I’m very disappointed and very upset.Because the last time that I went in there, which was the fourth time that I’ve been in there to talk to somebody about the part that they were supposed to replace for me on the drivers door panel they had lost a part and one of the men had admitted to losing that part and they all say the same thing, that they we’re going to call and order it, and will give you a call when it comes in. For some reason they would never call me the part never came in and I never got it fixed this last time I went in there this gentleman tells me we’re not going to replace that part because we never touched the drivers door panel . well I argued with the gentleman because I had damage on my car, two different claims and both on the driver side nothing on the passenger side. and he told me they only worked on the passenger door, “they didn’t touch the drivers door.” so he printed up a receipt of one of the claims and it showed nothing of the drivers door so he just came right out and told me we’re not ordering that part. Well I went home and I found my receipt that they had given me 10 months ago when I had to pick my car up. And on that receipt it showed that they did work on the drivers door panel . I couldn’t wait to get back over there to show him that receipt I thought he was rude and I thought the customer is always right. all the other people that had said they were gonna order me that part (the other three people ) never gave me a problem but this gentleman the other day Just downright told me “that we never touch my door panel and we’re not gonna order you that part .” I thought he was he was rude, he wanted to argue with me, when he handed me The receipt that he had printed out and told me that that was all there was as a receipt he was lying to me. I think he handled the situation all wrong I’m so glad I saved my receipt from then, so I could prove him wrong and I’m going to get what I deserve, my part for my car . the item is like a six dollar item (maybe 10, he said ) I told him I would buy the part. My God, this person was just an IDIOT, unbelievable. I would call him other words, but it wouldn’t be very ladylike.

Comment: Everything started very well until they ended up giving my vehicle as “total lost” then when I collected my belongings from the vehicle, oh surprise!! The camera was not on the windshield, I asked the gentleman who accompanied me to see my belongings and he was able to tell me that this was what the vehicle was like, and that he didnt know anything so he contacted the driver, then the driver was able to tell me what same . According to the report of the people who received the car, they said that it came without the camera, which is a total fallacy.After exchanges of words he told me that in a week he was going to give me a notification regarding the subject! .I waited approximately 2 weeks until I was forced to call the office. The secretary very kindly told me to contact the manager by email and give him the information about the lost device, which I did the next day after receiving the managers email, but Until today I have not received any information.Conclusion and advice!Regardless of what decision your Insurance company makes regarding your incident, NEVER LEAVE ANYTHING IF you have to take the vehicle there as a last resort!!Because if an item is lost and not even the driver himself can find the solution, it means that there is no record or control of how the vehicles enter in that place.Place not recommended!

My car does look like new the service is awesome. The only thing I was bothered by was that my car was turned in with 270 miles of gas and I got it back with only 60. I get test driving cars but 200 miles worth. That doesn’t sound right to me. I will be updating this post soon when I have more time with my car and take it into Nissan.

Comment: Overall job done was great but.... it took longer than estimated, upon reassembly they noticed more parts needed to be replaced isnt that part of the tear down purpose? Instead of 7 days turned to 2 weeks and then to 4 and 5 and then 6 I know every case is different but from 1 week turned to 6, finally got my car back only to notice when I did a final inspection at home I noticed a very important plastic cover was missing along with some loose screws, overall my car looks great except from one month delay which I had to spend money in a car rental.

Comment: My experience with CarStar Avalon was okay. Process from initial appointment of an estimate to the actual appointment to leave my car was quite lengthy it took like 2 months. Overall not happy with the lack of communication from the receptionist because I had to keep calling them instead of the other way around. Another thing I didnt like was that they dont send you appointment reminders via text or email you have to remember the date and time yourself which is fine but lots of other companies/businesses send out appointment reminders. I came in the day I was supposed to leave my car and I was told a part for my car had not arrived yet but they had the other part and I could leave my car or just wait until the other part gets there to then leave my car and they could fix it all together but it was up to me and I feel like thats something they couldve told me over the phone. I ended up leaving and just waiting for when the other part got there because there was no point in leaving my car for who knows how long. I would say overall my experience was average but they could definitely improve in various areas to work more efficiently with their customers.

Had she looked at my insurance confirmation she would have known they did the express drop off for my car and it was scheduled as express. The other girl Franchesca helped intake my car and everyone else in the office made up for the way that she acted. Dave was super knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole process and they even cleaned my car. Comment: I’ve been there three times now with different vehicles fir auto body repairs and there’s lots to like about this place that’s why I kept giving them my business. However, this last time there was a theft. An expensive pair of sunglasses that were a gift from my significant other were left there being that I had been there twice before without any issue they had earned my trust. Jane acknowledged seeing them in the vehicle but when I called there was no sign that they would replace them instead they passed the puck to les swab which is where they took my car to have the tires replaced. I guess the take away for anyone reading this is to make sure you take any valuables out of your car should you decided to go here. They’re great at repairs and the tracking services feels great but It’s unfortunate that someone’s sticky fingers ruins a great place, then again a great place would have offered to replace the item after acknowledging that it was seen inside the vehicle at drop off.
