The office is very clean, the tech that worked with me was quiet, but friendly. The front office sometimes seems like they dont know what theyre doing. A couple of the receptionists arent very friendly and make me seem like im a bother to them. Hence, one star taken away.
I do not like to be bullied into a procedure. Im being told i have to have a deep cleaning or no service. My teeth are in healthy range for 90% of my teeth. Im having no problems or bleeding with brushing or flushing. Feel this is all about the money. Will not be returning.
My boyfriend came in yesterday for work on his tooth he which he was recommended to another dentist for a cap and given a prescription for a mouth rinse and antibiotic and something for the pain. First off they sent the script to somewhere unidentified and we couldnt even get it so we had to wait until the next day. call the next morning to fix but when we went to fill the pharmacist said his insurance wasnt covered there and hed have to go to Walgreens and have the script resent. When we called to do so your secretary being unprofessional and uncooperative told him said shell give the doubts shes going to send it. What in the goodness gracious kind of office are you runnin. Ive worked the medical field and have a bunch of health concerns that have me dealing with the medical field often and this is insane and a bad look on your office especially after waiting over an hour past his appointment to even see the dentist.
Broke a tooth over the weekend. I contacted the office and spoke with there answering service. Multiple times and left multiple messages. Never received a call back. Not 1 call. Not even a followup call Monday when the dentist was IN the office. Ended up finding a new dentist.
I have some medical issues that affect getting my teeth cleaned and done in the staff are very very gentle kind and caring and understanding and took their time and patience to make sure I was comfortable through the whole process and that means a lot to me how are you recommend getting Dental for anybody that house medical issues that can affect him going to the dentist they are very very good at what they do and specialize in people that have issues with going to the dentist thank you doctor and staff
This place is amazing. Coming in the door even though it was one check in person she did her thing and made me feel so comfortable while being in pain. No long wait at all and everyone talked me through everything beforehand and made me feel like we all knew each other. Felt like family. The dentist herself is so sweet and caring. You can feel the compassion from her. I will be bringing my whole family. Thanks guys see y’all soon 🤗
I have been coming to the office for quite a few years now. I’ve come to know the dentist and her her associates. I am very appreciative and grateful to their dedication and compassion to their patients. They are all very gracious. The best of all they take their time with their patients always. I’ve always had great experience every time. I will continue to come to this office as well as to recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for your great service.
It was my first time visiting a Dentist. I liked the friendly atmosphere there. The Doctors interacted very well with me and gave all the information. They made sure the process was painless. It was great getting examined and treated by Dr. Rengaranjan. She made sure I understand the cause and effect of sensitivity.Overall great experience!

Update: Do NOT go to this office. A year. A year! After my last visit they are now billing me when I have 2 insurances. I have called 5 times to get it straighten out and they refuse to call me back and never answer the phone during business hours. This place is a scam!!Beware.Went in for check up. No tooth pain or sensitivity.Dentist came after cleaning and stated I needed a root canal without even looking at my mouth. I got 2nd opinion from family friend dentist (paid out of pocket to do so). All it needed was a filling. They just wanted the money for a root canal. If this place tells you, you need a root canal then get a 2nd opinion. Glad i did. I wont be back.
The office staff act like theyre incompetent when it comes to sending prescriptions. Been told theyre going to do it, but get to my pharmacy and they dont know anything about prescriptions for me from the dentist. Has happened 3 times within a week. In excruciating pain, have an infection and have to wait for the next appointment.
I made an appointment to this dentist’s office for a cleaning after my boyfriend had a good experience getting his tooth pulled a few weeks prior. The woman who put me down on the schedule was very accommodating to my schedule, and she was also extremely nice. When I went in for my appointment, I arrived a few minutes late and they were thankfully very understanding towards me! I filled out my paperwork and then got moved into a chair in the office. Another woman took my x-rays and was also understanding when I couldn’t take out my nose piercings to do the x-rays. It wasn’t long before I got moved into a different chair and started getting my teeth cleaned. The woman who cleaned my teeth was so sweet and personable! We talked about our little ones and she was very gentle but finished my cleaning quickly, and she gave me a rundown on my oral health. After that, the doctor came in and also gave me more details on what was going on in my mouth, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly to the point of bringing my over to her computer to show me the x-rays! Everyone that was working when I went was extremely nice and personable! I’ll definitely be returning for all of my future cleanings!!
The only reason this review does not get a 1 or 2 star is because the staff is phenomenal, but that’s if I get to see them. The past two appointments I’ve had were rescheduled several times on very short notice (same day a couple of hours before the appointment). In my most recent appointment, the front door was locked even though they were not on break, and when I called the office no one answered.Overall, the care received is fantastic but scheduling and receiving an appointment is very frustrating.
Was impressed with reviews and location, scheduled an appointment and wasn’t impressed with the dental assistants or staff aside from dentist herself. Staff was rude. Reviewed the work and said I would need a deep cleaning that wasn’t covered by my insurance but they had price packages available. There wasn’t any work done even with needing a cavity filled that could have been done at the appointment. When I went to schedule the appointment the staff said there were no price packages and seemed to be annoyed even though this was something I was told directly from the dentist. Had me scheduled a month and a half out just for them to cancel my appointment and send an automated message (no call) saying they couldn’t do the time and date and I needed to call in for a reschedule. Very disappointed with this experience and lack of service and attention to detail.
I LOVE my dentist. The staff is quick and more than efficient. I got a crown put in and it works WONDERFULLY!!!! I just got a deep cleaning and it was GREAT!!!! The process was quick and painless. My teeth are almost stainless. This Dentist is doing a great public service in keeping her office open during this public health emergency. I recommend her ABSOLUTELY!!!!
The signing in process was easy. They are on top of reminding you about your appointments. They are upfront about the costs for additional services. Melissa was amazing. I have trouble with my sensitive teeth; she was very kind and patient with performing my routine clean. Not too many people I have experienced at other locations were like her so I am grateful for that and her.
