Worst experience ever. Me and my child could’ve died fooling with this place. Instead of catching my troubled pregnancy issues, they were telling me to stop eating so much from all the weight I was gaining but turned out it was water weight. I repeatedly told them my bp was abnormally high at every visit, but they blew it off until it was almost my due date. Got my test results back super late….wanted a natural birth and ended up with an emergency c section. Don’t go here for your OB

If I could get this place zero Stars I actually would. everybody is completely right when they say there is no rush for your appointments Ive been sitting here for a half an hour in a room where nobody has seen me to put my NST monitor on so not only did I get to sit here for a half an hour and now I get to sit here for another half an hour while I do my test because nobody wanted to come and put this monitor on me when my appointment started at 9:00 this is not the first time that theyve done this its almost every appointment. Not only is this a thing but you dont even know who your midwife is so probably nobodys going to even show up to your birth if youre coming for an ultrasound though definitely come because the ultrasound technicians are so sweet and shes actually the only person that I enjoy coming to see here. You guys seriously need to get it together

Beware of Dr. Pugmire.Dr. Pugmire does not deserve even a star, but unfortunately with google 0 stars is not acceptable. From my first appointment after being referred to him 5 months ago, he has harassed me, quick to get in young girls pants and do checks for no reason no explanation nothing, scheduled surgery, failed to send the prescription to the pharmacy, failed to send the lab order through, failed to give me the paperwork for the lab order, pharmacy, almost every paper I needed for surgery, the one paper I did get for work they filled it out wrong. His office is a joke to get ahold of, any doctor, pharmacist, anyone in the health care field that tried to get ahold of them for me as well had the same trouble. He has lied, changed his story, failed to tell me the correct recovery stage after surgery, not to mention refuses to answer any questions because of time restrictions but has enough time too fully explain an IUD, any complications and insert one, but again didn’t have enough time to even answer a question relating the surgery he did. 4 1/2 months after surgery, he is still blowing off the pain that has only gotten worse in his care, I still have a lot of unanswered questions he is refusing to answer. If anyone has any questions about my experience as a patient of Dr. Pugmire, please ask I will be happy to answer and provide dates and examples of everything. Thank you Tara and the other 4 kind employees in his office that I have met but not spent as much time with, over the last 5 months. Y’all are amazing, thank you so much for answering any questions that I asked that you could answer.

My experience with literally every detail of all office visits, communication with me even after hours, getting surgery scheduled for huge masses on both ovaries all were most excellent to where I felt comfortable with the skills and knowledge that Dr Douglas Pugmier and his surgical team could provide. I felt he was a gift from God and I am grateful to have been referred to his practice.

No one answers the phone. Its been a week trying to get a hold of someone? I have been waiting for 1 hour to schedule an appointment. Im on hold on my bluetooth as I write this review. I have been calling since the morning and no answer. No one calls you back after leaving a message and appointment request. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. They claim we can help but no one cares to help. If this is how unprofessional they are I can just imagine how unprofessional everything else would be. Explains the new reviews posted. Going elsewhere, where they actually care!

Let me be clear, Dr. Pugmire is excellent at what HE does, BUT their new office protocol is patient bias and I believe may be illegal.I waited almost 3 months for my appointment next week. I received a phone call one week prior to my scheduled appt to confirm..... Yesterday, Thursday 9/2... Now mind you this is heading into Labor Day Weekend. I work AND were heading out of town until Tuesday for the holiday.The girl from the office Alesha first confirms that I will be there, I said absolutely yes.... Im having some issues that I need addressed AND I am OVERDUE for a biopsy that I must routinely get to make sure Im cancer free. She then asked me if Ive had my yearly mammogram, NOTE....Dr. Pugmire DOES NOT follow my mammograms.... NEVER HAS, MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR DOES.I should also mention that in the 4 years that I have been a patient with Dr. Pugmire, he HAS NEVER asked about a mammogram before and has NEVER did a breast exam.... All my issues are BELOW the waist!SO I was told by both Alesha and Dr. Pugmires wife Kara that they WILL NOT see me for my appt UNLESS I have my mammogram done and the results faxed over to them BEFORE my appt!?!Ok, I can be understanding and respectful of a new office protocol HAD I BEEN NOTIFIED, but to be DENIED to be seen for an appointment that I made almost 3 months ago!?!?!?! I never received ANY notice of this.How could they expect me to get a script from my primary Dr, schedule the mammogram AND have the results faxed to them OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!?!Im beyond frustrated and feel thrown away as a patient! They have left me NO other alternative than to find a new doctor...... It really makes me question Dr. Pugmire and his PASSION ABOUT HIS WORK???Please RECONSIDER.... if youre SEEKING a compassionate and UNDERSTANDING Doctor AND office staff that continues good bedside manners through your ENTIRE health journey. As for me, I sure hope nothing comes back cancerous as I now have to FIND A NEW DOCTOR. Its actually quite sad what our medical profession is turning into.... We have become NOTHING but a number 😞

I don’t normally write reviews, but I want to warn women because my experience was truly traumatic. I would not want any woman on this earth to put their health AND their unborn baby in the hands of “Dr.” Nickole Bazger. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life. I actually left the office in tears after being verbally attacked repeatedly by Dr. Nickole Bazger. She was literally yelling at me when I was nothing but kind the entire visit, & never did I once even raise my voice back. She literally seemed insane! She stormed out of the room & didn’t even finish our appointment. When I left the room, I asked if I could speak to the manager. Dr. Nikcole Bazger heard me from the back of the office and bolted to the front and tried to say that she’s going to be transferring me out (as if she has the authority to do so) and was talking over me and trying to force me to be transferred out of the office when I said nothing about wanting to transfer out of the office. She was trying to cover her tracks for how completely HORRIBLE she behaved as a doctor, and more importantly a human being. On top of it all, I’m currently pregnant; this kind of stress and verbal attack is very unhealthy for a baby. You would think a trained OB that handles pregnant woman would understand this. The only word I can think of to sum up this doctor is TRASH, complete and utter TRASH! DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. I’ve seen many other reviews on many other websites claiming she’s the reason for the DEATH of their unborn child. Good luck to anyone that lets this woman handle their unborn child, you will need it... I wouldn’t trust this lady to FLIP MY BURGER, let alone the life of my child!

Dr Erin Bouhana is wonderful. She performed surgery for my Endometriosis and I have been pain free now. I am so thankful I found her.

Such an amazing and caring team of professionals! I love them all! They truly care about you. I had a scary moment and the were truly amazing through it all! Cant recommend them enough!!!!
