Carrabbas Italian Grill in other cities:
I’ll start by saying that I love the food at Carrabba’s. My experience this evening was subpar. The good-amazing calamari, italian old fashioned, and the bread and herbs and oil. My Pollo Rosa Maria with penne pomodoro was great. My husband ordered The Johnny- steak ordered med rare, came well done. Sent back, ordered another cocktail that never came and cancelled that. Second steak came-really bad meat, hubby wouldn’t let me send back a second time. Server brought the bill without asking if we’d like anything else. Very disappointed, don’t know if we’ll return. Slow and poor service.
This all started at 5:30pm 5/8/2022 when we ordered a family size chicken parmesan a side of fettuccine Alfredo with 2 cakes, family size Mostaccioli and a Cesar salad is what we ordered. We were able to pick up the order after waiting almost 3 hours in the lobby and there were many unhappy customers waiting with no manager to show. Once we came back to our house we figure out that the order was horribly wrong. We received small lasagna instead of the family chicken parmesan and tiny side of fettuccine Alfredo. The cakes were right at least and was the only thing supposed to be cold. However everything we got was cold. Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. We tried to call and see what we could do but no one would answer and we tried several times. And lastly the carry out servers didn’t have a single brain cell split between the 2 of them. Thank you Carabbas ruining the end of Mother’s Day for my mother, we will NOT be returning.
Very good! So we walked in and were met at the door and taken right to a booth. The Host had a nice accent.. our waiter was friendly and attentive. He provided everything we asked for. And our food came out in a timely manner too. I had a filet.. it was one of the tenderest steaks Ive ever had. Also, you get a nice view of the kitchen and the woodfire oven.. really nice affect.Over all a very good restaurant experience.. no less than what should be expected. Thank you.
Always a pleasure when we have a chance to get to Carrabbas!Never seem to stray from our regular dishes being ribeye steak marsalas and the chicken poloroso maria both with garlic mashed potatoes and a cesar salad. One must not forget the calamari of course as your appetizer because it is simply sublime.Never do we miss the opportunity to stop in. Just wish there was one located closer to Bay City, so we wouldnt have to make excuses to come further down state.
Food was great! Went on Saturday afternoon around 1:00. Not busy. Our waitress wasn’t great but courteous. Asked for soda refill 3 times but never got it. Husband waited a bit for his refill but did receive it. When checking out waitress shorted my change coming back. Told her and she gave the extra back to me. Wouldn’t have been an issue but service was a bit lacking.
MICROWAVED TRASH!! Took my kids here for dinner. Bill came to $135 (4 kids) I never usually send food back but the calamari was so hard it had to be days old! The waitress must’ve been stoned. We asked for everything 3x it seemed. We all left hungry bc not one of us enjoyed our meal. My plate had 4 medium sized shrimp and 4 mushy small scallops with gross potatoes covered in a lemon sauce for the seafood. Lemon potatoes with skins in it, yuck. It was $24!! The cocktails were a good price, for the KOOL-AID they served. The waitress didn’t even bring drink refills till we were ready to leave. If this place is TRYING to go out of business, then they’re on a roll!
This is not a $15 portion of lasagna.....from anywhere, how disappointing. The alfredo sauce is flavorless and watery. The salad is a house salad, served with ceasar dressing? We were shocked by the low quality of the food delivered. I wont bother with Carrabbas again. Its always risky not to go with the family owned local Italian restaurant. The front desk at the hotel made the recommendation, hopefully this helps the next guest make a better decision. The only reason theres 2 stars is due to the super friendly guy who delivered this wildly disappointing meal.
There seams to be a lot of nasty, ball smashing, man hating women who work here. They can be very rude and nasty to real, strong men, just because they want to be I guess, which is too bad.The LQBTQ people want everyone to accept and respect them but at the same time they smash your balls any chance they get to compete with men.Interesting. It doesnt fit typical scenes from an Italian restaurant to have short purpled hair nasty girl staff acting like man hating witches.