Went in for a cleaning and Dr. Renga recommended I swap my old silver fillings for white ones - simply for appearance. I thought why not, what could go wrong. This was in October of 2020 and I am writing this March 2021. Since the day I got it I have had on and off excruciating pain from October until about January. I decided to go In and ask what the heck is going on. There was a male dentist working in which Ive never seen before. He saw I was nearly in tears from the pain yet proceeded to apply air to the tooth and said yep you need a root canal now I asked did the filling Dr. RENGA do cause this all of a sudden root canal? He ignored the question by saying Id need to ask Dr. Renga about that. My everyday life has been effected even now my tooth is super sensitive and theres a pimple on my gums. Ive never had tooth problems/ pain all my life until that day I made the mistake in swapping fillings. They dont care and good luck trying to sue them as theyre protected so they dont really care what they do to patients or how they effect their lives . Look elsewhere !UPFATE: 5/2021 - Im still in pain and have been trying to obtain my dental record forms and have been repeatedly ignored by office manager Danielle. She had the nerve to tell me that she only sees my history beginning September 2020- SO SHADY.Ive been a patient for almost 2 years! And now everytime I call they all of a sudden dont answer. Karma will catch up to all involved
I love this place!! My wife, two girls, and myself have been going here for 5 years now. We have had all kinds of dental work here. My wife hates going to the dentist and needs all kinds of special measures to get through a simple cleaning. They always take great care of her and make it as easy as possible. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!!!
I been going to Dental Care of Michigan for about 4 years now. The staff is friendly and helpful and the dentists are kind a caring. I have always received excellent care and I dont have any complaints. The office and dental rooms are very clean and they are doing an excellent job keeping everyone safe during covid. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.
This place is horrible. My wife was there and needed a tooth extraction. Her mouth was swollen when she walked in. They looked at it and determined the tooth was infected. They still tried to remove it. They told her that she needed antibiotics to remove it. They told me to come back in a few days but did not give me a time to come back. They left it up to me. I am not a medical professional. How I am I supposed to know what day to come back. As I left the office my face was swollen and on fire after the numbing medicine wore off. I was screaming and crying in pain. My husband went back up there and was told to take the naproxen from the script they wrote me. My husband tried to explain to them that they should not have let me leave with nothing for the pain. They ended up writing a script for Tylenol 3 but could not wait to be filled because I was about to pass out because of the pain. They should just told me that the infection had to be treated first before they attempted to pull it first. They told my husband to leave when he tried to explain to them about my level of pain. The office manager was very rude and acted like she was doing me a favor. I had to be rushed to the emergency room that is how bad the pain was. These other reviews must be fake here because they were talking to other patients rude too.
I havent been to a dentists in 22 years (my teeth never bother me, so I never really felt the need) and this place was highly recommended. I felt it was time to go so I set an appointment. I followed the instructions to get there right at appointment time due to COVID and filled out the necessary paperwork and sat down. There were 3 people already sat and were called back about 15 mins after I arrived. As more people trickled in I kept waiting as the people that were walking in kept getting called back before me. I then looked at the receptionist and asked Do I have to wait a bit longer because I am a new patient? In which, he replied NO. They have different insurance then you. That should have tipped me off there because my insurance is pretty darn good, but I Patiently waited. After 40 minutes, I finally get called back and sat down in an X-ray chair. and was told I needed x-rays before the dentists could see me. The DA told me he would be back in a couple of minutes. 25 minutes went by and not a single person checked in with me to say anything or assure me that I would get taken care of. It had almost been like I had been forgotten about. At this point, I got up and walked out to the front desk and told them to cancel the appointment and how unprofessional they run their business. I dont need any special treatment or anything, but you would think after them knowing how long it has been since I have been to a dentist they would at least check in with me to let me know they were backed up and would be with me soon. What if someone like me hadnt been because they were afraid of the dentist or something? It is a good way to detour new business. I was very disappointed and was looking forward to seeing a dentist again. Very Unprofessional. I will never go here again and will be switching the rest of my family who goes there to another dentist. One that actually cares.
I moved to a different city. This place is worth the drive. My son and I have been going here for 10 plus years. The people are very kind. They even did an emergency fix, same day. My sons tooth was damaged by a dentist near my new home. When you find a doctor that cares, I found out its not worth jeopardizing the people you care about just for convenience. We will be back every six months 😊
I had called quite a few dentists to find out which one accepts my insurance. Well they had told me they did accept it so I drove a half hour to their office. The first visit was good, they gave me X-rays and gave me a plan for my teeth. Well then the next visit I came to get the deep cleaning and sat in the office for about an hour for them to tell me that insurance won’t cover everything and I’d have to pay $1200. So then I left with nothing done to my teeth after all this time wasted. Come to find out after calling my insurance I have full coverage. I don’t know whether they just don’t fully accept my insurance or was just trying to get money from me but I will never go back. Just be careful and make sure you clarify with them about insurance because they will try to get you. I still ended up have to pay some copay from the pointless visits with them, even with my insurance stating I don’t have to pay copays or deductibles.
I don’t think there is worst place to go and fix your teeth. She spent 5 minutes for the fillings of 4 teeth. She was rushing bc there were other people waiting she said and she didn’t even check if the fillings were right. I couldn’t close my mouth. Had problems afterwards also. Simply the worst.
Please save your money and go somewhere else. I spent $1700.00 dollars on a root canal and new crown, you would think that it would at least last a year, right? Nope, not even a year later and I’m in so much pain. I went to a different dentist and they said that Dr. Patel did such a horrible job that I should sue and she’s basically a silent killer. My crown doesn’t fit right and I still have a root that is giving me so much pain and an infection. Also, customer service is so terrible. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Also mike, if you read this, which I hope you do. Understand that you’re terrible at your job and so is Dr. Patel. It’s a shame that “doctor” is even a part of her name.
I am so grateful for this dentist office! I was having lots of pain and was able to see a dentist the same day. Everyone treated me so nicely and the dentist really cared enough to listen to my story and to help diagnose what was going on. And didn’t try to do any work that was not needed. First rate!
Wonderful experience!This was my first visit. I am very happy with this visit.The staff were caring and efficient. All my x-rays were taken and reviewed promptly. The staff were very kind and explaining every step they were performing.. Dr. Rengarajan reviewed the treatment plan with me. She was very reassuring and answered all my questions patiently. Today was my first time there and it was such a pleasant experience. I walked in and was immediately taken back. Everything done was quick and thorough and everyone was super friendly! The whole visit I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I definitely recommend this office!
I made & went to a last minute, new patient appt today due to breaking 1 of my front teeth last night. Im really happy they got me in so fast, there was minimal wait time, the staff and Dr were all great!!! Dr was super friendly & did a nice job giving me a temporary fix so I have a tooth today!!! I go back next week for more dental work. So I will be returning & highly recommending!!!
