Comment: My experience was a great one! From the follow-up of the Receptionist who called to be sure that I was taken care of... to Ryan who was my customer service rep. I was updated throughout the process of the repair and they went above and beyond to have my vehicle returned to me even when I was out of town on vacation.I highly recommend this shop its my 2nd time here and both instances have been due to someone damaging my vehicle. They are consistently expedient and gracious in service.Respectfully Reviewed.

I always have to be calling them to see what’s the update on my vehicle and all they say is tht they should start putting the parts together 3 weeks later I call and they tell me the same thing they blame it on the insurance saying tht the insurance wants them to put used parts and this nd tht the insurance paid for a rental tht already finished sooo now these passed 7 weeks I’ve been paying for the rental out of my pocketDefinitely not bringing or recommending anyone to this shop to anyone!!!!!

I wouldnt change a thing. Kelly in the front office is so awesome and, is very personal with you and actually cares about you and what you need out of them. Ryan, my adjuster was completely a professional and understood that I needed my car back in a timely manner and got it back to me before the estimated time. The communication with both of them and the text messages of updates reassured me that they knew what they were doing and I was going to get my car back probably better than when I gave it to them. The timeline in which I was supposed to pickup my vehicle was pushed back multiple times, having wasted several hundred dollars out of pocket for a Lyft and rental to retrieve my vehicle. In addition, a few weeks later, a mechanic inspected my vehicle and discovered missing pieces from critical, including areas of my transmission. Unacceptable. I could have gotten into a serious wreck on the highway.

Comment: I did not have a positive experience and the company doesnt seem to care. Im not satisfied my car is not totally repaired. I have contacted Caliber Collision and left a message for Alex about the car and he hasnt bothered to call back after leaving a message the transmission has not been working properly since Ipicked up the car. Caliber Collision rushed the repairs and did not perform a complete breakdown or they would have known the additional problems with the car. I also called and left a message with Pierre at Geico and he has not returned my call. Moreover, I just discovered the reservoir that hold the windshield whisper fluid is busted when I went to Auto Zone last week because I was low on fluid and it all leaked out. Im not happy with the blatant disregard Im receiving as a customer and my car is vital to my employment because I must drive to provide mental health services to the community and I need the flexibility to drive more than 35 miles per hour. If I do not hear from someone soon I will not hesitate to look for an outside source to assist in resolving this matter.

Two weeks later I came back to drop off my car, I walk in and there was no communication between her and I. She asked me for my name and then just left to the back. Comment: I had my car repaired here after a accident. The body work seems fine after replacing both passenger doors and right front fender, as well as reconditioning both passenger side rims. After receiving it i noticed my passenger side fog light was broken i had all front lights aftermarket lucas lighting which are very expensive the fog lights alone cost $360.00 i also took the car into Americas tire for a tire rotation and was shown a gash in the right rear tire which had to be replaced. Of course they were purchased 6 months ago for $166 per tire. I had it replaced under warranty for $26. The problem is these are things that should have been addressed before i received the car! I took care of them a notified Dan who said they were checked. I dont think so. They were both on the wrecked side of the vehicle. Check your car very carefully when you have it repaired here!

I had my Ram 1500 repainted here in July 2020 and the paint is bubbling up already I went to their office to have them take a look and have them repaint it since the paint is suppose to have a life time warranty and when the representative Dan takes a look at my truck he immediately says break fluid has spilled on the bumper! He then just takes pictures and sends then to his manager Weston. There has never been any type of brake fluid or any fluid type dropped on my truck. The paint is a different tone from the original and looks dull. This I horrible customer service. I asked if I could speakwith the manager and he said he was not available and call back on Monday..please dont take you vehicle here. I wish someone would have warned me about this place. They repaired it really fast and when I saw the job that they did on it, wow I was very impressed by how good they repaired it, not replaced it, they repaired it, and they matched the paint to the rest of the car flawlessly, and Ive seen a few cars get repaired and painted and the paint doesnt look exactly like the rest of the car, that wasnt the issue with my Maxima. Not only did the shop damage our door handle and have to come repair it after we brought our car home but they didnt inspect our car well and missed 2 damaged rims and a damaged bearing. I was driving with my 3 children in the car when it started making horrible sounds. My husband took the car back to the shop and they wouldnt even take the tires off to find out what the issue was. Comment: I went through Caliber Collision per my Insurance Company (Geico). My caretake was Drake, not the rapper but same name!!! Only problem with Drake was the follow up. At first he told me 1 week, then it became 3 more days, on and on and it took 17 days. I had to keep bugging him about the status on my vehicle. I do not mind waiting since the other partys insurance company was going to pay for my rental and the repair fee but the fact that I had to keep calling the day of promised date to find out it will be extended was disappointing. I rather him call me and notify me with updates. I understand I am not the only customer but that simple follow up gets me happy. As you can see on the photos, my front bumper was in bad shape and they did an excellent job making it look brand new. I told Drake, this looks better than before my accident, which was true since it looks brand new and they did a good job. If it wasnt for Drake not following up with me and I had to call him the day of promised date this would have been a 5 star but since the job was so well done I gave it a 4 instead of 3 stars. Comment: Customer service is Outstanding! Due to unfortunate events Caliber had my car three (3) times within a seven (7) month time frame. Each time I was treated with respect and my car was returned me as it was when I drove it off the car lot. Noe went out of his way to keep me informed as to where my car was in the repair process, and when I would have my car returned to me. The work was done in a timely manner and I received my car back a lot sooner than I thought I would. Noe was there to greet me when I picked up my car, and walked me out to my car to ensure that I was satisfied with the repairs. I would highly recommend this particular Caliber shop to anyone that was in need of their service.

