They were all kind, respectful, attentive to detail, and ensured I was well taken care of. While waiting in the lobby for my car’s intake I was greeted by every single employee that passed by and asked if I was already being helped with a smile and a kind tone, they all seemed genuine and happy to help. Comment: My Hyundai Kona EV was stuck at Caliber for over a month because of parts issues at Hyundai (not Calibers fault at all). José at Caliber called or texted me once or twice a week to update me. He also kept the pressure on Hyundai and somehow got the necessary part ten days sooner than originally scheduled.I really hope I never do any more business with José, but if you need a body shop, theyre the place to go.

Comment: I have been wanting to write a review for a while. I went to this repair shop after my insurance recommended it. I don’t recommend this body shop for cars like Dodge Challenger. I took my dodge challenger to them to get it repaired. They repainted my car 2 times but still it is so bad. Once can see paint drips very clearly. They did not wash the car properly and engine was so dirty when they returned my car. They took so much of time(close to a month) for minor repairs and never followed up with me for the status of my car. I used to call them up every to get the status.They are very busy and quality is very bad! Very bad service! I would not recommend them.

Comment: My car was sent to this specific Caliber Collision at 41945 Albrae St., Fremont on Tue. 11/21/23. R.C. was appointed for my 2014 Nissan Cube repair. RC called me on Wednesday 11/22 to update the details regarding how my Cube can be repaired and when it can be done. The expected completion date was Tuesday, 11/28. In Friday 11/24(right after Thanksgiving) morning, RC called me to indicate my Cube can be picked up on or before Friday 5:00 PM. Then RC called me again at 3:00 pm to indicate my Cube was ready. This is outstanding.My Cube was returned fully cleaned - an extra bonus RC gave me as a wonderful Thanksgiving gift. I really appreciate RC and Gaby, the friendly and helpful store manager. The other two Caliber stores’ managers were not so friendly and helpful as Gaby. I will surely introduce Gaby and RC to all of my friends.

I filed a claim and my insurance company recommended this place to me. Robert Chong from Caliber Collision looked at the issue and helped me fixed it for free. Comment: They ONLY replaced the driver side mirror glass. I just had my black car detailed to remove all fine scratches in the paint ($1600, great job Double Take). Caliber put fine scratches back on it when they washed it to remove all of the marks they put on it (and small patch of dust left on roof). A $200 job just cost me $1600.

So when you get out of the parking lot is not easy to see the car coming.Service: 3/5, my car stay in the shop for 6 week. They cant find the parts on time, and I think they do not try to source it from different vendor, just tell me the parts need to wait. Which is ridiculous.And the front desk seems not understand my English well, I call before I go there to make sure they got my insurance claim info, but when I arrive and tell him my name and insurance, then he still get the wrong info to ask me. This should be apply for well training to avoid.Repair quality: 4.5/5, the quality looks good for now, but I dont know after 1 or 2 year, will it still looks like the original quality.

Comment: Had to get some bodywork done on my Audi Q5 from a parking lot accident. This was the shop my insurance AAA recommended. They couldn’t have made things easier! They had 3 locations all within the same block. Prior to my first initial assessment, I changed the claim from my insurance to the other drivers’ since they were at fault. It didn’t skip a beat when it came to Caliber. It was a smooth transition. We did the initial inspection and estimate, and then I was updated a few days later (there was more damage than initially assumed). They worked with the insurance company directly so I didn’t have to worry about getting involved, and the insurance company in turn informed the car rental company if the extension needed…so nothing to be done on my end. A few days after the initial estimated date, they called and let me know my vehicle was ready. It came out perfect. (I’ll have to return in a month after paint has fully had time to settle to get a clear coat protectant reapplied and Caliber will handle all of that then as well.). One of the biggest suprises and benefits was that I was able to just leave my rental car with them and they were able to check it in and would have the rental company come pick it up! My service advisor Josue Benitez was very friendly and thorough and if there was something he didn’t have the answer to off hand, he was quick to get me the answer. All in all, a great experience and I would happily return there if there was ever the need to (hopefully not though! 😁)

Comment: I was rear ended, and the other person’s USAA insurance covered the cost of my repairs. They are partnered with Caliber Collision so I went there. The whole process was shockingly easy, I didn’t have to do much at all. I set up an appointment, brought my car in, and they gave me a ride to the Enterprise Car Rental they are partnered with. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Joe did a great job on my car and he gave me frequent updates. My car looks better than new! When it was ready, I just left my rental car in the Caliber Collision parking lot, as Enterprise can pick up their cars from there. Getting rear ended is very inconvenient, but Caliber Collision made it a much less painful process than I thought it would be.

Well my daughter jaf an accident and we selected Caliber Collision to do the repairs. Over the phone Gaby was great! She asked all the questions necessary so when we brought the car, there was littlr to no paperwork to complete. Our Estimator was Bryan Flores, very nice young man thatvwas very thoughtful and thorough in examining the car and letting us know what would be done. He advised us as the car was still driveable, to bring it back when the parts come in and he would get it out as quickly as possible of they found no other issues. I originally went to cooks collision down the street since AAA referred them and they were AWFUL so rude and overcharged me $500 not that I was paying but just to let other people know. I had three estimates done total. I had a friend in LA make an estimate so I could compare how much it should cost and caliber was even cheaper!! Super fair pricing and really great customer service. The girl at the front desk is so nice and friendly. She greeted me by name when I came in the second time to drop off my car. And she even called hertz to come bring me my rental car without me asking! Shes great! Alvin was my car specialist guy and he is also really nice. He explained everything to me the day I brought my car in for the estimate. And called me to update me about things along the way. It only took two days to repair my car! Extremely fast and the work was done well too. Its really hard to find a good auto shop and one that you can trust. I definitely trust caliber and I will def be telling all of my friends and family to go to them!!