I already left a one star review of this place which they apparently had removed.So, ill leave another 💘 😻.Steer clear of this place. The majority of the 5 star reviews were left by people that were given an electric toothbrush in return for a 5 star review.They have posters in every single Room listing this promotion. They are buying reviews. I had a cleaning and x-rays performed here and I wish I hadnt.The waiting room is dirty, the bathrooms are dirty.The cleaning tech did a TERRIBLE rushed job and hurt my gums enough to cause further gum recession.A terrible experience.Do NOT go here.
My experience here was very good. The staff exceeded in meeting all of my needs. They were compassionate personal and very professional. Dr. Patel the dentist was very gentle. She has the touch if an Angel. And yet is very efficient in her work to get the job done right.
New pt appointment for my son today who is mentally challenged. Noon appointment did not get back in the back till 45 minutes later. Then we waited another half hour before Dr Patel came in. She took a little mirrorLooked quickly in his mouth. She abruptly said I cannot do anything I have to refer him out. All he needed was a cleaning and I help the dentist. She was very rude and quite short with me. Then she billed his insurance and did not do anything. Very dissatisfied. I dont feel they know how to deal with mentally challenged patients which they knew he was as I specifically told them when I called. Never again
My fiancée went in for his tooth to be pulled. After about 90 minutes of him waiting in the room the dentist finally came. She gave him his numbing shots and left for about another 15 minutes. He was cleary still in a lot of pain after telling her his tooth still hurt, she decided it was best and tapped his tooth WHICH WASNT NUMBED AT ALL. He was in so much pain he cried, when she did that and all she said was you can put your mask on NEVER SAID SORRY. So he went there in pain, left with more pain due to the Incompetence of the dentist. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone.
Front reception staff very welcoming and friendly upon arrival which says a lot about aesthetics / atmosphere of the entire office. Patient station cubicles were clean, sanitized, and full of bright natural sunlight. Efficient feedback from Hygenist as well as X-ray technician (if i asked questions about my specific procedure or preparation, my answers were provided in understandable medical terminology) and the DDS was attentive to my specific oral care.
Amazing, truly Amazing.I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Rengarajan and having a couple fillings done with her help. She is the only professional I have met that speaks to her patients in such manner. She fills her office with joy and positivity.Not only is her character strong and beautiful but her work is amazing. She has experience and wisdom under her belt.I’ve been to other dentist in the area but I think I’ve finally found a dentist I’m comfortable sticking with!
My special needs adult son was experiencing extreme pain from bad jaw teeth. I attempted calling my dentist, 8 to 10 dentist listed in our area, to no avail. Until I contacted dental care of Michigan. We were given an appointment for the same day and I tell you I was so impressed with the entire staff especially the dentist RENGARAJAN. I now will be seeking treatment for myself and anybody that I can advise at this location in Canton
I am leaving this place a 1 star review (zero stars wasnt an option or I would have chose that) for my currently swollen face and suspected improper crown seating on ONE TOOTH that I spent $2400 and three dental appointments (so far) on fixing. I called and they cant fit me in for a few days to look at the problem all booked up and the super rude guy Mike at the front desk, after putting me on hold, came back and said they can send an antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy in the meantime (so I dont die of a blood infection and cost them millions in a wrongful death lawsuit most likely), which I told them was CVS Pharmacy in a particular small town. He then said he needs the phone number (pretty sure he sits in front of a computer all day with internet access and could have looked it up in 10 seconds) so my call was dropped while I tried to find the phone number for him, so they can send me a prescription to get rid of a third infection from their shoddy dental work. I called back, after looking up the CVS phone number FOR HIM, and now they dont answer the front desk phone. I left a thorough voicemail with the phone number. I will update this review once this is taken care of, whenever that might be. A Medical Malpractice Attorney will be involved soon. Avoid this place unless you want another headache on top of your headache! They have signs all over the office that give you a chance to win a free sonic toothbrush if you give them a 5 star rating on Google. Pretty sure that is against the rules on ratings, basically luring/buying 5 star ratings?? Highly suspect wouldnt you say, trying to get their 3.3 star rating out of the gutter, take away all the 5 stars that were paid for with their free toothbrush raffle and theyd probably have a 1 star rating. Also, I just read the other reviews after posting mine, looks like Mike was named in at least three 1 star ratings out of 18 (didnt bother to read them all) maybe he should look into a new line of work, obviously customer service is not his thing.Update: It turns out they are not they concerned about my infection leading to any permanent damage/lawsuit because 5 hours later, after I provided the CVS phone number in a voice mail (which they managed to confirm an appt through email from the same voicemail, doing half your job is better than none I suppose), no antibiotic was called in whatsoever. Now they are closed for the day. They must TRULY care about their patients! Whats another day of infection going to hurt, right Doctor? Or did Mike at the front desk fail to properly process a voicemail? In the meantime, Ill just wait while my infection grows, that they fixed, twice (they blamed the 2nd one on the 1st one and said it was the same infection 30 days later and prescribed STEROIDS and a second round of antibiotics, and have taken zero responsibility so far for anything). I was told this crown would be good for the rest of my life. Funny!
The best dental experience Ive ever had. From check in to check out. All the girls up front are phenomenal. Dr. Patel took very good care of me and gave me the best root canal, not kidding. All of the staff are very kind and will gladly answer any questions.I wish I had another toothache so I could go back, totally kidding. But they are truly awesome.
Based on my first visit at this dental care, I say it was a decent experience. Considering the wait time prior to being seen by the doctor, I would give them 4-star. However, the friendly staff deserve the 5-star for their service. However, this review may change depending on future visits to this dental practice.
The staff and manager were so friendly, we had some issues finding my insurance coverage but they were extremely helpful and had extreme patience the whole time. I will definitely be back, this was my first time here. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
After a not so good experience before I had to go back for some more dental care and it was soo much better! The staff was so nice, the young gentleman who took me back was super nice. I have really bad anxiety about dentist and the doctor helped ease that for me and even let me use my music to help calm my nerves. The experience I had today is what will keep me going back there. :)
The staff is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable in Orthodontic treatment; from simple cleaning and flossing to major dental care.I was fortunate to come across this particular office complex in Canton, off Ford Rd. Would I recommend this place...most definitely!
Second time coming to this office and had to wait 45 mins before leaving. Appointment on the list that I signed said 11:00, and mine was 10:30. Ever one else was called back but me. Im assuming none of them had state insurance. I left and asked to be removed from any return visits. Why schedule someone at 10:30 and have them wait that long. I would find another office if I were you. Dont ever come here. I was only scheduled for a cleaning.
