Comment: I am utterly disappointed with this location specifically.. the front receptionist always seems to have great customer service.. but the timing and care they have for their customers is not there. My car was on hold for a month and more just because of parts either damaged or ordered wrong. which caused to delay my car to be ready. My service advisor does not seem to care about getting my car done in a timely fashion nor updating me when they have had my car for almost 2 months! My car getting fixed is clearly not a priority to them as they are getting other cars out the way with lesser damages. Simple as this, if you want your car taken care of in a timely fashion as told. please don’t come here. Waste of time.

Comment: Possibly the worst experience. I got the car back in worse condition. My insurance claimed the car as a loss because of the busted left tail light and damaged left side of the trunk. caliber collision assumed I wasn’t taking my car back, so they started stripping my car of the emblems, weather stripping and more. They also took off my rear bumper that has my turning lights. Once I came to pick up the car, it was broken down and I had to ask them to put it back together. They did what they could but the rear bumper wasn’t plugged in and the turning signal wasn’t working. They let me drive away without the turning signal working. I had to come back the next day so the supervisor could do it for me.

Comment: I don’t recommend anybody ever using this shop. Took my car here because my insurance thru AAA recommended them. It was the worst experience I have ever had in life. The adjuster Andrea E is extremely rude and should never work with customers ever. She acts like you work for her and that you shouldn’t call to check on your car that they are being paid to fix. And no to mention they broke one of my door handles and was supposed to replace my headlight as well but didn’t do so until I caught it and called my insurance about it. There was a warning light that popped on not less than 2 min after I picked the car up and they purposely didn’t tell me about it and tried to say it was on already. All lies… I contacted the District manager about Andrea and the shops behavior over 3 weeks ago and no response. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. If you have AAA and they recommend this shop tell them you are taking your car somewhere else. If I could I would give them negative 5 stars that’s how disgusted I am with the service and the behavior of this place🤬🤬👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I was in my first car accident in dec 2021 and was referred to this company through our insurance agency. We were rear ended and needed to replace our bumper and was quoted an early February completion date. We call around that date and they tell us our part is in back order 2 more weeks. Okay I get that Covid and what not no problem. 2 weeks later they tell us the parts still dont arrive. At this point have already spent 3 k in rental car fees. One month later me and my fiancé receive a call from them saying that our car is going to ready in 2 days! We were excited because we were about to go on vacation and we didnt want to spend another week of rental car fees even though its already been 3 months to fix our bumper. We get back from vacation with no more rental car since they told us to pick up our car on this certain date because they said it would be ready. So My fiancé walks a mile to the place In 100 degree weather so we dont have to waste anymore money on Ubers and rental cars like we have for the past 3 months and upon arriving they tell us we installed the convertible top on wrong and we installed the seatbelts incorrectly, we need to send it back to the dealer ship and it wont be ready for ANOTHER WEEK. A few more weeks go by and I start asking questions because they arent calling us and I begin to call every single day for updates. In the first week of April we called and they told us your car is completely fixed and ready, unfortunately they told us that THEY DAMAGED THE CAR while towing from the dealer ship and it will be another week. I finally received my car 113 days after they received it. They had my car longer than we drove it, to fix and replace a BUMPER. They caused us to go in debt with over 7000 dollars worth of rental car fees. It was so sweet of them to offer us 300 dollars to cover one week of rental car fees when we begin to call them out for being so unprofessional. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company with zero sympathy for their paying customers. This is not the end as I am currently filing legal complaints and seeing what my options are. Save your money and your time and go literally anywhere else. We were supposed to get married this year, and due to this unprofessional establishment that caused us to lose the money we had saved for it, that wont be happening.