SARA was absolutely horrible!! She would not leave us alone and kept bad mouthing her last employer, who are stand up people. SHe was so tacky, unprofessional, and immature. I don’t need your whole backstory when I go out to eat. Leave your personal problems at the door. Horrible experience. ALso paid in cash and it took her three times to give me my correct change. SMH.
If I could get 10 stars I would. Everything about my experience here was perfect. I first dined here a week ago for my brothers birthday surprise. They were very accommodating from start to finish. They accommodated our group, they accommodated us in bringing the cake in, and they even gave us cutlery, silverware, and plates to cut and eat the cake. Aaron was our server and he was very attentive and delivered 5 star service. I plan to come back, and I will most definitely recommend this place to any and everybody. The food looked good and it was delicious. On top of outstanding service and the delicious food, they are clean. The bathrooms were clean, the tables were clean, the floors were clean, what more can I say? I loved it here. If I can have Aaron as my server again, I will definitely be back.
Everything was perfect! Even though they were experiencing a staff shortage, you couldnt tell. Everything was fast professionally and our food was a 10/10.My wife had the veal and I had chicken parm. The zucchini fries were fantastic. Our server Josiah (spelling?) Was great. Super fast, friendly and accurate. We will definitely return with friends!Keep up the great work. The Chef Jorge (spelling?) deserves a raise
Today I was told that the extra dressing for my salad would be $15.00. I always pay $5.00 for the same amount of dressing when I get this salad. I asked to speak to the manager and the proprietor, Rachel Twiest, addressed my concern. She said I have been being charged incorrectly for about the last 2 years. They, the old owners, should have been charging $15.00 for 8oz of dressing. Rachel Twiest was rude with her delivery and lacked professionalism. I will not and hope you wont patronize this restaurant either!! #nosterlingheightscarrabasforme
I love going here. I have been going here for 10 years or more. But this was the first time that I did not receive bread with my order. Also our meal came a little skimpy the pasta came with less extra peas and sauce was thick and less pasta. My chicken was very small and little mash potatoes. At times I can make two meals this one was only one. Dont get me wrong I will be coming back. The staff is fantastic and the service is great. I think this was a oooops.
I came as a party of 2 with my mother and was told a 20 minute wait. However the bar was open and we indulged. The attending bartender was a manager from another location! Despite running around helping as many customers as possible she was a sweetheart. The food was also great! For me, the dine in experience really depends on the staff. They were all really kind and very helpful.
First off the food was absolutely amazing. The service even better. Our server Aaron was outstanding. I’ve never seen somebody smile so hard through a mask. Whoever hired him deserves a raise and whoever trained him needs a promotion. Second the staff was amazing. The management presence was reassuring and the communication between the chefs was awesome to see. And to top it all off the speed of everything was excellent. Not too fast to where my family and I felt rushed but also so quick that you couldn’t even tell they were busy during the dinner rush. They’re doing a great job at this restaurant and I’m extremely pleased with this experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Had never been before. Service was slow (could be short staff do to covid so they get a pass on this one). Got the lobster ravioli, it was not that good the meat was more like a paste and frankly tasted like it was from frozen not fresh. The steak my son got looked quite good.