Who says I love my visit to the Dentist????Well I do!!!And I did!!!!From the moment you walk though the door, you feel the positive energy!!!The receptionist that checks you in ,the Drs the hygienist, and the receptionist that checks you out, are all friendly, happy and welcoming!!!!The office is clean!The equipment is high Tech!!The Drs are so pleasant and very knowledgeable about oral diagnosiss and medications.I walk away every time learning something new about oral care.The exams and cleaning are thorough and thegreatest of them all;The pain along with anxieties is gone!!!They even offer financial solutions to help you achieve a beautiful smile!So again, I pose the question who enjoys there visit to the dentist!!!I do!!!Thank you Dental Care of Michigan-Canton!!!!Kindly,Toya
It was a very present experience. The receptionist was extremely nice and professional. The dentist was beyond great. The work she did was great and her personality was pleasant. Like i said, the whole experience was wonderful. I cant believe I am saying all this about a dentist office.
My first time here... the wait time was very minimal, approximately 10 minutes. The staff and doctor were very polite and respectful from the time I showed up to the time I left. Made me feel very comfortable!! I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!!
Dr. Renga was extremely kind and patient with my elderly friend whom I brought in for treatment. She was friendly and funny and put my friend instantly at ease. I am so grateful for her professional manner and wonderful dental skills. The entire office staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome.
The lady I had was very nice. I cant remember what her name was. I was freaking out. But she kept talking to me, and said she wasnt giving up on my blood pressure to go down. So we kept waiting. She was doing all she could to calm me down. And it worked a little. I have a horrible time at the dentist, I was traumatized as a child. But she was the best! Thank you so much!
I came here a couple months ago for some fillings and my wisdom tooth extraction, I cant compliment Dr Sheen enough! I absolutely hate the dentist and was so scared to get my wisdom teeth pulled, he made me feel 100% comfortable and the procedure was quick and easy! Im super thankful someone recommended me!
My last dentist of over 10 years retired and I was struggling for years to find an office I could trust and where I could find a new home from my oral health..... this is by far the best experience! From the polite efficient receptionist as I walked through the door as well as the PAIN-FREE cleaning by hygienist Khadijah and the professional exam by Dr. Patel!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! .. I recommend anyone to let them take care of your teeth even if you’re nervous or it’s been a while since your last visit. My kids like them too. They have a customer for life in me!
The people that check you in are nice. And the people that check you out. But If My dentist would have leason to me for the get go. I wouldnt be loosing my teeth now.Now Im loosing all my bottoms and Im very upset about it. The dentist try to tell me that it was because I dont take care of my teeth. She is very wrong. I love my teeth.. I took care of them. And I did my part. Im on medications that caused this all. So before numbing and assumming I didnt take care of my teeth. Look at my Meds. I have in halo I rinse my mouth after. I have been on them sense I was 17yrs old. I have heart trouble,Sugar And Bipolar and Topamax is one of the drugs that attack your teeth. But is the only drug that works for me.. And Mysolin I can go on and on. But the point Im getting at. If The Dentist Would Have Leason To The Patient...
Been using this facility/provider for a couple years now. Fantastic friendly staff, very courteous and accommodating. Dental Hygenist Melinda is simply phenomenal in her work, she’s passionate and truly enjoys what she does as its reflective in the care she takes with her patients. In my 3rd experience with her, I find her to always go the extra mile, always above and beyond. Truly worth the 5 stars.
Absolutely love this office! The hygenists and Dr are more than welcoming and always pleasant. Ive had Melinda do a deep cleaning as well as whitening and she is very quick and thorough. To say that Im extremely happy with my whitening results would just not do it justice. Melinda even went the extra mile to help soothe the comfort of my sensitivity after the whitening process. I would recommend anyone to go here.
This was my first visit here. The location is a little odd to find, it says Suite R but they are actually labeled by numbers so it is Suite 8. The front office staff are all very friendly and helpful whether you are calling them or there in person. They communicated to everyone in the waiting room that there would be a small delay because of a few procedures going on before us. The dental hygenist explained everything well and was very thorough, even though they were running behind.UPDATE: On my second visit I had an amazing experience. I was in and out very quickly and they did an excellent job with the cleaning!
I havent seen a dentist in about 5years and Im not too fond of going to see one to begin with, However in this case I had to find one. I broke a bottom back molar and called 1-800-Dentist which lead me to these wonderful people! The lady at the font desk was polite and very helpful she was able to have me seen right away. The dental hygienist was very friendly and gentle. I usually am very sensitive, but this time not so much. My insurance was excepted and my cleaning was covered. The dentist was sooo nice and easy to talk to and very helpful. I will definitely be staying with this Dentist from now on!! Thank You
Overall, I got what I went in for and everything seemed to run smoothly and quickly! I brought my 3yr old to my appt and he was extremely rowdy... the dentist were patient and one of them even let him help her as a distraction. One thing I noticed is that the atmosphere, especially in the waiting room, seems “cold” and unwelcoming. Not much reading material, 1 single toy for kids, dull, unwelcoming colors etc. The gentlemen at the front desk never smiled. They also didn’t tell me how much fluoride was and just charged me for it before explaining my insurance did not cover it. Lastly, the sweet woman who interacted with my child while cleaning my teeth, had sleeves that reeked of cigarettes. Her sleeves kept brushing across my face as she cleaned. Jessica took excellent care of me, so did the dentist and a few of the office staff members. I picked up on some negative vibes from the receptionist Anna, she seems to have a bad attitude about herself, Ive heard her be really rude to some of the elderly people who come for services and she was rude to me one time because I asked her a question about my chart. She need to be educated again on how you address the customers. Just stating my observations being a patient here.
I highly recommend Canton Dental Care of Michigan! They are extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable! Their staff is warm, welcoming, and experts in the dental field! Very efficient process from check in to check out. No waiting at all. They accept new patients and practically all insurances! Looking forward to my return visit!
