I was able to get my car done quicker here than any of the other shops I had gone to for a rough estimate of how long it would it take. The people here are great as well I was helped by Fernando V. and he was very detailed about the whole process and answered any of my questions I may have had. He made the whole process go smoothly. Overall I was very satisfied with how my car turned out and how smooth it was to get the process started and taken care of.

I couldn’t talk to the manager, like always they said he is a meeting, lack of customer service and communication upfront, very disappointing, I am existing customer for years. Now taking my business to different shop.

At that time she turned my claim over to Lisa La Porte the service advisor from the very beginning she was very professional and greeted with a handshake something you don’t see anymore. When I left my vehicle there I knew Lisa would make sure things would get done. Lisa called me and gave me a play by play about my car process. When I was called to pick up my vehicle, I arrived and Lisa greeted me with a smile and we went out to take a look at my suv. That Location has some snooty front desk reps who looked annoyed that Interrupted their chit chat time. So I told them to F off and took my truck to this Caliber Collision. These front desk reps greeted me with excitement, friendliness and did an amazing job on my truck. My Rep Justine kept me informed the whole time and was a little extra on the communication. Not all Caliber Collisions are the same but management at this facility knows what they are doing. Great Job Caliber Collision team

Comment: Have you ever felt like you were getting screwed over, but helpless to stop it? That was my interaction with Caliber. Ill start with the good points: 1. The manager was helpful after I expressed my frustrations. 2. I think the car repair was pretty well doneI got in an accident at the beginning of November, got my car in maybe a week or two before Thanksgiving. I actually had them pre-order parts (only for the visible parts) ahead of time so I could cut on time in the shop. Insurance only covers rental for 20 days and after that its out of pocket. Well my estimator, Isaac, told me at one point that he was sick for a week and so my car wasnt even being worked on. (Remember, only max 20 days covered, then Im screwed). There were some internal damage that they needed to order parts for so it took longer. I knew it wouldnt be finished before the holidays and it could take longer because of that. However, they told me they would be finished with my car by Jan. 5th. Cool. At this point, my estimator switched from Isaac to Jason (when? I dont know. this was not communicated to me.) and Jason is just... the worst at communication. I got a text saying my car would be ready for pickup on Jan. 5th Friday afternoon. I called around 3pm that day since I didnt receive any further notice. Jason told me that the technician lost a part of my car and discovered it during the reassembly stage and they would need to re-order the part asap. He didnt have a timeline for me and that hed call me on Monday. The way he talked, I felt like I was inconveniencing him and he was almost.. annoyed by my call.Ok... well Monday rolls around. I have a dinner appointment by 4:30pm in LA that I couldnt miss. No contact by 1pm so I called them. Jason told me that itll be ready by 4pm, but since I had to be in LA I told him Id pick it up on Tuesday. He said ok, itll be ready by then. REMEMBER, he said ok. Well Tuesday rolls around and I return my rental & get to Caliber right before it closes, rushing down from LA (cutting my business day early). Then the lady at the front desk tells me that my car isnt ready. Excuse me? Apparently, they didnt finish the re-assembly and I couldnt pick up my car that day. I was furious to say the least... You had all day to let me know my car wasnt ready. This is the second day I cleared my afternoon/evening to pick up the car.. the second time Im waiting around for some form of communication.At this point the GM steps in and apologizes. He has one of the employees take me home and sets me up with a rental car (I didnt have the energy to tell him this should have been done since Friday since thats when it was the start of their problem). The next morning Jason calls me to apologize and to let me know THAT MY CAR IS GOING TO BE READY BY THIS AFTERNOON. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I dont believe him, but I also make sure my afternoon is flexible still just in case. Well, 3pm rolls around and I get a call from him informing me that my car isnt ready by today. At this point Im fed up and tell him to stop calling me unless my car is finished and ready to be picked up. He replied, Well, I just wanted to let you know so the same mistake doesnt happen again. No. You know whats a mistake? Constantly telling me my car is going to be ready and then letting me know at the end of the day that its not. I started to see him as untrustworthyI texted the GM asking that I no longer interact with Jason and the GM said hell take over. Jason shouldnt have been allowed to continue in the first placeWhen picking up my car, I find out that there was no internal damage, just external damage to the inside part of my car. I wouldnt have been suspicious if it wasnt for everything else which eroded my trust in themI start leaving the facility and wouldnt you know it, they didnt even refill my gas (I came in with a full tank and Isaac made a note of the gas during the initial inspection) and I left with only 3/4 gas. They took 1/4 gas and didnt fill up.

