Wait times are usually long, 10-15 minutes. Service is friendly and quick once your turn comes. Booking a car online does not mean you will get the same type of car or you will even get a car at all. So I would recommend going early, specially on weekends and holidays.Dropping off a car is the easiest. You just drive in and someone notes down the miles and gas, take that to the office and you receive your receipt. You can choose to change the card you want to pay with, if it is different than what you initially registered with.

This was my first time renting a car. I booked online, declined all the extra insurances. Check in was quick, she didnt try to upsell me on anything extra. The car was nicer than I expected, practically brand new. Check in was quick and easy. The only reason I deducted one star was because no one explained to me the actual car inspection part and how to actually exit. I kind of fumbled through that and had to go up to the desk twice because I didnt understand some things. But overall It was a good experience and i would use them again.

Service and staff were really helpful and welcoming. Our convertible had a small issue with and when addressed to the staff , they understood and had knowledge of the issue at which point they gave us a discount. Very pleased.