The overall experience was very pleasant. I got my wisdom tooth removed yesterday and Dr. Renga and her staff made me so comfortable during the tooth extraction process that I didnt even feel any pain.The facility is very clean and and the receptionist, Manager Ann and Dr. Renga and her staff are so kind and caring. Overall I could feel a good spirit at the clinic and good working dynamics among the staff members. I recommend this clinic to anyone for a pleasant experience
Waited in line at the front desk for 20 minutes to check in and sign in. My daughter’s appt was at 3:30, didn’t get to the back until 4:20/4:30. First time there but I’m not sure if I’ll be back. Seems understaffed. I then waited 10 minutes to check out after my appointment which the dentist had to check me out.
I really dont write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn people about this place. This place is what others have described previously, the staff is unhelpful, unfriendly, and a bit xenophobic. Not sure of the other doctors but, Dr. Patel needs to learn better communication skill and be more respectful to her patients. As a person also in the medical field, Im ashamed that a doctor behaved this way. Did not feel welcomed at all. I do not wish to talk about my specific concern with the office, not worth my time.
Had my first appointment here last week, could not have been more satisfied. The staff was very kind and made me feel right at home. I was especially pleased with one specific assistant, Davon Lirato. His charasmatic attitude made my trip to the dentist more enjoyable, he should get a raise. Cant wait for my next visit!
I have made the appointment over the phone by verifying the dental insurance details for the earliest 8:00 am appointment on friday. she said verified the details insurance details to make an appointment and It took 19 mins to make an appointment and clearly asked them how long it gonna take for the treatment because i have to go to office and attend the meetings, she mentioned as 30 to 60 mins . I went for the appointment and they saw ID and insurance details took the copy and double verified and filled up the forms. They didnt even ask to wait for someone will call go inside. We sat in the waiting area. Few other appointment people came after us like that too even after 30 mins. After they came they called them by dr or nurse with in 10 mins of their arrival. So its been for me 40 mins to me. again waited 10 mins and they called other people who came 35 mins after us. Literally I went and asked what is going on then I got shocked by two people male and female in the reception told that other person is verifying the insurance details. I literally got shocked the way they answered to me with the answer because they have already verified the insurance over the phone and showed the pictured ID of insurance. First when they took the details they need to mention what will be next process. If it is taking long they need to mention whats happening. Without proper info and to treat the patients it was and felt like worst kind of service that i have seen in USA. When they schedule the appointment they should done everything on time or proper information on late of service. Because everyone will be busy in the their schedules. Because of their way of service and reply to my question. I thought it is not a good thing and dont think will get better treatment. So asked them to cancel due to waiting for 50 mins and came out....No policy, No rules, No Ethics will not give or provide better service.I would say 1 star is extra I would say...
Im really scared of dentist and my teeth are a mess , came here after not seeing a dentist in over 3 years and she was very nice, and understanding with me like she really cared and didnt judge how bad they were, her assistant was very nice and knowledgeable as well, thanks Dental Care of Michigan for the great work of abstracting 2 teeth and being patient with me!!
Would rate lower if i could. The main dentist does not know what she is doing. I got filling on my front teeth and it has fallen out twice since i got it done at first. She was looking away while grinding on my teeth the first time she did it, and she half-does all the work she has done on me and any of my family members who she has treated. I do not recommend horrible service.
Had a tooth pulled, followed all instructions afterwards, called office 3x for pain meds after novocaine wore off, no response back, when I did get ahold of someone 4 days later, I was told I can talk to her about on Monday, I called on Friday, no prescription was called in for me. I explained the irritation and pain I was still having. I had to continously put orajel, anbesol and oral atheistics to numb gums. I went to ER and found I had a infection which was told that the tooth was more then likely infected before it was pulled. Here I am 8 days later and my gums are still hurting from pull.Also while I was in office I was getting a filling and she drilled too deep hitting nerve putting me in excruciating pain. I do not have dry socket. It feels as if there is bone still left from other tooth in gum by other tooth. I would not suggest anyone to go thereThe tooth that was pulled was decayed down to pulp, it clearly showed in xray and on tooth I took pic of. A antibiotic should of been given before hand.
They accept to many patients at a time. They are really slow. The staff members(THE ASSISTANTS) are not personal. Not saying hi, no smile, like robots. When it comes to something as intimate as your mouth you should at least be comforted. But the receptionist (an african american women)was nice and friendly. My hygienist was extremely professional.
Went here before they remodeled the place and they were excellent... Now they suck. The woman I made appt on the phone with lied about the procedure, they drilled too deep for a filling, then when I came in to see what could be done a foreign doctor filed my perfect teeth down to fix up the other messed up situation the other foreign doctor caused. Still cannot eat on one side and before he tries on tricking me into getting a root canal, get some braces, because his teeth was major crooked.
I loved the staff very kind and they listen. They get things done and yes they do work with you on payments. Great chair side manner i deeply and truly recommend them to anyone i know they are resolving my problem i went through 3 different dentist before i finally found them my angels
Would never ever recommend anyone to this place. The only person at this establishment that is in it for people’s health, wellness, feeling of compassion is the receptionists with blond/brown highlights. The Lead dentist just kept giving me run around after run around so she could collect my Money. The Canton family dentistry on Ford road Right before Canton Center Road, is what the definition of “hack” is. I wouldn’t recommend my friends children’s, my own mother or sister; my own niece or nephew..not even my doberman..there!! It’s obvious, in comments and reviews below, showing how bad this place is at doing the job of helping people who have a cavity, maybe needs a root canal or even a replacement on a filling..(simple you would think)..This is Canton family dentistry, gave me and my insurance company the complete run around just to collect money three times.. For no reason when the problem should’ve been fixed right away, easy & which was a very small problem. When you walk Into their establishment all that you see are signs about reading them better on Google or Facebook that tells you something on how this place actually has ran in the past and me actually going to this establishment and seeing this “” Dentist has confirmed that highly unrecommended I rate it -5
I’ve been trying to get my wisdom teeth taken out and they never help me get the paperwork needed to do it. The wisdom teeth lady who will assist the surgery had to personally call them to get everything needed for the teeth extraction. I had to call them about 2 times with no luck. Then now I need my panorex xrays to be sent out to them and they don’t want to help me either. They don’t even answer their phones. I left a message also last time and they never returned my call. I don’t know what to do.
I had such a good experience at Dental Care of Michigan! It has taken me years to get up the nerves to seek dental care. Ive been embarrassed because I understand Im an adult but my anxiety gets the best of me at the dentist and Ive just broken down crying and even fainted in the past!Staff at Dental Care of Michigan made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Ringa (?) was understanding and... I ended up getting 7 teeth pulled without feeling sheer terror in the dentist chair. I didnt break down crying once and I didnt even take Ativan before the appointment!Ive even scheduled my next visit for December. Usually I run out the door never to be seen again for years! Im so excited and looking forward to a better looking, cleaner mouth now that Ive found Dental Care of Michigan.