What a bad experience. Laura F. served my husband and I for Valentines Day. She comes to the table and says “what do you want to drink “ she never mentioned her name (I looked at the receipt to find her name). She never said “Hello, how are you?”We got our appetizer and she never brought the plates we had to waive at her. We had to wave at her 3 times to refill our waters and at the end of the meal we had 8 empty glasses on our table. The only thing she asked was if we wanted carry out boxes in the middle of our dinner. Then She brought the bill, without even ask us if we want dessert or anything else. We had to give the bill back since we wanted a carry out as well. We waited 11 minutes without her ever coming to ask if we needed anything else. We waived at the hostess to get some espresso. Then our waitress Laura F got our espresso and never brought sugar. We asked for sugar and she threw them on the table and never brought us spoons to stir it. I wanted fake sugar but she never came back and when I asked for it after waiving at her again she said “ well you asked for sugar.” Then we had to get up without the bill since she kept it on her. We sat down again to wait for her to ring up the payment.I left her $10 for the sake of the old days I used to work as a server and since my husband asked me to. I just wanted to write a note how bad of a server she was but I didn’t.The sad thing is that this was our second choice but we’ve been wanting to try it for a while - my brother referred me to this place. The restaurant we wanted to go to had a long wait.I tried calling when we left to say something to a manager but obviously they were busy with carry outs, I called 3 times but I couldn’t get through. As a manager myself I would want to know what’s the experience like to be a customer there.Very good food but there should be a manager walking around the restaurant to check.Awful service I won’t ever walk into that place again because of that server.
I picked up a Togo order from here and OMG were they amazing. Arlene was so professional and helpful on the phone. Then the frizzy haired guy that brought my food out was so nice they really made me feel like they valued my business. Not to mention the food. It was phenomenal. Me and my wife were scared when Bart left that the new owner would let things go but it’s good to see that she’s keeping the restaurant in check!
Thanks for nothing Carrabba’s. Happy Mother’s Day! We ordered curbside online and had to wait an hour and 40 minutes to pick up our food. I arrived and waited 15 minutes before a guy comes out asking to take a picture of the order. That’s not good, I already gave them name when I parked. 5 minutes later another guy comes out, apologizing saying that they can’t fulfill my order, they ran out of food! But “he hears me”. No matter what I say I get the same reassurance that “he hears me”. They have my number, but no call. Families are still walking in and others are walking out with bags of food, they have a tent setup for all the delivery services with bags of food being picked up but my family waiting now for almost 2 hours can’t get their order!
Several people at my table were served undercooked, raw chicken. There was also a 50+ homecoming party that was spread across four tables, with ours in-between. Customers were rude and belligerently drunk.. couldnt tell who was worse, the kids or the parents with them.Wont be back, first and last time.
For a chain restaurant, the food is quite good. Way better than the other well known Italian chain.Instead of frozen breadsticks, you get delicious fresh bread and well seasoned oil for dipping. The main meal surprised me on how much flavor it had and the chicken was cooked perfect, fully done, but not tough, quite tender.
This is my husbands favorite restaurant and we have been coming for years. My kids love it just as much as we do. They are always going above and beyond and you can tell the waiters/waitresses like their job because it really shows. The food is amazing and everything is always fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend.
Orderd 2 entrees to go(since we cant dine in). Was very pleasantly surprised at how organized they are. We received a complete meal, bread, soup/salad, and entree. All packaged well and still hot when we got home. As always the food was tasty and delicious. If youre going to carry out, this is 9new of the best.
LOVE this place❤ This One of my favorite restaurants for almost 5 years now! My boyfrie d says the same. And we have never had any bad food from here or any order messed up. Everything is great! Staff is always awesome, we have a few girls we see there everytime we go and staff is on their game! We love to take family and friends here for a meal we KNOW will be delicious and good service.
I ordered a shrimp scampi and chicken parmesan meal for carry-out and realized when we got home to eat 25 minutes later that the shrimp scampi meal is not actually called shrimp scampi its called something else so I was surprised with an appetizer of 6 shrimps, no noodles. Also the chicken parm actually DOES come with noodles but they didnt give us any. The food itself tastes good but $40 is a lot for the little bit of food we got. I called and they just offered to make us noodles for the only noodleless American-Italian meal Ive ever had in my life. First time buying from Carrabbas, and probably the last unless Im eating in.
So it was a little bit of a drive from my house to get there. But it was worth it. I love Italian food. So i was expecting like olive garden quality here and i was blown away with the quality here. the prices are high but you do get a lot of food for what you pay for. the waiters/waitresses are attentive and i never had to ask for a drink refill. Would recommend going at least once to try out the amazing food.
