Comment: Smallish rental car facility, but all you need to get a decent car for an OAK based trip.The bus to the facility stops in front of terminal 1 and 2, but beware the bus can be super packed and un organized. I don’t know why the bus service doesn’t attempt to flow riders like most buses do: people enter in one door and exit through the other. The bus has people trying to get on while others are getting off and then mix in luggage and each stop is taking 5x more than it needs to.

Comment: Service, etc. Mois great. We had a bit of a long wait until the shuttle arrived. And the drive to the center is a trek. Add extra time in your travels for a car rental at Oakland.

Comment: This is my to go to for car rentals. I would say National has the best deals when it comes to renting a vehicle. I would book directly from their website or app. That being said, the process of renting a vehicle here with all the vendors has always been smooth. Just make sure you check your rear after you leave this place as there are robbers who will tail you until you stop and then hijack you. If you feel like you are being tailed, drive to a police station.

Comment: They “ran out of cars” and had a line of 20 people waiting for cars. But they didn’t tell most folks that they had 6 “premium” cars for folks willing to pay $50/ day. Unwilling to compensate me for ride to hotel. Borderline criminal behavior

Comment: They closed at 10:30 PM even though they knew my flight (and others) were coming in after. One couple decided to sleep there, others went back to SJC. I ended up doing a $45 Lyft into downtown SF.
