First time going and LOVED! Food was wonderful. Loved that you get to watch the chefs cook your food when you order and nothing microwaved like other places. My Waitress Madi was FANTASTIC. I’m not from here and visiting hubby while he’s working. I truly enjoyed my dinner and had plenty for a couple meals later too.
Me and my friend went out there for my birthday. We got Andrea for our waitress. SHE WAS GREAT! Very knowledgeable of the menu, she could suggest the best things to eat. Very personable and cool. If you ever visit the Canton Location. Ask for Andrea, you’ll thank me later
Our hostess made special effort to seat us where we asked. Told us that we had an awesome server. ‘Had’ is the operative word! The dining room was about 1/4 to 1/3 full. No server for 10 minutes then another came over and apologized, asked for our drink order, and assured us of our servers’ attentions to come. Still waiting while seeing others just now being seated receiving their drinks.Will keep you posted as we wait…Five minutes later, no server.You moved up to a third star because the food is very good.Three more minutes and an alternate server finally came and took our order (Tina - nice work!)
We had a large party with two servers and were struggling to get refills, sauces, and forks. my food arrived cold but i was very polite about it and then didn’t receive part of my meal. i was told a short “okay!” and got it 5-10 minutes later. the soap in the bathrooms were watery. I work in the restaurant industry myself so I hope these things can be fixed so that my family can continue enjoying this place.
We are regulars and always do delivery through their website and not on door dash as the prices are higher. Tonight we ordered for Fathers Day. My husband ordered the Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye and I got my usual Linguine Positano with chicken. The fettuccine Alfredo is also good. But Both of our meals had large portions and were very good! Keep it up!
Just experienced great service from a server named valara. She likes to be called Vee. It was one of her first nights on the floor serving on her own, and she did awesome job. She was upbeat and checked on our table at all the right moments. The food was pretty good. I will be returning again not just for the good service but the delicious food as well.
If you go here ask for Andrea or Walter. I can’t even begin to explain how good of a job Walter was doing. We were his last table of the night it’s was packed and he was still on top of everything, he was one of the nicest and humble people i’ve ever talked to and he made coming in there a joy and everyone that I sat with at my table would not stop talking about how good of a job he’s doing and how we couldn’t wait to leave that tip on the table. BTW THE RAVIOLI WAS AMAZING AND HIGHLY SUGGEST
I always have a great experience here! the food is consistent and high-quality and the service is awesome. Today our server was Kayla V., she was personable, fun, and super nice!! She remembered us from last time, which was impressive since it had been a few months. Oh and the cannolis are BUSSIN 🤌🤌🤌🤌
Just cancelled my mothers day family dinner that we ordered over 2 and a half hours ago. So now we have to resort to pizza🤬I wouldnt care so much, but they could have contacted us 2 hours ago. Pretty poor customer service. I just want to share my rage. They wont answer phone. I know they are busy, they are also in over their heads. AVOID!!!!
Me and my boyfriend come to this place every once in a while and this place is always so delicious and awesome but what is the best part is Andrea!! She’s the best server to have she has such an awesome vibe and is extremely friendly definitely ask for her if you ever choose to visit she doesn’t disappoint!
Carrabba’s in Canton was an excellent dining experience this evening. Our waitress, Valara, was friendly and attentive. She timed our food perfectly and gave us great recommendations for dinner and dessert. I definitely recommend eating ar the Canton Carrabba’s and ask for Valara to be your waitress. You won’t be disappointed.
Your feedback isnt taken seriously at all. You cancel an order 2 hours after it is placed and then refuse to answer calls. How about instead of face value PR nonsense you contact the people whose order you cancelled and provide with an explanation. Shove your excuses and make things right. You have the contact information of the people whose orders you cancelled, stop acting like you are unable to do anything.
Loved it! Service was EXCELLENT! This was my 1st time EVER going and the servers were so sweet and made my fiance and I feel right at home. They were clean, fast, and very responsive to anything I needed. I plan on going back again very soon and my fiance even asked if he could apply to work for them!