Comment: Took my car in for a simple bumper repair. I towed the car in because there was a sound in the engine I was concerned with. Caliber told me if I wanted them to check the engine that I needed Allstate to authorize them to look at it. I called Allstate then Caliber. A week later I get a call saying the car was ready. I asked if the engine was fine and was told everything checked out. When we picked it up was told again ensuring was good. My son then drove the car to Chula Vista where the engine started rattling bad. When the hood was popped the oil cap was sitting on the engine compartment. I towed the car to a mechanic who tells me that since the car was driven for 80 miles with no oil the engine is now blown.When I called Caliber to complain they said they never opened the hood. When I asked about the employee that said the engine was fine I was told that he no longer worked there and that he left no notes so it was ahe said, she said . 2 months and 3 people later Im told Caliber wasnt responsible and the best they were willing to do was give me back my $500. The engine quote I got is $6500. They know they did something wrong and they wont do anything to help. I offered to split the cost and was told that that $500 was the only thing they were willing to do.The measure of a business is what they do when something goes wrong. Caliber failed miserably.DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!

Comment: I have spoken with them on a few different occasions and this has been the ONLY place to ever be open and honest about time and pricing, that alone is worth the 5 stars. My son got in an accident and they told him it would cost more to fix the car than it was worth, that it was just body damage and it could still be driven safely as it is if he didnt want to spend the money, then my other son wrecked his car, when I called they said they dont work directly with our insurance provider so it would take longer than going to a place that works with our provider and if we had any questions about it they would be happy to help and answer our questions and if we were willing to wait a little longer to get the car fixed they would be happy to do it.

It was a terrible mistake to leave my car there My car has been sitting there for a while and was told that my service advisor will give an update to me since the day I dropped off my car, but he never did. I had to call back and even then he was not there or never responded. And he never knew and won’t tell me how long it will take to get my car fixed. I barely got connected to him for a second and he still did not know what was wrong about the car and how long it would take to get it fixed, and he said he will call back, but never did again. (obviously)I really regret that I took my car to this location. It was like delaying the process on purpose. I am paying out of the pocket for the rental car and they’re never giving me updated about what’s going on!

Comment: Highly recommend caliber collisionHad a slight mishap when winds blew my door opened hitting hitching horse post, didnt think it was so bad but turnedout they had to change door; they took care of my truck as if it were a new Rolls Royce made 20 year old F150 look like new fixing it 1 week earlier than expected even polished front windshield, love my truck I use it to pull 47 foot horse trailer gooseneck cant replace the way its set up.ALSO thank you AAA Insurance for talking care of us best insurance company!!!Wish everybody were as reliable as these companies ❤

Comment: At first, I really enjoyed the service that I was receiving from caliber collision. They were very friendly and reception and the person who was in contact with me about my car was very friendly. The problem however came with communication regarding my car repairs. Communication was unfortunately very poor.At first, they told me that my car would be ready within a weeks time my Friday, and they would give me updates every two days. Not only did they fail to give me updates until I contacted them asking for updates regarding my car, but then they told me that my car would be a week delayed. The new due date for my car was the following week, an entire week longer.Another week passes, and they tell me that Thursday that my car would be ready. I told them that I would not be able to pick it up that Thursday. That next day, on Friday in the afternoon, they told me that my car will be ready to pick up by 5 PM. I told him that I would not be able to pick it up by 5 PM because I wanted to leave for Los Angeles that night. Since I didnt want to pay another $45 on my rental car for insurance, I decided to go to caliber that day and delay my trip to Los Angeles.After no response I arrive at caliber that same day to pick up my car at 5 PM.To my chagrin, they told me that my car wasnt ready, because I have not confirm that I would be picking it up, but they didnt tell me that my car wouldnt be ready that day. They ended up delaying my cars repairs again, a 3rd delay. They would then tell me that my car would be ready to pick up at Monday at noontime.Whats frustrating is that caliber did not communicate that my car would not be ready, and assume that I would not be coming to pick up my car on Friday, and they delayed the repair of my car 3 times. Because of this, Ive had to pay over $100 in insurance fees for the my rental car. Although their customer service is nice, the communication has not been the best at caliber collision. I hope that they do remedy this next time, because i like coming for the popcorn.

