate. He told me that he would order another one & as soon as the part comes in hell call me so I can bring the car up there. He did exactly that & I took my car there & they put the new one on & it only took about 10-15 minutes. The tail light cover I paid for was a used one. Shawn ordered a new one the second time around & didnt charge me anything. Comment: Moon saved our butts. Its Easter Sunday and we were driving to meet family in my girlfriends brothers car. We hit something small and black while on the freeway and immediately pulled over to assess if there was any damage. We couldnt see anything and the tires werent loosing air so we figured all was well.As we merged back onto the highway we heard a loud scratchy sound which turned into repeated thumping ... Clearly things were not right.Being thats its Easter Sunday afternoon literally every auto shop was closed.We found one that was open but didnt actually make it there. We passed a place with couple of guys working on cars and decided to stop as we had no idea how far we could safely get.Turns out Caliber Collision was also closed but Moon took the time to take a look at our car. At first he tightened some screws underneath as we thought maybe we had just knocked something loose. Then as he lifted the car up the culprit revealed itself.A motorcycle helmet (the small black thing we hit) had found its way into and gotten lodged in the front drivers side wheel well.Moon wrestled it out (it was properly mangled) and with a smile said that is your problem! ...all fixedNeither myself or my girlfriend had any cash to give him for his troubles so I figured Id take the time to share our story of this wonderful and helpful act of kindness we we received.While I cant speak to the repairs here, I can speak to the character of the people working here. And I am so grateful for their helpfulness, kindness, and generosity.

Comment: This was the body shop that the insurance company of the person that hit me sent me to get an estimate for my car. They called me everyday to make an appointment to come in for the estimate! That is a first for me! So I come in at the scheduled time and front desk seemed confused for a bit and had to pull up my information. I had a scheduled appointment time but still had to wait for the adjuster to come out to the front even though there was nobody else there! The adjuster was very polite but completely silent. I had to ask him questions and show him where the damage was (as if he hadn’t even read my claim number). He did email me the estimate quickly so that was a positive! I cannot comment on their body work but the office and adjusters seem to not really communicate well with customers. They told me I’m all set and I didn’t get any kind of paperwork! I had to ask for a business card!!!
