Comment: QUALITY … work !!!I took my car here because the insurance company sent me to a shop that wanted to do very little work. It’s like they were working for the insurance company rather than me :(I spoke with the manager Kevin, and he got my car finished properly and on time.The first place the insurance company sent me to said it was a $1,500, job which is what they offered me.It actually took $3,200 to make all the repairs, including hidden damage.So if you want your car fixed right, especially when an insurance company is trying to grind down what they want to fix or pay you, bring your care here this is your place.

Comment: Geico insurance gives you a list of collision repair shops you can send your car to. I did my research. The first one they sent me to was not good so I did not allow them to do the work and then research the reviews on Chilton auto body and they had great reviews so I sent my car there, I have to tell you best Move I ever did and regards to the repair of my car. They did an amazing job. Had it done within two weeks kept me informed the entire time and even detailed my car before picking it up I would recommend them to anybody.

When I picked up my car, it had paint bubbling, paint drips, and my bumper was misaligned. I had to go back multiple times to get the repairs fixed. If you decide to take your car here make sure to check it diligently.

I would stay away from this shop and their sticky finger crew. Insurance agencies should be ashamed to send their customers to this place because its a den of theiving mechanics with snakes who cover for them and their behavior. If they dont take stuff from your car, theyll probably steal from you in another way.

Comment: First of all this is to identify the incompetence at this establishment. Chose this body shop as it was close to my residence. Employee JUSTIN IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEAD BEAT. Went to pick up my car to find paint overspray cover my ENTIRE vehicle. So had to come back for a third time. Picked up again to find out that there is paint overspray INSIDE my car. Went for a forth time. DID they rid of it?? No! So had to come back a 5th time to find out the manager is in a meeting. So NOBODY else was aware of the guy showing up that had paint overspray inside & outside of his vehicle. Brilliant. So i was super upset about having to come back for a 6th time. NOPE! Absolute INCOMPETENCE! So because i didnt have a Mercedes Benz or a Porche, my car gets neglected enough to make a mistake of that magnitude???!! I called the manager, George, who said, “yeh come on in we will take care of it.’ Yeh but how many time is one going to have to return to get their car back the same way it was minus the obvious damages that were repaired via insurance claim.So in conclusion, DO NOT CHOOSE CARSTAR AUTO!! The level of incompetence is high enough to share on google.

Comment: I personally got into an accident a month ago. My car got the repair done at Carstar. Id say Im pretty appreciate their service of the front desk receptionist. But one thing is that when I picked up my car, Ive noticed that the mirror wasnt fixed, so I contacted them right away and they told me that theyre going to order the mirror for me and let me know asap, but its been almost a month, Im still did not receive any call or message from them for the repair. Quite disappointing!

Their kindness made the whole process more of a relief than anything. To top it all off, my car looks amazing! Plus the team even washed it and did little touch ups. My baby is shining! Comment: My family has been taking our cars to Wilma’s for years because they are honest and do great work. Today, I had a unique experience that made me love the people at Wilma’s even more. This morning, I got a flat tire on Mission Boulevard and turned off onto the next street which just happened to be where Wilma’s is located. I pulled into their parking lot to take a look at the damage and realized that the tire was not drivable. I had my baby with me and was anxious about the logistics of getting my car to a tire shop. Without hesitation, the team at Wilma’s stepped in to help me. They replaced the damaged tire with my spare and directed me to a tire shop that they work with and trust. I can’t say how grateful I am for how the kind people at Wilma’s turned a stressful situation into a downright pleasant one. Thank you to Eric, Pedro, and Robert for your kind service!

Comment: I got into a car accident where a car hit me from the back and messed up my rear end of my car, i was very stressed trying to look for a good body shop i could trust around my area. The insurance company of the person who rear ended recommend this body shop that worked with the insurance AAA, with being stressed i decided to go with the recommendation they provided and took my car in for a estimate and let me say wow this place really took care of me ! went in for a estimate Tuesday, dropped off my car the following day a Wednesday, pick up my rental the same day and picked up my car back on Thursday in the same week good as new !! I was very happy with the service and how fast and attentive they were. I received texts messages with updates on the process of the car aswell as a phone call . to update me on my cars status and when to except my car out of the shop! I would 10/10 recommend this body shop, great service and very friendly staff, i was very happy with my visit especially since dealing with a car accident is a hassle but Wilmas took good care of us and sent us home very satisfied!