The shrimp scampi app was very garlicky and good. I ordered salmon and garlic mashed. The mashed potatoes were bland, I asked for no tomato on my salmon and it had tomatoes on it when it came out. It was fresh, but service was kind of slow for not being busy at all. Pricey for mediocre food. Probably won’t be back.
Man this place has gone DOWN HILL!!! The soup was squishy, overcooked and CANNED vegetables! I had to ask for a SEPARATE DISH for my meat because it was drowning in water from my red gravy, the (house) salad was WAY over dressed and didnt even give you an option for the dressing to be on the side! The service was SH*T. Thank God for desserts...
The food was good. My steak was more on the rare side when I ordered it medium. I think for the food you get they are a bit overpriced. We got the calamari and I thought it was more batter than calamari (super thin). The chicken trio was a very small dish for the charge and they upcharged for fettuccine without letting us know. The house salad was probably the only thing I truly loved. Overall food was ok.
They routinely forget side items in delivery orders. Ive had it happen twice in the four recent orders. When you call to report it they bounce you around to four people and then tell you they can bring it to you over an hour later or comp the item. The food tastes good, but probably isnt worth the hassle involved. They need to improve the process they use to check orders before they go out.
Well we used to love this place, until yesterday. The food was still very good tasting but the portions were way smaller. My wife got the chicken trip like he always gets and all 3 pieces were smaller, and look how pathetic the salads are. The one that had the most lettuce had 2 croutons in it. Very disappointed.
Food was amazing! Went in yesterday earlier in the afternoon and the service was awesome! They seemed to be a little empty so we were sat immediately. We were sat in a booth where we could see the kitchen and we saw the staff working hard which I always enjoy. Our server Emma was kind and helpful, she did take a second to see us though, but we were greeted by a host named Ben. He took our drink orders promptly and brought them out when our server came over. 10/10 experience, would definitely dine again!
The only reason this review has 1 star is because it’s impossible to give no stars.Where to start….We ordered carry out for a late dinner. The portions are not worth the price. The pasta has barely any sauce on it which made it dry. My sons chicken tasted microwaved, my chicken wasn’t completely cooked, the fries are dry….This is the first and last time ordering from them. Definitely absolutely do NOT recommend to anybody.
The waitress, Kayla V, was super friendly and efficient. The food was so good -prepared just right. I tried the Pomegranate Martini for the first time and it is definitely delicious! And as it was a birthday dinner celebration for both my sons, Carrabbas gave them each a piece of cake - chocolate, of course! I had a great time. Will definitely go back.
Will never go back. First time at Carrabbas. Monday night. Labor day, Nothing else open. Less than half full. plenty of help. We ordered. An hour later all we had was a second small basket of bread. Asked for manager. I think Daniel came over, young kid, unless that was waiters name. He said we could cancel food and leave. Instead he sent our salads over and said he would get us more water. The salads we got were not why we ordered. We never got more water. Finally got our waiter to come over. Asked him what was the problem. He said kitchen was behind. I told him its his job to tell us, not leave us for an hour and say nothing. Food came shortly after that. It was good or we were just very happy to eat anything. Saw someone else complaining also. We ate and left. Never again.
After two years on hit or miss dining experiences I’m glad we stumbled to this house of Italian perfection. Back and front of the house are seasoned and experienced enough to complete with the surrounding competition. Even managing partner Kim Campbell has proven her leadership abilities from the open line of communication we witnessed while our dining. We’ll definitely be back..!

Excellent salad always prepared fresh and fast, good place to take a date, celebrate with the family or just treat yourself. The kitchen was backed up and we werent told until we had waited 2hrs for our food. The food was ok. I was in a large party and all but two had cold food despite asking that they bring our food as it was ready. I dont blame the wait staff they were trying their best. They did comp things on the bill for the ppl that had cold food. It seems that the kitchen prioritize the to go orders over dine in. My cousins to go food was piping hot on his to go order and he got it before his food he ordered and hour and a half before. It was my first time there and I dont think I will go back.