Comment: The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because receptionist and some of staff are nice.However, advisors are clearly motivated by a goal that doesnt serve the customer.They did not guarantee or warranty their work, as they say in their own responses to reviews. Instead, Julio would say to noise being heard under the car where there was work done, that cars make noises . Finally, after rotating tires and having a tire completely worn down from the inside and having steel exposed, i took to an alignment place where the camber bolts were neber tightened causing imbalance, the noise, and the tires to improperly wear! Also, under carriage shields and paint mismatched.Only excuses until I contacted State Farm and said I am possibly taking legal acrion, did they say they are doing a QCR on this shop! State farm should drop them!Update: they are taking care of some issues. Will update more as work comes along. For no . Just be prepared to fight with them even on issues that were clearly their fault!

Comment: I gotta say Caliber Collision Murietta did a great job on fixing my sons Honda Fit! Our insurance company recommended them and so far Im very happy with them they even delivered the car to me at home over 20 miles away because the service rep forgot to call me the day before with an update but honestly its no big deal they went above and beyond to satisfy me. Im very impressed and thats not easy to do! I couldnt be happier I will most definitely give you guys a call if ever we need body work done again. Thanks for out standing customer service!

Comment: Went there to drop off vehicle for repair for a friend who had surgery. AAA said to drop off and it would be taken of. The guy at the desk said I had to have an appointment. They did not know how long it would be until repairs could begin. I was shocked that I would need an appointment to drop off a vehicle for repair. Friend called to inquire and was told too busy to accept new business. After reading the reviews here glad I was turned away. Called International Auto Crafters in Menifee they said drop off anytime and would take two days to complete work.

Comment: Horrible experience.I sent my car to get fixed and they took much longer than they said they would. I had to then send the vehicle again because they took my spare tire and they did not fully fix my car and because of that they promised me they would pay a car rental service. I have now recieved a letter from hertz saying that I owe them more than $600. So if you want to get less than what you paid for and get ripped off then be my guest.

Comment: Stay away from these crooks. Lifetime warranty and AAA approval doesnt mean anything. 10k in repairs,multiple calls and visits. And my car was never right and now chunks of bondo are falling off the car where a panel was supposed to have been replaced. The few good reviews must be from friends or employees or people that dont know their car had been improperly repaired. I have drywall screws holding my bumper in place. The bumper never lined up with the body and exhaust fumes come in the car..they blaming the car running bad.is passed smog everytime

Comment: I got into an accident and dealing with AAA insurance was kind of a pain...however they reccommended caliber collision and I had the most awesome experience...they kept me informed of every step and when I got my car back it was beautiful...Larry is an exceptional customer service expert!! My car was even done before the estimated time...and lets not forget the girls at the front desk who were very friendly and nice and made me feel welcome right when I walked in...you all are truly a great team and I thank you!!!

Comment: Weve been coming here for several years for various repairs. We have always found it be a good deal. Today was the best deal of all ;) I brought my van in for a minor repair (The plastic underside had come loose and was hanging low to the ground) Not only were they able to see me right away but they fixed it for free!! Wow-- super impressed!! I would recommend them to friends!

Comment: Got in a collision July 1. Here we are on Sept 10 and my car still is not done properly. I was originally promised the car on 8/13, but that was delayed a day or two due to a previously unknown bent axle. Picked it up 8/15. Immediately noticed several issues, including parts not painted and dents not repaired. Brought it back to them 8/20. Went over everything with them. Picked it up again 8/29. Only half of the noted repairs were complete. Picked it up again 9/4. Still had issues with paint, part alignment issues, etc. Picked up again on 9/10. Still missing parts, paint, body seams not properly fitted, electrical still not working, lights unplugged…List goes on and on. Steve has been very apologetic and even put me in a rental the last couple of weeks but it’s not enough. I have the car back and will push my insurance company to finish the job somewhere else. Take it back once...it happens. Twice, maybe they were busy. But 5 times and still not right? Go somewhere else.
