I have been here several times for various reasons. The doctors and staff have been excellent! I recommend this place to everyone that needs to go in!Just had covid testing and Sam the assistant was great! Friendly and did well with my 4 year old daughter !
Arrogant staff that does not picks up phone. They are doing COVID tests for which the reports are not even delivered in 4 days. As per WHO, a covid test is only valid for 72 hrs. The reports are of no use.Avoid this clinic.
I needed refills on critical medication and the office saw me with my medicaid ID number when I didnt have insurance card. They were flexible and it is very much appreciated!
Not an urgent care. I went in with an eye injury and was told I need an appointment and that none were available for several hours. They should take that sign down.
This place is very unprofessional and slow. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Waited over 4 hours and still waiting to get a covid test because staff doesn’t know how to repeat something back to make sure that they wrote it correctly
First there should be a sign that says by APPOINTMENT ONLY! 2 . The nurse / receptionist you some peoples skills! Will never go back again!!!!!
I waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes, called 5 times and was put on hold each time while I could see the receptionist through the window not doing a single thing and putting me on hold for no reason.
This place is charging $230 for a rapid result COVID test, highway robbery. This explains the 1.7 star review.
Despite the busy chaos of the pandemic this staff did a fantastic job to have me seen and diagnosed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The worst staff I have ever seen the owner of this place is who hired the front staff if the biggest fool

2022-05-07I have been here twice now. Both times they passed the buck and made no attempt to help with the pain I was having. The first time they took one look at my wrist pain and wrote me a referral. The second time I went there, I thought I was having a localized negative reaction to a cortisone shot and they told me to go to the ER. After 3 hours in the ER, I found out I just needed some pain killers and ice. They couldnt even diagnose that at this urgent care.

2021-10-24Took my son here to be seen for an ear infection. Sarah behind the front desk was SO SO kind and helpful. Jo (I hope I got her name right) was our nurse and she made my son feel so safe and comfortable and was so good with him. The doctor was quick but thorough and very nice, and we were prescribed meds and sent to a 24 pharmacy to pick them up right away. Great people there. We were seen the night of 10/23 and were one of the last patients. Loved them.

2022-02-07The worst. I went in because I was out of my blood pressure medication. After the super cool nurse (didn’t catch her name but nice black woman) helped me to calm down after retaking my blood pressure. They charged $90 for the doctor to come in and tell me I had high blood pressure and told me to go to the ER. Thanks. I got my blood pressure medication at the ER and went home after this debacle… never will go there again

2021-11-08This is a walk-in clinic. My daughter went for a sports physical and the lady at the front desk said an appointment is needed. I said ok, can we make an appointment for tomorrow? She said our books aren’t open until the day of. I’ve been coming here for years and a few times this year and an appointment was never needed. They had a parking lot full ofPeople trying to find another clinic to go to. Very unprofessional.

2021-11-28This urgent care isn’t very responsive at all. You have to chase them to get any information. I got a COVID test and had to wait 20 min for them to take the test and then for the results I had to call back - even though they mentioned a staff member would follow up with the results.Not huge issues just very unorganized and I would expect more from a medical practice

2021-04-07The staff was nice and sweet squeezed me in to be seen which was absolutely great since they have been so busy. Dr or the PA was amazing. Only downside is the wait to go back but understandable with the office being short staffed and covid testing happening meaning they have to run in and out to test. Overall thankful I came to them.

2021-04-08I went to 3 other clinics today to try and get my ears cleaned and they all had long waits and no one was picking up the phone so I actually had to drive there and walk in. I still got turned away I was about to give up when I called Canton Urgent care. Holly picked up the phone and actually answered my question then greeted me at the door and I was in for my cleaning in a snap. There were even complimentary refreshments in the waiting room. Would highly recommend this clinic!

2020-11-09They sent my account to collections even though the bill was paid on time at the clinic. Apparently their Manager Kathy at the facility was not exactly empathetic or apologetic about their mistake, neither was she willing to even look into the situation, instead kept telling me to contact their billing department (which I already did) and authorities higher than her.

2021-03-31I have had the pleasure of visiting Canton Walk-in Urgent Care a grand total of three times and all three times I have visited the service was excellent. The staff is friendly, informative, and professional they went above and beyond for me, I would like to especially say thank you to Hollie you are wonderful and great at what you do, thank you for your assistance you are the best.

2021-12-12This place sucks. Find another place for COVID testing. If you request them to speed up they will delay as much as they can - at least that has been my experience. Good luck.