25 min wait no problem. Text to phone table is ready. Get into building had to wait another 7 min before we got seated. Got seated waited another 10 min before waitress arrives to table. Waitress would you like something to drink ! We said yes told her what we wanted and told her at the same time we was ready to order also. Waitress let me go get your drinks first. 10 min later she arrives back with drink. Placed order and she asked if we wanted our salad and soup before the food arrives! Ues please 17 min later salad and soup arrives. 5min after that the food arrives. Waitress ask if we need anything. I said ketchup. Manager comes over ask how is everything. Asked the manager for some ketchup. She brings it right away. 10 min later the waitress asked anything else. I said check please. 1min and she is back. Oh did I say she never asked if we wanted refills while we was eating. Only after I asked for my check. Service was terrible. C Ayala was a terrible waitress
Shame on you Carrabbas. I ordered 2 small plates and soup before 6:30 on July 3rd. I arrived at 7:08 to find out the mushrooms werent done. Although I ordered just small plates and soup the food was barely there with some items burnt and the soup was not what I ordered. I paid $17.00 for food that barely existed. I cant believe this place is still in existence. Im be making a stop in for sure to show this picture of shameless food. You can barely make out the stuffed mushrooms that I waited on an extra 20 minutes. So disappointed
This restaurant has such a nice ambience and the food here is absolutely good.! If you ever want to take your family out or dine in with your friends, I would definitely say yes.! One of the other reasons why I liked this restaurant is also because there was no wait time. So I wasnt starving.
Tonight was our first time ever at a Carrara’s. We were greeted by the sweetest hostess. Our service by Julie was friendly, attentive, and efficient. We were visited by the manager, Kimberly, welcoming us and giving us a free appetizer next time and an olive oil packet which I love. The food was good and fresh, the steak was a bit over cooked but great flavor. Highly recommend this place
Our server was very nice. The entrees were ok. My husband got the spaghetti primavera w/shrimp and there were only 5 shrimp in his dish. I got the bacon wrapped pork medallions. The pork was surprisingly tiny. Almost one bite and done. Next time we will stick to our tried and true favorites.
I ordered delivery a few times and let me tell you... They are quick, friendly, easy online ordering, and the food is great. The first time I ordered they left me a cute, hand written note. This time, ordering on easter... They left a plastic egg with chocolate in it at the bottom of my bag. It made my day. Customer service and food has always been great at this location.
I understand businesses are having a hard time right now so I hate to be critical but this was the first time to Carrabbas. I ordered the chicken Piccata. They served it cold with cold mashed potatoes. We told our waitress and they send it back along with cold spinach. It was cold when they brought it back the 2nd time. Not even a little warm again. The 3rd time was better but it looked like boiled bright white chicken. Usually Piccata lightly seasoned and slightly brown. Really not appealing. They were kind enough to remove the items from the bill without asking. Ema our server, was wonderful and couldnt ask for better service. Just disappointed in the meal. We wont drive that far to go there again unfortunately. 😞
Absolutely terrible that was how much food went in the garbage can. I asked to talk to a manager because rotten tomatoes in the salad, as you can see no sauce on the alfredo, Lasagna was horrible, and found a huge bone in my soup. After talking to the manger he said he was going to take care of us. Took off 20% which is a joke considering we didnt eat 70% of the food because it was garbage. Will not be going back here ever I suggest you goto Olive Garden.
Man this was actually my first time here due to a hour long wait at the other place I was going to go. I gotta say it was a blessing in disguise the food was excellent and even being super busy with takeout and orders the waitress was at the table multiple times and was extremely friendly. There speciality is Italian and I had multiple things on the menu meatballs, chicken parmesan, ribeye and sides every single thing was excellent. There house wine is surprisingly good as well especially in the specialty sangria they make. They have outdoor dining as well if thats your thing. My only complaint with the place was it was hotter then Id like especially with the fire and wood grills going. Some might not be bothered by it but for me a little too hot in there but again my only complaint and thats not bad I think.
