Comment: I am so pleased with the two separate repairs on my 2008 Highlander. One repair was to replace and paint the lift gate which looks good as new now after the work was done. The other repair was to repaint my hood that had become pitted causing the paint to start chipping off. One local shop highly recommeded to have the fenders repainted to color match the hood to the fenders. Anthony at CarStar City Auto Body said yes the factory paint is from 2008 and wont be the same as a new paint job today but will be very close. CarStar City Auto Bodys cost was about a third of what the other shop quoted. So I elected to just have just the hood sanded and repainted. (Not the fenders.)When I picked up my car I was thinking the worst...but was so impressed with the hood especially the color match to the fenders (that were not repainted). I see no difference in the paint on the hood and fenders. And to top off the repairs, they detailed my car. I keep my car relatively clean inside but it looks like the inside was detailed too. The added cool bottle of water left inside was a refreshing touch on a very hot summer day.

I have owned my 2008 Acura TL since I purchased it on an August afternoon 15 years ago and brought it in for hit and run damage. At first, one might think, well your car is 15 years old, best to get rid of it, right?Sep and the entire team at CARSTAR treated me and my car as if Id rolled it off the dealership lot with that sense of urgency and priority. They were gracious enough to even swap out a few headlights for me in the process. When I received the vehicle, I was shocked with the paint match quality they were able to perform. Comment: Update: incredibly disappointed. I brought my vehicle to this establishment based on their reviews online. The initial interaction was pleasant and easy, in large part due to me having everything ready to go as far as the insurance claim. After, not so much so. The months that followed were filled with me calling to get simple updates. Absolute zero courtesy calls from this shop. In addition my vehicle was very off specifically with the sensors. (Which is what the shop worked on) when I finally had enough and took my vehicle to Honda, they informed me that the bottom looked terrible. (Again the area where the shop worked on) there was still parts that looked damaged. All in all very disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Comment: My car needed some work after I had damage to my rear bumper. I was referred to City Auto Body by my insurance company. I am SO glad that I chose them! They made the process easy and stress-free (after I was originally very uptight, I had never been in an accident or had to have work done on my car before). They got my repairs done quickly and did an incredible job, my car looked brand new when I picked it up. Not to mention when I picked my car up it was also fully detailed it inside and out! It looked amazing. They even put my spare tire away that had been sitting in my trunk for months (they really went the extra mile). Every employee I worked with there was very kind and helpful. The process really was a breeze, I’m so thankful for them. I will recommend City Auto Body to anyone in the area who needs work done on their car!

Comment: My 10 yr. old Ford Edge was hit and the front end damaged. My car has always been garaged and kept clean. City Auto Body repaired the damage so well that there is no evidence of new or different parts. They even polished and waxed the car.About a month later I tried the windshield washer and it just dribbled. I figured it was plugged or the pump was bad. I took off the hood insulator so I could see the hoses to the nozzles and I discovered the fitting on one was broken. I called City Auto Body and asked if this could be due to the collision a month earlier. They said Bring it in and we will fix it It took them about 10 minuted to replace the nozzle and the washers work great. Amazing service!

From the very beginning, they were very attentive, explained the procedure relating to my repair and addressed my concerns. They completed the repair within the time frame promised, the workmanship was excellent, the person handling my car repair walked to my car with me and explained in detail all that was done, and I am quite satisfied. I am always pleased with their professionalism and the quality of the work! Comment: DISHONEST COMPANY: I had a small repair to make on a Honda Accord, near the back tire, that I had scraped on curb. The estimate given to me was for $540, including parts, paint, and labor. Because my insurance has accident forgiveness for repairs under $1,000, I decided to go through insurance. The bill that City Autobody sent into my insurance company, however, was for $980. Add on a hundred dollars in rental car costs, and that put total damages over $1,000 with insurance. City Autobody upped their costs by 70% to milk my insurance for more money, screwing my insurance premiums for the next three years. We were loyal customers for 13 years, but Ill never go back, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
