Ryan was so helpful, and really took his time explaining all of the amazing features my 2024 EV9 has to offer. While we were waiting for paperwork to be signed, he went above and beyond… he even offered to charge the vehicle for me so I could get back to work with no issues. He understood.When I pulled into Kia Car Pros of Moreno Valley I was greeted and walked in and was immediately helped by Trevonte. Trevonte was explained my situation by Jesse and he said hey I got the perfect car for you within 5 mins. He wasn’t pushy or rushy which I respected because it’s intimidating when you have a salesman being pushy and he wasn’t any of those. Trevonte made it stress free and fun for my kids who came with me. He understood all my needs and wants. He also understood how nervous I was by trading in my car lol but he kept it 100% real with me and didn’t make me feel overwhelmed. ASK FOR TREVONTE HES THE BEST!!!!! If I was able to buy another car I’d come to Kia Car Pros of Moreno Valley and I’d ask for Trevonte all over again. Maybe in another year or two.For finance department Brandon was great he made the signing processes easy and explained everything to me and also made sure my kids had drinks lol but his customer service was great also!The next day I came in and finally got to meet the manager Michael. Michael also helped a lot that day. Comment: The people who work here have difficulty telling the truth. For example:1. I was connected with Saul via Sam’s Club Car Pro’s program. I was very clear that I would not pay any more than quoted, and or on my lease end turn in. I was assured in writing that this was the case several times. I reiterated that I was driving from an hour away and to please not waste my time. Saul assured me he only needed the “used car manager” to look at my car, but if it was in good condition (which it was), then it would be “super quick and easy for both of us.” Upon arrival Saul took my keys for the manager. Eventually the manager came over and stated unfortunately they would not be able to do the lease trade in because the KBB value was less than the buyout. Um, yes, when we mentioned that last night, it was “not a problem”. Then I asked why I was asked to drive 1 hour to hear a different story and thru HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED at the car. Saul then insulted my intelligence by claiming they had looked at the car. When it was right outside the window in front of me and I clearly could see that no one had looked at it. Ridiculous. The manager confirmed she had NOT looked at the car, and threw Saul under the bus with the “he’s new” line. Newness does not cause lying folks. As I waited for my keys to be returned, I mentioned what a shame it was that people would lie and waste my time like that. It was very poor business. Then the manager came out again and stated she COULD make it work as a lease return and honor the price. So I had to decide if lying and wasting my time was a big enough offense to walk away. I ultimately did not, but wanted to let other people know my experience.2. When I arrived, Saul mentioned he would go make sure the new car was all charged up and ready to go. He wandered off. As my dad and daughter went for a walk about an hour later, they noticed the car sitting in the middle of the lot, uncharged and not plugged in.3. When I mentioned I would not get home if the car was not charged, I was assured that it would be plugged in to the “fast charger” (again, right outside the window near where I was sitting). It was not. It eventually was plugged in to the level 2 charger. When I questioned THAT, the manager said the “used car manager had the access card” while Saul let me know the fast charger was “broken.” Then this mysterious “used car manager” was still not available an hour later to get the card from. Hmm.3. I was assured I was “next for finance” for over an hour. The whole experience took 30 mins for me in finance. Who knows what the average is, but super annoying after having already been there 2 hours.Look, I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. It remains to be seen if they will fulfill the other terms of our agreement. But the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. 3.5 hours, an argument, at least 5 bald faced lies, and just an icky experience. Makes me sad. Buying a new car should be exciting. I’m just tired and grumpy and an hour from home. I hope someone sees this and it helps them avoid my pain.Update: This dealer is STILL full of excuses. 4 days later and they still have NOT “grounded” my returned car, so Kia Financial can close the file. The manager Karmina assured me it would be done on Monday. Nope. Maybe instead of “apology” replies they should put some energy into actually doing what they say.Friday Update: Still no “grounding” on my return vehicle. No one knows anything and everyone is “out”. 🙄

Comment: Buying a car is typically a stressful time for most people. From pushy salespeople that only want a BIG commission to finance office that wants to dig deeper into your wallet. BUT NOT HERE AT CAR PROS MORENO VALLEY. I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted. I found the Sportage online with a GREEEEAT price. I sent a text and email from the website and got a sales person at Car Pros Glendale. (Car Pros needs to fix that. But that a story for another time) I called Moreno Valley and talked with Rami. I told him what I was looking at on line and asked what the addendum sheet read. On the addendum sheet it has a $4995 dealer mark up but if I was seeing a different price on line that they would honor it. I went in and met Rami. We looked at the car and did the test drive. We loved it. We went in and sat down he asked all the basic questions (how much do you Make, down payment, address, phone number) he never asked “what payment are you looking for, how do you plan on paying for it” after he got the information he got up and left us alone for a min and both my wife and I thought ok when he comes back he’s bring the dreadful 4 square. For those that don’t know what that is. It is a tack tic that dealers use to confuse the buyer into high payments. But nope he came back with a breakdown sheet of the prices all the numbers fees down with an approximate payment. We were done with that portion. We were very happy that they honored the website price without a fight(I truly thought I was going to have a fight on my hands). We just saved 7k 😮😮🤯. Now we just had to wait to see Gus in finance and get this deal done. Everyone at the dealer was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Kia Moreno Valley to everyone. I paid $29,207.00. You will see in the pictures what the window sticker said.Edit: the price online was $29,207.00. We did pay for the 2 items on the addendum (pulse,mud flaps) so there is that.