Wow! My mouth was numb. I wanted to wait for the anesthetic to wear off before I made this review. I must say...no pain thus far! The black lady...the dental assistant or dental hygenist was awesome and very good at her job. The front desk staff was very respectful and kind. The DENTIST......WOOHOO! That Dr. Rengarajan is one of the best, painfree and honorable dentists that I have EVER encountered. This will be my dentist from now on. Yes, I will drive the long distance just to only deal with this team! Thank you!
Horrible experience! Took my 3 year old today for his first dental cleaning and naturally he was a bit nervous and didnt want to wear the napkin over his neck. I told the hygienist that was fine if his shirt got wet. She said if he doesnt cooperate she cant clean him and just gave the dentist look at his teeth. I told her I didnt drive all the way from wixom just for a look and to at least attempt a cleaning. She then proceeded to throw something with an attitude and refused to clean him. There was no other hygienist in the office to clean him so off I go back home without a cleaning. I will never go there again! They have no bed side manner with children at all and the dentist didnt even make an effort or apologize. The front desk is sweet though and so were a few others but overall the hygienist on Fridays sucks!!! Stay away especially with kids they have no idea how to handle nervous children. So disappointed !
I was so nervous about going. Cause it has been to long since I have been to a DDS. But Dr. Patela made me feel very comfortable about our treatment plan and talked everything over with me .She was gental and sweet . I will continue to see her for all my dental need as well as bring my whole family to them!!
Unfortunately when you have Medicaid your choices of dentist are very limited. I work for a dentist in Canton that doesn’t take it. I need teeth extracted and a upper and lower partial made. Got approved to do it. Went for my extractions and found out that my Medicaid has changed from straight to Blue Cross Advantage. It’s the 11th of the month and we all know that it can change from month to month. I had been getting texts and calls for a week before my appointment to confirm. I get to my appointment today and the office manager tells me I can’t start the partials today because the changes. I said what am I getting done today then, she says, I don’t know what you’re here for. I told her why didn’t she find out about the insurance until today, she said there are to many patients to check the insurance before hand. Without appointments, I said I had one, her response was there are to many just to check. I told her I work for a dental office, her response was I’m not going to argue and you don’t have to be here today. Any office I have ever worked for that took Medicaid you check at the first of the month or at least check before you have a patient who is waiting to be seen, a waste of my time. I did choose to have the extractions done today. Dawn the doctors assistant made the visit very nice. For the manager and the office staff, from my first visit to todays is very unprofessional.
Let me start off by saying I am 32 yr old who hade never been to the dentist I know thats bad. So when the tooth pain started I went i . Never hade pain befor . Let me tell you I always been terrified to go DR PATEL was THE MOST CARING SWEET GENTAL RELAXING dentist anyone could ask for. She calmed my nerves with her knowledge and sweet auara !! Not only was I extra scare . I cried when she told me I hade to get fillings and a few pulled. With her great wisdom she assured me it will be ok and that wisdom teeth need to be out. Most doctors dont care and she was the best !!!!! Thank you. Dr !!! I will be back and thanks for the extra numbing on my gums your the bes . I didnt feel a thing !!! God bless you
My wife has been waiting 2 months to get her teeth. very rude. she had a appointment today. takes off work. drive the 15 miles there to get her new teeth. and they are not in yet. they couldnt even call to let us know. worst place ever. Do NOT GO HERE...... And when you call to complain. they hang up on you... Horrible Place. Ive call we d CMS. You cant treat people like this
I dont have insurance and I agreed to have a upper plate and a lower partial. I got a mouth full of teeth removed, but a good technical staff made things seem ok. I had a tooth break from the plate within 7 months and agreed to have a second made as a backup. 4000.00$ gone and 2 years later and both plates are split into two parts. Made of garbage and they told me that I am SOL and have a good day. Techs seemed eager to help while office had its own agenda. This was a waste of time and money.They do not stand behind their work. I would hate to see how much they are hitting the insurance companies.... BS
HORRIBLE place. The front staff of unprofessional and rude. Schedules appointments and then when you arrive they say you don’t have one. They state they accept Medicaid BUT they will give you a bill if you need a root canal or crown even though Medicaid covers it.Go somewhere else save your time.

Clean Place, but had an appt at 8:30, didnt get taken back till 9:05! Also was told my updated info that was done on my last visit wasnt put in so I had to redo the updated info!! Where dod the updated info disappear to?? While I was waiting for my appt I witnessed them screwing up other patients appts. Used to be a good place about 6 years ago, dont know what happened maybe not a good enough staff to handle the amount of patients that go thru there. Dont know and Im in the process of finding a new dentist, one that the staff knows what time it is and knows how to handle updated info! This place ruined my daughters teeth, and now were trying to find a dentist thats is honest and truthful. This place lied to us saying she needed root canal then told her oh sorry insurance isnt covering it so were gonna give you fillings, which were unsuccessful! They Drilled a tooth that had nothing wrong with it!!! Really?!?!?
Happy with the Crowns I got, however, very dissatisfied and disappointed with the lower left partial side on bottom. After a day with them much discomfort followed and a lower left side segment felt as though the entire thing was not melded to the shape of that side. It tore into my tongue and awkwardly felt like the end was protruding outaway from the gum while the right side was perfectly snug. Also the upper left side gave me lots of trouble, the softest foods were intolerable. Day 2 I went back, not once, but twice to have the lower side smoothed. Even after taking ibuprofen to abate pain it seemed the smoothing was made worse and more of the partial dig into my tongue and this time made me bleed and hurt so much I had to take the partials out. I’m extremely upset and emotionally distressed. I payed for EVERYTHING up front in full before the procedures were done 3 weeks apart from fittings. I feel as though no concern was made to address the facilitation of that Dental Care back to me and the quality of service oversighted with rushing the procedures not only on the chair, but in the lab where the partials were made. Hopefully, when I call the owner or main person in charge of this establishment a re-fitting will be allowed to correct the seemingly unprofessional job done to create this or at best if I decide to stay with them a compromise will be made that benefits both of us with an agreeable solution. I think I may need to get a second opinion from an outside Dentistry practice to see if the partial is a defect in fact or not. If it is and a compromise isn’t made I can only assume to presume what will follow to justify the means of my valuable time and money put into trusting this establishment up front and full. It is in my hopes a negotiable solution is made at best to fulfill the happiness I sought and did not recieve in return.