Comment: Some stupid lowlife/crooks decided to cut my catalytic converter off my truck, but not only that, they literally cut the trans line and 02 line as well. My truck was brought to Caliber Collison the same day; got it towed there. I was met with the service advisor, Shawn Lee. He was very attentive and relayed each step of the process. They were able to replace and repair my truck in a timely matter, I was quoted an ETA on the job and Shawn did manage to get it done. The team at Caliber was able to get my truck back and running, they revived it when jerks nearly caused a homicide on it. Thank you, Shawn and the team at Caliber. Cassandra was also helpful getting all my paperwork straighten out beforehand.

Comment: 08/31/2022 I want to start off by saying ali has been of great help since the day i first walked in to the anaheim location and the front desk ladies have been very helpful as well. The pictures Im sharing are of the finishing polish work I had done at the anaheim location, as you can see my car is covered in swirl marks all over and the scratch on my front windshield frame was not done right/ incomplete As I mentioned to ali when he asked me how i found out about caliber collision, I told him I brought my car to Caliber collision for the quality work your companys name stands behindbut that doesnt seem to be the case. The work done has nothing to do with the front end workers but the garage/warehouse workers, Its not the first time Ive asked ali to call them out on their work. It doesnt seem they take the same pride in their work as the front end and its very unprofessional of them to send anyones car out looking like this claiming it to be finished. I will not be recommending caliber collision to anyone and give them a 👎 if I wanted my car to look like garbage I would have taken it to any whole in the wall place .Very disappointed.UPDATE: 11/22/2022 The owner responded to my post asking for me to send them certain information to get the problem resolved. I did what was asked and emailed them all the information needed and of course nothing was resolved and I didnt even get a email back after that. The only reason they responded to my post was to show professionalism which they are far from..

Comment: I took my Toyota Highlander for service repair and Chris at Calibar Collision in Anaheim off La Palma and Magnolia was that one who took care of me and updated me on my car. He wanted to make sure I was happy and I was. Everything was on time and on point. He communicated very well with me, he definitely has very good customer service and was so patient and friendly to me. They also did something extra to me car! 🤩 my Driver side window needed to me fixed and when I opened the door i I realized that they fixed my window too!!! O-M-G!!! I’m sooooo please and excited for that! It saved me money and time. Thank you to the gentleman who went out of his way to fix my window! He also deserves so good Recognition for that. Comment: They notified me 3/15 that my car would be done at 3:30pm the following day via text. It’s 3/16 & I call them at 2:30pm to verify & they say it’s done. My parents are on their way, & caliber collision gave me a phone call at 2:51pm that I missed because I was in class. I call them back and they drop my call 4 times. A lady further put me on hold as I was talking. They tried to cover up by saying my voice was away from the phone & I sounded like I was under water. I asked if they can hear me now & I legit did not change a single thing & they listened to everything I had to say following. Suspicious? They then told me my car wasnt done & thus my parents had to turn around. They treat clients in a non humanitarian manner and have no respect for your time or your travel time/cost. Do business with someone who isn’t managed by unprofessional folks.

Comment: Vehicle returned with speakers blown out. They installed new speakers in, but these still had a rattling noise even with little amount of bass on. I either had to turn off all bass or bring all sound to the front speakers. Brought the car back multiple times for them to resolve the issue only to be led on a wild goose chase to even contact someone with authority. They never called back even after leaving messages. “They’re not in the building” or “they’re not in their office”. Not to mention the last time I brought the car to them, they moved the speakers further back, used different screws this time, only for them to sound exactly the same but now with the old screws rolling around where the speakers sit. One has rolled out and I’m still waiting for the other.I ended up getting fed up with waiting, took my car to an actual audio shop and they told me that the right speaker is blown out.Never again am I going back to this place. I tried contacting corporate to complain but even then I was not able to talk to anyone either. Wasted 4 months.

Overall all, not a pleasant experience after getting in an accident. I feel the vehicle should have been totaled but through their billing strategy to the insurance company, they managed to make the extensive repairs instead.

Everything went as planned, the rear bumper was replaced, and the paint was sprayed to match perfectly - which is impressive with a 15 year old car! Their staff was friendly & helpful, and everything was as painless as possible.Our claim was covered by the other partys insurance so I cant comment on value, but their service was outstanding!

Comment: My car was repaired here after an accident. After about a month, one of the panels they replaced popped out. The handle of the door they replaced was loose. They also didnt bother replacing the damaged rubber strip around the base of the windshield.I brought my car back to deal with these issues when they came to my attention, and though they fixed the door handle and panel within 30 minutes, they had to order the rubber strip. I was told I would receive a call within a week, but two months went by before I realized they had never gotten back to me. When I called about it, I was told nothing about it was even in my record.Presumably theyre going to deal with this, but all of these issues ought to have been resolved the first time I brought my car in. Ive had to bring my car back three times for the same accident. Its not the first time my family has dealt with issues pertaining to shoddy workmanship at Caliber. Theyre either lazy or cheap or both. Probably both.