They finally resolved all our issues but took them a long time!!8/7/2023 They still haven’t replaced our rear windshield wiper that they said they would replace since their car wash machine broke it!!! It’s one thing after another with this place. You guys aren’t consistent. Going back to 1 star if I could give them zero I would! Please contact us so you can replace our rear windshield wiper that you guys broke!! This is ridiculous!!! Took 2 months to get our paint protection done. Which didn’t get done until I wrote a bad review. Then we finally get it done and they broke our rear windshield wiper which they said they would order and replace it. We’ve tried reaching them and still haven’t heard anything. This was at the end of May. It is August now! Come on this is horrible service!!5/23/2023 Paint protection service was finally done. The car looks amazing but our rear window wiper was broken in the process by their car wash machine. They told us they are replacing it and have it ordered already. Will add a star for that and will keep updating until our service request has been completed.Original review: We purchased our 2023 Tellluride here on March 11th. We love our car. This review is all about customer service. Sales experience was ok. Financing was ok. It’s customer service after the sale that buyers need to beware. When we purchased the vehicle our salesperson Alaa and Finance Managar Cesar told us to call back the next day to schedule our Paint Protection service on our vehicle. My wife has tried getting this service scheduled with our sales rep, a few people with the service department, including other random people with other departments. She keeps getting voicemails. People tell her they’ll call her back and that never happens and now it’s 2 months later and we still haven’t gotten our paint protection service performed or even scheduled for that matter. Why would they offer us a warranty and we pay for it and they can’t even complete the work that we paid for? No one ever returns her calls. I can only imagine what our experience is going to be like to get an oil change done before the next oil change is due!! If someone can please contact myself Jose or my wife Gabby we would greatly appreciate it. It’s unfortunate that we need to do this to get someone to service us after the sale or even get a return call after we made a big purchase like this. I hope someone will take the time to correct this. I will update my review as needed.

Comment: I bought my car here it was a good experience. However the service department kinda sucks. When I got my car it had scratches in the handles from a women’s ring. I took it to get them out and they did but took 2 hours. Then I just took it for an oil change and because I knew they take forever I left. It did take 2 hours. Mind you Honda always took 1 or less. Then I get my car and smell something crazy. When I realize my whole interior and doors are coated in engine oil. I had to drive with the windows open because it was so strong. They are lucky it didn’t ruin my interior and came off when I got home.

We had purchased a Kia Forte back in March of 2022 and came back in January 2023 to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. With the help of Lupita we got our dream car, the Kia Telluride! Comment: OH BOY! LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS PLACE! They have completely dropped the ball EVERY STEP of the way! Sale was easy, the customer service however IS LACKING GREATLY! They would NOT work with us on much of anything.. the price on trade, the price on used car, fixing the tinting or getting a second key($500!!!). They also didnt disclose about the car being a smokers car and didnt clean it to fix the smoke smell AT ALL. EVEN AFTER DRIVING AN HOUR BACK A SECOND TIME TO HAVE THEM DEEP CLEAN IT. So much for their Google ratings..*including photos of the smoke buildup on the drivers side I had to clean AFTER the dealers detailing job. Gross! BUT THEN!!!....we waited MONTHS for our plates to come in.... I called the DMV, and THEY HADNT EVEN FINISHED THE PAPERWORK!? All the finance manager could say is well, thats a third party that takes care of that for us. So, I basically had to tell him how to do his job, CALL the THIRD PARTY to get them to finish the job... and overnight me another temp tag! Because I wasnt going to drive with an expired tag. THEN, we went to have out car worked on, and there was NO WHEEL LOCK KEY! NO ONE MENTIONED IT AT THE DEALERSHIP and it was yet ANOTHER item I had to take care of and purchase myself. BUT IT GETS BETTER.... the check engine light came on recently. I called our local dealership, and they discovered the car had 4 EXISTING RECALLS ON IT! RECALLS that had not been taking care of! SO NOW, yet again, ANOTHER thing WE (the customer) must go through because THIS dealership DIDNT do the job! NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS DEALER NEEDS SOME SERIOUS HELP IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE DEPARTMENTS! WHAT A JOKE!

Comment: Trying to get someone to answer the phone is very difficult when you’re already an established client. The only phone extension answering is your sales people it’s really disappointing that I have to continuously call to get help with my existing account and I have to go through your sales people. And even then my call still wasn’t answered by either Accounting nor Customer Service. Just for transparency, we called several times throughout the day at different times to see if maybe it was someone’s lunch Available, but it was the same outcome. No one answered the phone customer service line when you dial zero ring four times and then disconnect consider this if you’re wanting to buy vehicle from this location you’ll get the help you need when you buy the car but afterwards you may get no help at all. Do better.