Appointment was at 10:30 the waiting room was packed...I look around everyone had been called but me. All the people that came in after me still went to the back before me...I asked when will I be called the front desk guy had my name wrong for one then asked me my name...Mind you I signed in when I walked in..then he came back and asked me what time was my appointment mind you I had been waiting for a hour already...I went to the front to ask was it a issue and nobody said anything that was VERY rude is it because I’m BLACK I was getting this treatment? Tried making an appointment for my kid. Usually, it hasnt been a problem until now. Every time I call, it either goes straight to voicemail, or the someone picks up the phone & hangs up. Last time I called, I left a message, and I have yet to get a return call. We no longer live in town, so its not like I can just stop in & make an appointment, nor should I have to walk in to do so. Weve been going there for a while & like the service, which is why I chose to keep my kids dentist there, but now it looks like Ill be looking for somewhere else to take my child
THE ENTIRE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!Let me start with the receptionist Shanta was amazing!! She is so friendly and personable. The billing lady an African American lady is also so personable and friendly. They are on top of everything over there!! I’ve been going there since 2015 when I lived in canton. I’ve moved to brownstown and I still go to Dr. Renegarajan!!She is an amazing doctor!!! She is so caring and attentive and she does a great job at what she does. I’ve had fill ins and an extraction don’t by her and there was minimal to no pain post surgery and the healing time was speedy!! I could go on and on about how amazing this office is but I think you get the jist!!
Edit: what is there to discuss? You flat out lied to me. You lied for the sole purpose of sitting me in the dental chair and trying to sell me something. You are a medical facility and you deliberately lied to a patient for the purpose of selling something. If thats not illegal it should be. Im not interested unless that discussion involves reimbursing me for my wasted time.TLDR: Because they lied to us, I took an unpaid day off work and they wasted hours of our time trying to sell us services we couldnt afford.They scheduled my wife and I for cleanings even though we were pretty sure our insurance didnt cover it yet. They assured us that the cleaning would be covered by insurance.We get to the appointment and while my wife is in there she texts me that they arent doing cleanings on us. They tried to sell her a deep cleaning for $600. They informed her that our insurance didnt cover a regular cleaning for several months.I went up to the desk and double checked that I was scheduled for a cleaning. When my wife came out she told me that they wouldnt be cleaning my teeth.I double checked with the lady at the desk and asked her to check with the technician. I was invited back to speak with someone. After waiting in the chair for almost 10 minutes a technician came out and told me the doctor would be there in a moment.I asked straight out if they were cleaning my teeth today, when she said no, I left.
I went scared because of the reviews. This place was great, explained everything, talked to me the entire time he pulled the two teeth that needed to come out. I was there for two hours but with all my x-rays plus procedure it didnt feel like 2 hours to me. Thank you Dr.Wen for everything.
SCAM SCAM SCAM! this place is a huge scam! I had no choice but to find a dentist that took my medicaid after become disabled. They made me pay for my fiirst cleaning, then tried to pull the same thing 4 months later. Hannah SUCKS and should not be working with the public, She kept telling me it was my insurance company. Called BSBS and complained of fraud. Guess who is getting MONEY returned! DO NOT GO HERE! I found a wonderful dentist practice in Howell, MI that takes medicaid.
The office manager is very rude. She contradicts herself and she did it right in front of other patients. They tell you 15 Mins and they will have to reschedule. I walked in at 4:13 and the lady said i had to reschedule. The office manager is a horrible manager and i can see why they have many bad reviews. She does not know how to run this type of office. They will now lose 6 patients as i will not let my kids go back here again. She will not even let you leave a message for the owner. I work in the medical field and know how it is suppose to go. She is going to make this company fall apart. Do not go here! Find some where else to get your teeth taken care of. The wait alone is over an hour.
One dentist: Dr. Sheen! He is the best. Especially having many dentists in my years but none do compare to his expertise: literally pain-free, professional, and modern dentistry. SIDE NOTE: I went to the #1 dentistry in Canton (just Google it) where I had a dentist mess up my tooth badly. I think the focus needs to be on the dentist because not all are as knowledgeable or skilled like Dr. Sheen is. Its like people think U of M doctors are the best. Does not use correct protocol for removing mercury fillings. Also Removed my fillings without me knowing ahead of time until after already started while I was nursing my newborn.Glad my cavity is filled but upset that I need to pump and dump my milk and concerned For any negative effects from exposure to us.
Horrible the receptionist are rude and prejudiced. I have a heart valve replacement and cannot get infections in my teeth well i went in with a bad one and because i was 10 mins late cause we were lost they would not see us we drove all the way from romulus an hour drive that i had to borrow the gas for they said we should have called but we were using map quest. I wouldnt take my dog there they are horrible ppl and if i die from a heart infection my family will sue.
Worst dental experience of my life. Save yourself the pain and hassle, stay away! I had a routine cavity filled there last week. Ever since Ive had extreme pain, and I discovered I have an infection in my gum. I went and saw another dentist yesterday, it seems my nerve has been damaged and I now will need a root canal $975.... I called and spoke to Dr. Shah (not sure how to spell it as he is not listed on their website as one of the dentists) first thing yesterday morning to find out if it was a deep filling or what the situation was, he looked at the xray and said yes it was deep. Well the dentist I saw yesterday did not agree, and showed me the xray (which was sent over by Canton Family). She showed me the cavity and the nerve, the cavity was not deep. Thanks Canton Family Dentistry... my kids will no longer be having a Christmas!!