Had a party of 13 and needed up leaving due to poor service. Our party arrived at 7pm and by 8:30pm we had not received our entrees or soup and salad. That evening, there were a total of three parties. One was seated before us and another about 30mins after ours. The party seated after ours was larger and received their food before our party did. When the mager came over after we stated we no longer wanted out meals, we were told that our order was just recently rang up when, in actuality, we placed our order shortly after arriving. To know our server had drop the ball or whatever may have been the case, was very upsetting.Half of my party up and left and the other half waited for their food. We requested our food be boxed up as we no longer wanted to eat at their establishment. We received a discount on our meal for poor service. Once home with our meals, we found that two meals were missing and part of the order was rang in incorrect and so the worng meal was received. This did not help the situation any further, as you can imagine.If I could rate zero stars I would because this happens to be the second time Ive left this particular Carrabbas location due to poor service. This is a shame because Carrabbas used to be my favorite restaurant and now I will never dine there at this location again.
Called in for a door dash pickup. Gave them color, make, and model as they asked. Watched them bring out food for 6 other cars, 2 of which pulled up as we were waiting. Then the woman worker Id assume went on break without even looking at our vehicle, in the pick up spot. Then a man comes out who Id assume was the manager to take our order name again and apologized for not knowing where we parked. In a spot labeled pickup. 20 minutes waiting. Only 15 past the pickup time.
Positively the best service I’ve had in a long time. Katlyn, our server, was delightful and made our experience exceptional. She was engaging, fun, attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you Katlyn for proving that great service is still a thing, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We got the lunch special Alfredo, the sauce was homemade and the noodles were perfect. It was a good lunch size. The mozzarella sticks (there was 6 of them) were homemade and the marinara was homemade and very flavorful. The Spiedino di Mare was flavorful and was a good portion size. We ordered take out and it was out within 20 minutes. We even decided to change our order about 10 minutes after placing it and they were very gracious and changed it for us. Overall 6/5 experience, I cannot wait to dine inside and get the full experience. Everything was clearly made there and very delicious.
I came here with my mother and quite impressed. All of the food was absolutely delicious and I ordered the Tuscan lemonade, which was phenomenal. All of the food presented on the plate was carefully designed and outstanding. My server, Kallie, was very courteous and kind. She recommended the stuffed mushrooms and we were not disappointed. She was very personal and knew exactly how to treat her guest in an elegant and sophisticated manner for this fine Italian restaurant. We will definitely be coming back to this location. Best Place I Have Eaten At in Years.I have eaten in a variety of restaurants including many higher end places and did not receive the service I received here. Never had a waiter be that efficient in making sure everything was taken care of and so attentive. Besides that the food was top notch. Interestingly my spouse is gluten free due to celiacs and tried the pasta. It was great. I tried some and you would not know the difference. The place was clean and all the staff were friendly. The manager is very hands on too and kept the place moving and helped out where ever they needed it which says something about how they view the business. Hope they keep up the good work.
I recently dined at Carrabbas in Canton & let me tell you I had a blast. The food was delicious, but my waitress Eilisha was on top of it. She was so attentive to me & my nutritional needs. She was so very patient, made suggestions on what to order & brought out my food very quickly. Part of dinning out is the experience & man she more then delivered. Best place to eat and amazing food. We went there to celebrate me and my girlfriends 3 year anniversary and we got Gabby as our server. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the menu, but she was extremely attentive to our needs and had a great attitude the entire time while serving us. Since it was our first time there, we took a little long than normal to look over the menu, and Gabby was patient and kind towards us. I highly recommend this place. We will be returning very soon.
I ordered for pickup through one of the delivery apps. There was some issue with their system accepting my order as a pickup so they called me directly and offered to delivery my food for free due to this unforeseen issue. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was having a less than stellar day and they really went above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure I was taken care off. THANK YOU to the afternoon crew on 7/26/20. That thoughtful action changed my whole day. Food was also fabulous and plentiful.
On Mothers Day we were seated quickly with call ahead seating and small party. The food was hot and tasty with nice presentation. Generous with alcohol in mixed drinks. Service was slow but what one would expect with a packed house! Waitstaff was on top of serving and attentive to requests.
