They still able to find parts to fix my Pontiac G6 2010 which is no longer in production anymore. Caliber Collision performed an outstanding service in restoring the bumper and repainting the vehicles exterior. The level of craftsmanship was such that it appeared as though the incident had never occurred. They facilitated a rental vehicle for my convenience, which I was able to return at their premises. I must extend my particular gratitude to Richard, who displayed exceptional diligence in diagnosing and rectifying a battery issue. He maintained regular contact to ensure the completion of the repair and resolve a battery issue. Richards commitment to excellent customer service is commendable. I am thoroughly gratified by their service and extend my best wishes to Richard and his team for their continued success. They did a fantastic job.

Comment: Told me would take 2 days. However, it took them 4 days to finish without keeping me updated. At the end of the 2nd day, I called and was told would need one more day. The next day texted me it would take another day. I ended up picking up my car the afternoon right before I left the country. When I picked up my car, they forgot to ask me to pay for my deductible. I forgot too since I was in a hurry to prepare for leaving the country next morning. Caliber started calling me multiple times every day immediately while I was abroad. They left a voice mail asking me to call back without any further details. I thought its something urgent and needed to ask my son to call them for me. My son told them I will be out of country for 14 days. Told my son if I dont pay them within 14 days when I go back the US, they will send me to collection agent. Feel very uncomfortable to be threatened that way. I never refused to pay and its your front desk forgot to collet the deductible when I picked up the car. Plus I already told you I will pay when I am back to the US. Is there a need to still threaten your customer that way?

Comment: I chose this repair shop based on the suggestion from the insurance agent and the proximity to my house. My car was involved in a hit and run collision and even though Caliber Collision took 1.5 months longer than initially stated, the repairs were done very well.The car was given back to us with a check engine/info light on but thats only a minor detail. My main issue with this company is the manager. Everyone who I spoke to in the office was very kind and helpful, but the manager seems like hes out of it a lot. From the deductible being waived and them continuing to try and charge it, to all of the work being approved (but having to wait for the manager to get additional permission - requiring an extra set of calls to the insurance which turned out to be for no reason) to claiming he had made calls/left messages, to saying that he would get back to you in a few hours on the stated pick up day (and then it would be a week), the list goes on and on. Its one thing the calm a customer, but we had no issues at all with the repairs taking a long time, there was no reason to consistently make up when the repairs would be complete/the faking reasons why it wasnt getting done - I really didnt care, was just calling to ask for the status of the vehicle and when I should come pick it up.

The repair looked great, the car was washed and shiny clean upon pickup. Ill happily do business here again if the occasion arises. They even allow Enterprise car rental drop off which was a nice time saver. I arrived after work at closing time to pick my repaired car up. I needed to fill the car rental tank up though to avoid a steep refueling fee. Mgr. Richard said no problem, hed wait while I filled it at a close by gas station. He waited 15 min. past closing time! Lead time bumped up by about a week through no fault of their own, but when I got my car back I couldn’t believe it was my hoopty. They cleaned and detailed it for me at no added cost. If I ever need work done again I know where to go!

Comment: I got into a fender bender with my dad’s car (he currently has mine, as we had switched cars for the time being) and had my insurance hook me up with the closest repair shop that they work with, which ended up being Caliber Collision down the street from me. I brought my car in and Ricardo was very communicative in what he thought needed to be done to get my car back into shape. Upon disassembly, Ricardo called me back in so he could explain what he found on my vehicle that may cause complications when replacing parts. He took the time to chat on the phone with my dad, going line by line on the summary of parts that needed repair or replacement and was very thorough when answering all our questions. Not only did my dad’s car come back fully repaired, but they cleaned the interior and exterior of the car as well! Also, what previously was a 2-3 week estimate, my car was finished in 10 days. Comment: Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I brought my car in absolutely last minute for touch-up work due to minor scuffing on the right rear passenger door, trunk lid, rear bumper because of a poorly aimed soccer ball. Both Sheldon and Danny provided thorough and honest advice on what needed to be done, the effects and what to look for when they are finished. Work was completed within the day and pricing couldnt be any better. Very happy with the quality of work and would recommend this facility to anyone needing auto repair or touch-up work.

Comment: We needed a fender repair on our Nissan Leaf. Our previous experience with body shops had been poor to mediocre. After phone calls to Mercury Insurance and Nissan and quite a bit of Googling, I decided to call FCC on Arquez. It is family-owned, Arquez was convenient, and Nissan recommended them. Also, FCC had the fewest poor Yelp ratings online, although I do take those with a grain of salt.I called on a Friday and Sheldon walked me through the entire process on the phone. I made an appointment for Monday am and called Mercury. Although FCC is not on their list, Mercury coordinated with them right away.When I showed up Monday, the office was clean and bright and they had already started a folder for me. Sheldon walked me through the paperwork. He and Danny are very polite and professional.It took about two weeks to get my car fixed because they had to wait over a week for a part from Nissan. FCC had it ready to go after just a few days and coordinated with Mercury to extend the car rental.When I picked up the car, it looked great and was clean inside and out. Sheldon said to contact him if anything shows up in the next few weeks.All in all, a very positive experience. FCC is now my body shop of choice. And, this is fhe first review I have ever written for any good or service.

Comment: My FCC Collision experience was excellent. Had some repair done to a bumper, came back beautiful. Sheldon was fantastic, he took care of everything and made sure all questions were answered in depth and satisfaction. Wouldnt hesitate to do more body work at this shop.

Comment: Back in August we brought in our Nissan Murano to FCC. The involved repair job took 3 weeks and the service was seamless and smooth. Thats very important during every car repair situation, as its always stressful for car owners.We had an incident where our car incurred some body damage. Nissan Sunnyvale referred us to FCC, so the tow truck driver took us here.After we called our insurance State Farm, they told us that the other 2 FCC locations were on their certified body shop list, but this FCC was not (yet). This location is their newest shop. Even though they are not State Farm certified, State Farm could cover if the shop quotes and meets the insurance adjusters estimate.Throughout the whole process, FCC kept us informed of the State Farm quote process, and were able to keep the repairs within the State Farm estimate, even with a couple of minor adjustments for additional required work throughout the job.At the end everything was fixed smoothly, with very smooth service from State Farm as well without any issues incurred on our side.Danny at FCC was very helpful from FCC and made the experience very calm and the estimates very clear so everything was understood, and all payments were clear between State Farm, FCC, and us.A great experience for us, even though you never look forward to going to an auto body shop.

Comment: My experience with FCC Collision Center in Sunnyvale was beyond fabulous! I worked with Danny at this location -- he goes well beyond the call of duty, thats for sure. I was impressed with FCC in Sunnyvale even before the work was started. They know how to greet their customers with respect and work with them in every way. I had no hesitation scheduling the work to get done at this shop -- didnt have to shop around. I just knew these guys would be great. Our new Nissan was damaged in an accident so I took it to our dealership in Sunnyvale and they recommended FCC as a certified auto body shop and told me their workmanship was great. It is very clear to me why dealerships trust and recommend FCC Collision Center. The workmanship on our new Altima was so good that we took our 1997 Lexus LX450 there for a quote on a paint job. Danny, again, worked with us. He goes out of his way to accommodate us -- the customer. He is truly a great asset to this company and I cant recommend him or FCC enough. We are going forward with the paint job, and I am confident I will, once again, drive away feeling completely happy that I used these guys.
