Comment: Easy in and easy out. I was able to check in and get my vehicle pretty quickly. They are also converting to an all electric fleet for the basic model. I would take this into consideration for your distances. Drop off is a drive through and is super fast. Tell them your name and empty the vehicle.👍👌

Comment: Its perfectly fine. Not great, not amazing, but acceptable. Mostly its the absence of direction. Walking out to catch the shuttle and being yelled at because I wasnt observing the unmarked, unmanaged mythical queue. No signage at the rental counter (Avis) directing me how to pick up a car, and then standing in line outside waiting on staff to dole out car keys. Im a regular business traveler so I can roll with this..glad Im not one of the leisure travelers that were clearly confused.