Used to really like this restaurant. The food is so delicious, probably the very best restaurant along Hall road as far as food goes. Then when the Wicked Witch of Lansing announced that all restaurants had to shut down, they shut down for probably three or four months. When they reopened, there was a totally different feel to the restaurant. Same excellent food but there were two or three great big signs out in front with the unfriendly message that no one could enter without a mask. Of all the restaurants in the area, Carrabbas was the most skittish of all.We got inside and were met by a masked man who demanded that we wear a mask too. I said I had an exemption (Whitmers Executive Order listed several exemptions, of which I am one), but that did not seem to matter. The restaurant is so unfriendly now. They have gone from treating their customers like family to treating them like they have the plague. They are so fearful too. They have shut down again. They have not been open all week. I am hearing that they might be open on weekends if they can get anybody to work for them. I would not want to work around a bunch of fearful people either, so I guess it is no wonder they cannot get workers. It is so sad what has happened to one of our favorite restaurants ever. I hope they do not go out of business, but if they do go out of business I wont wonder why.
O my goodness!!!!!!!!The 25.99 16oz ribeye is Amazing!I like mines with extra Mr. Cs seasoning cooked med-rare. Plus the asparagus need the herbs from the bread which I also use on the steak as well. I like the mashed potatoes and I love there fettuccine (which is better than Olive Garden ... and surprisingly Knorrs pasta sides). The staff could be more friendlier.
Nice atmosphere, the food was O.K. You definitely dont get what you pay for. Portion size was small to me. I had better! I wasnt too happy with the waiter keeping some of my change. So I cut his tip back to include that. I will not rush back. But, if family or friends want to go I will with them.
The food and service were fine! However we were seated in a booth in the bar and the lighting above our booth was terrible. My friends were OK on their side of the table but the recessed ceiling light was on me like I was being interrogated! I complained and the staff dimmed the lighting but that only helped a little. (They did offer to relocate us but we declined.) Someone needs to refocus those lights, or swap them out for something less powerful; they ruin the ambience.
Food was good. Marsala sauce is good over any pasta. Prices are decent. Steak was juicy and not tough. Place is clean. Our waiter Stella was nice and attentive. The penne pasta that comes with the kids menu was alright. The wait to be seated was less than 10 minutes when Olive Garden was 45 minutes around the corner ... I would come again.
Food was alright and the service wasnt too bad. My fiancee ordered a pizza and asked for a side of ranch. Our server took a step back and said Well were actually like a fancy Italian restaurant so we dont have ranch. He was clearly talking down to us. Even though it was very unprofessional we now joke about how were poor enough to enjoy ranch. Food is good, prices are pretty high and my favorite part was the bread and oil you get. You can do better.
I was there with my family last night. The wait was about 20 minutes at around 6:30. We were hungry so we sat at the bar. The young lady behind the bar recommended the Cioppino, a seafood stew, it was delicious. Everyone other than our waitress was very friendly and offered us great service. When I go to a restaurant, even if I choose to sit at the bar, I expect the person taking my order to at least acknowledge me when they come to take my order. All we got was a stony stare. She is severely lacking any customer service skills. The tip we left was for the excellent service and kind conversation we received from the lady behind the bar. Thank you for being so sweet to my kids.
Amazing food and waitstaff. Our server Lauren was very professional and kind, taking care of my elderly father and I this past sweetest day. Lately, things have changed though. I felt like family before, now it feels like a chain. Found hair in my food and when I looked for where the long blonde strand came from I come to find the new owner working infront of the food window with her hair down!!! I would have asked to speak to her but it appeared that she was more concerned with yelling at her staff within earshot of us.