Placed order on Valentines Day through Door Dash. The poor delivery person had to wait over an hour for the food to be prepared only to find out that it still wasn’t ready. Door Dash had to call the restaurant to find out what was going on with the order, and had to eventually cancel my order due to restaurant not being competent or adequately staffed to prepare my order. I ended up with no Valentines Day dinner. Thanks a lot!
My wife and ordered five appetizers as we wanted our own sampler platter. The food was good though a little pricey and the service overall was good. But we ordered the meatballs as one of appetizers. The meatball I ate was ice cold. I told the waitress who apologized and took it away and said she’d bring a new order. By time she brought it out we were pretty full so I asked her to put it in a carry out. When she brought it out I noticed that all they did was microwave the two remaining meatballs. Coincidently you get 3 meatballs for $9 bucks. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free because that’s not me. But to not offer even three bucks off for the frozen meatball was very poor customer service. At the very least a manager should have came out and apologized. I still tipped 20% because it was t the waitresses fault. It’s just a meatball - but if I want to eat frozen meatballs I can just go to Kroger.
Very polite and attentive service.The eggplant parm is back, and it is nicely presented and tasty. I have been told the spicy chicken soup is great, and the Johnny Rocco salad is also very good.Bread is warm, hearty, and moist (high gluten, my preference)... served with both herbs and olive oil by default and also with butter upon request. Refill the oil from bottles on each table.Nice, pleasant dining experience.
The steaks were cooked to ABSOLUTE perfection...seared to lock in the juices with a flavorful crust, and prepared exactly as we asked. The cuts of meat themselves were flawless, no fatty pieces. The manager Scott went above and beyond and treated us to free desert, for us just being nice customers who made sure to thank the chefs. The bread and oil is delicious, and we needed to be rolled out the door! 17/10 would recommend!!!
Placed a pick up order even though there was a window of an hour and 45 minutes but only to be called whole already sitting at the restaurant parking lot at 10 minutes before pick up time that my order would not be available for pickup. Why would they accept my order when they can’t serve it? Money was not refunded as of this time. Poor management.Can’t be trusted. I would have placed a no star point if there was a choice. I Order take out and I was completely disappointed 😞, I have been to this restaurant several times for dining in and last year I catered my Birthday party, but for this take out I order the lobster ravioli and the portions a kids meal size, never will I order and again
The food was very good and everything there tasted fresh. The service was very friendly and very prompt as well. Im not sure if the time of day I visited had much to do with that as I went during the daytime on a Monday afternoon when restaurants typically arent very busy but nonetheless my service was relatively fast. The staff there are also very welcoming and friendly people and my overall experience went well. The only thing I could find wrong with my experience was that they didnt not have salad when I went for whatever reason and Im a big fan of rabbit food (salad)😊 But the soup I got instead was just fine. Id visit this location again and I also recommend this place to anyone else that is in the mood for Italian cuisine in the Canton area
Came in on a Friday night around 7:20, expected a 10 minute wait but was sat within 2. Our server Gabby was extremely professional, timely, and helpful, I was very pleased. While my steak was overdone, it was no problem to send it back, it came back PERFECT and the manager Matt brought it over personally, and assured it was done to my liking. They even gave us a free dessert for the inconvenience, which was a pleasant surprise and I almost felt guilty taking. The atmosphere is great, I love the jazz that plays. The food was amazing, and despite the restaurant being packed, came out very quickly. Overall, extremely pleased with this location and will soon be returning. Thank you Gabby ans Matt!
Excellent meal and service. This is the second time we have been to Carrabbas and this location seems to be managed well. The staff is friendly and follows through with fine service. The food was excellent both times, surprising quality for a casual dining chain. It was hot and very good tasting from the meat to the seafood, pasta, desert and even the bread. Well done! Thank you for an enjoyable evening and our server Kayla was spot on.
Servers/managers are friendly, but the food needs help. I havent been here in years and Carrabbas used to be really good. I had the chicken parmesan and I seriously could have made the same thing at home. The presentation of the dish was bad. Two chicken breasts with a little sauce and some cheese. The broccoli was overcooked and soggy. Definitely not a dish worth $20. I wont be returning.