This place STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY....dentist Hyun SHEEN is rude first thing his unprofessional ADDITUDE that came out of his NASTY DIRTY MOUTH is telling me I need to take care of my teeth. This jerk did not even ask me about my medical history. First thing you do go back to school but it wont help. He is assuming , I brush my teeth 3 times a day and floss so much people laugh at me because I am always flossing. Now when I was a kid the dentist my father took us too abused all of our mouths because my dad work at Ford motor co. and he knew he would get paid money for procedures we didnt need but he did. Plus the years of using tetracycline before they found out it hurt our teeth 100%. He was rude mean I was crying in the chair because of what he said that I dont take care of my teeth. I have alot of issues with my teeth and I blame dentist Coleman who did this to all of my family. The issue is here this LOOSER WHO ASSUMES I DO NOT BRUSH AND TAKE CARE OF MY TEETH. I told him I have been in the medical field over 30 years and I pick up his nasty ads and saw his small sick and it was nasty how would he feel if I said this to him you need to wash your tiny was sick it smells and its dirty how would he feel. See I was trained right treat your patients as you would want to be treated or a family member. He obvious is not a good dentist and I am going to write to thr state board of DENTISRY. I am going to file a complaint and I also called the insurance company. HE DOES NOT DESERVE TO HAVE A LICENSE HERE IN MICHIGAN. I am home in pain becAuse he did nothing. STAY FAR FAR FATFAWAY.....!!!!!! I WISH I COULD ONLY GIVE A 1/4 STAR THAT IS EVEN TOO MUCH ........

2022-07-12I experienced my first appointment at Dental Care of Michigan today. Extremely nice experience. I had to call and ask for assistance in locating the office because I am not from this area and am not familiar with Canton. The person who responded to my phone call was very patient and helpful and I found the location quickly. Once I entered the building, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was very personable. She seems to be the perfect person to be at the front desk. I felt welcomed right from the start. The employee who led me from the waiting area to the examination room and did my x-ray helped put me at ease with her cheerful disposition. Even my dentist was able to complete the positive experience I had here. It’s so nice to see a team that works well together as professional, knowledgeable and patient-oriented individuals. Great to see that old-fashioned qualities like this still exist in these difficult times. GREAT JOB EVERYONE! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

2022-05-12I am so very happy that I decided to go to this place. I was so nervous with all the work, knowing what I needed done and not knowing anyone there First the receptionist greeted me with a smile. Was super helpful. Next the dentist assistant was beyond helpful. She asked me how I was doing many times throughout my procedures. She was soft spoken , and genuinely did a great job assisting the dentist. Dr. Patel was honestly the best dentist I ever encountered. She was so nice and reassuring she will and could help me not to be so afraid of the dentist. She took her time, was thorough with everything also asking how I was through the entire process. Lastly, the check out receptionists were so nice. They helped get me out quickly and set with an appointment that suites my schedule. Thank you ladies for all the warmth in this office. See you again soon!

2022-07-15Ive been coming to this office for 1 and a half years now. During this time, I have SEVERAL complaints about front desk staff, but I know since then, theyve lost some employees and got new ones and it seems my issues have been resolved. Today, I had to get my extractions done without a sedative or laughing gas and Dr. Patel was patient, kind, comforting and reassuring. Despite not being happy about front desk issues, I stayed at this location because how truly WONDERFUL Dr. Patel has been to not ONLY be, but I hear how nice, sweet and reassuring she is and COMFORTING and NON JUDGMENTAL she is to everyone. She made returning to this office worth it. She is APPRECIATED

2022-05-02My advice is that if you are reading this review, ESCAPE THIS PLACE! My horrible experience: In mid-2019, I went to this clinic on the recommendation of my dental insurance to help me with a front tooth crown that broke. I was well taken care of, I had to mold a new crown. I put on a temporary one that was very good and firm. A few weeks later, I put on the new crown. A few days later, she fell down without me even eating anything. I went to the clinic, they glued it, but it fell out again. They made another crown. On this day they said that I could not and should not eat wearing this crown (!!!). Some time later, the crown came loose again. Another dentist saw on an X-ray that the core was too short and therefore not firm. I was charged $50.00 to fixed it by the clinic. Soon after, I put on braces. About 10 days ago, the brackit came off and the crown came as well. The orthodontist asked me to go fixed where the crown was made. I went to the clinic and they told me that it was not possible to cement, because the core was broken!!! I went to another dentist who saw on the x-ray that it wasnt broken, that it was really short. This dentist cemented the crown. Today I receive a charge from this horrible clinic, charging another $ 50.00 for a no service!! They are really awful!!!

2022-07-27No joke, the dentist scares me, but this team made me very comfortable! They were pleasant and caring. Patiently explaining to me my options and how to proceed. I am grateful for them and recommend them highly!!!

2022-06-24At the Canton location.Starting off I will say the check in person and gal who did my x-rays were very kind. My issue is with the dentist Patel. I went in with severe wisdom tooth pain from an impacted wisdom tooth growing, concern about a root canal I had done previously, and gum pain with bleeding around the wisdom tooth and the rest of my mouth, with the concern of possible gum disease. after telling the dentist that my gums were very painful around the wisdom tooth she took the little mirror and put it to the back of my mouth pushing on the inflamed gums making them hurt more and told me she cant do it and gave me a referral, but my biggest issue lies within the fact that my gum issues were passed off as just needing a tooth cleaning and when I said parts of my gum were black under the inflamation, she repeated that I just needed a cleaning. the tooth that my root canal is done in is now very dark on all sides and has never looked like that before and Ive had it for about 6 years, Im also having pain in my jaw directly under that tooth which is why I had concern and was wondering if it needed to be pulled, to which she replied that all I need is a crown, that it is not covered under my insurance and would be $800, and would I like to get that done today. seriously??? Im on state insurance. I dont have $800 lying around for a crown that no one told me I needed 6 years ago. I explained that due to certain life circumstances it has been a good while since I have been able to go to the dentist and that I did not have a good experience with the last dentist I went to. I left feeling like none of my problems were even close to having a solution and like the dentist just wanted me in and out and didnt actually want to listen to my concerns which was my biggest worry with deciding to go to a dentist again. people need to be more kind and understanding when dealing with patients who have concerns, and a patient should not be leaving your office feeling like they were an inconvenience and that they could not get their problems resolved with you. first and last time visiting this office.

2022-05-04I had teeth extracted from this place and then tried calling them got no answer. Tried calling them for 2 weeks after to only get a message that says the mailbox is full and them hangs up on you. Great business...with no one that answers calls. I was suppose to get all my teeth pulled and get chill dentures but if they cant even abet the phone I am cancelling those plans and finding s new dentist. They just want to grab your insurance money.

2022-06-05Came for care with Dr. Patel and the staff there was very nice. Melinda the hygienist was very calming and my dental assistant Sam was very caring. I am happy I came here. I would recommend them .

2022-07-13The situation when it comes to getting your teeth worked on is no fun, but the staff and dentist made my experience less stressful by there encouraging words and reminding me the comfort later it will bring. Remember deep breaths and think of the later results.
