Comment: They are quick to greet and help us in person, but once it is in the process, it can take a long while. For my family and I, we had to do a lot of reminders and follow ups. It is still pricey for auto insurance, doesnt matter if our car is old or not or if you have a good driving record. They switched the drivers in my family to cars that we dont even drive without our consent.

Ive had a couple companies that ive had but they always change things and when I have questions they never made me feel like I belong there I felt all they wanted was my money! I went to state farm and talked to a nice gentleman name Brayn and off that bat he start to ask me what im looking for in life insurance and you could tell he really cared! Been with state farm for a while now and i couldnt be any happier! Brayn checks up on me when he has free time and that is something the other companies ive had never done. You could tell brayn really cares about his clients and see them more then clients he see them life family! I would recommend anyone looking for life insurance to ask for brayn!!!!

Comment: I had two different state farm agents for life insurance policies. My other agent was not as responsive and not helpful to my satisfaction. He made me feel bothersome with the amount of questions I had. So I took my questions over to Carlos Vasquezs office and ask if they could help me make sense of a life insurance policy. Although the policy in question was not with Carlos, his staff, Serena, took the time (almost an hour) to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcomed. Afterwards, I did not hesitate to transfer all my business to this location. I told all my friends and family about my experience and recommend they use Carlos Vasquez as their agent. Shout out to Serena for helping me through the confusing process of picking out the best life insurance policy to fit my budget.

Comment: I love the new agent. I have been with this State Farm office for 30 years. Recently, the previous agent decided to retire and a new agent was sent in as a replacement. The staff members are wonderful. They have been working in this office for many years and they know the customers well. They are very knowledgeable about the different insurance products and can always help me find the right one that best fits my needs. They are friendly and fun to talk with during my visit. The office is clean and kids friendly. There are plentiful of parking stalls in the back to park. I am very happy with the new agent. I hope I get to stay with this new agent for the next 30 years.

Carlos has always gone above and beyond when weve needed help or had questions. When my wife was rear ended, he not only made sure to take care of our insurance needs. He called a few days later to see how she was feeling and made sure she was OK. Carlos is good at ensuring all your needs are taken care of quickly and if busy, he makes sure to return any calls promptly.