My last two experience have not been positive at this location. My food was underwhelming and some of that could be attributed to the kitchen inability to get the meal to the table. I waited 45 plus minutes for a dish and when my son’s pizza came it was burned. It’s as if they misplaced our order or something. The manager was apologetic but then it happen a second time today. I won’t be coming back if the service can meet my needs. I will find another place for Italian food.
The service at this Carrabbas was outstanding! I wish I could remember our servers name. She was great. We had a birthday party for my nephew who was turning 2. There was more than ten of us and she was just great. No complaints at all! This location is far from me but Id go back just because of the service here!
I decided to try something different and had always wanted to go here. I ordered lasagna and there was no noodles in it. My daughter food smelled funny. They took my food off. My daughter attempted to eat her food but I stopped her. The waitress said oh no, that doesnt look right, when I showed her my food. Only good thing was the Sangria. The manager never came over after knowing my food was messed up. I was disgusted and threw out the other food when I left. So disappointing.
Have eaten here several times with family. Expansive menu, great service, and excellent value. Pasta was cooked well but had a few clumps stuck together, however the shrimp and scallops were cooked absolutely perfectly. My table always comes off as a terrible table - we order water, no alcohol, no appetizers, and often have special requests. If anyone were going to get lousy service, it would be us, and that never happens here. They offered a free desert to our guest whose birthday we were celebrating, and we also enjoyed the Cannoli cake. Will be back again!
I havent been here in a while. Not sure why. Ive always had great food and service. Its one of the few places I go to, where I have a hard time making my mind up on what to order. I tried their pork chop special with a maple glaze and apples. Very good and had a unique flavor. I need to go there more often. Good drinks too.
Ive taking my family here to eat a few times and the experience has never been disappointing. We came here last night to eat, April 19th, and my daughter and I had the lasagna and my wife had another noodle dish. My wife and daughter both had the Caesar salad has their side dish and I had the sausage and lentil soup. My wife and daughter really like the Caesar salad and the soup was very flavorful. Right after we finished our sides the manager came to our table, his name is John, and let us know that they were baking a fresh batch of lasagna but it was in the oven and wouldnt be done for 20 minutes. He give us a few different options like we could wait or he suggested this is that are just as delicious as the lasagna or we could order something else off the menu. My daughter and I opted to wait and the lasagna was amazing fresh out of the oven. I mostly appreciate the manager coming over and just giving us forewarning on the situation with the lasagna. That was very appreciated. we would definitely go back and we highly recommend this place for dinner with a family.
Server was fantastic. Meatballs were amazing, food came out extremely slow. They ran out of lasagna and served us ravioli instead. They made more lasagna but it was so late we took it home. Their specials were good, food tasted great if only they could get you what you ordered to eat there. Also burnt an appetizer so we ordered a different one.
Very poor experience. 2nd time. Will never go back. When you tell the hostess you are there for happy hour, and they ask table or booth, you assume you can get happy hour at either. The correct answer is NEITHER. After being seated and handed the happy hour menu, looking at it, ordering a happy hour drink and ordering a happy hour app, you are told you cannot because while you can get happy hour drinks any place in the restaurant, you can only get happy hour apps at the bar. Wouldnt you think someone would have told this sometime in the process. First bad experience 2 years ago. A waiter actually stole a gift card from the table. The manager said nothing he could do.
Very consistent, delicious food. The staff is always on thr ball and very professional. Great place for a romantic dinner.Ask for the Chicken Trio, even though it might not be on the menu they will try to accommodate you. You get a good portion of 3 chicken breasts, each with a unique delicious sause and cheese.
I go here often but this past week I took a friend for his birthday and the service we got from Tina was amazing! By far the best hospitality I had ever recieved even comparing to upscale restaurants. The food is really good and we never felt rushed for the 3 hours we were there. I had the chicken bryan which is one of the signature dishes. A lot of choices on the menu. I had lentil sausage soup and loved it. I would never eat lentil but decided to try something different. Overall we had a great experience and we never even had a chance to ask for refills because they were always ready. They also give free desserts for birthdays! Only issue was the geese gaurding the area trying to enter the door!