The food is great, the atmosphere is nice, but the service we experienced was outstanding. When we arrived at 6PM on Tuesday night they were packed from wall-to-wall. They got through the crowed pretty quickly to get people seated. We only had to wait 10 minutes. Our waitress was on-the-ball. She was fast, and efficient. Our drinks were topped off at all times, she was very kind, and we not once had to look around for her. She served us as if we were the only two customers in the restaurant. Additionally, our food came out in a timely fashion, and it was overall a great experience.
Best pomegranate martini in town! Great food and I absolutely love the renovations! Quite the pricey place though Ill be honest took my friend to lunch and our bill was like $90! We each had two drinks one appetizer and ended up ordering the dinner portion because it was more worth the price we were going to pay. Still love the place just for my special occasions! If you plan on drinking try to go on happy hour! My bill would have been at least $20 less!
Tried Carrabba’s while on vacay in Florida and it was amazing. So once back home I had to try it out again. However the food here was very disappointing. I ordered the same meal I had at the restaurant in Florida but the meal here was completely different. Same ingredients but cooked/prepared not the same. Very plain and just seasoned with olive oil. Barely cooked the tomatoes and spinach. A meal that you could have easily prepared at home. I will never come back to this location nor would I ever recommend it. Waste of money
I used to love this place but the quality has really gone down hill. Tonight was the last straw for me. I picked up my carry as I usually do every couple weeks. Got home and the shrimp were undercooked. There was barely any sauce on my pasta. Paying 30 dollars for undercooked shrimp or any undercooked meal is unacceptable. So Im done with this location. Definitely double check your food here. Very unhappy
Food was good as it usually is. Service was slower then normal. Hour and a half for 3 people. They were not busy either. They also said they sat us in the back away from everyone to keep us away from all the commotion. Kinda seemed like it was because we had our 2-1/2 year old daughter. So maybe they aren’t super kid friendly. However I gave 4 stars because the food was great and they are very friendly.
My experience was more than great. Originally made my reservation for 5. Went down to 2 and at the last minute went back to 4, then 5, then 6. The place was packed yet the staff made room for us. I know we were being a pain yet staff was more then helpful. The food was great and service was wonderful. Old friends catching up and werent rushed at all. All around great experience.
The service was impeccable and the food was out of this world. My family is from Italy and we hate most Italian restaurants because the food is not authentic. Many of the dishes here are cooked in a wood-burning oven. It really takes the flavor to the next level. Everything was exceptional and we were more than pleased.
From the outside this looks nothing like a Brewery and very old school. But inside it is very nice decor. We had our Christmas party here and it was great. The Steak tips appetizer are a must. They also had a Charcuterie board which was very good. I heard no complaints on the food from anyone.
Honestly a few years ago I dined here and vowed I would never go back...but revisited with a gift card we received and are EXTREMELY impressed with what they have done with the menu. Food was fantastic, and so was the service...now were asking for gift cards as gifts so we can go back! Great job Carrabass!
Made an order today which was for a family of 3. They didnt have the dessert I wanted called me back back and made a replacement which was more then the original cost of my dessert. Also didnt even have to call when I pulled up to the store. There cerb side pick up was very efficient.
We love this place. Its not on the menu anymore but they make it for us. Pasta martino with chicken. Its so good it has sun dried tomatoes and a little bit of spice. Great wait staff never had a bad one. Caesar salad has the best dressing. Shrimp scampi appetizer fresh and the sauce its sauteed in is delicious we add extra lemon. Great atmosphere.
I had the fettuccini Alfredo and it was delicious. My husband ordered the chicken Marsala which was also sooo delicious. Outside of another customer sitting behind my husband spraying a load of hairspray on her hair that went all on my husband and the table.... the service and food was delicious.
Took a long time for a server to greet us. We informed the host stand. The manager could not have been more kind. He obviously cares about his guests. The food was wonderful as always, but the manager made our evening. We felt like honored guests. Thank you Carrabas for a wonderful evening.