Comment: My car was involved in a hit and run and the person who hit my car smashed my front bumper. I took my car here through Geico and let me just say that every employee who worked here has wonderful customer service skills not to mention my car was in there for a week which is a lot faster than the other shop I went to get my car fixed. I highly recommend this place if your looking to get your car fixed!

Caliber Collision answered all my concerns and walked me through the process of my vehicle repairs. My request was manufactured parts which another body shop did not want to easily do, so they made it seem. Noe (amazing) made it possible at Caliber Collision, did not hesitate. Comment: Friendly, superior customer service, flexibility, communication.I have been a customer up with many Caliber Collision locations throughout the Inland Empire/OC areas. This location is by far the best experience that I have had in regards to collision repairs and service through an insurance agency. The same day as the accident I was able to book appointments at location through Geico. The female secretary, whose name I do not recall, was very courteous and her customer service was above my expectations; even to the point on informing me of everyone stepping away for a meeting so I didn’t become concerned of their wear abouts. Drake also stood out with his “above and beyond” customer service qualities and service. Even when I had a misunderstanding or didn’t fully read an item; he made sure to find a way and work with me to complete satisfaction. I did experience a 24 hour delay on the repairs, however, Drake and the secretary were not hesitant on communicating the reasons with full explanation and issuing a new completion date. No one wants to be in an accident, but if you are go to this location. They will make you feel like one of them and help you through the process.

Comment: These review is solely based on the incompetence of the Caliber Collision administrative staff. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision after being rear ended on my Mazda 6. Their technician workmanship on matching the paint was phenomenal. HOWEVER, aside from Sara at the front desk who is great! their customer service is mediocre.I was always the one calling Caliber Collision to get status updates on the vehicle progress. I call on a Friday morning and they advised my vehicle will be ready that afternoon. They didnt bother to inform me the day before in order to make arrangements.After agreeing to pickup my vehicle Friday afternoon, I called again to check in and they said the vehicle wont be ready.... At this point Im agitated, but I remain calm. I advised them that I can come in on Monday, but they said they will have the vehicle ready saturday. I agreed and specifically told them that I will be picking up the vehicle Saturday at 10:30am.I arrive at Caliber Collision on Saturday at 10:30am sharp and the vehicle still isnt finished from detailing. It was done almost an hour later. I find out that saturday that the repair isnt finished. Caliber Collision didnt have the proper tow cap to install since the wrong part was received. I understand mistakes happen, but this discrepancy should have been discovered on Friday prior to even detailing the vehicle or confirming for pickup.They apologize for the inconvenience and advise they will call when the towing cap arrives. They call on Monday and advise the tow cap was delivered and that it is ready for pickup. I get off work and arrive at Caliber Collision only to find out the tow cap was given to another customer that also had a white Mazda 6. At this point Im livid, I asked to speak with the manager and to my surprise the guy I was speaking was Marcos Macias the onsite manager. He offers to order the tow cap and deliver it to my house.This is not a resolution for wasting my time. At this point I have wasted my time calling of work to complete a repair that should have been done on Friday. This is my experience with the downtown branch, but I would recommend going to a different shop or a different Caliber Collision location.

Comment: Horrible experience I went in on a Tuesday to get an estimate first of all they couldnt do it the same day I needed to make an appointment and the closest one they had was for Thursday. I went in Mike took a look at my car took pics and said his computer was down so he would email it to me by the end of the day and I never received it. I called on Friday and Sarah the receptionist was rude and said he wasnt there he was out for the day and not helpful at all. Its almost been a week and I havent received it or even gotten a courtesy call to see what is going on horrible horrible experience these people dont seem care about their customers dont go there!!!