Server was obviously new, but she did great. We (my wonderful girlfriend and I) has a great time. The food and wine were great. We are both in the restaurant biz, so we could tell our server was new but she did what she could and we could tell she was trying! We saw the manager engaging conversation with almost every table, great customer service! We will be back!
Food was good. Was seated right away. Waitress forgot to bring olive oil to poor with herbs for fresh bread, then brought once bread was gone. She then tried to memorize the order and failed bringing half wrong order. Bathrooms clean, just wait staff needs more training🙂
Delicious food, generous portions, and very wonderful service. I accidentally left my carry-out box at the table when I left, and when I returned several minutes later, it was up at the reception desk waiting for me! Kudos to server Rachel, the person who cleared the table, and the hostess at the front desk for saving it for me.
An appetizer, an entree, a wine and a beer for $70.Seems a bit expensive given my experience with restaurant pricing. However, the food was good. In a familiar kind of way. Nothing special. I could have gotten the same service, same food, same beer, and added another entree for the same price at another restaurant.I split an appetizer and a steak dinner with my Girlfriend; usually I order our own separate dinners, and the price is usually less than $70.Good service and food, high pricing. 4 stars.

2022-01-30It was our first time here.The restaurant is nice, staff are friendly and our waiter Austin was really friendly and helpful.The Mozzarella Marinara was really good, if you like cheese I highly recommend to try it.I ordered Classic Trio and my husband got Chicken Trio. Both were really delicious.Austin also suggested to get Blackberry Sangria and that was absolutely good.

2022-04-17I wasn’t sure of what to order this time because it was only my second time here. The first time was 3 weeks ago, so my friend order for both of us as this restaurant was highly recommended and enjoyed the food then. Anyway, Ms Morgan was absolutely super nice, helpful, patience and very professional with going over the menu and taking my order. I will definitely go back! The food is amazing!!

2022-01-01My belly is so full and happy! This is the second time Ive eaten here and was not disappointed either time. Staff is friendly and drinks and food are incredible. Highly recommend the peach sangria and the spiedino di mare with asparagus.

2021-10-23The food was excellent, but the Staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people dining there, which was understandable. Our waiter must have been fairly new. We didnt get flatware until after our salads came, and we had to flag another server down to get it. There was a lady who I am assuming was the floor Manager, came over to us and offered us a free dessert for our trouble, which was nice. All and all, it was a good experience

2022-05-22This is my wife and I favorite Italian restaurant. Great food and waitresses and waiters are always polite and courteous. We love the homemade bread with the oil and spices. Been coming for many years and never disappointed. What ever your favorite Italian dish may be you will always be satisfied. Any concerns are always addressed by management to make your experience one to remember. Enjoy

2022-02-11The look of the restaurant was nice and open, with plenty of seating and a full bar.We were greeted after a few minutes of standing at the front and initially the hostest sat us at an obviously dirty table, but we moved ourselves to a clean one.The waitress was nice, and the food was presented neatly and at a good temperature.Overall, I think the experience was pretty good and the food was pretty good. Prices seemed fair. On another note, the wait staff and food prep staff could be clearly heard throughout the dinning area, which kind of ruins any intimate setting hoped for.

Know that when she is assigned to your table, she brings a brand of her own style and service along with her awesome personality and bright energy.She’s professional, pleasant, efficient, smart, perceptive and takes very good care of the patrons.Shes gonna go places in life and I wish her the very very best!!Yes this is more a review for the server than for the restaurant, but then it’s the people that make an organisation.Imagine if we had more of such people!

2022-04-10We came in pretty late last night, around 10pm. Service with Andrea was amazing! She was super nice, funny, and just overall had an amazing presence our whole time there! She made the amazing food even more enjoyable! Will definitely be coming back…Thanks again!