Went here for a quick lunch with my father. The service was exceptional. From the owner greeting us at the door to the very friendly and helpful server. I had the house salad. As I always do....delicious!! Then a rigatoni pasta dish with sausage..it was wonderful and I had enough for leftovers tommorow.. my Dad had the mezzaluna that I suggested. He loved it ...and the bread with herbs and olive oil. Doing a great job. Bart..
Our waitress, Nicole, was very attentive, friendly, and energizing and our food was amazing and filling. I had the chicken Posi Tano and it was very filling and flavorful. I also recommend the tiramisu for dessert (if you have room 🙃) Nicole made our stay at Carrabbas an amazing one.
Front end service was horrible from a goth looking woman. Us and another couple were sidelined while people behind us got seated (which I had called ahead) and it wasnt a number of people issue. Rather than admit mistake she made excuses. Redeemed somewhat by good food and waiter service. Kinda overpriced.
I have been here now about 15 times and have ordered probably 10 different entrees, and all have been prepared well. Recommended dishes: tilapia nociolla, prosciutto wrapped pork, and calamari. The wait staff have all been very friendly and helpful. I havent found anything to complain about since I started coming here. *Edit* I had to update because prices have gone up here. And some of my favorite dishes were taken off the menu.
Excellent food. Their no reservation policy is quite stupid though. I have out of town clients come in several times a month and would like to bring them. Unfortunately I cannot because they will not take a reservation. My clients come in and spend the day working so to invite them to a restaurant on a Saturday night at 6pm and have them stand in line is not acceptable. Too bad really. I thought Carrabbas was a fine dinning establishment but now I see they are on the same level as Olive Garden.
First off, our parties food was phenomenal. Zero complaints on that. On the other hand, our server Inga was one of the most immature waitresses I’ve ever witnessed. Verbally disrespecting myself and my party. When having a conversation she cut me off saying “I’m going to put you in your place.” Along with spilling drinks in front of me without apologizing and forgetting to grab drinks until we were almost through with our dinner. Just to bring back diluted drinks she left sitting on the bar for 25 minutes. This was my 3 of the 4 people I was with, first time being to this location. That being said, solely 100% based off the rude, unacceptable, uncalled for, lazy behavior I’ve experienced from Inga; it’s safe to say none of us will be returning.
They normally have delicious food. Tonight, the Minestrone soup seriously tasted like i took a bite out of a bowl of vomit. Never again!!! I am so disappointed. I told our waitress and she literally laughed and offered other soup or salad. I know what minestrone is supposed to look like and that its not supposed to be mush..... This definitely was not minestrone
*READ THIS* Before going here. This place was absolutely terrible. I was there on date with my wife and the person who took us to our seats was like, 2? Sat us down and then walked away didnt say anything else, no your server will be right with you or anything, So soon the waitress came over didnt greet us just got straight to the point what did we want, so my wife asked about theyre coffee options the waitress said oh its just normal coffee so my wife said okay what are your options for tea, because she seen on the menu that there were different flavors and it said to ask your server about them, so she did and the waitress said oh we dont have any flavors its just syrup that we add its nothing special, so after my wife ordered a drink the waiter turned her attention toward me i ordered a tea she asked if i wanted my tea sweetened or unsweetened i told her sweetened she then replied oh well we only have unsweetened tea. Well okay let me just say if they only had unsweetened why give me the option? So ultimately we ended up leaving before even getting our drinks after coming to the conclusion that the people who work there all have a weird vibe like they want nothing to do with you they arent welcoming even in the slightest and it seems like all they wanna do is get your hopes up so we think they are pretty much possessed is what it feels like basically the place is satan i suggest not going there if you wanna have a good time. Terrible vibes and the service sucks.
The bread and food is amazing. My only complaint is the pieces of chicken with my dinner are suddenly the size of a chicken tender. At twenty plus dollars a plate I’d expect to at least get a real piece of chicken! However, the food is sooo good I’ll keep coming back.
Pleasantly surprised! Only saying that cuz Im not a real huge fan of Italian food. However! I LOVE trying new restaurants so my husband & i tried it. They were so busy but no wait & sat us immediately. Food was wonderful. He got one of the wood grilled pizzas & loved it. I got the lobster ravioli. I LOVED IT! which is ALSO funny because I dont typically like pastas but again, I like trying new things & love seafood. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant & the lobster ravioli lol. I also ordered a latte. No flavoring & the coffee was very strong but it seriously just hit the spot. I dont think you can go wrong here. Jaylin was out waitress & so sweet. Also prices are extremely reasonable considering what you get.
They know me here. Yes, its a chain. Yes, Im sure some things are frozen. But what counts is taste and service and Carrabbas (particularly this one) does not disappoint! I cant really order anything besides the lasagna because Im so obsessed but people I bring here tell me their other food is good too. Their house salad is a creamy parmesian and literally the only salad I will eat outside of Hibachi places. Even their bread is my favorite (if youre not into the oil ask for butter).
Out of one of the key items on their menu eggplant parmesan on a Friday night at 4:30 p.m. before the big dinner rush. Second dinner ordered with sirloin which look like filet but also look like it had been beaten with a sledgehammer.not the first time that weve had issues with our meal there. Two or three tables around us also had issues with their meals. Going to be hard to go back there again.
Good service by my waiter, aweful food.My spaghetti looked like soup with my bowl full of the spaghetti water, and the marinara sauce was bland.I was very disappointed,i did not eat it all.I should have gone to the Olive Garden instead. At least the manager apologized and took care of my bill.
Im not typically the greatest fan of Italian, but I dont detest it either. I am so overjoyed that my Carrabbas experience has been a surprisingly welcomed one. The food was hot, flavorful, appealing to the eye and downright TASTY! I will look forward to my next visit with joy and excitement. Thank you, Carrabbas... job WELL DONE!
We went to there store in Troy, Michigan and was pretty good. So we elected to try the one here in Sterling Hts, Michigan. What a disappointment! Food was tastless, Ice Tea was poor, but the service was ok. We noticed for Easter Sunday dinner their was not many people inside and parking was bare.Comparing to other places like this they fall short against this food places. We did not mention the names of these restaurants, cause that would be name dropping. We would recommend Carrabbas in Troy, Michigan.
Pizza came to the table grease soaked from top through crust. Had to wait for a different dish. Meanwhile my dinner companion finished his meal, and my new meal was delivered not as ordered. Promises of a visit by the manager were made but she never showed. Won’t be back to this location.
July 14, I wanted to eat mussels, well for maybe 10/13 of them $11.99, I was there at 2 PM, I came alone, got a surprise reaction from the greeter, sat in a booth, order my mussels well cooked, no bread, no fries...when I ask my waitress for bread she told me only for dinner, but after she rolled her eyes she gave me some. When I ask for a spoon she ask me what for!!! The place was pretty empty and the staff are all on their phones talking about personal life way to loud, I have met the owner ones and hes a great guy,. mussels humm ok too many empty shell over powered by unnecessary sauce, I told my waitress that half my plate was empty shell...well her name is Stela P. She really ruch me. So sad to see all staff having a attitude, and no thank you come again. All I wanted was to enjoy myself.
One step (therefore one star) above Olive Garden. Italian food is supposed to be simple, light, and fresh. This was expensive, salty, greasy, and over sauced. Warm bread is nice, but has no flavor on its own. The olive oil they give you to dip the bread in was the best part of the meal. Spouse ordered coffee and was never even offered a refill over 2 hours. The only reason I go is this is my familys go to place for celebrations. Not my choice for a night out.
I have never been disappointed with this restaurant, which is rare since Im picky about my food. The staff is friendly and rarley have to wait for a table. Its always clean and the owner checks up on you to make sure everything is going well. The Pollo Rosa Marie is my favorite dish. Also ask for the Scotty Thompson ( its not on the menu ) its bruschetta bread with marinara sauce with goat cheese on top.
Carrabbas changed their calamari which we had for an hors doeuvre but it was rather tasteless. I hope they reconsider and change it back how they had it a couple years ago. In addition, they have stop serving the lemon sauce that came with the calamari, which my wife and I used to love.My chicken marsala was very good and our waitress was also very attentive. Carrabbas is still a good restaurant but my wife and I very much enjoy having calamari and since theres is no longer to our liking, we probably will not return.

2022-06-24June 2022 - wife and I came here for dinner. First time here. Wife ordered the Blackberry breeze for a drink. Said it was good. Appetizer we got fried zucchini and they were not bad. I would recommend you try them if you like zucchini. Comes with a sauce but not bad on its own. wife ordered chicken trio combo and she had a lot left over. Said it was good. I ordered the Johnny 7 steak, chicken and I got it with a side of mashed potatoes. My side salad was ok, came with banana peppers. I like them but didnt like them on the salad. The house dressing was disgusting. Chicken for my meal seemed small. Goat cheese is not for me, I never tried but glad I did. Steak and potatoes were good. Overall, a nice family restaurant and one I would try again. We had Erin as our waitress and she is awesome. I would ask for her if you go here.

2022-05-12Went out for lunch on Mothers day. We had a party of 10. Our server was amazing at getting drink orders and quick with refills throughout lunch. Our food was great and tasty, everyone was happy. Only one person ordered dessert, and had all compliments about how good it was. I will definitely be back again as prices were reasonable, staff was friendly, and food is top notch.

2022-01-18We were part of a group of 8 and the food and service were excellent as it wasnt very busy and the server was very attentive. I tried their house specialty and absolutely loved it. The chicken was grilled as requested and the coating was super flavorful. No one had a bad meal and although a bit pricey, especially for dessert, we will be going back again.

2021-09-12Fantastic as always. Calamari is on point. Went again and got the Pollo Rosa MariaWood-grilled chicken stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto, topped with mushrooms and basil lemon butter sauce and it was delicious, we split it and got the mushrooms on the side with a Caesar salad and the penne. Was enough food for both of us we were definitely full.

2022-03-25I had a salmon dinner. It was so tender & just the right amount of seasoning. My veggies were cooked to perfection and great garlic potatoes. It was so delicious I bought a 2nd meal, just like it, to enjoy at home. My fresh bread and the basil with extra virgin oil was fabulous too. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I recommend this place. A+ ❤ Thank You!

2022-04-13Awesome experience. Waitress was on point with taking orders, refills, super friendly. Manager stopped by to check on us.Apps (calamari and in house mozzarella sticks) were above average. Ceaser salad was good. Nice grilled chicken. Kids Alfredo was a hit. I got the Johnny trio, all were very good. Would recommend and will order again. No room for dessert! Bread and herbs always a bonus.Havent been here a year or so, but will be back very soon.

2022-03-26I had not been to Carrabba‘s in quite a while, probably since before Covid. Went there last week with some friends and it was a great experience. The chicken Marsala was great, as was the blackberry Sangria our waitress Sara suggested. Our waitress, Sara Mader, was awesome and she couldn’t have been nicer. She always came by to ask if there was anything we needed. Thank you Sara for making our night a very pleasant one. We will definitely be back and will ask for you to be our waitress.

2022-04-10Horrible food! I can’t believe how many positive reviews I’m reading on here. No offense but, they must not know what great food tastes like. Everything we had was bland. Only thing good was the bread and spice mix they provide as an appetizer. Food tastes like microwave dinners.

2022-05-26I ate here 2 weeks ago with my family in the bar and it was honestly the worst experience beside our waitress kara. My steak was cooked wrong 2 times. Me and my family got under cooked chicken Marsala. Absolutely nothing was good beside our server who was constantly doing anything to fix it. Then the proprietor Rachel came to our table and she was careless came off very rude and talked down to us I will never come back there and the only reason why I gave one star was because our server was so awesome
